Angst. Maybe a good ending.

Dandy stole you. That's what Jimmy thinks anyway. You wanted to take a break, and you left the Freakshow for a while. In that time, Dandy wooed you. You didn't come back. Even if you did, Dandy wouldn't let you.

I'm so sorry for this, I just thought of it and thought it would be good to get back into writing for Jimmy<3

Weeks passed.

Months.

You hadn't come back.

"leave it, Jimmy. Seriously...they would've come back by now." Eve mentioned. But he couldn't. He couldn't just live his life without you to help him and live by his side. Fucking Dandy.

Jimmy sat by the ticket booth, day after day. Not eating, drinking, not even looking back once. Still with a glint of hope in his eyes that you would come back. Back into his arms, and into the Freakshow where you belonged. He held the picture of you in his hands, always. Standing with Elsa and Ma Petite, performing together, smiling the night away. But Dandy just couldn't help himself.

He couldn't stop himself from wooing you with the possibility of a warm meal and a fluffy bed every single night. Being with a man who won't be charmed by other women and was 'normal'. You defended Jimmy at first, saying how he was as normal as you or I. But the baby wasn't having it. He stomped around screaming nothing until he picked you up and threw you in the car. "You're mine now." He seethed. You spat and tugged at the car door. Locked. A shit-eating grin appeared on his face when you realised you couldn't get out.

The drive was silent and awkward. You muttered insults. Dandy ignored. But when you got to the manor, you ran. You ran as far as you could. Away from Dandy.

That's what Jimmy hoped anyway. He hoped you were running. Back towards your home. In reality, you were swooned ever so slightly. You were Dandy's now. Sleeping in a plush, big bed every night with a warm breakfast in bed in the morning. You could live like this forever. Everything you ever wanted, right at your fingertips. Where was your Jimmy in your mind? The last thought in your mind when you fall asleep at night. How he could also be happy like this, but he refuses.

Every single thing about you was missed. It was starting to feel wrong. To love you and miss you so much. Heartache, heartbroken, lost. Desperately waiting and searching for you every morning. Waking up every morning wishing you were still asleep in his arms, missing the way you kissed him so gently, and how Motherly you were with Pepper and Salty. Pepper cried when she realised you were gone. One of the kindest souls, abandoned her, more heartbreak. Jimmy felt guilty for you. He couldn't look them in the eyes anymore. The man spent hours staring at your photos, missing your pretty laugh more day after day.

"I miss them so badly..."

"I know Jimmy. I know. But there's no point sittin' and mopin' around in front of the tent all day. Come eat."

"go away Ma.."

He couldn't bear to look his mother in the eyes. He was betraying everyone, but he wanted nothing more than to see you running towards him on the road, jumping into his safe, protective arms once again, and being back home. She sighed, and just turned away, walking back into the Freakshow tent.

Time passed.

A cold October night.

No one around here, no one there.

Breaths, and slowing down footsteps. A lit-up sign in front of their eyes. 1am. No one behind them, to the right, left or in front of. No car following them quietly. Opening the curtains, they walked in. Radio silence. It felt like they had to walk on air. Everything was the way it was when they left. When they walked out of the door, and out of the freaks' lives. You heard your beloved nickname. "Schön..?" Elsa asked quietly, standing in shock. Whether it was happy or angry shock you didn't know until she rushed to you, a grip around your tired body pulling you up. "Mein gott.. schieße.." German mutters and swears.

"I never shoulda left Elsa. Darl', I'm so sorry.." you whispered into her shoulder, knowing to hold in your tears. Both of you spoke for what felt like hours, and now you were standing by the stage, waiting for Elsa to signal you.

"seriously Elsa? This has to happen now?" You missed his voice. You felt like putty already, but you silently coughed and stood up straight.

"Yes! It cannot wait any longer." Jimmy tiredly chuckled. Oh, how you could be a puddle right now, entranced by him just like you were when you were first introduced to him. Lights cut, you stepped onto the stage with shaky legs and hands, facing the wall. The sudden awareness of lights made. You take a deep, incredibly shaky breath. Jimmy recognised you instantly. He stood up, anger, confusion, and love filling his brain. And in a second, you spun on your heel. Eyes meeting eyes. Seeing the sadness in Jimmy's look made you want to fade into the wall and never address him ever again. He muttered your name as the urge to fall to your knees grew.

"Jimmy.." you muttered back, half smiling. "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry." You were almost cut off as Jimmy jumped to meet you on the stage, holding your hands tightly.

"Why? Why Dandy? Of all fuckin' people?"

"Because I was selfish." You looked away at the ground, feeling too guilty to ever look in his eyes again. "I was fucking selfish and lacked judgement. This is home." A hug was the last thing you expected as a response, but Jimmy held you tight, what you had craved for the last two months. He sobbed into your shoulder, and everything hit you like a freight truck. Hearing the one you loved to cry, realising how badly you fucked up. It made you burst, gripping the loose fabric on his back.

"Jimmy Darling, darling, I never shoulda left you. I'm sorry for being an asshole."

"My pretty sweetheart.." he muttered, holding your face, both your eyes and his, glassy. And a kiss. One like never before. Desperate hands around his neck, your back, weak knees, small giggles and smiles. Being held by the one who gave you the world despite everything. This felt right.

"I'm so glad Elsa woke me up." He chuckled, resting his forehead on yours.

"I'm glad I came back."

Before Hans or Kristoff could ask you started to mumble as your H/C hair glow and start to heal Kristoff’s cut. “Holy shit…” “woah..” You looked over again to see if you got all his cuts and once you realize you did you hugged his face to your chest. “Don’t make me worry again dufus” “Heh,of course not my prince”

•As Hans and Kristoff knew that they were both glad of that as you wouldn’t get in trouble

•Soon they asked you to date them while all three of you were in your room drawing or painting while Pascal was the judge of all y’all’s art (you won ofc)

You were lost in your painting you didn’t see that the males you’ve grown close with had stopped drawing and looked at each other nodding then turning to you. “Y/N me and Hans have a question and need you answer” stopping painting as you heard it in Kristoff’s voice it was a serious matter. “Yeah sure what is it?” Kristoff took deep breaths as he was more nervous of the two (that’s a lie hans was literally shaking). “Y/N me and Hans love you deeply and we don’t me in a friend way. We mean in a romantic way. We’ve been leaving hints of how’ve we felt for a long time and we thought now is a good time so Y/N will you date me and Hans” Gasping you covered your mouth making the Males think they’d have to go to drastic measure until they saw you rapidly nodding your head ‘Yes’ “Of course! I’ll gladly date you two!” “YESSSSSS!!” Kristoff cheered as he jumped in the air and ran around a while making you and Hans laugh at your new boyfriends happiness.

•Their so loving towards you. Always giving you affectionate even if it subtle.

•In public Hans doesn’t like showing much PDA unless he’s jealous while Kristoff loves showing a lot of PDA which you did to but since Hans was uncomfortable with showing a lot you just gave him hugs,hand holding,and cheek kisses in public. While you and Kristoff were extreme.

•In private Hans is the most affectionate man he’ll ever be making you laugh every time as you boyfriend acts so different in private then he does in public. Kristoff didn’t mind as he’s grown love for Hans (don’t worry Hans also love kristoff. So now you all are dating each other)

•Not surprisingly it was Hans and Kristoff who proposed to you because you were gonna propose to them two days later but seems like you won’t have to :)

You were all in the garden picking flowers for the up coming dance. Kristoff and Hans made eye contact and nodded the head towards you. “Y/N my love can you close your eyes and follow us?” “Sure!” You answered with hesitation because you trusted your boyfriends. Kristoff held his hands over your eyes whil Hans held your hand. Soon you stopped and felt Kristoff’s hands come off. “Open your eyes!” Opening your eyes you saw a beautiful sight before you. It was a beautiful waterfall with beautiful flowers and you were amazed. “It’s so beautiful…” “Look down babe,there’s a message” confused you looked down holding the rail and Kristoff holding your waist. You saw the message. ‘Will you marry us Y/N?’ Turning around you saw kristoff and Hans holding a wedding ring. “YES! YES! YES!” They put on the ring as they took turns to kiss you. You were all crying out of happiness. Elsa and Anna were watching the beautiful sight

•Now as your now fiancés their yandere tendencies don’t show often but when some guy or girl hits on you they can’t help but slowly crack

•As Hans himself is a prince (I believe not to sure) this is basically making an alliance between his kingdom and Arendelle which makes you both happy

•Kristoff’s family is surprised that he’s marrying Hans and you but he told them he’s not leaving either you which they knew

•Kristoff got away with the murders as Sven helped hide the bodies (YES EVEN THE FUCKING REINDEER! He’s platonic ofc)

•Hans manipulated everyone into believing nothing is wrong and everything is completely normal

•In the dead of night where you dead asleep being held by your lovers they smiled.

“He’ll never know yes?” “Of course Hans,he won’t know of the terrible things his husbands have done” “Good. I didn’t want our Angel leaving us” “and he won’t ever,he’ll stay with us forever no matter what we need to do” Soon the joined you still holding you.

Ted's on First - Part I

This is the first scene (~1200 words) of the long-awaited Waffle House fic. It's taking me forever to get this thing written, but I'd rather take the time to do it right.

Although this is set in the Bittersweet Symphony universe, you don't have to have read any of it to follow this.

Ava knew the pair was trouble the moment the plate glass door swung open. A gust of humid, marsh-scented air preceded two fit thirty-somethings whose dress better suited a pop culture convention than southern Florida.

“Mornin’,” Ava called over the din of her washing dishes behind the counter and the mess of eggs and hash browns Tom had sizzling on the grill. Between the late hour and their location on the outskirts of the Miami metro area, the two of them could run the Waffle House.

A swarthy, clean-shaven man of Indian descent nodded acknowledgement as his eyes swept across the nearly empty diner. Dried mud spattered his dark boots and the bottom of his black duster. The fact that his long coat was buttoned closed despite the warm night air outside suggested he was packing. All he needed was a pair of sunglasses to cosplay Neo from The Matrix.

Ava glanced at Kendra, who perched on her usual stool at the far end of the counter. The big-boned woman with natural Black hair was watching the new arrivals as well. Kendra nodded, then returned her attention to the door.

Neo stepped aside to make way for his companion: a Black woman with her hair in cornrows. Her garb was similar to Neo’s with the exception of her medium-length leather coat. She also surveyed the nearly empty dining room, skipping over Kendra to linger on the customers sitting at the table on the right side of the door. Those two, an attractive older couple who’d been playing footsie under the table, wore motorcycle safety gear.

“Sit anywhere you’d like,” Ava told Neo and Trinity.

After giving her a cursory smile, the woman headed for the table on the left side of the door. Neo followed. 

Ava dried her hands, pulled her order pad and pen from the pocket of her yellow apron, and strode around the end of the counter toward the older couple. Kendra smiled and said quietly in Creole “I’m watching” as Ava moved past her.

Despite his back being to her, the tanned, forty-something man with salt-and-pepper hair sat up straight as Ava approached. After frowning over his shoulder in Kendra’s direction, the handsome man gave Ava a friendly smile. His companion, a fair-skinned, dark-haired woman who was beautiful even with her brows knit together, continued studying the single-page menu.

Ava prompted, “Need another minute or two?”

“Mi vida?” the man asked his probable wife. Neither wore a wedding band.

The woman frowned harder at the menu. “Nearly,” she replied with a light British accent. “You go ahead.”

“Okay.” After glancing over his wife’s shoulder at Neo and Trinity sitting their table ten feet away, he turned to Ava and smiled. “The cheeseburger platter, please—”

Ava jotted it down. “Lettuce, tomato, pickle?” 

“Yes, please,” he said with a Latino accent. “And a cup of coffee. It’s late, you know?”

The man’s smile had grown bigger somehow. Ava felt herself returning it as she admired his green irises and how the corners of his eyes crinkled—

The British woman pointedly cleared her throat. “I’m ready to order.”

“Right!” Ava blurted. She felt her face heat up as she met the woman’s displeased countenance. Her husband chuckled, as did Kendra from her spot at the end of the counter. “What can…”

The Latino was looking over his shoulder again as if he’d heard Kendra. The notion was ridiculous, as was how something dark had seemed to move under the table. The couple was probably playing footsie. 

After taking a breath to compose herself, Ava addressed the British woman. “What can I get you?”

“The steak hash brown bowl,” the woman said frostily, “with jalapeños—”

 “Ahht!” the man mock scolded.

The woman heaved a sigh and leveled an impatient look on her husband. “Jack, I am not using that silly lingo.”

Jack’s face fell. “But you have to! It’s a rule.” He grinned at Ava. “Right?”

Ava gulped, wishing her customers were the usual ones who came in after the bars closed. Drunks she could handle. These two were weird and she still had to deal with Neo and Trinity. “Uh…”

The woman handed the menu to Ava as she shook her head at her husband. “You can,” she said, trying to withhold a grin. “You know what I like.”

Her husband’s smile became more of a leer, which made Ava blush and the woman chuckle. “Go on, and stop torturing the poor girl.”

Jack turned back to Ava with a polite smile. “She’ll have hers scattered, chunked, diced, peppered, and capped.” He grinned at his wife, who rolled her eyes as the corners of her mouth tugged up.

“And to drink?” Ava asked them both because she had no idea who’d reply at this point.

“Tea?” Jack asked his wife.

The woman gave Ava a skeptical look. “Is it orange pekoe?”

Ava yearned for drunk patrons who only wanted coffee. “I guess? It’s Lipton’s.”

“Coffee,” the woman sighed, “black.” She looked fondly at her husband. “Bring lots of cream for him.”

“Yes, please,” Jack said. In a stage whisper he added, “Don’t mind her. She’s hangry.”

“I am not hangry!” The woman’s mouth snapped shut. She blushed as her husband chuckled.

Ava willed herself to not react and risk provoking the not-hangry British woman. “Back in a minute with coffee,” she said and retreated, catching Kendra’s eye as she walked past. Her friend followed her behind the counter as she called the order to Tom, a ruddy white man who looked older than his fifty years.

Grateful for the clanks of metal utensils on the grill, Ava murmured to Kendra in Creole, “He can hear you.”

Kendra looked his way. “Seems that way,” she said quietly. “He doesn’t see me, though.”

Ava put two mugs on the counter and poured coffee, leaving room for cream in one of them. “Untrained?”

“Maybe,” Kendra replied. She didn’t seem concerned. “Jack seems harmless. But he is keeping an eye on the other two. His wife is too. She’s using the reflection in the window.”

Ava took longer than necessary putting coffee creamer cups in a bowl for the Latino. “This really isn’t a good night for things to get interesting.”

“It’ll be fine,” Kendra said, laying one hand on Ava’s shoulder. The touch had no weight, only a gentle coldness. “Don’t you worry.”

Ava nodded, grateful for her grandmother’s presence. 

As she picked up the mugs with one hand and the bowl of creamer in the other, she looked at Neo and Trinity at their table on the far side of the counter. With only stars and headlights from I-75 traffic lighting the night sky, the floor-to-ceiling window behind the customers acted as a mirror. Kendra, who looked about thirty, wasn’t there, of course, but Ava’s reflection was. They both were tall, but Ava lankier. Her black hair was in a multitude of thin braids, the bunch of them gathered at the nape of her neck with an elastic hair band. Her black T-shirt, pants, and yellow apron and visor were nothing to write home about. College tuition and bills had to get paid somehow.

Trinity and Neo must have felt her eyes on them. They glanced at her simultaneously.

“Coffee?” Ava asked.

“Yeah,” Neo said with a neutral American accent. “That’d be good.” Trinity nodded agreement.

Ava returned it as she headed for her other customers. “Coming right up.”

For anyone who's read "Past Is Prologue," Kendra is the same Kendra in that fic. 😊

Also, I was lazy in the Bittersweet Symphony fics and made Elsa American. She's British here because it's more accessible for anyone who hasn't read that series, and easier to differentiate her from other female characters when writing from Ava's POV.

"Elsa! Come on, we're going to be late!" You called down the hall to your roommate.

"I know, I know, I'm coming." She called back.

"Good! Now let's go!"

Elsa came running from the back of the hall, her makeup looking marvelous as ever.

"You know, one of these days, you have to teach me how you do your makeup." You told her as the two of you walked down the stairs to your matching motorcycles.

"You look pretty without makeup, though. You are beautiful just the way you are." There she went again, calling you beautiful.

"You've got to stop saying that. You don't know what it does to me." You told her for the thousandth time.

She merely smiled at you. "But it's true." She said before hopping on her bike, throwing her helmet on, and racing away towards the party.

You shook your head, put your helmet on and raced after her.

You both had electric motorcycles, and you never needed to charge them. No, the battery didn't last forever. You just had your magic to give it the energy it needed.

Yes. You had lightning magic. Elsa, with her ice magic, was your best friend. And she was the only one who knew.

The only one who knew about your magic, about the real you. Not the princess you once had been.

But everything was about to change. Everyone at the party you were going to would surely know afterwards.

You and Elsa had promised to take care of the fireworks for the big event. But no one knew that it would be the two of you using your magic.

It had been discovered you could do it by accident. You were just having fun baking an ice cream cake. You were using your magic to bake the cake part, while Elsa used her magic to freeze the ice cream.

Then Elsa decided it would be funny to shoot ice at you. But you had faster reflexes than her. You shot lightning at the ice, and it exploded in a cloud of blue and yellow light.

You had both been very surprised. Yet you were curious if you could make it do other colors. So the two of you tried again and again, forgetting all about the cake.

It turned out that you could make it happen with all sorts of colors. It was a fascinating discovery.

You arrived just before Elsa did, knowing of a shortcut to the party.

"Aha! I beat you here!" You said, smiling triumphantly.

She smiled, shooting a small piece of ice at you.

"Hey! What was that for?" You said, sounding offended.

"Winning." She whispered. Then she disappeared through a crowd of people.

"Elsa, wait!" You shouted after her, but your voice was drowned out by the crowd. "Where on earth are you going?" You whispered under your breath, following the top of the blonde's head with your eyes as she went through the crowd.

You followed, keeping within sight of Elsa's tall blonde figure. When she approached some steps, you boosted yourself with your magic, making you slightly faster.

You caught up with her, grabbing her arm as you did.

She turned to you. "What?" She looked annoyed.

"You can't just run off on me! You scared the living hell out of me, the way you just slipped away like that." You sat on the steps, dragging her down with you.

"Why can't I? You do it all the time." She pointed out.

"That's because I know I'm not going to get hurt! Hell, who knows who you could have run into? What if you ran into that jerk who used to bully us?"

She went still. "I- I hadn't thought of that. I'm sorry." Then she smiled. "Besides, I'm safe now, aren't I?"

You looked her in the eyes. "Yes. But that's because I'm here with you, silly."

She beamed at you. "Then I'm glad I have you."

"Come on, we best get up there. We don't want to be late and not have fireworks." You gestured to the roof.

"Yeah, I think that would be a good idea."

The two of you climbed the steps to the doors, where inside was like a bustling cafeteria.

You made your way to the elevators, and stepped inside one. It rose to the top of the building after you pressed the top floor.

The two of you stepped out of the elevator, and were amazed at the view.

You could see all of New York from where you stood.

But enough of that. The time left in the year  was dwindling down into mere minutes.

There were tons of people up on the roof, no doubt curious about the view. A few looked over as the two of you made your way to the edge.

No matter how many times you told yourself to get over it, you couldn't stop imagining what it was like to fly, out there above the city. The two of you sat at the edge, hanging your legs over the side.

Elsa grabbed your hand and lifted it above your heads. You knew what she was doing. So, every minute until midnight, the two of you created one of those fireworks.

But then the minutes dwindled into seconds…

And at last it was midnight

As the two of you shot a large icy firework up, meant for the dawning of the new year, into the sky, Elsa grabbed your hand and pulled you into her.

You knew Elsa knew everyone would be distracted by the fireworks.

So that's when she… kissed you. She was soft and sweet. Then she pulled away, leaving you with a dazzled and confused expression.

She smiled at you, and it was all you could do to smile back.

"What- I-" you trailed off.

"Don't hate me for that. I had no one else to do that with." She smiled sheepishly.

"Do what with?"

"You seriously don't know?"

"Nope." You replied, completely clueless.

She sighed. "It's when someone kisses another to bring the chance of a relationship with the new year, if that makes any sense whatsoever."

"So you're looking for love, eh?" You asked smugly.

She nodded, smiling sheepishly again.

"Awe, look at my bestie. Looking for love."

She glared at you. "Shut it, okay. I'm done with your teasing."

"But you look so cute when you're mad." You joked, lifting where your hands were still clasped together up and shooting another firework.

You did this for hours, talking like nothing had happened.

But something very much did happen.

On the outside, you were calm and laughing it off. But on the inside, you were flustered and embarrassed and curious.

You just couldn't figure your roommate out. You hadn't been able to since she moved in with you in the first place.

Arendelle Castle Rooms Part 3 | Analysis

Part 2 continuing from the rooms shown in Frozen, I breakdown the courtyard, the right side castle exit, Hall and spiral stairs locations...

1. The courtyard

(ref: Elsa is confronted by the crowds after she bursts out ice in 'Frozen' | Elsa leaving the castle in 'Frozen' | "Ring in the season" in 'Olaf's Frozen Adventure')

As I was explaining where the throne room led out to, I found out that it was to the courtyard and that the opposite end leads to the great hall where tie Coronation takes place. The courtyard is where celebrations are held including for the people of arendelle such as the coronation, the holidays and Anna's birthday.

2. Right side castle exit

(Ref: Elsa leaves the castle through a different exit in 'Frozen' | Anna follows Elsa in 'Frozen' | "Into the unknown" in 'Frozen 2' | After the flashback in 'Frozen 2' | "Making today a perfect day" in 'Frozen Fever')

Elsa doesn't go out through the other main gate but instead turns left and heads for an empty exit with no people because she doesn't want to hurt anyone by mistake. From this exit she runs alongside that wall on the left to head to the North for the North mountain where she builds her iconic Ice castle. That's also the same exit she uses in her first solo in 'Frozen 2', in "Into the unknown". Turn right from the door in the last image above, you reach this right side castle exit.

Really hope we see this exit in 'Frozen 3 ', given it's been in the two full length movies.

3. Hall and spiral stairs

After she slides through the throne room, Anna runs and slides down the rail of the same sets of spiral stairs she rode her bike down in "Do you want to build a snowman?". The knights are in the same place too. The only error here is that the lamps are missing on the wall. We also see the same spiral stairs in 'Frozen Fever' when Elsa takes Anna bike riding down the halls. In between these stairs are a few floor levels and you can see above. Go to the top of the spiral stairs, you will reach the place where Hans and Anna dance on in "Love is an open door, which I go over in part 8.

What do you think happened to the Magic Mirror after the queen's death?

Ooookay! So buckle up cuz in my DisneyVerse the Mirror actually has quite an interesting and detailed backstory, and you just unlocked it xD

So first, the the spirit within it is actually the demon son of Chernabog and the sorceress Vor, the man called Voland, who long time followers will remember is the Old Soldier, the villain of my Frozen 3 plot.

He was trapped in the Mirror ages ago by an enchantor, the first Storykeeper of Enchancia, who for years kept the Mirror under his own careful watch in the Secret Library. Eventually however the Mirror was stolen by dark forces who managed to breach the library, and fell into the hands of many dark magic users across the years, either by bequeathment, theft or murder, eventually becoming the property of Queen Grimhilde.

After the Queen's death, the Mirror was kept locked away for a time in Snow White's palace, until she and the prince were able to make contact with people who promised to take it to a place to be locked away forever, Spire out on a distant mountain where many powerful and dangerous magical artifacts are kept under watch.

Unfortunately, on route to the Spire, the caravan gaurding the Mirror is attacked by the witches of the Seven Mountains, the coven to which Grimhilde had once belonged, lead by the self styled Witch Empress Mammona, who for years kept it and learned from its secrets, eventually discovering its full dark lineage.

The Mirror instructs them to take it to the Enchanted Forest of the Northuldra, a place of great primordial magic, where they will be able to break him free of the Mirror using the latent magic of the place.

Luckily the Spirits that gaurd this particular Enchanted Forest are very against a great evil being unleashed into it, and alert the Fifth Spirit, great mage called Oaván (a native of the Northuldra who is linked most to Earth, and able to transform into animals) and together with the Northuldra move to attack the Witches before they can finish their dread deed.

A fierce battle commences between the Spirits/Northuldra and the Witches, both of whom call on allies to help in the battle. But eventually, though not without Oaván receiving a mortal wound, the forces of Good are able to route the Witches and halt the ceremony.

Only part of Voland was able to be pulled from the mirror, an undying yet mostly mortal man, left with but a fraction of his power, the rest remains locked behind the glass of the Mirror. Voland the man manages to escape with the last few witches, but the Mirror is left behind.

With the last ounces of his strength, Oaván takes the Mirror to Atohallan, a place none came come to save the spirits, and locks it away in a tomb of ice, succumbing at last to his wounds.

And there there Mirror stayed for long years, kept safely locked away from the world. Until a new Fifth Spirit was chosen, Elsa of Arendelle, who with her companions was once more was forced to do battle with Voland, who had been able to recover ancient artifacts that allowed him to bind the Spirits, using their power to assult Atohallan in search of his Mirror and the rest of his powers.

He would be defeated once more by the forces of Good, and the mirror shattered, effectively destorying Voland for all time, though slight bits of his malevolent influence would manage to tumble back into the world through shards of the mirror that were thrown into the air in the final battle. Not enough to cause great evil but enough to do harm to those unlucky enough to come into contact with them...

(Yes I do have plans for an actual Snow Queen adaptaion tied into Frozen but that'll be a bit yet I still got Godmother Backstories to do x)

watched paper hearts again yesterday and i'm never not floored at "it's not her." / "it's somebody though." no matter how many times i see it...it's such a grounding moment in a very intense and heavy episode, and there will always be at least one line in the midst of the most haunted and erratic mulder arcs that stays so true to the core of who he is.

standing in that autopsy lab, it really might all be over. he might not be able to search anymore. he might not be able to hope anymore. he might not be able to do the only thing he's ever done every day for 24 years anymore, and he doesn't know who he is without it. what would he do? paper hearts is my favorite episode, because it's so physical. it's almost punitive, how earthly it is. in this moment, he might be standing over his baby sister's corpse, and it's bones clawed out of the dirt. there's a palpably crushing weight to it, you can practically feel him shake through the screen.

when scully comes in with the lab results and says it isn't her, he buckles for a moment when he takes in that breath. but it's only one beat before he stands and replies: "it's somebody though."

it could've all been over, in that moment, and when it's not there is no relief. the way that he turns on that line and looks away, is visibly trying to keep from crying. he's grieving. it's not her but it's somebody, another ghost in a paisley nightgown that will follow him forever.

that's the depth of paper hearts: it's a samantha-arc episode but it's not really about sam, not really. it's about addie sparks. it's about karen ann philiponte. it's about sandra altman, and elsa houbox, and patricia fulton, and kathleen morrow, and elaine shawkowski, and kelly canne, and marla greene.

in the final scene, when the conclusion is "it's not samantha," it isn't a victory. there is no reprieve. he stares at the final heart with weary tear-filled eyes, and then shuts it in his desk drawer, another failure that will always be close by.

Episode 1: The Visitors 🏰

The first two podcasts have been released on Wondery, a podcast platform. The other episodes are available but you have to subscribe to listen (I haven't). The episodes will all be out on other platforms from 11th October. So I'll listen to episode 3 onwards then.

The episode begins with Mattias and some younger in-training soldiers helping the people of Sankerhus by digging. He begins to explain to them why they have to do so. He tells a story to own specific and then the other soldiers take a listen. I don't think these soldiers are important, they're just younger Soldier trainees for Mattias to tell the story to. The story is set a couple years ago and not too long ago since the events of Frozen 2. The story goes as follows:

The kingdom of Sankerhus is struck by a flood and Anna, now Queen, takes the people of the kingdom and its ruler Queen Disa in for shelter. Queen Disa loves constructing things using science and uses them to help Arendelle advance a little. She is actually a childhood friend of the sisters. They knew her once from a visit when they were little. She's a bit approachable to magic or feels weird around it yet she's fascinated by it too.

Then there's Wolfagang, the Duke of Weselton's nephew. He sounds very similar to his uncle and is obsessed with copper. He has a surprising talent knitting too. He also has two pet magpies named Astrid and Magnus who can talk (like parrots too). He came for an apology tour on behalf of his uncle. But despite his efforts for forgiveness, Anna finds him “fishy”.

In the episode for the first time in forever, finally someone, Disa being, has called Elsa “The Snow Queen”.

Disa longs to know about magic though she finds it strange. She tells Anna that her parents built a big library in the centre of her castle and since she's been checking out the books in it. But after learning of her father's passing, Anna helps her by taking her to their own archive of books of magic and folklore. Gazing at some books for a few seconds they hear sounds that eventually lead to a candle falling causing a fire in the room. Elsa arrives just in time and takes out the fire.

The episode ends there. Now from this episode, there are some takers. I believe Disa is up to no good and kinda tracked Anna using emotional manipulation on her to get to see the history of magic or so it seems that way but we all know how Anna is free and open to people and new things; that's her personality but at times it can be her flaw which enemies use to their advantage. In episode 2 Elsa fears this. So while Anna suspects Wolfagang and Elsa suspects Disa, it could be that Wolfagang is genuinely good and Disa is the enemy, we'll just have to see or rather keep a listen. I just get that feeling more in the next episode.

The show is using the love triangle from Frozen to parallel the dynamic between Ricky, Gina and EJ… Now, I’ll explain:

Anna (Gina) being super excited about her first times ("my summer of firsts") and optimistic about finding love ("my first boyfriend"), being 'For The First Time In Forever' her first solo song and bumping into Hans (EJ) who she thinks is the perfect match for her because they’re so alike and basically rushing into a relationship with him. The Hans and Anna song: 'Love Is An Open Door' – they literally had Gina and EJ sing the song with the costumes and everything in a dream sequence, emphasizing how EJ is playing Hans (despite Jet being the one playing him on the show, it was a choice). The song basically speaks about having met someone after having doors slammed in your face (Ricky) and just about a fantasy idea of love. Then Anna has to leave because of Elsa (that can literally be compared to The Woman In The Woods). Ricky and Gina get their first bonding moment in a similar fashion as Kristoff and Anna. Anna gets thrown into this adventure in the woods with Kristoff (Ricky) and funny enough, they ended up following Ashlyn's singing voice. This journey is what really makes Anna question if she is truly in love with Hans or the idea of him. Ricky and Gina's journey in the woods started their old dynamic back.

Now, it’s been confirmed Ricky and Gina sing 'What Do You Know About Love' from Frozen Broadway and the song it’s basically Anna and Kristoff bickering over their views on love. For Anna, love is very dreamy and rose colored. This is exactly how Gina sounded when EJ said the word love last episode and doesn’t it feel like a coincidence both duets are back to back. For Kristoff, love requires effort and it’s not always an easy climb. During the song they both go back and forth – with Kristoff accusing her of not knowing Hans well enough, until they reach a point where they made a connection. Anna's journey with Kristoff makes her realize love doesn’t have to be all perfect and pink.

A song that connects with WDYKAL is Kristoff Lullaby, it’s Kristoff's only solo in the Broadway Musical which is a response to WDYKAL and it’s him admitting how much Anna has changed his views on love, how he admires her courage and bravery and how loving Anna is terrifying because it opens him up to a new concept of love (one of Ricky’s bucket list things is say yes to something I’m afraid of). At the end of the movie, Anna keeps believing she’s in love with Hans and that he is the one. Kristoff already loves her at that point but he lets her go to him but Anna ends up discovering Hans is not the person she thought he was and that the true definition of love is putting someone else’s needs and happiness before your own (Ricky’s "I want what’s best for her" and pretending to be okay with Gina and EJ together).

The love triangle between Ricky, Gina and EJ is paralleling Kristoff, Anna and Hans, obviously not at 100% because EJ is not a villain (although, he looks like one acc to Corbin…)

But what do the Seasontale Sanses' powers look like? Or what are the main powers of each Season Realm?

Everyone in SeasonTale has their usual powers as the normal UnderTale, though they can vary depending on the battle fighting style and techniques.

However, everyone has a special connection with their own 'element'. They don't control it like Elsa would control ice... However, they do seem to have a special bond with it.

The Winter Kingdom not only has a large tolerance for the cold, but it's easier for them to walk on the snow, move snow, and calm storms ever so slightly. Ice doesn't affect them as much and they can use it for crafts without it melting in their hands.

The Spring Kingdom has a connection with plants and all things that grow. They can't force things to grow. But under their care, plants seem to prosper and bend the way they wish, or they can make flowers last forever when picked. They're really good at knowing their plants and using them to help others, like medicine.

The Summer Kingdom has resilience to the sun and its heat. They can stay cool in many situations and nothing burns them. Somehow light just bends off them, and water follows their movements. With enough determination, they can use each element to their advantage. Fire also doesn't have much of an effect on them.

The Autumn Kingdom is known for their power to move leaves from everywhere into nice piles. They help heal trees by letting them go into hibernation, if prepared just right. They are great at using scents to their advantage and being quiet within the windy storms. Their stealth aids them, and they have an abnormal strength about them, adding to their attitudes.

SeasonTale doesn't particularly have powers aside from the normal and their training in their special weapons. However, they seem to have subtle connections to their seasons, allowing them to flourish much more with ease. Although they may never use it directly in combat, they definitely use some of these connections and blessings to their advantage.

Did you get everything out of your system? "

•Will punish her but not to harshly he'll keep her warm as she is a summer fairy and will possibly get sick or worse "Now my snow angel what did you learn darling? "

•Will have her locked away in his room or in a Cage made of ice until he's done with his royal duties of the day.

"I'm not cruel darling I'm looking out for you. " "I did it because I care about you angel I love you that's why I froze half the whole kingdom until I found you." "I'll never let you go I'll cause a Strom and freeze hell over before I let you go. " "I only cause blizzard or Strom when I'm upset you don't want to make me upset do you princess? "

Favorites include: Barbarian Alien (#2, heroine is all "Jesus Christ I hate this alien guy" and he's all "OMG IT'S HER" and kidnaps her away to his cave, as you do, which is controversial because he's from a noted line of kidnappers and the other aliens are all D: about it but then she teaches him how to fuck, should mention that most of these aliens are hardcore virgins), Barbarian Mine (#4, everyone who reads this is gonna think differently of me because the hero is like Ice Planet Tarzan because he grew up in the wastelands all alone and his dad died when he was young so he didn't even really learn how to talk like an alien, and he doesn't even VAGUELY know what sex is, and she has to.... teach him things........... the heart wants what it wants okay) and Barbarian's Mate (#6, the one where the heroine had an IUD the whole time so her chest worm wasn't working and then her IUD falls out and her chest worm is all "LA LA LA" at the most annoying, dickish alien's chest worm and they're both like "OH FUCK NO" but then they go on adventure together, and it's soooo good)

The Winter King by C.L. Wilson--Fun fact, the arranged marriage fantasy romance I keep recommending is actually a fated mates book! The hero isn't just Elsa But Hot Man, he's also descended from wolves, so he can SCENT her, and when he scents her for the first time it's actually quite aggressive and his friend is present and goes "buddy, please stop touching her nipple this seems like a crime". It's the mating bond!!!

The Sea King by C.L. Wilson--Next book in the series, goes fated mates even harder because the hero is a merman Aquaman type from a matriarchal kingdom who was trained in the seductive arts and meets the heroine and KNOWS lol. And he's determined to wife her up. CW: sexual assault, not from the hero.

Slave to Sensation by Nalini Singh--I've only read the first two books in this series, but they're good, and they're all following the fated mate format. This one is about a heroine who's from like this Vulcan sort of psychic mind freak society, and her fated mate turns out to be a verrrrrry earthy shapeshifter guy who's like "welp. Sadly it's her".

Laura Thalassa's Four Horsemen series has a very fated mate vibe. It's not explicitly stated, but all of the four horsemen basically get thrown off once they meet Her and then their entire game is ruined lmao. The series has some things.... I find.... Less than great. But I remember really enjoying Pestilence and Death, War and Famine are foggier to me.

The Fake Mate by Lana Ferguson is omegaverse but make it a contemporary romcom. Full fated mates shit. He makes her call him alpha while he's plowing her in the woods. They live in a better society.
