Lately I've been considering ''Music genius'' Steve

In the show we never really see him being interested in music but since we all agree his parent very much like conformity, i was thinking that maybe it's another thing that they denied him. Like music was just one more futility he didn't need if he wanted to have the life they planned for him.

I like the idea of him never putting too much attention in music because he knows it would upset his parents, but starting to open more after the events with Vecna and also having two best friends (Robin and Eddie) doing music.

And like, everyone think he would listen to Toto, Duran Durand or Tears for Fears but what if he likes pretty much everything?

He starts going to the Corroded Coffin gig and after three or four he knows most of their original works by heart.

Robin first noticed Steve was good with rhythm but Eddie hears him singing his songs one time and he just stops right on his track when he realise who's singing because 1) Steve knows how to sing? 2) How the f*ck does he do it so well? He adapts the key and the rhythm to be a slower version of the songs to adapts his voice and he seem to do it really easily too.

Eddie, hearing Steve sing " ... How the fuck does he do that?"

Robin, with wide eyes "I know right?!"

One of the most freeing realizations I ever had was when it occurred to me that in fandom spaces I don't need to explain myself (unless someone specifically asks for it).

I don't need an excuse to post weird drawings or write about strange concepts.

Most of the time this will lead to more happiness for other little freaks like me. And those who don't like it will most probably be too scared to criticize it anyway.
