id love to see how you redesign the thunder legion!

Thunder Legion are another group I actually enjoy design wise. But here's my pass at them in my style! I did post evergreen before but she should be with the group.

I didn't want to alter too much. Bickslow's design fits in with who he is and is distinct from other characters. My sister is a massive Laxus fan and would've burned me at the stake for changing too much, though I will admit I like every outfit he gets so no complaints here. Fried is similarly consistent in his looks but he still stands out which I didn't want to mess with more than necessary. And evergreen really just needs to be more tacky like she was in the original arc.

It is fun to figure out how characters would alter/fit in to my ideas for a rewrite.

Bonus: chico, because her magic was wasted by Mashima's knack for giving cool powers to characters he never fleshed out.

🕯 ❚❙❘ Chico's family is just her, her father Ruchio, and her grandmother Hilda. But her family as a whole has a deep history in Magnolia. Her magic was one that use to be passed down every generation, but over time the magic in their bloodline got rare. Chico is the first in a while to have these abilities. The last one before her was Hilda's cousin, Gloria, whom she was very close with.

Gloria was a Fairy Tail mage in its early days, and was the one to originally build Fairy Hill. She was young at the time but very motherly, wanting to care not just the ghosts of the town like all the mages in her family before, but the children who started to call Fairy Tail home. Hilda was hired to help out, more so when Gloria started to get sick. And when she passed Hilda took over, a bit grouchier than her cousin but with all the same level of care.

Chico does not remember her mother, nor does she know what happened to her. Hilda raised her, along with many of the other Fairy Tail girls. Ruchio ran for mayor of this town when she was young and once elected put a lot of his time into that job. It wasn't that he didn't care for his daughter, but he was never one to be in tuned with his emotions. Between him and her crabby grandmother, it is no surprise the girl tends to come off as dark and blunt sometimes.

Her father, while he loves her, never really understood her want to join Fairy Tail. He believed that it was a phase, and time to time tries his best to lead Chico out of it. Mainly out of a place of worry, especially when the Tenrou Island group vanished, he realized he wanted his daughter in a safer, more stable, job. He retired from mayor and opened a cafe, slowly trying to get her to work for him. This has put a large rift in their relationship, and although she does now run a location all on her own and enjoys it, it wasn't without some bargaining on his part.

It doesn't please him that she rejoined Fairy Tail once they relocated back into the city, but at this point she is an adult and he doesn't feel like he can dictate her choices. He knows during the seven years she put a lot of her savings into keeping Fairy Hill running, and she also invested in the guild hall being rebuilt time and time again. To him the guild isn't the best influence, and still not safe, but he is glad she is happy at least.

Okay, maybe he was upset. Just a little. And he knew that, logically speaking, he had the right to be, even if it was over something he considered pretty minor. But sometimes, just seeing someone else react to it -- not even their souls, just their demeanor in general -- worked wonders to wipe that away.

Puede hacer cualquier variación que le pongan.

Su técnica es casi perfecta.

Es muy dedicada y se esfuerza mucho para seguir mejorando.

Se tiene que comprar puntas extra extra duras porque si no se le vencen enseguida.

Consiguió primer lugar en un YAGP haciendo la variación de Bluebird/Princess Florine.

Siento que ama los giros tipo pique en tournant cualquiera en el que se desplace.

Le salen bien los pas de deux con cargadas.

Se sabe las variaciones y las historias de mucho MUCHOS ballets.

Le queda bien las danzas árabes (especialmente la del cascanueces) y las españolas.

Ganó primer lugar en YAGP con la danza española del Lago de los Cines.

Hogwarts, 1998. Un poco de los días en los que Harry se sintió como un chico normal sin una cicatriz en la frente ni un destino maldito.

Waos. Digo esto siempre que termino un fanart, pero este realmente me parece el mejor que he hecho en mi vida. Siempre ocurre magia cuando dibujo a Harry y Ginny.

Pensaba en hacer algunos crossovers con Hinny. Podría dibujar a Harry y Ginny como miembros de la Enterprise (Star Trek) o como magos de Fairy Tail. O magos de los Black Bulls (Black Clover) o cazando dinosaurios en la isla Nublar (Jurassic Park). O los dibujaría de vacaciones por Perú. O lo que sea.

If there is one dragon slayer that I wouldn't mind you bringing from 100 year quest it would be Wraith. The idea of a spirit dragon slayer is so amusing and also helps explain how the five dragons were able to be transfered to the kids, and to get past the dragon eater thing is that he had a dragon slayer lacrima but it only activated when he was near death having his enter a unconscious state that would only return to normal when his soul return to him but know he has spirit dragon slayer magic, so like how the revive revive fruit worked for Brook in one piece.

Ngl I did like Wraith. Honestly I just love evidence that Fairy Tail existed for a while, and that there were people before. (I would love to have more tales of the adventures of Makarov's gang, that was fun.) I will say I don't think he needs to be a dragon slayer, for the whole spirit thing to be fun. If anything, I think Wraith's story would be more interesting if it was used to dive into seith magic, spirit magic, etc etc (like whatever Chico's magic classifies as, for instance) and that kind of stuff.

Siempre te caracterizaste por tu mala orientación, te confundias leyendo mapas y eso ahora estaba haciendo que te encontrarás en el medio de Magnolia sin saber donde diablos estaba el gremio que estabas buscando

Según los rumores, había dragones en el gremio y dado que lo único que lograbas recordar de tu padre era tu madre llamandolo un "dragón del marimo" cuando él aún estaba junto a ambas, hasta que un día de la nada solo eran tu madre y tu, ella dejó de hablar de tu padre y traerlo a la conversación solo la entristecía. Por lo que en cuanto cumpliste 16 años, decidiste irte para viajar y conocer, o al menos eso le habías dicho, en realidad irías en búsqueda de respuestas sobre lo que le paso a tu padre.

Esa búsqueda de respuestas te había hecho llegar a Magnolia, a encontrar un gremio caotico conocido como Fairy Tail, si tan solo pudieras encontrar el gremio ahora...

En un inicio, la idea del viaje había preocupado a tu madre, que sabía perfectamente sobre tu mala orientación. "De tal marimo, tal mini marimo" había dicho una vez cuando eras pequeña mientras fingias estar dormida. Tardaste varios meses en convercerla y solo fue porque uno de los amigos que habían hecho en la aldea que vivían planeaba viajar en la misma dirección que tu, una ciudad cercana perfecta para iniciar a descubrir a donde ir, que tu madre terminó cediendo.

Tiempo después, lograste llegar hasta Magnolia porque una amable anciana que habías encontrado en Hargeon, te ayudo ya que planeaba ir a visitar a sus nietos en la ciudad, a cambio tu ayudaste cargando los multiples paquetes que llevaba para sus nietos, se habían despedido hace una hora, su familia te dio un mapa y direcciones de donde se encontraba el gremio, pero parecía que la ciudad se movia cada vez que girabas una esquina.

Finalmente, te apoyaste en la pared de un edificio mientras volvias a leer el mapa, te tomaste un tiempo leyendolo antes de asentir para ti misma y empezar a caminar con seguridad.

¡Esta vez llegarías!

¿Había un bosque en medio de la ciudad?

Uh, el mapa no decía nada de eso...

Ahora estabas en medio del boque, no parecía haber ningún edificio cerca y estabas muy confundida, tal vez tendrías que volar un poco para verificar que aún estabas en la ciudad, poco antes de que usarás tu magia Skywalking para volar, sentiste que algo te observaba, de inmediante te preparaste, lista para pelear contra lo que viniera, cuando los arbustos a tu izquierda empezaron a moverse y de rapidamente te giraste para estar atenta de ese lado, entonces, una pequeña cabeza rosa salió de entre los arbustos, era un niño.

El niño te miró sorprendido y tu lo miraste perpleja.

Uh...

Entonces un dúo de gruñidos sonaron al unisono, eran los estómagos de ambos, eso te hizo dejar tu posición defensiva para empezar a reír, mientras el niño empezaba a carcajearse.

"Hola, ¿sabes si hay algún río cerca?" le preguntaste cuando ambos habían dejado de reír, "puedo pescar algo y cocinarlo para ambos si quieres." Continuaste, mientras le sonreías, después de todo, eas la hija de tu madre no podías estar tranquila sabiendo que había alguién con hambre.

El niño sonrió grande antes de tomar tu mano y guiarte a un río cercano, durante la corta caminata, se presentó. Su nombre era Natsu.

Casi treinta minutos después ambos se encontraban terminando de comer un par de peces. Pero el parecía muy curioso sobre porque estabas en el bosque a las afueras de la ciudad, lo cual te hizo suspirar antes de contarle el como terminaste allí.

"¡Te puedo llevar al gremio!" exclamó alegre, "¡soy un mago de Fairy Tail!"

Accediste y en menos de diez minutos estaban en las puertas del gremio. Natsu sujetaba tu mano te había llevado así para asegurarse de que no te ibas a perder, de nuevo.

Justo cuando ibas a abrir las puertas, alguien más al otro lado lo hizo, lo cual termino haciendo que chocaras contra el pecho de un chico más o menos de tu edad.

"Lo siento," dijiste avergonzada después de separarte de él, el chico solo te miró de arriba a abajo antes de continuar su camino e irse.

"Tsk, Laxus siempre es así," refunfuño Natsu antes de jalarte y llevarte hacía el maestro del gremio.

En lo único que podías pensar, era en el olor a tormenta del tal Laxus, no sabías porque hizo palpitar tu corazón de esa manera.

Ok I’m just gonna say it , I love lisanna (she my fave when it comes to the Strauss sibs she even my 2nd fave when it comes to female characters) I love her design when she comes back (I adore the fact she kept her short hair) but as mean as it sounds I think she should have stayed dead , she added more to the story as well as to the characters and gives us a message to the audience that when u lost someone their stay in your heart and watch over u ? Love to hear your thoughts ? 🌺

Big fat agree. I love Lisanna to bits, when I was younger Lisanna was my favourite character in the show, and she was the character that made me so obsessed with Fairy Tail I had the episode numbers of Natsu and the Dragon Egg and Lisanna memorized so I could rewatch it over and over. The scene where she reunites with Mira is one of the few scenes in the show that makes me shed a tear. It holds a special place in my heart. But Mashima did nothing with her character after that and absolutely wasted her!

What I loved about Lisanna was what she meant to the guild. She was revealed to us so lovingly, so bittersweet, starting from one of the cutest side stories in Happy's birth. She added mystery, meaning, and a familial warmth to Natsu's character. A bond that wasn't just the rivalry with Gray or the feared respect he had for Erza. It was a bond that truly felt lovely, felt dear to Natsu as a character. It added depth to Mirajane, who up until then was just the ditzy fanservice girl. It gave her story power, strengthened the meaning behind her tears of frustration in Phantom, and her anger in the arc just before. It added depth to Elfman, and made us realize his hypermasculine act hid such a fragile, broken boy.

Her death was powerful, because it was something Mashima hadn't done before. In a story like this where love and family and protection is so valued, the best form of depth is the fact that a mistake has been made before, a life has been lost, and there's a gaping wound where it stays and can never quite be healed, and that scar makes everyone twice as strong in the future. Lisanna played this role wonderfully, and she was a wonderful, wonderful piece that accentuated the true depth of the 'power of friendship' so much.

When she was dead, she was powerful, narratively. Her death is what inspires MIrajane and Elfman to become stronger and protect the family they still have. Her death is what fuels Fairy Tail to protect Lucy even against Phantom. Her final promise with Natsu to protect the guild adds a new layer to Natsu wanting to protect Lucy, and the fact that she has a grave by her favourite sunset added to the core of Natsu's character, showing how much he cares for his friends and the truly heartwarming ways he shows it. And at the end of the arc, the theme of 'our dead loved ones watching over us' is reflected in both Lisanna and Layla.

Lisanna was peak in Phantom Lord arc, because she is the mistake that everyone in Fairy Tail is trying their hardest not to repeat with Lucy. In an arc about family, true and found, Lisanna was important. She wasn't the linchpin of the arc or anything, but she added a new layer to everything. It was almost as if two stories were being told to us at the same time, one a tragedy, and one a victory.

But once she came back, not only were her flashbacks just never relevant, we didn't even see what happened to her grave. Other than during Tenrou with Mirajane, she never again had any development of any sort (and Tenrou was arguably Mira's development) and she became just another meaningless face in the crowd. I could compare her to Chico, honestly, with how much relevance she ever has again after Tenrou. It upsets me, because Mashima brought her back, just to strip away all that I loved about her--- her meaning, her love, and her kindness--- and gave us something that was just a shell of the character I adored so much. There's no way I can be happy with what happened to Lisanna. So yes, I wish she never came back, so I wouldn't have to witness this imposter wear her name.

Of course I'm just shouting into the void. But that's fine, the void echoes sometimes, and that can be fun too.

It does sound mean to say 'I wish Lisanna stayed dead', but if the character that came back is nothing like the girl we fell in love with, did she ever really come back to life at all?

[  STEPPING  BACK  ]:      while they’re both attending a particularly lively and crowded party, both muses, craving a moment of peace and fresh air, accidentally go to the same balcony. unwilling to leave, they sit together, and begin to talk as the party spins on behind their backs. // from chico

Laxus was grateful for the glass doors separating the balcony from the main hall, their slow slide closed behind him muffling the din from inside. He could still hear most everything fairly well but it was less distinct, easier to tune out. The cooler air was a relief, as well, prompting a slow breath as the tension in his shoulders finally started to ease.

He leaned one arm on the railing while the other dug into a semi-hidden pocket in his coat, pulling a small cigar case free and holding it level with his other arm. He paused a second, tracking footsteps as they walked past the balcony doors, then once they'd moved on he chanced tugging a cigar free and holding it between his teeth while the case was closed up and returned to its spot. Hands shielding the end from the slight breeze, his lightning magic striking precise points caused a flickering light almost like a flame as he got it to light and then settled back, looking out over the city lights below.

These streets had been mostly rubble, a few months ago. But if Magnolia could do anything after housing Fairy Tail so long, it was rebuild. He watched a family walking down the street, heading home from the day's celebrations -- a kid that couldn't have been older than ten bounced between his parents, one of his hands in each of theirs, crowing about how Miss Erza told me I could be a Fairy Tail mage someday! The thought brought a slight smile to his face, but it slowly faltered as the kid's voice changed in his mind, the parents replaced with a familiar figure.

Grandpa, aren't you taking part in Fantasia? I promised I'd watch it with you this year, didn't I? Oh! That's right!

He shook his head to clear the memory from his mind, huffing a smoke-laden breath through his nose as he heard the doors open behind him. He instinctively moved his cigar to hang over the balcony, ensuring the smoke wouldn't blow back toward the figure still silhouetted in the doorway. The scents of coffee and lavender hit him a moment later, and he arched a brow.

"....Chico? Been a bit."

CHICO ― meet the ghosts

🕯 ❚❙❘ The mage has many ghosts under her control. At any given time they will surround her. She even has the ones with a stronger handle of physical object interactions working at her cafe. But there are a few she is particularly close to and appear more than others. It isn't rare for her to mention them from time to time.

HELDA : Her grandmother and the previous owner of Fairy Hill. She does not leave the apartment build and tends to only complain. Having her around is rather conflicting. Chico would prefer it if she moved on, but it is nice to still see her, even if she is cranky.

DOE : A Fairy Tail mage from many years ago who specialized in plant magic. She has a tan complexion with light freckles, giving her the appearance of a deer like her name sake. This is further by her kind and gentle nature. She was on a team with two younger girls, and when she passed of a sickness she stayed around to keep an eye on them. Feeling guilty for not being able to protect them anymore, something she hasn't been able to move past. Now she assists Chico in protecting others.

RAPHAEL : A rather smart young man who couldn't get over his own death. He wanted to continue learning which is what he was doing when Chico first found him in the city library. He was not a mage, and can not do much in a fight, but he is like a walking encyclopedia. His usefulness shines through when she is solving the pasts of other ghosts.

CLARISSA : Her newest ghost. A mage from Mermaid Heel who came to Magnolia to help in the war. A mage with solar powers, which were weakened greatly during the cloudy battle. When she died, she was rather confused, and missed her chance to move on. She is still young, at the age of nineteen, and out of all the ghosts who came from the war, Chico takes extra care of her. It isn't surprising to find Clarissa clinging close by because of this.

TONI & SONI : A brother sister pair who have been haunting this city so long no one can find information on them. There names were ones Chico gave herself due to them forgetting the originals. Toni, the older, is eight, is very protective of his little sister Soni, who is five. They have the unique magical ability matching magnets. While Toni repels objects, Soni can bring anything closer to herself. These are rather powerful and it is theorized that is because of how long they have been here.

ARIEUS : The most powerful ghost under her control, and he is not happy to be. One of the main reasons she dislikes leaving town is he is particularly hard to regain, each time the difficulty increases. Not much is known about him, just that he enjoyed terrorizing the towns people before Chico stopped him. He appears as a knight who only requips weapons with spikes. Arieus is not allowed to harm alive humans unless given permission, but that doesn't stop him from creating situations which can lead to harming Chico. So while she is not clumsy, she plays these events off as her being such. The other ghosts do there best to stop anything too dangerous befalling her.

Uh, ¿viniste a Europa y luego regresaste? Yo soy de España, ¿viniste hasta aquí o a algún otro lugar de Europa?

Con ánimo, a veces hay que forzarse a hacer cosas que uno no quiere para empezar a querer hacerlas.

A día de hoy todo está dentro del teléfono, por lo que sí que es difícil. A mí la verdad que me gusta dejar el teléfono y salir a pasear o incluso a veces parezco tonto sentándome en el sofá y mirando todo a mi alrededor. Pero está bien desconectar un poco y observar la vida a tu alrededor. Hay cosas que no apreciamos hasta detenernos. Suerte con ello, date cuenta de la persona que eres y disfrútalo. Disfruta de lo que te rodea, aunque sea mínimo.

Pues a mí sí que me gusta ir, la verdad. Incluso hace unos días conocí a un chico con el que estoy empezando a entrenar, y al menos charlo con alguien un rato. Me distrae y me hace sentir satisfecho en el día.

Y sí, me gusta el anime. Aunque hace bastante tiempo que no veía, incluso años.. Recuerdo que el primero que me vi y del que me enamoré fue 'Mirai Nikki'. Y he visto pocos más, sinceramente. Pero sí es algo que me gusta, ¿recomiendas alguno?

Buenas noches creo que todavía siguen siendo allá , apenas me puse a responderte ya de noche, mi día hoy estuvo agotador que hasta me puse a dormir toda la tarde y bueno también me empezó a doler el estómago (razón por la cual también me dormí) . ¿El tuyo que tal estuvo?. Que cool que seas de España. Yo vivía en Asturias, es que ahí estudie un año en el kinder. Asieeees, siempre hay que darse ese empujoncito para hacer algo aunque no se tengan las ganas, a mí todavía me cuesta en cuestión del ejercicio jsjs. A mí aveces me han dado ganas de romperlo pero pues no hay dinero para otro. Que bueno que salgas de vez en cuando, por mi parte casi no suelo salir porque no me dan ganas pero se que es malo pasársela así mucho tiempo, así que intentaré salir una que otra vez. Estaba pensando en ir a un refugio de animales a ayudar, creo que iré la prox semana. Ya desde hace tiempo he querido ir, pero nose, es que también hace calor afuera :(muchas gracias, igualmente suerteee y disfruta mucho de tu propia compañía porque a final de cuentas nosotros mismos tenemos que ser nuestra mayor prioridad🦭 ayy me alegra mucho que tengas a alguien ahí, como que se hace más ameno el tiempo cuando tienes con quien platicar, además de que pueden darse ánimos mutuamente. También desde hace tiempo que no he visto series de anime, pero si que me he puesto a ver pelis de anime jsjd sacaron una nueva peli que se llama Suzume y se me antoja verla. Uhh ya la busque y se parece a un anime que ví que se llama 'Orange', te puedo recomendar esa ya que le ví parecido, también el de 'Erased'. Yo el primero que me ví fue cuando tenía como 13 años y fue el de Fairy Tail, fue el anime más largo que he visto y muchos de los caps se me hicieron inecesarios pero aún así lo seguí viendo😹

El chico que queria tener amigos (Edens Zero S1, Reseña)

Antes de empezar con esta reseña quiero tomar un momento para recordarles que pueden comprar mis libros en Inferno y La Colección del terror en Amazon también pueden leer mi novela Viaje: heal and glow en Booknet, ahora si empecemos.

Hace unos meses empece seguir el manga y el anime de Edens Zero llevándome un grato sabor de boca por lo que ahora que ya salió un pequeño tráiler de segunda temporada de la serie de animación me rehúso a que en este blog no exista una reseña de esta joyita aunque claro está en esta ocasión me voy a centrar solo en él anime por lo que sí quieren una reseña del manga hasta la fecha díganmelo en comentarios.

Argumento.

Edens Zero  es un manga/anime que de manos de Hiro Mashima (Fairy Tail) el cual nos cuenta la historia de Shiki Grambell un humano que criado por una maquina llamada Shiki en el planeta Grambell de ahí su apellido este chico crece criado por su abuelo Ziggy quien le indica que no importa que pase debe tener amigos y cuidar de ellos. Así pasan los años hasta la llegada de Rebecca Bluegarden una Bcuber (Youtuber) quien se topa a con el protagonista de pura casualidad y quien es la que termina sacándolo del planeta después de una serie acontecimientos iniciando así su viaje por el cosmos para encontrar a una entidad cósmica llamada “Madre”.

Animación.

La animación estuvo a cargo de J.C Staff mismo que nos ha traído animes como Food Wars, Konosuba y Toradora. Por lo que calidad tenemos y de sobra ya que no solo respetan los diseños del autor sino que también dan un buen toque durante las batallas aunque para mí en donde más destacan es en el apartado de las batallas en el espacio.

Ahora algo que no va como tal en la animación sino en el diseño de personajes pero que si me gustaría decirlo es que muchos de los personajes se sienten como un copia y pega de los diseños ocupados en Fairy tail, no solo por el hecho de que reutilizo  a Happy sin justificación simplemente es un Happy diferente y ya. Eso también pasa con otros personajes como Rebecca o Elsie quien recuerdan mucho a Lucy y Erza respectivamente, ese es el único pero que le puedo poner en este apartado pues en cuestión de animación les repito hay calidad sin embargo me hubiera gustado ver un poco más de creatividad del autor para con algunos personajes en su apariencia.

Personajes.

Menos mal que este apartado beneficia a muchos personajes pues a pesar de sus diseños calca se diferencian muy bien de sus antecesores y de igual forma te llegas a encariñar con ellos sobre todo con Rebecca y Homura quienes en la segunda temporada tendrán un buffeo bastante significativo, realmente no hay personajes que sientas que no deben de estar ahí, todos tienen su tiempo en pantalla justo y necesario tanto para el alivio cómico como para los protagonistas quienes tienen sus momentos en solitario para brillar sin el resto del equipo. Si algo debo criticar es el tema de los villanos pues en toda la temporada los villanos solo me parecieron bien a secas y no los sientes como alguien que de verdad valla a ser un dolor de cabeza solo uno te invoca esa aura y tendrá su debut recién en la segunda temporada.

Opinión.

Bueno ahora si hablando de mi opinión, este anime es muy bueno pero no es perfecto pues el defecto más grande está en su trama y esto es un problema que sufren ambos formatos (manga y anime) hay determinados arcos y momentos que realmente se hacen lentos e incomibles pero que afortunadamente aportan algo a la trama en este caso a Homura quien es la que se lleva el premio al arco más pesado del anime. Sin duda el ritmo es algo que no le juega a favor en este anime pues no hay relleno por fortuna pero sí que existen  momentos tediosos que quieres saltarte pero no puedes porque son importantes para entender lo que sigue.

En conclusión Edens Zero es un anime que si te gusta todo el tema de los viajes espaciales y la ciencia ficción debes de ver pues te la pasaras bien aunque tampoco esperes un Code Gears simplemente míralo como una serie con la que pasaras un buen rato y después de unos capítulos te quedaras con ganas de lo que sigue.
