And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. Matthew 17:20

Repeatedly, Jesus let people who came to him know that they would receive according to their faith. He often chided his disciples for their little faith. His words about the mustard seed are often misquoted, referring to the size of the mustard seed only, when in fact Jesus is talking about its growth from a small sees into a big tree. If faith the size of a mustard seed was sufficient, Jesus never would have chided his disciples about their little faith.

Developing, deepening, growing faith can accomplish anything. Faith that is maturing and growing larger by the day can move mountains, both literal and figurative. Nothing is impossible when your faith is strong and vibrant, without even a hint of doubt.

Unbelief is a dream stealer and a dream killer if allowed to grow. Even Jesus could not do much in his hometown because of the unbelief of the people. Do not let doubt drown your dreams. Dare to have maturing, growing faith.

According to your faith, be it unto you!

Do you ever wonder how it got to this point that? Maybe it’s just me. I know that GOD allowed this season to grow my faith but some days are just plain hard! BUT GOD! I just need enough faith the size of a mustard seed and I can make the mountain move! It’s about time for me to exercise that faith and tell this mountain it’s time to go!
