What’s to happen, happened before

Part 1 – Love is like a two-sided sword

Sarah ran to her friend Nemi and cried her soul out in front of her. She never thought he would do something like this. They were together for only a few months. Once she reached Nemi’s house, she knocked on the door like a mad woman and shortly after Nemi opened the door, surprised to see her friend there.

Sarah’s POV

As soon as Nemi opened the door, I flung myself at her and cried on her shoulder: “He cheated on me with Heather.” Nemi was clearly surprised when she heard what I said, but as soon as she did she invited me in. We both went in her room and she set me immediately on her bed and gave me a box of tissues. “Tell me what happened Sarah?” Nemi asked me and through my tears and crying she still understood me. “That son of a bitch. Why would Stephan cheat on you with Heather? You seemed so happy the last time I saw you.” She said and in fairness Nemi was gone for two months to visit her grandparents who were admitted to a hospital, so she wouldn’t notice the fights I had with Stephan. They weren’t big just were we would go for dinner. Like the usual couple-bickering you would see everywhere. I didn’t think he would cheat on me because of something like that.

Suddenly the door opened to Nemi’s room and Tom barged in looking like he was about to kill anyone. “What is going on. What did he do?” He said coming closer to me and put a hand on my shoulder.

“How the hell did you get in? My parents aren’t here and I locked the door.” Nemi asked Tom and he just smiled at her saying: “A window was open.” They still weren’t the closest, I should add. She punched him in the arm and then explained to him, what I just told her.

Silence filled the room and I slowly calmed down. “How do we hurt him?” Nemi asked and Tom immediately threw in: “Blackmail. Get your laptop and your photoshop skills while I get the pictures.” “What pictures?” Nemi asked him and he replied: “Come on, two months and you forget that I sometimes hang around the locker room when I am waiting for Nate to finish changing. You wouldn’t believe the things I saw, photographed and picked up from other guise’s phones.” “You went through other guise’s phones?” I through in and he looked at me offended. “Please you know how easy it is for me to manipulate these jocks. They sent them to me because they wanted to know if they are attractive in this or that, mostly though when they were shopping. But sometimes I get a good look at some covered junk.” He put a strange emphasis on covered and I really didn’t want t know… “And before you and Stephan came together he sent me a few pics too.” 

That bastard. “Come on give. The computer is ready since you began talking, I could be finished by now.” Nemi said and that made me stop them: “Guys stop. I don’t want you guys to blackmail anyone.” Bot just looked at me and stammered a silent ‘but’. “I just want to forget that piece of shit and you guys could get into a lot of trouble for that like seriously.” They threw a glance at each other and then Tom said “Like someone is going to catch us.” And Nemi snickered in accordance.
