just finished a fic called where soul meets body by @edgebug and i'll be thinking about this one ALL night

so so good, 10/10 would recommend its beautiful, unique and it really warms my heart (and i looooove this type of story its really comforting somehow ??) so yeah thank you for your service edgebug 🥹

Experiencing Feelings about edgebug's where soul meets body trilogy. I think it's one of my favorite works, I love how they depict Wade and Logan, and all of the other characters included as well. There's just this semblance of connection they write into Wade and Logan that makes so much sense in their work's storyline and also with (how I view/know) their canon selves. Even knowing each part of the trilogy has a happy ending, all the twists and turns it took to get there are so real and frightening and emotional for the characters and the reader. These characters deserve so much happiness and I think the fics give it to them!

I highly recommend reading. I only finished the third part today since I Knew I'd have to prepare myself emotionally. It was so worth it, I loved reading the whole fic at once.

I think the author says it best in their summary: "The one where Wade gets stuck in a time loop and decides to play 50 First Dates." This fic is a well-rounded masterpiece, and absolutely beautifully fleshes out this concept. This is easily one of the best fanfics I've read in years. Millions of kudos.

This is my absolute favorite finished poolverine longfic. It's set after the events of DPW and expands into the wildest, most perfectly deadpool-esque chain of events. This is a perfect fic, I beg of you to read it.

As with all of edgbug's fics, this was absolutely phenomenal. I love the fake relationship trope, and this almost feels like an episode of psych with the humorous crime solving premise. Read it in one sitting and have read it twice since. Don't pass up on this one!
