"What is Kiss Me and Cry known for?"

Kiss Me and Cry, a band that got its start when the members met in high school, has been trending for a while now. Their fans, Kisses, they're called, have been raving about them all over the internet, causing them to be picked up by social media algorithms.

The band, who had experienced mid-level fame at this point, suddenly shot to stardom, and were suddenly overwhelmed with requests for interviews. Though they have rejected many, including our publication's, it has been said that they have one planned.

While many are awaiting for this interview to be released, they are not very familiar with the members yet. Thanks to our publication's efforts, we have managed to get some information on the band members.

Amara, the lead singer. Born Rowan Amara Victoria Nightwine, her stagename is Amara, presumably to avoid confusion with her fellow bandmate, Rowan, Kiss Me and Cry's bassist.

Based on her fanbase, her birthday is 7 December, making her a Sagittarius, though it seems that she is very proud to announce that she is a Aries moon and a Taurus rising also – a quick scroll of her personal Instagram would tell you that. Spider man. The one and only. Peter Parker and Mady Stark are an interesting duo as the papers would say. Sunshine sweet and cherry sour.

Mady and Peter met in a special situation. In 2012, New York was attacked (oh yeah, we are going way way back) by none other than aliens themselves. During this attack, Mady needed what we would later call a side kick, which would then turn to partner in crime. Or well partner in heroism, which would then just be partner in just about everything.

The two of them met when she arrived at Peters house asking about a special grant and competition that he "had signed up for" to work under Tony Stark or, of course, Mady Stark. And wouldn't you know it, ding ding, lucky boy was a winner. What had really happened though, was she had needed some help. Couldn't bothered to be stuck around boring adults all day. And when she had heard about spiderman, she just knew he would fit in with the avengers perfectly. She needed him in all honesty, someone who would understand being a teen hero and all. Not Miss America or her literal dad.

So, she had shown up at his house with her red mustang and heart sunglasses. Enjoyed tea and made small talk with his aunt while she waited for him to get home. And after a minor interrogation and some light convincing, there was a new avenger.

BACKSTORY: the youngest of three, madelyn parks was born into a wealthy, world-famous motorsport dynasty. by the age of five, she had already travelled half the globe, practically raised in private jets and paddock garages thanks to her father’s role as ceo and team principal of the mercedes f1 team. her parents were icons in their own right. her father, a retired five-time world drivers’ champion (all with mercedes). her mother, one of the most respected motorsport journalists of her generation.

madelyn’s childhood was not the childhood of a normal kid. a blur of international schools, karting circuits, and formula 1 paddocks meant she was never in the same place for more than three weeks at a time. her friends? all boys. it just made more sense that way because while her classmates were playing dress-up and twirling in tiaras, she was busy building lego sets with her brothers and dressing up as sebastian vettel for halloween.

I hated my original dw intro post from the moment I made it, and I've basically been waiting to rewrite it for the past six months LOL. So here is the updated, far more aesthetically coherent version of my desired reality - complete with a partner section this time‼️We love to see it folks (Seriously though I'm way happier w/ this one!! I was loomed (<< Sort of.. sewn?? Out of a repository of genetic material???? Sci-Fi nonsense. Don't worry about it) into House Highwheel by the recently appointed Housekeeper and her wife, a senior member of the Chancellery Guard. I was loomed specifically to reach Time Lord status, and at first I seemed perfectly capable, a well behaved child and very fast learner- if easily distracted. However, as I grew it became apparent that I had severe errors in the weft leaving me very unwell for weeks at a time. It went unnoticed, then very poorly handled, and by the time the sickness had been edited out of my biodata I had missed a great deal of basic education that I could only scramble to catch up on.

As an eight year old I stared into the Untempered Schism and went mad, leaving me with permanently overactive telepathic senses that I found exhausting, painful and sometimes plain impossible to control, leading me to quite violently invade my peers heads without warning. Between this and my failed basic education I missed the mark spectacularly on my Time Academy placement test, disappointing my Kitchriarch & my mothers, and eventually leading to my dissolution from them as an adult. I spent my education instead at the Patrex Academy- which bar my art and history classes I simply scraped by in- making no real friends in the century I spent as a pupil there. What they did teach me, however, was how to hone my high strung telepathic senses, molding me into one of the most astute telepaths the Academy had ever seen.

After graduating (and suffering through a menial archival job in Arcadia for six years) I earned a position as a junior historian in conjunction with the Bureau of ancient records, a job usually reserved for junior Time Lords, and worked my way up to being involved in formal and public facing events. It was at one such event, during the 20 years interim presidency, that I met the Collector for the first time. This meeting & gradually developing friendship over the next decade would eventually lead me to the heart of the civil war resistance movement and far beyond...

●°♡THE LADY:

We met about 40 years before the civil war, so around a decade before she was spirited away on her quest. I had gone with one of our senior historians to the Citadel to look at a recently declassified artifact that would be useful in a project of ours, and during our tour of the Bureaus primary facility I got very lost. Incredibly lost. Several floors and staircases and rooms-I-had-no-clearance-for levels of lost. I turned a corner trying to go back the way I came and ran straight into her. I'm nervous normally, but at this point I was so upset about the whole thing I was basically inarticulate. We got back down to the ground floor eventually (after getting lost a further two times; turns out she hadn't been in the position long at all, and we were in essentially the same state of confusion,) but had to spend a good half a span afterwards listening to our superiors chew us out for wandering off when we weren't supposed to.

We meet again when the Collector introduces us, hoping I can help sort out the whole 'our President is liable to get possessed by an ancient evil ghost and you're the only person I know who won't go to the press about it, can you do Literally Anything' situation, but she's changed bodies since then and doesn't seem to remember me. While I pretend that our first meeting never really happened, it is something I think about often the longer we know each other, especially when we begin hopping universes & I start noticing just how many realities the lot of us are married in...

°●♡THE COLLECTOR:

The event that we meet at is awful. It sucks. He's one of three council representatives, and I'm playing junior tag-along watching the worst of my peers receive accolades for repeating the same bland, all hail the founders propaganda our species has been eating up for an eternity. I'm agitated and a bit drunk and honestly hoping that something terrible happens to the building we're in so I can just go home - when I step out on the balcony and see him there. The conversation is good, he's polite, and our discussion is so refreshing and runs so long that we agree to meet each other again to continue it.

It would be a lie to say that over a decade of infrequent but precious meetings had not made him one of my dearest friends. It would also be a lie to say that his exile (which just-so-happens to coincide with my first shift) does not make my feelings towards him drastically more complicated. We meet and part several times over the courses of our lives, but even knowing each time that it could be our last - it still takes me several 'this is our last meeting for REAL this time'-s to admit maybe it isn't just a dear friendship that I'm missing every time he has to leave us.

●°♡THE WARRIOR:

The possession situation is technically our first meeting, but so much happens during it (mangled ghost, my friend gets possessed and exiled, her ex husband shows up?? It's a lot. It's fine. Don't worry about it) but we get to talking when the Collector tells me to go with her as an aide to the Academy. I'm unsure at first, but ultimately agree - and its the right choice. I really like her from the jump! Shes decisive, funny, wise and blunt, and VERY strong. Obviously its a bit strange being friends with a human, but I like her, and I'm practically glued to her until the civil war starts up.

Only her ex husband dies and the war blinds her (literally, she gets in the way of a bomb saving the Spies lives and loses her vision) and she grows.. cold. Not that I knew her for long, before, but the personality change is evident. She warms up to me again when we're out adventuring, but the distance (mainly my fear of overstepping the wall shes very clearly put up) remains until we get stranded in an alternate universe and I side with her against the Lady & the Spy in a dispute that sets us permanently apart. Living with her thaws that last bit of space - shes the first of our group that I really admit to myself that I love.

°●♡THE SPY:

I don't like him. We meet (and by that I mean run past each other a couple times) during the liable possession situation, same as with the Warrior, but considering one of the first things I see him actually do is publicly denounce and trigger the exile of my closest friend I wouldn't say we hit it off. We interact a few times, mostly during the mad dash into civil war our political sphere is undergoing, but none of it is particularly noteworthy or polite on his part - though, I admit, he wins himself some points saving the Lady's life during an attempt to assassinate her.

When we get roped into fighting the same side in the war together? I like him slightly more. Only slightly. I have no weapons training, he knows how to handle guns, and the time we're forced to spend together training improves our relationship ever so slightly. But then he just... keeps improving. He denounces his previous alliances. He saves the Lady countless times. By the we start checking out alternate universes as a group- in turn actually having decent conversations with one another- I find myself actually getting fond of him. Cue decades of emotional repression on both our parts </3 TRUST neither of us are acting on that until we're forced to

♕ EVER AFTER HIGH DR♚

daughter of the Evil Queen, Rowan Queen was born minutes after her sister, Raven, was introduced to the world, but it was her aunt's legacy she inherited at that moment.

growing up, her mother's attention was mostly on Raven, though the emphasis on being evil was felt by both twins. they both knew the implications of not following through with their destinies, and as blasphemous as it feels to say it, Rowan was glad when her mother was trapped in mirror prison.

her father was kinder when it came to parenting, and tried to raise his daughters to live in a 'good' way, encouraging his girls to be kinder, to have empathy. and though Raven's puppy, Prince, was turned into a bone rat by their mother, Rowan's kitten was able to survive that fate when she had insistently hid it from her mother, impressing the Evil Queen with her trickery that she had let Rowan keep it.

it was Damian, her kitten, that'd accompany her for the trips to her aunt's cottage, where she learns how to wield her powers. It was here that her aunt taught Rowan how to mix potions, cast spells, and even shapeshift, all so she would be extra ready to be the next Enchantress.

when it comes to royals vs rebels, Rowan is on the rebel's side. though she did not have as much conflict with her fairytale role as her sister, being banished from a kingdom and living in a cottage alone was not a ending she was happy with. whenever Headmaster Grimm tries to convince her sister to change her mind and sign the Storybook of Legends, she steps in and 'accidentally' causes an incident with her magic, one that he would certainly need hours to clean up and fix. (sure it meant multiple detention trips, but she figures it was a worthy cause).

       born to ada tombs and a father of unknown whereabouts on the 26th of july 1980, alie tombs has always had the soul of an adventurer. the metamorphmagus would always find a way to wander off, which her mother got used to only after the girl (at the age of eight) had gone off to investigate some shiny pebbles on the pavement for the tenth time in the week (it was tuesday). alie has never been a good friend for the faint of the heart——always purposefully inserting herself into some mess, some sort of adventure, and laughing in the concerned faces of her loved ones afterwards.

‘i wouldn’t have done it if i was unprepared!’ she would exclaim.

well, alie, your mother who has barely lived a third of her very long witch lifespan doesn’t know that, does she? …………………..moving on.

alie has always seemed like she was a little bit of god a little bit of angel and a little bit of human combined. she has always been powerful and she has always been weird as fuck. ‘she talks to the bloody bugs in the bloody forbidden forest!’ said ron weasley, probably. ‘leave her be!’ responded hermione granger or luna lovegood in wildly different tones, probably. the girl is so keen on mapping the entire forbidden forest that she created a spell to read her books out loud to only her so that she can get into trouble without losing out on reading time. she has incredible potential to be a prankster, which the weasley twins definitely plan on doing something with. she loves a little bit of a curse, a little bit of a hex, a jinx, which draco malfoy unfortunately knows about (she hates his guts! for good reason too!).

she is also ridiculously curious about most things for a gryffindor, which caught the attention of one tom riddle (more on that later). she wants to study whatever magic has to offer, similar to how physicists study subatomic particles in CERN. she wants to investigate all things archaic, to explore, to understand….. it is no surprise that she wants to be an archeologist (or curse breaker. more or less the same thing. more on that later too, but perhaps another day).

despite the divided opinions on her personality, most can agree that she is free in a way most people aren’t: she does whatever she wants and makes sure nobody can say anything about it. how people say it….. well that differs. professor snape prefers the word ‘impertinent’. her best friends, ron and hermione prefer ‘daring’. her arch-nemesis tom riddle prefers ‘reckless’ or ‘headstrong’ or ‘madcap’. he finds her amusing. actually, lets get onto whatever’s going on with those two, shall we?

    you see, alie tombs met draco malfoy at madam malkin’s robes for all occasions in diagon alley before even getting on the train to hogwarts and promptly decided that she would NOT be sorted into slytherin, against all odds if needed. and the odds were that the sorting hat was very keen on sorting her into the damn snake den, but she said ‘no’ and the hat miraculously listened. what does this have anything to do with tom riddle and alie tombs, you say? well. tom riddle has slytherin energy vibrating out of his every single strand of hair perfectly gelled into place. and alie tombs? well, you would never think that the hat wanted her in slytherin——she is courageous and determined like nobody else. tom and alie? they’ve always butted heads. not in the way draco and alie have, no, this has always meant a bit more. always striking up an argument in the hallways, trying to one up each other in classes, irritating each other willingly so that they can have the others eye on them for longer, to have each others attention for a couple more minutes. they’ve been obsessed with each other for longer than they like to admit.

she likes his hair and his stupid smug smirk and hates his hair and stupid smug smirk. she wants to punch him with a kiss. she wants to make him trip with a jinx so that she can see his exasperatedly-amused-but-also-slightly-irritated face. she wants to say a bold-faced-lie to him just to see him raise that perfect eyebrow and to have him amusedly question her with that tone of his that annoys her so much. he likes her pretty laughter and the mischief that twinkles in her eyes and hates her pretty laughter and the mischief that twinkles in her eyes. he wants to cast the tickling charm on her just to hear her shocked laughter and to face the brunt of her prickly attitude afterwards. its all very lovesick and obsessive and they’re annoying freaks for the rest of hogwarts castle, because how are they not fucking already???????

let us pray that they get their shit together soon. there are many bets placed already .
