Another Brazilian EEnE EDit! Mulher de Fases = Woman of Phases :)

There's a part (01:07) where I was unsure how to translate because the song is comparing the woman to the moon because she has different "phases" (she's emotionally unstable, her attitude and behavior fluctuate between loving and mean). That's why I translated it as "you grew" instead of "you grew up" (according to my research, "grow up" is used to talk about people while "grow" is used to talk about things. Correct me if I'm wrong), because it's talking about the woman as if she were the moon. But in the case of my edit, I also wanted to use it to refer to Eddy's maturation process, him growing as a person, so in the end I don't know if I made the best choice. I just didn't want to lose the moon metaphor.

Rupbasan Mojokerto Hadiri Webinar Sosialisasi KUHP Baru

Mojokerto - Kepala Rupbasan Kelas II Mojokerto Kanwil Direktorat Jenderal Pemasyarakatan Jawa Timur, Sudarso memimpin menghadiri Webinar Sosialisasi Undang-Undang No 1 Tahun 2023 tentang Kitab Undang - Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) “Paradigma Modern dalam KUHP Baru” secara daring, Kamis (30/01/2025). Kegiatan yang digagas oleh Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BPSDM) Hukum menghadirkan Narasumber Wakil Menteri Hukum (Wamenkum), Edward Omar Sharief Hiariej.

Rupbasan Kelas II Mojokerto Kanwil Direktorat Jenderal Pemasyarakatan Jawa Timur menghadiri secara virtual. Kegiatan diawali dengan laporan pelaksanaan oleh Kepala BPSDM Hukum, Gusti Ayu Putu Suwardani. Dalam laporannya dia menyampaikan, BPSDM berperan dalam mensosialisasikan dalam metode webinar.

“Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mewujudkan Masyarakat Indonesia yang taat dan sadar hukum, memperkuat pemahaman di bidang hukum Pidana dan mendukung astacita Presiden RI melalui manfaat yang luas bagi Masyarakat,” jelas Gusti Ayu.

Kegiatan yang dipusatkan di Auditorium Prof. Muladi, Kampus Politeknik Pengayoman Indonesia, Wamenkum, Prof. Edward Omar Sjarief Hiariej menyampaikan bahwa KUHP baru terdiri dari dua buku. Buku kesatu terdiri dari 6 Bab, 187 Pasal dan buku kedua terdiri dari 37 Bab, 437 Pasal. Sehingga KUHP baru yang terdiri dari dua buku ini terdiri dari 43 Bab dan 624 Pasal.

"Maka dari itu hal pertama yang harus dilakukan adalah melakukan sosialisasi terkait KUHP Nasional ini sebelum nantinya akan diberlakukan pada tanggal 2 Januari tahun 2026," ujarnya.

Misi KUHP Nasional ini, lanjut pria yang akrab disapa Eddy itu adalah Rekordifikasi terbuka terbatas, Demokratisasi, Modernisasi, Aktualisasi, dan Harmonisasi. Tujuan Pemidanaan juga lebih mengacu pada Pencegahan, Penyelesaian konflik, pemulihan keseimbangan & penciptaan rasa aman dan damai, Rehabilitasi/Pemasyarakatan, Penumbuhan penyesalan terpidana, dan Pemidanaan tidak dimaksudkan untuk merendahkan martabat manusia.

Didalam KUHP Nasional ini juga terdapat pedoman pemidaan yang dimana jika terdapat pertentangan antara kepastian dan keadilan, Hakim wajib untuk mendahulukan dan mengutamakan keadilan. Selain diikuti oleh ASN Kementerian Hukum diseluruh Indonesia, Webinar ini juga diikuti secara umum melalui kanal youtube BPSDM Hukum Republik Indoensia.

Ribuan pemuda bersatu lawan krisis sampah

Jakarta (ANTARA) - Aksi Muda Jaga Iklim (AMJI) 2024 menghebohkan tujuh kota besar di Indonesia yakni Makassar, Ambon, Jakarta, Pontianak, Sorong, Salatiga, dan Gorontalo, dengan Parade Monster Plastik yang digelar pada 26-28 Oktober 2024 dan menyatukan ribuan pemuda dalam upaya melawan krisis sampah plastik.

Parade ini digelar dengan mengarak monster raksasa yang terbuat dari sampah plastik menjadi simbol nyata dari ancaman serius yang dihadapi planet bumi. Parade ini tidak hanya menjadi pertunjukan menarik, tetapi juga menjadi panggilan bagi masyarakat untuk bertindak.

“Aksi ini diadakan untuk mengedukasi terkait sampah plastik, terutama pada individu yang mengkonsumsi minimal tiga sampah plastik setiap hari,” kata Koordinator Nasional Penjaga Laut Erwin Falufi Irianti dalam keterangannya di Jakarta pada Selasa.

Dengan melibatkan beragam komunitas lokal, sekolah, dan organisasi lingkungan, harapan dari kegiatan ini dapat memperluas jangkauan pesan penting dan mengajak lebih banyak pihak untuk berpartisipasi aktif.

Hal itu juga disampaikan oleh Suci Muhairan Eddy selaku koordinator AMJI untuk Ambon bahwa melalui parade ini ia ingin masyarakat menyadari bahaya sampah plastik dan terdorong untuk mengubah perilaku.

Sampah plastik berdampak luas terhadap krisis iklim, mencemari daratan dan lautan serta berkontribusi pada emisi karbon berbahaya.

Studi Travis P. Wagner (2017) menunjukkan masyarakat dunia membuang 5 triliun kantong plastik setiap tahun, sementara di Indonesia penggunaan kantong plastik mencapai sekitar 182,7 miliar setiap tahun. Kondisi ini mengancam satwa laut, merusak ekosistem, dan berpotensi memasuki rantai makanan manusia.

"Ini adalah isu semua orang, dan setiap individu memiliki peran dalam menjaga lingkungan," kata John Yewen, komika yang berpartisipasi. Parade Monster Plastik diikuti sekitar 65.000 orang muda di 1.285 lokasi seluruh Indonesia, sekaligus rangka memperingati Hari Sumpah Pemuda ke-96.

It is also the name of a programming script, which has ties to how she thinks and her previous job, so it makes sense that she would choose it for herself as an alias. Essentially, she's one big metaphor.

Vida pessoal

Em 24 de junho de 1937, Rogers se tornou o terceiro marido da atriz de cinema mudo Mary Pickford . O romance começou em 1927, quando eles coestrelaram My Best Girl, mas os dois mantiveram o relacionamento escondido até a separação de Pickford e o divórcio de Douglas Fairbanks em 1936. O casal adotou dois filhos - Roxanne e Ronald - e permaneceu casado por 42 anos até a morte de Pickford em 1979. 

Em 1981, Rogers casou-se com a corretora imobiliária Beverly Ricono. 

Rogers era supostamente bissexual e pode ter tido um caso com Gene Raymond, que era casado com Jeanette MacDonald. Louis B. Morte

uma amiga minha no fundamental me emprestou esse livro NACIONAL e pra alguém como eu, receber uma recomendação orgânica de alguém que eu gostava tanto foi algo de outro mundo! ler esse livro foi como me transportar para uma outra realidade, uma realidade que se passava aqui mesmo no Brasil em locais que existem de verdade e no meu estado! naquela época lendo esse livro tudo parecia tão tangível e eu fiz de tudo pra conseguir comprar esse livro. pra mim, esse é um dos meus tesouros. todo ano eu releio pra sentir a emoção que eu senti quando eu li pela primeira vez quando eu era criança
