Costume Tetris: Storing stuff when you have no storage space
I just cleaned up my cosplay storage space recently and really optimized it down, so I thought I'd share a couple of tips on how I maximize the world's tiniest closet to somehow store most of my costumes, tools and materials.
So disclaimer: despite what I've just said, unfortunately not everything is in the one closet. I've got almost 15 years of cosplay stuff in my teeny tiny home to cram down, so some things end up elsewhere. I try to keep all my crafting materials and tools in this closet, as well as most costumes, with a priority to those currently in rotation for the year to be worn. Some of my tools are in small bins under a desk, and whatever other costumes that don't fit are bagged, folded and squeezed in the corner of another closet where they can occupy otherwise unusable nooks and crannies. My sewing machine is stored with other house tools so I don't risk clobbering myself on the head pulling it off the shelves.
The most important function of this space is easy access to anything I need ASAP, so garments, accessories/props, fabrics, makeup and the majority of my tools are stored inside. Let's take a look!
Tumblr media
This closet can be broken down into 5 parts; the top shelf with bags of bulky costumes, the left shelves with compartmentalized bits in boxes and bags, the suspended fabric shelf containing materials and pieces of current craft projects, the garment bags on the right, and the big ol' bins on the bottom. The whole thing is graced by an IKEA LED Bar that I can either plug into an extension cable or just slap my Power Bank on if I'm lazy. (I'm lazy.) Either way, I'm never in there long enough to need a more permanent solution for lighting.
1. Bag Your Bulky Costumes!
Tumblr media
This one is my favorite. I have a couple fursuit-type costumes now, and I found that Ikea has some really nice bags that work super well for storing bulkier, weirdly shaped pieces. In my case, each bag contains the equivalent of a mini-partial (Head, Tail, Paws), and they all feature handles that make it easy to grab-n-go the whole thing in one swoop. It keeps them out of dust's way too, which is a huge concern of mine. I'd likely store armor builds in these bags, if I actually still made those, with a bit of silk/gift paper in between the pieces to prevent the painted foam from sticking together. These bags can be stored out of the way, which prevents more fragile costume pieces from being crushed and warped over time. I think many types of bags could work for this purpose, but my favorites are Ikea's Görsnygg and Knalla. As a bonus, they have little spaces where you can put a little picture of the contents!
Tumblr media
2. Box your bits!
Tumblr media
Not much to say on these, as it's pretty self-explanatory; Sort your stuff into smaller boxes so everything stays together. My tip here is to get creative with the boxes you use; not everything can be solved with a slew of matching plastic bins from the dollar store! To really maximize the space (and my wallet), I also use a lot of repurposed containers, like these old jewelry chests, and takeout containers (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle!) Avoid cardboard if possible; they don't do much to protect your items from mold or pests. If that's all you have, it's better than nothing as a temporary storage solution until you find sturdier options.
In this picture, I've got all my electronics in a sturdy old jewelry case, a fragile half-mask and a bunch of print cotton in dollar store bins, and a bunch of ribbons and bias tapes in some old plastic takeout containers. I then jam some bulky crafting materials in the awkward space under the clothes bar since nothing else currently fit into the space.
3. Free Up Your Desk!
Tumblr media
So making a cosplay is often a long process. In most cases, it takes more than a day, and if you're anything like me, your lack of space extends to more than just storage. I work on my dining table or my work desk and I need those to eat and work. In my case, my fabric bin (we'll get to that) is harder to access, so I've got a hanging organizer shelf on the clothes bar with a lot of spaces to sort different pieces over. Unless I'm painting something or working on a very large piece, I can just cram everything in there out of the way to pull it back out when I get back to working on the costume. It's super versatile; I also store some spare storage bags and my apron in there, and if it's a convention day I can set everything up to be easily found in the morning as I get ready. It won't work for everyone, obviously, but it helps me keep my space organized so I don't have to sacrifice eating on a table for a month.
4. Garment, Garment on the Wall
Tumblr media
These ones are also self-explanatory, to be fair. A Garment bag, for those unfamiliar, is a protective fabric of plastic sleeve you slip over a hanger to protect the garment inside. There's different sizes available, and many of them zip on the front. Some cosplay pieces are just best stored this way, especially if they don't risk stretching the fabric out from gravity while hung up. Whenever possible I try stuffing every fabric piece of a costume in there, using multiple mix-and-matched hangers if needed (On the left bag here, there's a large coat and two undershirts on one hanger, and pants and a sash on a second hanger with integrated clothespins. The entire costume without accessories!) In the picture below, there's an entire Monster Hunter armor in one bag, with the flat armor pieces hanging out at the bottom of the garment bag.
Tumblr media
You can get really optimized with this storage option; just be mindful of the total weight of everything you're storing this way, as plastic hangers will bend under too much weight (or, tragically, your bar might give under too many costumes. I've heard some stories)
5. Big Bins for Big Storage
Tumblr media
Large plastic bins are the workhorse of my storage. The leftmost one under the shelf contains all my fabric, folded and rolled to take as little space as possible. When you're this limited in fabric space, I recommend buying versatile fabrics that can be easily reused, selling or donating extras you haven't found a use for in years to other cosplayers, and, if you're particularly short on space, planning your next costume in such a way you can make a dent in your leftovers by using them up. The other bin contains pretty much every accessory of prop for every costume I have in the house, even the currently unused ones. After having accidentally lost or crushed one too many item due to improper storage, this is my favorite way to store all those weird costume bits. This is where Cosplay Tetris comes in.
Tumblr media
The Bin contains a whole slew of boxed, bagged and free-floating items crammed in as neatly as possible. There's props. There's accessories. There's wigs and hats. There's entire garments in there, too. In a lot of cases it's repurposed shipping bags and takeout containers all over again. The key to avoiding damage is filling up the space between bulkier or fragile pieces with soft items like those wigs or garments. Some examples:
Tumblr media
Certain costumes are simple enough that storing them on a hanger in a garment bag would be overkill. Enki Ankarian's robes are easy to iron, so the entire costume is smashed into a shoe bag from Ikea. I also have a ridiculously heavy robe for another costume that would stretch and warp if stored on a hanger, so bagged and binned it is, too.
Tumblr media
I have a whole slew of very small props (under 10cm wide) stored in old takeout containers, with silk/gift paper to prevent the more fragile paint jobs from getting scratched up. Little jewelry or weird pieces like Madoka's Soul Gem get further stored in smaller boxes inside to really protect them.
Tumblr media
As most of my wigs use little to no hairspray to style them, the majority of my wigs are just stored in bags. I have a box on the shelves dedicated to storing all my wigs, but some of the unstyled ones end up in the accessory bin as padding, saving some space in the wig box for more fragile hairstyles. Here I jammed Ingo's wig and accessories into the hat so that it would keep its shape in the bin while really maximizing the space usage.
Tumblr media
Finally, I keep an itemized list of every single item in this bin as a quick reference, that way I can tell where everything is at a glance. The list gets updated whenever something is added to this storage.
6. So, What's Next?
At the end of the day, this is about as optimized as I can get with the space I have. There are some other ways to gain some space, of course (I store a couple of costume pieces in with my regular clothes, like binders or plain shirts or sports underlayers), but as some point you will inevitably run out of space. At this point, the only solution is to empty it out a little.
I gave some tips for making a dent in the fabric stash, and the same can be applied to unused materials like EVA Foam or Worbla or Upholstery Foam, but at some point you're probably going to have to part with some of the older costumes to make space for the new ones. And that's okay! I'll admit it's a bit easier for me when the costume is damaged beyond repair, or I just no longer fit in it. You can, obviously, sell them on secondhand cosplay groups, or donate them. Unfortunately sometimes parts will be so damaged you might have to just throw them away, but that doesn't mean you have to throw the whole costume out with it! Keep whatever's still wearable and either sell/donate those individual parts or repurpose them for another costume, if possible (this is usually easiest with things like wigs or plain garments)
I hope this weird impromptu tour of my cosplay closet can give some storage ideas to those who, like me, don't have a proper dedicated workshop for the hobby! (Lord knows that's probably most of us in this economy)

Mini Stitchers Unveiled: Your Guide to Compact Sewing Devices
In the world of crafting and sewing, the advent of compact sewing devices has revolutionized the way enthusiasts approach their projects. Gone are the days when bulky, cumbersome machines dominated sewing rooms. Enter the era of mini stitchers – compact, portable, and versatile machines designed to cater to the needs of modern sewists. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a novice looking to delve into the world of stitching, this guide is your roadmap to understanding and harnessing the power of these pint-sized wonders.
Understanding Mini Stitchers
What Are Mini Stitchers?
Mini stitchers, also known as compact sewing machines, are scaled-down versions of traditional sewing machines. They are designed to be lightweight, portable, and space-saving, making them ideal for small apartments, dorm rooms, or for sewists on the go. Despite their size, these machines offer a surprising array of features and functionalities, making them suitable for a wide range of sewing projects.
Types of Mini Stitchers
Mechanical Mini Stitchers: These mini stitchers operate using traditional mechanical mechanisms, requiring manual adjustment of settings such as tension and stitch length. They are simple to use and maintain, making them perfect for beginners or those who prefer a more hands-on approach to sewing.
Computerized Mini Stitchers: These advanced mini stitchers are equipped with electronic components and programmable settings. They offer a greater variety of stitches, automatic threading, and precision stitching, making them suitable for intricate projects and experienced sewists.
Advantages of Mini Stitchers
Portability
One of the most significant advantages of mini stitchers is their portability. Their compact size and lightweight design make them easy to transport, allowing you to take your sewing projects wherever you go. Whether you're attending a crafting class, visiting family and friends, or simply sewing in different rooms of your home, a mini stitcher ensures that you're never tied down to a single location.
Space-Saving
For sewists with limited space, mini stitchers are a game-changer. Unlike their larger counterparts, which can take up valuable real estate in your sewing room, mini stitchers are designed to be space-saving. They can easily fit on a small table or desk, making them perfect for apartments, dorm rooms, or other cozy spaces where every square inch counts.
Versatility
Don't let their size fool you – mini stitchers are surprisingly versatile. Despite their compact footprint, they offer a wide range of features and functionalities, including various stitch options, adjustable settings, and accessories for different sewing techniques. Whether you're sewing garments, quilting, or working on craft projects, a mini stitcher can handle it all with ease.
Choosing the Right Mini Stitcher
Consider Your Needs
Before investing in a mini stitcher, it's essential to consider your specific sewing needs and preferences. Are you a beginner looking for a user-friendly machine to learn on, or are you an experienced sewist seeking advanced features and capabilities? Do you primarily sew garments, quilts, or smaller craft projects? By identifying your requirements upfront, you can narrow down your options and choose a mini stitcher that best suits your needs.
Research Brands and Models
With so many mini stitchers on the market, it's essential to research different brands and models to find the perfect fit for you. Look for reputable brands known for their quality construction and reliable performance. Read reviews from other sewists to learn about their experiences with specific machines and take note of any features or functionalities that stand out to you.
Test Before You Buy
If possible, visit a local sewing store or attend a crafting expo where you can test out different mini stitchers in person. This hands-on experience will allow you to get a feel for each machine's usability, stitching quality, and overall performance. Pay attention to factors such as ease of threading, stitch selection, and noise level to ensure that you choose a mini stitcher that meets your expectations.
Tips for Using Mini Stitchers
Read the Manual
Before diving into your first sewing project, take the time to read the user manual that comes with your mini stitcher. Familiarize yourself with its various features, functions, and settings, and follow the manufacturer's instructions for proper setup and operation. This will help you get the most out of your machine and avoid any potential issues or mistakes.
Start Simple
If you're new to sewing or unfamiliar with your mini stitcher, start with simple projects to build your confidence and skills. Practice basic stitches on scrap fabric, experiment with different settings and techniques, and gradually work your way up to more complex projects as you become more comfortable with your machine.
Maintain Regularly
To keep your mini stitcher running smoothly, it's essential to perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning, oiling, and lubricating moving parts. Refer to your machine's manual for specific maintenance instructions, and make it a habit to perform these tasks after every few sewing sessions or as needed.
Conclusion
Mini stitchers offer a compact, convenient, and versatile solution for sewists of all skill levels. Whether you're short on space, craving portability, or simply looking for a user-friendly sewing machine, a mini stitcher has you covered. By understanding their features, advantages, and how to choose the right one for your needs, you can unlock the full potential of these pint-sized wonders and take your sewing projects to new heights.
So, what are you waiting for? It's time to unleash your creativity with a mini stitcher by your side!

Love Bites (Love Bleeds)
author: sugardaddytonystark pairing: vampire Tony Stark x Reader word count: 4000+
*Explicit*
Tumblr media
🔊 Love Bites
At thirty-eight years old, Tony Stark was bitten.
That was ten years ago, and he’s been either blessed or cursed to live out eternity in that same body, hidden away from the light, from people. Few know that he’s fallen victim to the virus. Rumors say that he’s just a shut in, an eccentric, only leaving the house when he’s in his armored suit. But you know better.
You have been his court-appointed guardian for a few months now, and you’ve spent more time with Tony in that short time than most people have in the last decade. You two were getting close, but lately he’s been distant, holed up in his basement workshop. And that’s the one place you don’t go, his private sanctuary.
You have free reign of the rest of Tony’s house, it being your home now as well, and you make good use of it. It’s dark now as you make your way down the stairs in a half-stumbling, middle-of-the-night daze. But you know every step by rote, every creak and every corner. So, even though there aren’t any lights on in Tony’s Malibu mansion, you can navigate it just fine.
You do turn on the light when you round the bar nestled into an alcove in the sitting room. You don’t feel like walking all the way to the kitchen, and you know that the mini bar will have stocked some kind of juice for making cocktails.
As you sip on your drink, you look out into the darkness of the living room and see two shining eyes staring right back at you. The glass slips from your hand as you startle, and in your panic, you step directly on the broken shards.
“OW! SONUVA B—”
Before you even realize what’s happening, you’re off your feet, cradled in a pair of strong, solid arms. You look up and it’s Tony, brows furrowed above concerned, blackest-brown eyes. He tries to give you a little smirk when he sees you staring up at him, but the space between his eyebrows is still pinched, the look of worry on his face.
“If you wanted to join me for a nightcap, honey, all you had to do was ask,” he says, voice low and smooth as he carries you into the adjoining living room.
You clench your jaw, trying not to show how much pain you’re in. “Well, you know me,” you say, “can’t do anything without a little flair.”
“Something we’ve got in common,” Tony replies as he lays you down on the couch. He gently places your head against the arm before getting a throw pillow from the chair and placing it behind you. He sits down on the other side and puts your feet in his lap.
“Here, drink this,” he tells you as he leans over your legs to pick up a glass from the coffee table. “Your nightcap.”
You take the drink and just hold it for a moment, letting the cold radiating from the glass sink into your fingertips. You bring it up to your lips and catch the scent of whiskey, of citrus. You didn’t even know Tony could drink alcohol.
“Oh, sweetheart,” he mutters, looking at the sole of your foot, “next time, a little less flair.”
“Yes, sir,” you reply, the glass perched at your lips.
He looks up at you beneath thick eyelashes, a flash of crimson in his otherwise dark eyes. He places two fingers under the glass and tilts it up. “Drink,” he tells you. “You’ll thank me later.”
You tip your head back as you down the rest of Tony’s drink. It goes does smooth, heating up the back of your throat, the warmth blossoming in your chest. You hand the empty glass back to Tony and he sits it on the table.
“Are you ready?” he asks.
You nod your head and close your eyes, fists balled and nails digging into your palm as you prepare for the pain. You can feel Tony’s grip on your ankle tighten, and when he pulls the shard of glass out of your foot, you have to try your damnedest to suppress a scream.
His grip tightens even more, managing to ease the pain a little, slow the flow of blood, as he gently slides your bloodied sock off your foot.
“Shit,” he says, dropping the sock from his one hand and your ankle from his other.
Tony grabs the hem of his shirt, brings it up and over his head. He presses it to the sole of your foot to stop the bleeding and you hiss at the pressure, recoiling at the touch. He wraps his palm around the fabric, keeping his shirt tight against the wound, fingers curled up and over the wounded appendage.
His hold on you is tight, forcing you to stay still. His other hand is stroking your ankle, up your shin - a soft, soothing motion. His eyes are cast downward, fixed on the place where you’re bleeding into his wadded-up shirt.
You watch Tony as he works, trying to distract yourself. He’s nice to look at. More handsome in person, even, than in pictures. He has a lean build, slender but with strong muscles under cool, winter-pale skin. His eyes are the darkest shade of brown, flashing with crimson when they hit the light. They’re big and round and warm, making him look innocent and young, even younger than his everlasting thirty-eight years. His hair is dark, his beard slightly longer than stubble. His lips are flower-petal pink.
The angle of the light from above the bar casts half of his face in the shadow, highlighting the slope of his nose, the curve of his cupid’s bow. A glow emanates from the metal embedded in his chest, and now more than ever, you’re reminded that Tony is part man, part myth, and part machine.
He is truly incredible, you think, and not for the first time. He glances up at you, catches your gaze, then quickly averts his eyes.
“Why are you looking at me like that?” he asks.
“I just… feel like I haven’t seen you in a while,” you reply, feeling like velvet – throat dry, head thick and fuzzy. You don’t know if it’s the blood loss, the drink, or just being in Tony’s presence, but everything is starting to feel slow-moving, like you’re stuck in a daze.
The corner of Tony’s mouth turns up in a smirk, but still, he doesn’t look at you. “Have you been missing me, honey?” he asks.
“Yes,” you tell him, unabashed.
He huffs out a quiet laugh, shakes his head, but he doesn’t respond. Instead, he gently peels his shirt from the sole of your foot, inspecting the damage. It must be bad, because you can see his brows furrow again, his nostrils flare.
“Shit, you’re gonna need stitches,” he says. “I’m gonna call the Doc, alright?”
“Wait, Tony,” you say, before he can stand up. “Can’t you just… you know?”
His grip tightens on your ankle. “No,” he says sharply, but he doesn’t try to stand up again.
You’re tired and weak and in pain, so when you whine, “Why not?” you don’t even feel bad about sounding so infantile. “You can heal me in a minute. If not, I’ll be limping around here for weeks.”
Tony, being what he is, can heal a wound almost instantly. His saliva mixed with his blood, and whatever science or magic that is involved, can keep you from being bedridden for however long it would take your wound to heal on its own. You wouldn’t ask normally, but he’s here and, well, you’re curious, not to mention that you’re not ready to be without his touch once again.
“I don’t know if I’d be able to control myself,” he admits to you, softly, as if ashamed.
“I’m bleeding everywhere and you’re controlling yourself now.”
“Do you think this is easy for me?” he responds, almost a growl, his voice deep and low. “I wouldn’t call how I’m feeling ‘being in control.’”
“Maybe not, but you’re doing it!”
You two just stare at each other, neither of you budging nor relenting. It’s not even awkward, just tense, this silent battle of wills. But you know that Tony is more stubborn than you, so finally, you give in.
“Fine,” you say. “Just get someone to sew me up.”
But Tony doesn’t move. He just looks at your wounded foot, your ankle still in his painful grip. His stillness is almost unnerving, his dark brown eyes unblinking, his pale face statuesque against the darkness of the room.
“Tony,” you say, nearly frightened. “Please, do something. I’m bleeding!”
“I know,” he replies, his voice soft again, as he seems to shake himself from his stupor. “I know you are.”
Slowly, hesitantly, Tony lifts your leg and presses his nose against the inside of your ankle. He breathes in and closes his eyes, rubbing his cheek against the side of your foot, his short beard brushing over your skin.
“You have no idea how incredible you smell,” he says, so low you barely hear him. “How tempting you are. It’s not that I don’t want to…”
And as he speaks, your hands curl into fists beside you, his words shocking you into near panic. It’s too much, this quick shift, this sudden change in atmosphere. You’re suddenly too caught up in the scene playing out before you to manage any coherent though, let alone words. Do it, you want to tell him, but you can’t, heart pounding, voice caught in your throat. Do it.
“...it’s that I want it too much.”
Tony brings up one of his knees to kneel on the sofa so that he’s turned toward you, between your legs, your ankle still in his hand, your other leg resting across his thigh. He eases up on the pressure around your ankle and you can feel the blood start flowing to your foot again, wet heat running down your wounded sole.
You watch him, enraptured, as he wipes his mouth across the bottom of your foot. You don’t even flinch from the sting of it, too fascinated to move. But you can feel him trembling, his breath coming out ragged against your skin.
When he lifts his mouth from the arch of your foot, there’s a smear of dark blood against his lips. And then, behind, sharp teeth shining white and deadly. His eyes flash with a nocturnal sheen – deep, deep burgundy all but glowing in the darkness. He looks dangerous and feral and like nothing you’ve ever seen before in your life.
You barely register that the pain in your foot has faded, the wound now a mere memory. You can only focus on Tony’s lips, painted red, and the intense pounding of your own heart. Never have you been more aware of the blood rushing through your veins. Or the reality that you’re living under the same roof as the person who would desire it the most.
Tony doesn’t relinquish the hold that he has on your ankle, but the other hand lightly grabs hold of your calf on the same leg, and then slowly, slowly, you feel his palm slide up to the back of your knee. He doesn’t stop. He keeps moving up, palm sliding across the inside of your thigh, his hand squeezing your flesh and staying there.
In the stillness and in the quiet, you can feel your pulse pounding beneath his palm.
Tony then sets your ankle on his shoulder, his hold giving up its claim. He smears blood from his lips up your ankle, kisses the side of your calf. From behind coal black eyelashes he looks up at you, mouth hovering above your skin.
“Aren’t you gonna stop me?” he asks, placing his lips on the inside of your knee. He kisses you there and you shiver, almost tickled by the soft touch against your sensitive skin, overwhelmed by him worshipping places that no one else has ever even cared to touch.
You slowly shake your head no and he closes his eyes, dragging his cool mouth up the inside of your trembling thigh. You arch your back as he moves higher still, planting a line of kisses up your delicate flesh.
“There are places where you smell the most you,” he whispers, almost absentmindedly, lips grazing your skin as he speaks. “The back of your knee... the inside of your elbow... your throat, your hair… your cunt.” He buries his face between your legs and inhales deep, moaning. “You should really tell me to stop.”
“I don’t want you to stop,” you tell him, your voice hardly even a whisper. “Don’t stop, Tony.”
“What do you want?” he asks, mouth hovering over your pussy, those shimmering black eyes looking up at you from behind dark lashes.
You roll your hips up. “I want you to bite me.”
He rears back so fast that you jump in surprise. You sit up and grab his arm, afraid that he’s going to leave. You must have gone too far this time. Too far too fast and now you’ve pushed him away.
“You don’t know what you’re asking,” he says, voice hoarse and rough. “You don’t really want that.”
You lead him closer by his arm, then wrap your other hand around the back of his neck. You lean your forehead against his and you hear him take a shuddering breath. You close your eyes and savor the feeling of him being so close to you – forehead to forehead, the sides of your noses resting against the other, your fingertips against his flesh and his hands noticeably absent from your body. You shiver, chilled at all the places that you two are touching, his skin cold against yours.
“I do,” you tell him. “I want you, Tony.”
You stare at him, waiting. He stalls a heartbeat before he tilts his chin, angling for a tentative kiss. He presses his soft lips against yours, wraps his arm around your waist. You cup his face in your palms, thumbs running across his cheekbones. He nips softly at your bottom lip, not even close to breaking the skin, before soothing the spot with his tongue.
It should disgust you – having Tony’s mouth on yours after he licked up your blood – but you only taste a slight metallic tang, mostly masked by the whiskey that both of you drank. It’s intoxicating, Tony’s cool mouth, his sharp teeth against your sensitive lip, his taste, yours, the sharp sweetness of the alcohol.
“More,” you moan. “Please.”
“Impatient,” he chides, then plants a kiss on the side of your mouth. “Greedy.”
Tony turns his head and kisses the inside of your wrist, your hand cupping his cheek. He runs his tongue over the delicate veins, and you gasp, trembling in anticipation. He doesn’t stop, though. He keeps moving, kissing up the inside of your arm, his mouth leaving a trail of goosebumps on the surface of your skin.
He moves his arm from around your waist, bracing one hand against the couch behind you as he slides his other hand under your shirt and up your stomach. His fingertips are cold and soft against your body, the temperature almost a shock, and you’re torn between moving away and arching toward him. But the sensation is nice, you’ve never felt anything like it, and you know you won’t be forgetting it any time soon.
Tony’s lips touch your bare shoulder, once, slowly, and then once more, lingering against your skin. He moves upwards and your breath catches when you feel his open mouth against your neck. He sucks the blood to the surface of your throat like he can taste it through your skin, marking your soft flesh with soon to be tender bruises that you’re sure will last for days.
You can feel your pulse in your throat, hear your quickening heartbeat. Tony is saying something, but it doesn’t register in your mind, you’re so caught in feeling of his lips against your skin as they move.
“Where –?” you sigh, echoing what you think you heard.
You groan as Tony pulls away from you, and when you open your eyes, he’s staring down at you, half-smiling. “Where do you want it?” he asks again, cocking an eyebrow. “The throat is conventional, but –"
“Yes,” you reply, impatient. “I – anywhere. Everywhere. Just… please.”
You want him to devour you, consume you. You want his lips against your body, to feel his teeth sink into your skin. You’ve dreamt about it almost every night, giving yourself to him, him having his way with you, doing whatever he wants to do with your body.
Tony’s smile grows wider, and he bites down on his bottom lip, sharp white teeth gleaming in the low light. He bends down, chest to chest, and kisses you again, his cold skin melting against your warm body, the two of you separated by just your shirt. He makes quick work of that inconvenient piece of fabric, his lips leaving yours just long enough to pull it over your head and throw it out of the way.
His mouth moves down your throat, slowly, across your collarbone, down your breast to latch on to your hard nipple. His tongue licks across it, then he lets his teeth graze the taut peak, his hand coming up to pinch and pull at your other one.
The chill of his fingers has you shivering, arching your back up toward him. Your eagerness must spur him on because he grabs your breast in his palm, almost too rough and desperate, fingertips digging into your flesh.
Too soon, Tony moves between your breasts, then kisses down your stomach. You roll your body to meet him at every place his lips touch – sternum, then stomach, then hips. He grabs the waistband of your shorts and panties, pulling them down your legs as he sinks to his knees on the floor.
His hands grip the back of your knees and pull your legs apart, opening you up to him. The way he’s handing you now is neither gentle nor shy, maneuvering you so that he can get his shoulders between your thighs, his face level to your cunt.
It’s jarring, to realize that you’re naked on Tony Stark’s living room sofa, with Tony himself below you, in just his sweatpants and socks. That his blood, no matter how little of it, is inside of you now. Your blood in him. This joining seems irreversible, more momentous than you would have ever imagined. There’s no possible way that you will ever be the same after this, regardless of what happens.
What has happened will have been enough to change you completely.
And then Tony tongues the sharp point of one of his deadly teeth, a strange glint in his dark eyes, and you are thrust back into the present, aware and frightened of what you’ve asked for.
Tony no longer seems hesitant, not when he grazes the tip of his nose against your clit. Not when he inhales your scent, moans on the exhale. And certainly not when he covers your clit with his mouth, lips and tongue shockingly cold against your hypersensitive flesh.
“Tony!” your practically scream. “Fuck, Tony!”
And he moans at the sound of your voice saying his name, the noise vibrating against your pussy, making you squirm. Your hands find his hair, soft between your fingers. Having something to grab on to is somewhat grounding, but you can feel him move against you, your hands not guiding him but just touching, and that only adds to the realization of what you’re doing. Only makes you that more desperate.
There’s no build up to get used to the sensations. Tony starts immediately licking and sucking your clit like he can’t help himself. Like he’d want nothing more than to eat you up here on his sofa. And you’d let him too, let him have all of you if that’s what he wanted. More than just your blood or your pussy. You’d let him devour you whole.
Your body arches and you push against him, making him bury his face harder against you. Tony flattens his tongue and licks at your clit, then moves lower, and lower, tongue lapping at your entrance, then, the sensitive spot between your pussy and asshole.
You’ve wanted this, dreamed about it, and now that you have him, it’s so much more than you could have ever imagined. And when he slides a finger into you, easily with the aid of how wet you are for him, you can barely hold yourself together.
Tony pumps his finger in and out of you, slowly, while his tongue plays with your clit, explores your folds. You could cry, you feel so good, and when he adds another, you do. Tears spill down your cheeks as his fingers fuck you, pressing against your soft inner walls and curving just right.
As he pumps into you, the inside of his knuckles rub against a spot below your clit that you never even knew was there, and you can feel that pressure building, that feeling growing low in your belly.
Tony’s mouth leaves your pussy and his thumb finds your clit, his strong, dexterous fingers touching you in all the places that you need. He kisses your inner thigh, licks at the skin there, sucks, nips, and you jerk at the sensation. His works at the soft skin, sucking a bruise into your flesh.
You couldn’t stop it if you wanted. You come. Hips rolling as you fuck yourself on his fingers. You hands still gripping his hair tight. Your eyes are pressed closed, the wetness of your tear still lingering on your cheeks.
And then – he bites. And it’s euphoric. There’s ringing in your ears like the aftermath of a scream, and maybe you did, your voice rough and raw as you call his name, as you plead for something that you don’t even know you want.
Everything is black, your entire body narrowed down to his fingers filling you up and his mouth sucking your blood. You can’t even hold on to him anymore, your hands drop from his hair as you come down from your orgasm, Tony still sucking on the tender and bruised skin of your punctured thigh.
You feel weak, only moving when Tony wipes his mouth on the inside of your thigh. And then he lifts up, face to face with you and you make a feeble attempt to kiss him, instinctively. You can smell the bitter copper scent on him as he turns his face to the side, nuzzles his cheek against yours.
He’s warm now, such a drastic difference than from before. Warm, pink cheeked, thin lips red and slightly swollen. You could mistake him for human.
“Let’s get you to bed,” Tony says. “Can you walk?”
You nod your head, but you sway as you stand. Without hesitation, he picks up like he did before, and carries you effortlessly up the stairs and toward your room. The walk is peaceful, silent, and you let the lull of his footsteps calm you. You close your eyes and almost as soon as you do, you are in your bed, warm and comfortable under the blankets.
Tony stands above you and you hold onto his hand, then run your fingers up his arm, from his wrist, softly, to his elbow. How long will you be able to touch him like this? Now that you’ve had him, you’re not sure you’ll be able to let him go.
“Will you come see me?” You ask. “Tomorrow night? Please.”
Tony gently takes your hand off of his elbow and brings it up to his lips. He kisses your knuckles, almost chaste. “Goodnight,” he says, eyes shimmering in the darkness of your room. “And sleep well. You’ll need your rest for tomorrow.”

Today was a pretty excellent day off. It wasnt as productive as yesterday. But still. Super excellent.
James woke up and went to work. I slept until about 10. I needed the rest. I woke up pretty groggy. But i had cereal and texted with Jess. Slowly woke up.
I got washed up and dressed. Pulled out my sewing machine. Fixed that up a bit. Got some squares sewn. But then I broke my needle and i think all my other needles are at school because i cannot find them. Which is real annoying. But it was all good.
I hung out for a while. Around 11 James texted me to let me know that the apartment i was supposed to see at 1 got messed up. The realitor needed to reschedule. The guy called ne to see if we could do later in the day but I really wanred to go see James's last firing. So we decided to make a plan for later in the week. All cool.
I left here after noon. I biked to fells and their was a flea market!! I didnt have any cash but i enjoyed looking around. I love flea markets and its veen forever since ive been to one. And this was pretty good!!
I went to goodwill next. I had some good luck. I got a sweatshirt dress. Its like terry cloth. And i got 2 shirts. I also got an ubderwater film camera! For beach trips.
I left and went to Marshall's. I had good luck there and got a 3 piece pj set for $12! Short, long pants, and a tank top! They are very soft and James can fit in the long pants so we match. Plus the shorts have the most darling ruffle.
I had lunch at Johnny rocket and brought James some cheese fries. It was warm out on the boat but it was fun being there.
I helped make the call for the gun drill. And set up the lines. It was really fun seeing James give his talk. And I helped pull the lines to run the gun out. It was good fun.
Soon enough it was about 4. And I got a good spot to film James's last firing. It was great. He was losing his voice but his talk was excellent and the actual firing was good and loud and clean.
I collected the firing pin and kept that one for me. But I gave out other ones to kids. I think i scared on lady when i told her i was giving them to her bevause I asked of the 2 boys where hers (they were helping James with the flag) abd she starts saying yes and was saying she thought they were okay and trying to apologize and im like no no!! They are fine! i have these pins for them!! And she was very excited.
I helped with the flag but left soon after. Very proud of my boyfriend.
I biked home. It was hot hot hot. But I made it back. I was very shaky but I striped down and laid in front of the fan. Had something to drink. Felt a lot better.
At abour 610 I went to go see the apartment. I got a little lost. But i found it. And guys. My guys. This apartment. James walked up as i was locking up my bike. This place is beautiful.
The maintinence guy, Will, was so nice. Older black guy, obviously hardworking and very earnest. Reminded me of my dad. He took us up ans its a 2nd floor. Right at the top of the stairs. I was in love from the moment we stepped inside. Its perfect. So many built ins. Closets! Fireplace! Windows! So much light! We stayed for a bit. I took videos. I want to cry its so good. We are going to apply. It's just so perfect. I really hope we get it. Will told us all the things hes worked on to make better. How he fixed the kitchen. It has free heat and water. Its quiet. I would love him as a maintenance guy, he seems so hardworking but just lovely.
Will said, just for fun, he wanted to show us his favorite apartment in the building. It was on the first floor. And that one was wild. It was a couple bedrooms. With a huge kitchen/dining area. A t.v. room. With a fireplace, a drawing room, a sitting room. In unit laundry. It was buckwild how big this one one. It made me a bit nervous it was so big. He said the people who used to live their didnt even have funiture in the front rooms because it was so big! Wild.
James emailed the landlord and were going to apply. Shes out of town for a couple days. But hopefully we can just take it asap, because I love this one, fingers crossed.
We left and made the 20 minute walk home. James was hurting and overheated but we made it back around 715.
He took a shower. I got a bath after. Enjoyed the cold water. Then had a mini fashion show of my new things. Im very tired now. Im going to start getting ready for bed. Im looking forward to camp tomorrow. But im still tired.
My dad has his hernia surgery tomorrow. So send him all the good vibes. I love him very much and im glad he's working on getting all healthy. I just hope its quick and easy.
Sleep well everyone. Be safe out there

Types of Bedrooms
Suburban Beach: Lamp next to the sofa isn’t connected to the switch but you’re used to all the light, extra pillows for friends if they sleep over, satin millennial pink sheets that clash perfectly with the peach velvet sofa, pictures in white mismatching frames cover the walls, Tiffany Blue walls, white window sheers tied back, French closet doors permanently flung open, clean enough to have friends over if they don’t mind stepping over the bra on the floor, queen four poster canopy bed in ash, you did tell anyone you wanted the feel of a Caribbean sunset because it was your favorite family vacation when you were all still together
Tournament Oasis: Three shelves of trophies and ribbons from age three up, green flannel sheets that haven’t been washed for three months at least, one of the closet doors doesn’t close because it fell out of the track and you’re too lazy to be active when you could rather be sleeping, off white walls, full mattress without a headboard or a frame actually... desk lamp is in the shape of a football you mom got you as a joke when you made varsity, even when the room is spotless it still smells like a locker room, windows have blinds that have never been used because the neighbors don’t have a window facing your room, one pillow that somehow always ends up on the floor in the middle of the night, sometimes you lay in bed staring at the ceiling and don’t want to leave because you’re worn out from trying to be the best and never knowing if you are
Average Dorm: The only thing you managed to hang before the semester started was a periodic table chart because you thought it was cool it glowed in the dark, IKEA had a sale on twin extra long and you bought three sets to last between laundry days, wall colour hasn’t changed since the last time the school pained them in ‘88, blinds in the room haven’t worked since ‘91, closet space just fits one-fifth of your total wardrobe, gave up bringing a normal pillow in favour of a back pillow for bed so you can do homework in bed and your roommate can sleep, top bunk all the way, the only hope of passing sophomore year it might come with a murder charge if your roommate doesn’t stop snoring, bypass the lightswitch and turn on the desk lamp, you named the roaches who live next door but visit you from time to time
Post Mod: People have told you that the bright white walls remind them of a psych ward but you like that they look clean, track lighting run along half the walls but they’re so bright they are angled to shine off of a reflective surface so the whole room doesn’t glow, crisp set of solid 50% grey sheets, black bed frame because it off set the room just right, five pillows the small decorative one is for achieving the right body angle to read in bed, glass door to a walk-in closet off of the master bathroom, the original white shears were actually ivory so they were replaced with grey ones to match the bedding, mirrors adorn the walls for the lighting situation not for vanity and catching your reflection in the mirror makes you feel like you don’t match your room, the younger siblings aren’t invited in if there’s food involved, seriously considering getting a plant to give the room some colour but it might ruin the aesthetic
Expert Gamer: Your parents allowed you to have free reign of the basement and you sealed the cement floor with acid green epoxy, black sheets that weren’t put back on the bed since laundry day because you tend to fall asleep in your gaming chair, practically factory fresh memory foam that you adore after too many nights in the fighting seat, walls are still exposed cement but one solid row of arcade games serves as decoration enough, Mom said you don’t see the sun enough so you set up a live cam to feed to a monitor mounted on the wall next to your bed and she didn’t bug you again, original lighting was pretty sparse so you ran up some track lighting that bounces off the floor an makes the whole place glow, everything you own hangs from the exposed rafters on wire hangers, two pillows one for head support while asleep and one for lumbar support while sitting, never quite understand why everyone expects you to live in a mound of wrappers and crushed cans because you definitely don’t because that’s gross, you can be yourself or anyone else here
Bohemian Eclectic: Dinosaur print sheets you found in the bargain bin somewhere, light switch turns on Christmas lights that line the ceiling in place of central lighting, instead of piles of clothes you have piles of books littering the floor, most of the walls are a magenta but one wall is painted with chalkboard paint, got rid of your bed a few years ago when you bought a giant beanbag, the only pillows in the room are the floor pillows you use to sit at the coffee table, collectable movie posters of cult classics cover most of the walls and a hole that mysteriously appeared one day, closet is filled with more bolts of fabric than finished pieces and the sewing machine that you found at a resale place for a fraction of the actual cost, a large swatch of lace is used for the window shear, you were able to find a mini-fridge from the 70’s at Goodwill but you haven’t cleaned out a spot close enough to an outlet to actually use it
Summer Sunshine: Everything has its place even if the place happens to be covered in dog hair, cobalt blue and white chevron duvet with matching polka dot sheet set, honeysuckle yellow walls, closet doors are littered with stickers like one giant scrapbook page, classic daybed, there are a mound of pillows you sleep nested between except for the dog pillow that one stays on the floor, bay window with even more pillows, framed pictures of water colour flowers, daisy shaped night-light because you feel so alone in the dark, this is the space you can actually feel at home
Green Science: Your room is a literal zoo but it’s fine because you hydroponically grow your own lettuce to feed most of the animals, Repurposed a whitewashed door as a headboard, one pillow for sleeping and one decorative pillow with a science meme on it, mismatched set of sheets from a garage sale, walls are mostly blue but it fades to a blue/white ceiling that looks like a cloud, most of the time you don’t use your lights because there’s enough coming from the heating lamps in the reptile and amphibian tanks, closet is stuffed to keep the rest of the room as open as possible, window coverings were removed to allow for easy access to the solar panels mounted outside, the only exposed wall is covered with a cork board of environmental science articles and diagrams for building solar powered electric cars, once the habit was set caring about everything didn’t take as much time as you thought it would
World Traveler: Closet is half empty because most of your clothes are still packed in suitcases, solid frame supporting a full mattress, simple white sheets nothing too fancy, ice blue and navy two tone walls and silver accents, over head light is from a place in Europe that you had shipped back and re wired because you loved it so much, blinds are perpetually left closed out of habit from not wanting anyone to break in while you’re gone, there’s a bookcase on one wall filled with books and collectables from all your trips one shelf for every continent, plushies cover most of the bed but there is one actual pillow in there somewhere, power strip with two phone chargers and a laptop charger, for as much as you call this home it really is just a place to keep a collection from the pieces of home you’ve found around the world
Aspiring Rocker: Closet doors are miss matched and well worn and dad was going to paint them then forgot but that’s fine you don’t mind the way they look, the one outside facing wall is covered in band posters and VIP passes, walls are covered in egg carton foam as sound baffling but it makes the silence feel so close, hand me down twin bunk bed set with a converted lower bunk to a desk, you are forced to empty your garbage daily because everyone is convinced the ants are coming from your room, at one point the sheets resembled a Scottish tartan, only one pillow but you don’t use it because you sleep on your front and feel like you’re suffocating if you use it, the only lighting in your room comes from a ceiling fan missing one of the three bulbs, the blinds used to close until a giant knot showed up but no one’s complained at seeing you change, room looks like the stereotypical garage band moved in even though you make enough off of iTunes royalties to move out on your own
