Today in a nutshell 🥜

I had an okay day. I did laundry first thing in the morning, then a bit of study, mealprep, then a walk with a friend, then studying again. In the evening I did some working out and a bit of yoga. I'm starting to get the PMS mood, so I will need to be extragentle with myself. I also need to study though. I'll try my best tomorrow.

So excited to receive and test out these @platinum_naturals iron pills from @socialnature - I just ran out so its perfect timing!
