Frame Redraw!

Not seeing many people talking about it, but for me this scene was more touching.

Aziraphale's love for humans and Earth was more visible here than in episode 2 in my opinion, and I really wanted to make some art out of it. So I redrew the frame, though with some other interpretations.

Anyways, loved doing this, spiced it with some art-nouveau style.

Also I have the linearts too if you want to color it. I know, Tumblr isn't the best with HQ quality. But if you want to color it, comment and I'll add a link to reach them. ^^

And here's the fully rendered painting, with the frame too.

(Sorry I removed the beard, I couldn't stop myself. But the bowtie stays on)

(I had a strong will to paint the bebe's hair/wing color black/yellow because of the Bentley, but it reminded me too much of Castiel then)

#seriously there has been such an uptick recently in people asking me about my hiatus #I KEPT GETTING SICK #FOR NO REASON #BECAUSE OF OVERWORK...#like literally without exaggeration once a month minimum knocked flat on my ass for multiple days #and mysteriously since being on hiatus hmmmm #it hasnt been happening hmmmmmm #almost like making LIKE 50 PAGES A MONTH #is a little too much work!#for anyone!#no amount of time saving texhniques makes that less work #and I'm trying to make it a satisfying conclusion #which takes more time #and I'm trying to write as much as possible before coming back #as much as webtoon will let me #because twice now ive had to write and produce episodes week to week #and it absolutely destroys the quality of the arc #in my opinion #it at least makes me less satisfied #and whats the fucking point of spending thousands of hours on something #if im being forced into a schedule that. when i get to the end. im not even satisfied with what ive done.#so seriously like please #I'm trying to be as transparent as i can possibly be without outright spoiling everything im writing #its good #it's fun #it will take time to be those things the rest of the way through #ive finished three episodes and I'm halfway through two more #i have 13 episodes thumbnailed #and i have 22 more episodes to write and thumbnail #because webtoon said i need to make it fit exactly into that space

YESSSSS YESSS and thats why im so obsessed with him i can't think of another character that's like that off the top of my head and its so fucking relatable TWT like the message a lot of people got from the first episode is that pim is naive and i dont think thats the case at all, i think he just realized over time how to keep himself stable as long as he doesnt dwell on shit until he spirals and he started spiraling, i dont believe for a second hes never once thought the same shit desmond was talking about

Stormbringer plot but it's told by someone who hasn't read a word of the novel only according to the details gathered through my dash

There's a dude called Verlaine and at some point he tried to assassinate the queen of England for no particular reason and everyone finds it both concerning and awesome

Chuuya used to be a lab experiment before joining the Sheeps... I think.

Verlaine was either Chuuya's fellow lab experiment or a scientist doing experiments on him. Maybe both?

Verlaine and Rimbaud were lab partners in experimenting on Chuuya. I'm not sure what the connection between the two was but I'm sure there WAS a connection

Btw Verlaine and Rimbaud had SOMETHING going on. Something gay going on.

So basically after 15, Chuuya who's now in the pm joins a club of people that were all experimented on called the Flags™ and they become this super knit group of friends

A LOT of “am I human??” Chuuya angst like half novel feels like it's about that at this point

There's a spy? Who works for the government? And sorta babysits Chuuya and the Flags I think???? Their name is Adam and I love them tbh

Dazai comes at some point and fucks shit up idk

Mori tells Dazai he can't die because that way it will be a double suicide with Chuuya (this part I know for sure)

At some point Dazai says the line “I want Chuuya to suffer like a human being” which is a line raw as fuck tbh

There's a epic final battle against Verlaine where Chuuya renounces to know if he ever was a human being... Except reader is made aware he was a human being anyway

Verlaine finds out he's Chuuya's brother and he doesn't want to kill him anymore? Verlaine has a “there was a BIG mistake” kinda moment

Verlaine stays as a mafia executive with the job of training new recruits. He got very depressed because his misunderstanding may have caused the death of Rimbaud. He now lives in a basement.

I feel Clone X being Cody would be as emotional as it possible being Tech, because... the last time Crosshair saw Cody, they were fighting side by side. And Cody protected and helped Crosshair during the time, when all other regs ignored him.

Having Cody/Clone X call Crosshair out on "You could have been one of us" also has a double meaning of him trying to make Crosshair see the other side from S2.

I know people want it to be Tech and it probably is, but gods, having him be killed off and then brainwashed and revealed at what is gonna be the way mid/late part of the series is... oof. Especially since I doubt they'd kill him off AGAIN as a mercy kill because he's too brainwashed. That means he'd need to be helped back to normal again and there won't be enough time to handle that properly in the show.

But the latter is a problem in the series for sure; too many important things happen off screen and are often solved within one episode. The show isn't allowed to breathe and take things slow.

(Cody being revealed as having been brainwashed is of course bad too but like it or not, he's not one of the main characters of the show. Rex having to deal with a brainwashed Cody could very well be what forces him into retirement.)

Just my two cents.

And why is Echo ALWAYS sidelined in this show?!

#maybe they were too fed up with people calling everything filler in s2 and decided to always move the plot forward now #i really miss the old series where there was like 22 episodes at least in a season; and fillers ARE important #the bad batch #tbb season 3 #tbb critical #tbb spoilers #i love tech; he's my fave character but at this rate I don't think his return can be done in a satisfying way #like yeah sure theyre soldiers and handling things this and that way; but it's still a tv show; the AUDIENCE needs to see these things #you cant just hide everything between episodes and pretend its fixed afterwards
