Fall Classes

The fall session will start the second week of September and run until the third week of December. Registration costs are below. Register for a second class and get a 50% discount off the additional class.

Chen Tai Chi Chen Tai Chi classess will be held on Monday evenings. There will be no classes on October 14th (Thanksgiving). Registration is $140 for the session. Beginners class will run from 7pm to 8pm. Emphasis will be on conditioning and building the internal frame. Key components of the routine (old frame, first routine) will also be covered. Intermediate class will run from 8pm to 9:30pm. This class will cover the old frame, first routine and depending on the make-up of the class, additional instruction in push-hands training or weapons.

Bagua & Xingyi Bagua & Xingyi classes will be held on Wednesday evenings 8pm to 9pm. Students chose to train either Bagua or Xingyi for the session. Registration is $150 for 15 weeks.

Qigong Evening Qigong classes are held on Wednesdays, 7pm to 8pm. These classes will include the Five Animals Qigong. Registration is $150.

Daytime Qigong classes are offered through the City of Guelph at the Evergreen Seniors Centre. Registration is via the City's online registration site, using the course code below: Qigong 1: Mondays 10:30am to 12:00pm - course code: 229321 Qigong 2: Thursdays 11:00a to 12:00pm - course code: 229324
