Hi everyone!!!

Just returned home after having a lovely weekend at a resort near the beach.

Every time I stand before a beautiful beach, its waves seem to whisper to me: if you choose the simple things and find joy in nature's treasures, life and living need not be so hard.

I took many photos and had lots of fun.

Big screens populated the property to accommodate guests who wanted to catch all of the action in real-time. I remember when Emma Watson said that, we should not forget to be grateful for 10 things that happened to us each day. So now that I had just woke up and Tumblr being my virtual diary, here’s the list of 10 things I’m grateful for today:

1. I’m thankful that I woke up and breathe the fresh air of our home.

2. I’m thankful that I’ve got to spend time with my family.

3. I’m thankful for the delicious breakfast my mom had made.

4. I’m thankful to see my mom doing good in her Masters (graduate studies).

5. I’m thankful for my genuine friends who always had been there for me since day 1.

6. I’m thankful for my boyfriend who is always there by my side and who loves me unconditionally for who I am.

7. I’m thankful that I’ve got outstanding grades and academic achievements this semester.

8. I’m thankful that I’m already an incoming sophomore this school year, most specially to the upcoming interesting lessons and activities here in my Philosophy degree program.

9. I’m thankful that I’ve got to smile or laugh at least once in each day, just like today :))

10. I’m thankful that I’ve got the chance and motivation to share things that I’m grateful of for today! 💖☺️

April 5th, 2021: Monday

Today I got my second COVID vaccine; Moderna. I figured I would document my reaction to it as A. It’s kind of a historical moment and B. I know a few of you might be curious as to what the symptoms are (I know not everyone experiences these).

I received the vaccine at around 10:30 AM, and I feel drowsy and have a headache. I can’t tell if it’s directly related to the vaccine but I didn’t feel this way before, so who knows. Here’s to a safer and healthier future.
