I've mentioned at least once that I think it's really funny that Apollo and Klavier would both think they're out of each other's league but I don't think I've mentioned the potential for how fucking sad it could be. I know I mentioned it in a post about Klavier being a celebrity and that potentially putting some level of strain on their relationship but I haven't talked about it in the context of how mentally fucked up they both are.
Like I personally think they're both so messed up mentally that in addition to "he's so out of my league" they'd also both be incredibly insecure about their relationship for a while. On Apollo's end, I think it'd be a "I don't deserve him, why is he always doing things for me" situation (basically thinking he doesn't deserve the kindness Klavier offers him) and on Klavier's end it'd be "he could do so much better than a washed up rockstar who lashes out the second something doesn't go as planned" (basically thinking he doesn't deserve to have Apollo in his life at all because of his mental health issues) and that's an angle of Klapollo I think deserves to be explored more.

i need you guys to understand. aroace/queerplatonic situationships can go fucking crazy in ways so unique and devastating. just imagine all the parts of a situationship: uncertainty of labels, leading on, mixed signals, advances without resolution, etc. but add on the fact that labels and defining a relationship are difficult to begin with for many aroaces and also you KNOW it’s not romantic or even sexual but what is it? is this a deeper connection? or does it mean nothing? do they want to be your friend or something different? there is no easy way to explain it even with terms like partner or boyfriend/girlfriend or casual. that adds an extra layer onto not knowing if they see you the same way you see them.
as i was saying if you want to give your aroace characters relationship problems this is one fun and exciting way to torment them. have fun in uncertainty hell idiot

Thinking about the switch for Elita Prime and Arachnus Prime, I'm thinking about 2 main things.
One, Elita's ability to temporarily borrow another's ability and science background means she'll lean more ways to problem solve with those skills which would be fun to imagine! Like keeping Blitzwing back with his own ice, a dramatic parry against Megatron with his own swords, etc!
Two, Love! Triangle! DISASTER! Arachnus Prime caught in the middle of Elita and Megatron wanting to tug him to their respective sides eheheheh >:3
EXACTLY
Exactly
I think that there's a generally fun dynamic here, especially if you pull from canon and separate Arachnus from the main decepticons a little here, which gives fun hope for Elita about bringing him back to the autobots

Stiles being possessed by the Nogitsune works perfectly because Stiles very much fits the trickster archetype. He's defined by his cleverness, his penchant for tricks and jokes, a general playful mischievousness. (His name is Mischief!)
But Stiles is a very different type of trickster. First of all because he's a trickster from a position of weakness. He doesn't have power or status, which makes him vulnerable, and he works around that vulnerability by being cleverer than everyone around him in order to protect himself. Secondly, he's a trickster but (generally speaking) his tricks are ultimately about uncovering truth. He's the one who solves mysteries, who sees through liars, who unmasks. He plays with half-truths and deception but it all ultimately trends toward revelations of truth.
The Nogitsune contrasts all that. It plays its tricks from a position of power. It's ancient and powerful and over time has become nearly unstoppable. So its tricks are not to protect itself but to toy with something/someone inherently weaker. And in accord with that, where Stiles tends toward revelation, the Nogitsune trends toward confusion. It intentionally obscures truth. While Stiles might use those lies and half-truths as a tool, it serves the ultimate task of illuminating what is real. The Nogitsune operates in the reverse, using bits of truth to convince people of lies, creating fear, strife, and confusion as its ultimate end.
So it works really well as an arc because it takes Stiles' basic character archetype and then pairs him with a darker version of it as a real threat of what, on some level, he might become if he were to lose himself. If he were to lose himself in his grief, or lose faith in the face of his own fears, then he might end up reveling more in deception than in truth (because he does not like the truth or for the sake of grasping the power he never had); he might end up feeling the need to get more and more power over people using tricks in order to feel safe.
Which is why it doesn't work to defeat the Nogitsune by trying to outfox the fox. Instead the key to defeating the Nogitsune is leaning into what makes Stiles and the Nogitsune different, which is the orientation toward truth. Which is why the divine move is seeing through the trick to see what's real, and why that revelation comes from Stiles.
