My seven (7) finals start on the 7th, that's in two days... or one, really... And so I constantly feel like I should be doing something, anything. But I have no energy or will to do that. I am stressed but I am not. I care but I don't. I know what I'm supposed to know but I constantly forget things. That feeling that I need to be doing something actually productive and related to my finals is what's stopping me from my usual Chernobylposting and answering asks. And so I end up doing nothing at all and feeling bad about both - charming!

I'm also having some kind of an existential crisis regarding what will come next in my life. And my hair. But that's not that important. Let's focus on the life part.

So, yeah, if I will be particularly unhinged on here from 7th to 17th, that's why...

Pros of improving at art: noticing your skills advancing feels great : )

Cons of improving at art: the standards set for yourself keep rising because you feel you can do better than what's currently on your canvas and it needs to look captivating enough when finished, but painting then takes way longer so most things stay as a WIP forever and you wish you could finish more things or even feel comfortable posting sketches
