hi @free-falastin ! i'm a little confused how you managed to miss the point of the post you left this kind comment on:
Tumblr media
ill take some time to carefully walk through your blog to ask you a few questions; but first and foremost, i would like to point you that you literally did exactly what that post said; ignored jewish voices to target them instead. and i would like to point out the paradox of your words: they dont deserve people being antisemitic towards them, but they do deserve to be doxxed and harassed for pointing out antisemitic tropes and behaviors. clarify please.
First: please define genocide. your banner reads "from the river to the sea", which has largely been pointed out by jewish people as a call for jewish erasure and rewriting jewish history- but nonjews say its alright so... maybe you're not calling to replace the only jewish land in the world with another islamic ethnostate.
Tumblr media
well, id hope that would concern you, except if you scroll a bit further down your blog, you find that you actively commit jewish history erasure!
Tumblr media
are you going to mention the fact that it was named palestine by the romans in order to punish jews? in no way does this mean that palestinians do not have a right to autonomy, but what you are saying is that jews do not have a right to autonomy.
now let's look at what you posted over here that's actually on the topic of the heritageposts jewish blocklist.
Tumblr media
both of these people are clear that this is on antisemitism. not palestine or israel. you call them despicable for calling out anti-semitism? for not being listened to? for using morbid humor- a trait that is extremely common in jewish people?
you don't answer the question of how anti-zionism is not antisemitism, and in fact, use a KKK dogwhistle- zios. literally no one is denying that people are dying and being killed in gaza. and yet you say that we are. no one is mocking palestinians- people are mocking the lack of critical thinking that people use when citing unfounded rhetoric.
next; lets look at one of your most recent reblogs-
Tumblr media
this ignores the massive amount of evidence that is provided by israelis and jews, including the documentaries and screenings like those by gal gadot and the hundreds of verified news articles and photographs and videos, including ones posted by hamas, i wonder why you won't take such things into account-
Tumblr media
oh. i see. you call us liars, say we are playing the victim.
there is no evidence that can ever be compiled that will make you understand what you are doing and how paradoxical you are. thank you for openly displaying your double standards, and proving the point of the post on double standards on jews.
by the way, for people curious, here's the post that was replied to:
Tumblr media
in what way is this okay? how can someone miss the point so badly? to come onto some random jewish person's post on double standard antisemitism and say we deserve to be attacked and harassed?
are you that blinded by hate?

Wow.... this really hurts my heart for real. 😥
I've heard Taraji talk about this inequality in pay in Hollywood for ages... In fact, I've even posted some of her videos to my blog where she spills the tea and really breaks down for you how much she actually is able to keep from her paychecks. But I have NEVER seen her breakdown like this.... 😭🥺
This just really hurt my spirit... 😔 I keep telling people that a LOT of your faves in Hollywood really aren't making as much money as you THINK they're making. 😔 ESPECIALLY poc.
By the time everyone has a cut, they're not left with as much money as reported. That has to be so discouraging. I know how I feel when I see how much Uncle Sam takes from my pay check every pay period... 🙄 I can't imagine having that AND having to pay my team on top of that.
Now we know why some of these actors are always out here WORKING.... Like, some people are like, "wow, they're ALWAYS working huh?" Or, "Geez, they're in everything!" But now I see, a lot of these actors are working so hard because they HAVE to! Plain and simple!
I remember when people were saying that Zendaya is a "workaholic", or "works too much", and I'll admit, there was even a time in the past when I felt like she could have afforded to take a little break here and there... but now I realize... we don't always know all the facts or what's going on bts! Woc, esp in Hollywood are NOT given the same opportunities/roles as their white (or even male) counterparts, and not only that, but when they DO land a role, they're earning so much LESS than others. It's so sad and, quite frankly, insulting. 😤
My heart goes out to Taraji, because she's been in the game for years, and she's steadily done more and more amazing work year after year... so the fact that she's not getting her due compensation is just awful. 😔 I'm glad she's exposing this.
Even Terence Howard is suing because he feels like he hasn't been compensated half as much as his peers in Hollywood, even though he and Taraji had that hit show "Empire" on Fox for YEARS! I never watched the show past the first season, but I know how POPULAR and well-watched that show was.... it even won awards... So it's just awful that they aren't being paid their worth.
I really hope she doesn't give up acting, because she's so talented. 🥺🙏🏾
Thanks for sharing this Anon.
BTW, here's the FULL portion of the interview in case anyone is interested:

The double standard in the work place between men and women is so flagrantly upheld by men on the daily. Tone policing women for responding to you in the same manner you speak to them are you fucking kidding me??
Entitled little shits. Of course that’s not even near the worst kind of double standards to be found.. why are we still battling with this? Why are women still not viewed as fucking human beings on par with their male peers?

My own experiences as a woman tell me it's very possible to be mistaken for monstrous when one is only doing as men do: providing for and defending oneself.

The Israel & Palestine Double Standard | Douglas Murray
I'm so fed up of the double standards on all of this. Hundreds and hundreds of thousands of Muslims have been killed in the last 12 years by Bashar al-Assad and other Muslims in the civil war in Syria.
There's no one on the streets of Sydney or Melbourne. There's no one on the Streets of London. We have seen hundreds of thousands of people killed in the last decade in Yemen, Muslims being killed. There's no one on the streets of Melbourne. Nobody is standing outside the Sydney Opera House calling gas the Hutus or gas the Shia, gas the...
Nobody's marching for the dead Muslims in Yemen. Their co-religionists -- we're always told about care so much about their co-religionists -- don't give a damn about their co-religionists. They really don't.
Muslims do not love other Muslims. They have no love for them. They have no love for the Palestinian peoples. None. If they had any, the Jordanians would have taken in the West Bank Palestinians, Egyptians would have taken in the territory they used to run, the Gaza, and own the Gaza. And they would have taken in the Palestinians from the Gaza. Why have the Egyptians made sure that not one Palestinian is allowed to leave Gaza? Why do they make sure that their border wall is tough as anything?
What do they mind? One thing. Jews living. Jews living and Jews winning. It hits them deep in their soul, in their psyche. It's an ancient, ancient hatred. Perhaps the most ancient among the monotheisms. And the deepest and the ugliest, the nastiest. And the one that that has been least addressed.
And we've imported it. As we sit here, roughly the same population of the Gaza is being forcibly moved by the government of Pakistan. Almost 2 million Muslims are being moved by the Pakistani authorities into Afghanistan. Okay. We have a very large Pakistani community here in the UK. If their country of origin can do that, why can't we?
If it comes to that. If it has to come to that. And why does nobody notice this, why is nobody saying this is an appalling war crime by the Pakistani government? Well, only because there are so many Pakistani politicians and others in the UK and other countries who have a deep connection to their country of origin and would never want to see it looked at in a bad way. They will not criticize that. They haven't said a word about that.
So no, I think that if you are zoning in, zooming in on Israel, lambasting Israel and are basically not bothered with everything else in the world, you're not motivated by anything other than being anti-Jewish, antisemitic of course. And it just has to be said.
I mean, I've said this so many times that I tire myself with it but, it's necessary to say. Antisemitism is a shape shifter. It's a shape-shifting virus. It can come from anywhere. At times in the past, it was the case that people didn't like Jews because they were seen to be a different religion and strange and different, and so they were hated for their religion. Then after the wars of religion, you couldn't hate anyone for their religion, so people started to hate the Jews for their race. And after the Holocaust, you couldn't hate people because of their race anymore, so people hated the Jews because of their nation. On and on...

It’s not as if their readers and viewers are unaware of the problem. According to Pew Research, the percentage of Americans who say Jews face discrimination has doubled from 20 percent in 2021 to 40 percent in 2024. And yet, for some reason, mainstream-media outlets seem to be the only ones who haven’t drilled down on the issue.
In fact, the decision to downplay the anti-Semitic threat from the left is deliberate. Left-leaning media do not like to cover the behavior of their own, as the inconsistent coverage of the Jew-baiting members of the Democratic Party’s “Squad” during the past several years attests. Mainstream reporters at outlets like the New York Times take great pains to provide context and explanations for Representative Ilhan Omar’s blatant anti-Semitism, for example. A 2019 piece gave Omar and her defenders ample space to claim she was being unfairly targeted for criticism because she was a progressive Muslim woman while glossing over the fact that she had repeatedly accused Jews of having dual loyalties.
Amid the current conflict, it’s evident there is tacit agreement among most in the mainstream media that because Israel is defending itself by trying to root out Hamas in Gaza, the behavior of protesters is somehow justifiable and acceptable—but only because it involves Israel and the Jews.
This goes well beyond the deliberately misleading stories and factual errors about the war that have appeared in outlets such as the Washington Post. As Zach Kessel and Ari Blaff outlined in National Review, in a deep dive of the Post’s coverage of the Israel–Hamas war, the newspaper “has been a case study in moral confusion and anti-Israel bias” and has “violated traditional journalistic principles that have shaped coverage of foreign conflicts by American newsrooms for decades.”
Similarly, a recent story in the Free Press by Uri Berliner, a long-time editor and reporter at National Public Radio, described how NPR “approached the Israel-Hamas war and its spillover onto streets and campuses through the ‘intersectional’ lens that has jumped from the faculty lounge to newsrooms,” which meant “highlighting the suffering of Palestinians at almost every turn while downplaying the atrocities of October 7, overlooking how Hamas intentionally puts Palestinian civilians in peril, and giving little weight to the explosion of antisemitic hate around the world.”

« Unfortunately for Biden, Trump benefits from something akin to the soft bigotry of low expectations. Because no one expected Trump, in the 2016 election, to speak and behave like a normal candidate, he was held to a lower effective standard than his rivals in both parties. Because no one expected him, during his presidency, to be orderly and responsible, his endless scandals were framed as business as usual. And because no one now expects him to be a responsible political figure with a coherent vision for the country, it’s as if no one blinks an eye when he rants and raves on the campaign trail. »
— Jamelle Bouie at the New York Times.
Because Trump is an idiot, little competence or acumen is expected from him. So when he does or says something horrendous, it's not always regarded as newsworthy because idiocy and scandal are normal for him.
So Trump gets a free ride from much of the media while more responsible politicians are, by comparison, subject to nitpicking.
The "Trump being Trump" mindset needs to be identified and discredited whenever he's not being held accountable. And this should include GOP Trump apologists who don't call him out for his dictator and racist rantings.
