Today in the Department of Before They Were Star Trek (and Wars?) Stars, Andrew Robinson (credited here as "Andy Robinson") guest stars in "Crossties," episode 18 of the second season of Kung Fu (original air date February 21, 1974). Robinson plays one of a group of farmers turned guerillas, fighting the encroachment of the railroad onto their land. The youngest of the bunch, he is injured in the conflict and Caine gets him to safety and medical aid. Other Trek (and Wars?) connections below the fold.

Veteran character John Anderson plays the leader of the guerillas, and a decade and a half later would play Kevin Uxbridge, the nearly omnipotent survivor of an alien attack on a Federation colony in the third season The Next Generation episode "The Survivors."

Eric Server plays one of the Pinkertons hired by the railroad to get the farmers out of the way. The last movie or television role he ever played was a small part as a Bajoran peace officer on a viewscreen in the Deep Space Nine episode "The Circle."

Joseph A. Unsinn worked in the Special Effects department of Kung Fu and the Video department of Star Trek: Generations (1994).

And finally, in a rare Trek/Wars crossover, a pre-Han Solo Harrison Ford plays a railroad executive just arrived from Chicago. Ah, Chicago... I'm sure someday there will be a great university there, with a fine archaeology department.

cartman had some kind of cancer, but it finally went away several years before the Plot. i havent decided on a specific cancer just yet bc since its a Past Illness its not that important to the story and all - but yeah, that's pretty much it. also little asshole went to restaurants and stuff while he was going thru chemo, just went "yeah i have my final chemo session today :(" and got free food, he fucking loved doing that lmfao

kenny is the one i was Very Sure what i would do with, bc like, its kenny. i gave him muscular dystrophy, specifically DMD, and he fucking hates it lol<3 like sure, hes a cool nonchalant little bastard, but nah man he's Not Having A Good Time. only good part is that he got a custom wheelchair in his early teens, and he loves decorating it, its cool as shit<3 i really enjoyed researching more about his illness too bc, thats my son yall, and also i didnt have to switch it up a million times (*cough cough* kyle *cough cough*)

butters i also knew he'd have some eyes shit since the beginning, bc of good times with weapons and bc i looove fucking with this boys vision<3 at the beginning i thought about giving him retinitis pigmentosa, but in the end it didnt fit what i was looking for, so i investigated some more and found stargardt, which is perfect lol<3 also i have never written a blind character, so im super excited to investigate some more about it :)

now kyle, i will not name what he has, but i Will say this guy was A Pain In The Ass. a several hours of research kind of Pain In The Ass. i hate him so much im so seriously. kills him with hammers.

like it was so fucking difficult to find something, in the end i just decided to pick one that wasn't 100% perfect but had so little pediatric research i could realistically change a couple things. thats the point my accuracy-loving ass reached because of this stupid ass ginger motherfucker

If I made an 18+ South Park roleplay server would anyone be interested?

It'd set after high school and all the kids are between 20-23.

It'd be like a big in character group chat for everyone, with a private message section, seperate roleplay threads for literate roleplay and it'd just have an overall immersive community vibe.

With areas for ooc talk, roleplay discussion and such of course.

I'd love for it to have a lot of characters, the main 5 boys, Craig's group, Wendy's group, the Goths, the vamp kids and other misc characters.
