To expand on from this

The second AU begins in the same way as the first, HOWEVER

Here, when Aizawa is 19, All Might adopts a second child.

Midoriya.

Why? Because the 4 year old was diagnosed as quirkless and immediately put up for adoption, NOT by Inko, but by his father.

All Might happened to know Inko and so when he heard what happened he wasted zero seconds in taking custody of Midoriya (who although misses his mother and is a bit traumatized is very excited to live with his hero!)

And Aizawa... hates this.

He hates Midoriya. Just can't stand the kid. Is it jealousy? Maybe. But he can't stand him. Especially as Midoriya is HIS responsibility when All Might is working. And there's also the fact that he has to work as a nursery teacher because All Might wants him close to Midoriya (who attends that nursery)

But eventually Aizawa has a sudden change of heart. How?

He discovers what happened to Shouto Todoroki.

Shouto was one of his students but he was absent for too long, and Aizawa had an uncomfortable feeling in his gut after visiting home and the door was answered by a 13 year old boy who was acting oddly. So he went off at night, spied a bit, and discovered what Endeavour's perfect family was hiding, how Shouto had been scarred.

And all he could think about was little innocent Midoriya and what if he suffered the same way. And how the way he spoke to the kid was horribly like how Endeavour was speaking to Shouto.

When Aizawa got back the first thing he did was run to All Might and hug him in tears, apologizing for ever taking him for granted, before grabbing Midoriya, his little brother Midoriya, and apologizing for being a terrible big brother and promising to change.

And he ends up being the best brother and son he can.
