Listen… Lucy recording audiobooks for Tim is probably my favourite moment. The way she just made him feel seen and helped him understand that what society deem is a learning disability, is actually a strength… And his little bashful and shy smile after that… That was such a big moment for them.
So to have Tim acknowledge how Lucy helped him score so well in the sergeant's exam is perfect. As is his desire to help her study this time. It's the best kind of parallel. But it's the timing that makes it even more special… Because Lucy just found out that her five-player trade, that thing she did to help Tim get a better job (and promotion), might actually bite her in the butt and hold her back for her own promotion. Her future is a little more uncertain now so that support becomes even more important... She's always the one who helps others, so she needs to have someone in her corner, ready to go the distance for her as well. And you know that Tim is going to come through and be his supportive self.
Also look at mulders fingers still being broken in this one!!
at first i thought it was just a neat bit of continuity between episodes in this show and i got excited because that doesn’t happen often. and then i remembered it’s the second to last one in the season and shit will probably get real soon. sad
There's just something about incorporating a paralysed but entirely aware patient, 1st person pov and all, every doctor believe you're dead and are about to collect your organs, but House arrives and saves you. And you're grateful to have someone competent to take charge until you realize with horror the guy's completely off his rockers. You look around for someone to stop him, but the others are just as screwed up so you're absolutely fucked
I'm going to live in the glory of domestic Chenford for the foreseeable future (and temporarily ignore the rest)…
I actually don't know which part broke my brain : Tim stumbling out of their bedroom all sleepy, him showing off his injury and Lucy being all worried and calling him babe?
Or Tim acknowledging that Lucy helped him tremendously for his sergeant's exam, Lucy flirting very loudly about the fact that he owes her while holding onto his arm and him immediately agreeing?
I'm sure they can find a way to exercise and blow off some steam…
Miraculous minicomic: Nathalie & Gabriel (Alternate scene/Dark Version)
Poisoner Gabriel is back. I've just made a scene between Nathalie and Gabriel in the kitchen.
This can happen during the Season 5 of Miraculous (Between Protection (5.16) and Collusion (5.22)).
A self-confident Nathalie takes the moral high ground. She requests Gabriel to let Adrien lead his own life. while the father has already a business deal with Tomoe: "ship" Adrien and Kagami (but that's commercial goal for the "Perfect World").
Bonus:
I think about a (dark) ML theory: What if Gabriel really poisoned Nathalie with his cooked plates until Representation (5.24)/the Last Day (5.25-5.26) ? He could do it in reason of Nathalie's disobedience/betrayal despite she's already sick because of the damaged Peacock Miraculous.
Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir belongs to Zagtoon.
yall the amount of digging wilson does in this episode to try and figure out what house was doing in New York... he called his ex ex ex wife, hit up some random prison to go through its visitor logs and phone records, then stole house’s phone and went through his past calls... 5.17 Wilson’s “Has it ever occurred to you that when I don't share something, it might not be meant as a challenge? It might just mean that I'd like there to be one molecule of my life that goes unexamined by Gregory House!” vs 5.19 House’s “You had no right to invade my privacy.” they are insane4insane <3
