I've watched this entire video and conversation and it's very good.. I realize not everybody is into long form. But it's worth looking into if you're curious about what's going on or wrong with men in society.

There's also a lot of really helpful meditation tips for both men and women.. there's a lot of really great information regarding mental health and breaking addictions.

Urge Surfing

Urges and emotions are like waves in an ocean, sometimes calm and other times intense. Instead of fighting them or giving in completely, we can learn to navigate them with curiosity and acceptance by "surfing" these waves.

This means recognizing their presence without letting them control us. Even so much as doing nothing but sitting with them helps. Some waves might be tricky/too powerful to handle, but the smaller, easier ones we do ride over would ultimately help.

It's essential to take care of ourselves and seek support when things get tough. Every small step we take to manage our emotions helps us grow stronger, even if progress isn't always smooth. Ultimately, it's about learning to ride the waves of life and finding strength in the journey itself.

This pig is TOO fat! it's very unhealthy for this pig to be this fat, HOWEVER, this pig is SO FAT, that he was going to be 100% fine and pass the rat poison entirely under supervision. so a big win for this huge pig.)
