I drew Ted from the wonderful @nabwastaken ‘s Time Bastard Au! The original design is by the talented @midnightnautilus , and was so very fun to draw!

I do not think modern paganism is aware of how subtly influenced by Christianity it is. Why is Yuletide and Mayday so "similar" to Christmas and Easter in the eyes of pagans? Well, people want to keep celebrating these holidays. There's a reason every year pagans claim western holidays are pagan when they are not, and perhaps that's a bit due to not really wanting to leave those holidays.

Even things such as "mote it be" and "blessed be" are Christian in origin. This is not a bad thing, but considering how anti-Christian some pagans are, it is ironic.

Also I don't know if Steve buscemi is gonna be starscream, but I know he's in it if IMDb is to be believed. I would've killed for a Steve Blum starscream on the big screen just because of how hard he goes in the slut department and seeing that in a proper movie would eviscerate me, but tbh? I'm just glad he's back in Earthspark. Is what he deserves.

All that said, aside from the legacy VAs, you know who I REALLY want to see play starscream? Martin Short. This is my only justification:

anyway my zote plushie needs a bath

#storytime but about a year ago. my friend decided that he disliked the little tag on his leg. the one that says hollow knight on it #he decided it would be a good idea to just cut it off. and he accidentally ended up cutting off some of the fabric attached so now he has #a small hole on the side of his leg. and instead of just sewing it back up we decided to play hospital and we grabbed medical tape #and taped his leg back up like noo his leg is broken. and i left him like that for A YEAR #a month ago i realized that was probably a dumb idea and took it off but by then the gunk was stuck to him it's impossible to get off 💔💔💔#i fixed the hole but he is SO MESSY. i also thought it would be hilarious to draw all over his face and horns in invisible ink but #it ended up leaving visible yellow stains on him i also got lipstick and eyeliner on him MY MAN IS SO FILTHY #and i am the worst plushie owner imaginable #im gonna look up how to clean most of this stuff up especially that medical tape gunk it's impossible to wash actually .

the one tmbg song I still can't wrap my head around being them is the lost boys one they wrote for "peter pan 2". I used to watch that movie a fair bit as a kid, and it was yet another trip when I started getting into the band and learnt which music from my childhood had been them all along.

it's not even because they don't sing on it, because their instrumental work outside their albums usually still carries a very distinctive identity (e.g. their arrangement of "the sims 2: university" theme for the freetime EP). but every time I read this credit somewhere, the information hits me again like, oh my god that was they might be giants.
