To my girlies (and boys) who wanna lose weight I've got a tip for you so you can feel full without having to overeat. Before eating always drink water, drink as much as u can. if you can drink an entire bottle of water go on it will help you feel bloated and you will feel full really quick plus most people that starv3 die from dehydration and drinking before each meal can prevent it and last if you feel like you wanna eat even though u are fast1ng drink an entire bottle of water (until you feel bloated) it will give you the same feeling as when u over3at and then you feel disgusted by food.

So about the couch to 5k, i literally cant do it anymore i tried to go running but i slipped REALLY BAD and its freezing cold so ill do it again when its warmer (remind me in 2024 (☆ω☆)
In a month, we are having a festival at school and i have to fit in this REALLY tight dress because it was expensive and my mom wont buy me another(; ̄Д ̄) i bought it last year and i gained pretty much from it so i NEED to get to a better shape RIGHT NOW. im going to do 200 leg raises and an arm workout 6 times a week and i will update you guys in a week! (´。• ᵕ •。`) ♡ if its works, i will continue until the festival. After the festival i will start exercising more normally and stick to volleyball and gym (im getting my gym card soon) more!!
my current sizes (please dont be mean(⁄ ⁄•⁄ω⁄•⁄ ⁄))
waist: 81cm
arms: 27cm
tigh(s): 56cm
lower belly: 89cm

UPDATE 1: It was my first time and oh god, my stomach was hurting so much, but my loer back was in pain so i will change it from crouches to leg raises since i cant do crouches correctly (ᗒᗣᗕ)՞ and i ate so much sweets today, we made cookies and ate candy at school... but i will stop eating sugar after this day! i promise ill update you guys every time i see something change! (*´ I `)ノ゚(ノД`゚)゚。
UPDATE 2: i took a 2 day break since my abs were SO SORE. but today i will do the leg raises again and i feel like my stomach has already gotten flatter YAY\(≧▽≦)/i also feel alot better since i havent ate sugar in a while, this friday i will post my sizes again and lets see how much i have lost in a week! stay tuned angelz!

Now I am a middle aged grandma to be who is stepping into the person I always thought I was: active, exuberant, and healthy!!
Getting healthier every day!!
Kudos to me for continuing to take charge of my life.
169 is right around the corner.
My body becomes lighter.
The emotional weight holding me down become lighter.
My metabolism burns off the old weight.
I am inspired by my life.
Everything is going my way.
Every day in every way, I feel lighter and more free.
I love exercising now.
Walking is easier.
Running is easier.
I FEEL LIGHT AND FREE EVEN AS I RUN UP STAIRS I USED TO STRUGGLE WITH.

WL Tips that I live by <3
Drink at least 2 cups of water before any meal
Do not use any sauces like ketchup as they are full of calories
WALK
Be careful with harder workouts as the more you do them the less you lose in the long run and the more extreme you have to go
Chew gum and drink water when hungry
Always calculate the calories before eating
Chew lots
Smaller bites to trick your brain into thinking you ate more than you did
When eating sweets or chocolates let is stay in your mouth to take in the full flavour and to reduce cravings
If you can’t or don’t want to smoke drink caffeine
Listen to music it can give the same feeling of eating to your brain (weird ik lol)
Sleep!!!
Smaller portions and smaller plates
Dance or stand instead of sitting
Always be active
Try ur best to aim for under 800 or if really struggling 1000 (never more)
Ween urself off the calories to minimise binges

Something basic but still one of my favs, rice cakes they have like 25 cal each
Vegetables are soo low in cal and are also so yummy,some of my favorite are cucumber,tomatoes,Letters,Sellerie and carrot
Diet Soda,I think I dont really need to explain it but it is just low in cal nad helpd when I want to binge
Fruit are low in calorie and help when u craving smt sweet
Yum yum noodle are definitely one of my favorite cause they have like 74 cal and are tasty and just perfect
Egg white is very filling,low in cal (like 13 each) and also yummy
Tea , tea is perfect if u want to binge and also has zero cal but if u don't like it with out suger just put sweetener in it ,it will make it sweeter and also add maybe 1 to 5 cal
In general light food like light baby bel
High protein puddings, I love them sooo much they very tasty and for a entered cup jts like 170 cal but it is worth it and filling
popcorn it's just low in cal perfect if u want to binge and very tasty
