I think it's good to be critical of media and stuff, but too many people use that as an excuse to act like a dick, therefore actively seek things to be "critical" of no matter how insane.

Sometimes stuff simply isn't made for you. I promise you it's okay to dislike something without a reason, or for a stupid one. Taste is taste, it's fine.

And it also okay to like something flawed! Kill the cringe, enjoy your shitty show in peace! I have my fair share of bad media I just ended up loving for a reason or another.

I love to hate and bitch about stuff as much as the other person, but at least I don't do that to the face of who likes that stuff, nor do I judge them as morally bad just for liking something I don't.

I swear I'm having such a bad anxiety and it's making me so angry. Since what I'm anxious about is probably really nothing. (I keep getting those fake redirect "your phone has a virus" pop ups) so I do what you typically do for that cleared my cache and history, but now my anxiety is like but like what if those redirects were from malware and now all the stuff you logged back into got keylogged? Like I'm sure I'm fine and I'm anxious for nothing since I'd be having way more issues than the pop ups that I got twice and my battery draining a bit faster (its a 5 year old device so that's to be expected) but anxiety be doing its thing and not leaving me alone. So now I'm gonna have to draw my precious comfort characters in cute lil sonic hoodies of sorts to make myself feel better.

she’s a big fan of fruit in general and got very excited to try anything she could get her hands on after leaving that frozen hellscape, but i think her favorite is peaches. she doesn’t have that strong of an eye for aesthetics so her pinterest would likely just be a lot of pictures of cool swords. her most prominent theme is probably that obsessing over the narrative of your life is a prison and you need to free yourself from it and actually be a person. she’s not that good at thinking of things people want but she’s always very heartfelt about it so her gifts usually go over well anyways. she’s a libra. she’s not scared of bugs but she IS scared of rats. she’s the light of my life. here she is smiling for once

actually i used to be against fics. Mostly bc I thought they were all ships (which a lot are tbh..). But then I read portal bluesky because I kept seeing so much fansrt of this random fic on pinterest I was like fuck it. Time to see what's so good about it. And yeah,aside from the fact that it's clearly a chell and Wheatley ship fic it still managed to tell an interesting story outside of that, which is what changed my mind about fics lmao

I hate that rock for me a just baseline, unless it’s like CLEARLY rock. Like I’ll hear any sub-genre of rock and just think it’s generic good music. Especially any of the sub genres that are ‘softer’ rock.

This shit is doubly embarrassing considering the fact that I’m a musician, like, I’ve been doing this shit for ~11 years. I should know how to identify genres by now.
