I headcanon Cyfrin as the person behind the games, along with the Unstable Entities. Basically Cyfrin gathers everyone up and then the Unstable Entities make the players play the game in their own little pocket dimension. Elizabeth also has ties to the Unstable Entities.

so instead of get back into art after the basic recovery of my surgery, I instead replayed Mario and Luigi Partners in Time…and why does nobody talk about this game?? Hardly ever see it in the Super Mario tag. Like. It’s actually insane how dark it gets. People die. Like actually die. Not as dark as SPM but like we see the dead spirits of Toads get siphoned through tubes. They had their life force sucked out of them via genetically modified trees. Yoshis were eaten by a larger alien Yoshi and were gonna be turned into more alien Yoshis via a factory IN THE GIANT ALIEN YOSHI. We see a town that’s literally just “Christmas is Cancelled” the city. Their mayor probably died. We never see these places restored because there are no survivors to restore them. The citizens of Hollijolli village probably all died by the time the bros shut down the Vim factory. And also there’s the entire scene with the Star Gate. Like. Hello??

maybe I’ll stream or let’s play this game and share it here because I think. More ppl should talk about Partners in Time. I’ll say it too: I like it more than Bowser’s Inside Story. By like a LOT. That’s my ramble for the night. Ttyd day tomorrow. Yippee

they're very similar in character, but because Capri is mostly used to solitude, she doesn't have the best social skills, which makes her come off as rude

she's also more reckless and likely to take risks

they used to play cowboys as children :]

Capri is taller and stronger but less agile than Mike

they were besties as children but when Capri became a teen she started changing a lot which Mike didn't understand (tied to my other Deluxe headcanons)

Capri left when Mike was around 12/13 and she was 15/16 (so a 3yr age gap) (this also ties to my other Deluxe headcanons maybe I'll write about them someday lol)

Capri blames herself for what happened to Mike and not saving him from Kane's brainwashing sooner. Mike feels guilty over not waking up earlier and allowing Capri to leave all alone when she was just a teen

before leaving Deluxe, Capri used to be a cadet herself but she was way less enthusiastic than Mike. She also didn't buy KaneCo propaganda

Capri called Mike a mutt instead of "bitch" because they weren't allowed to swear

they'd play fight a lot as kids, horrifying their mom

Capri was a lot more of a troublemaker than Mike. They both were, and still are, adrenaline junkies seeking excitement though

Capri was the one who introduced Mike to punk, rock and country music :>

Hermione is the one who insists they all go see Star Wars: The Phantom Menace on opening night. She watched the original trilogy with her dad a bunch of times growing up, and looks forward to going to see it with him, but she begs Ron to come too, and he asks if Harry and Ginny want to go, so all four of them go with the Grangers, and they have a lot of fun. Ginny subsequently becomes obsessed with Star Wars. Harry likes it too, though he's not as hard core as Ginny.

Ok that concludes the ship week thing! It was kind of a thing to get more ideas for headcanons because some days my ideas are all dried up. If you ever do wanna request a headcanon I can try to make it the headcanon of the day !!! (I have the right to say no for any reason)

anyway! Dvir is afraid of rabbits, but Alab has helped him get over his fear. They currently own one together and they’re happy to say that Dvir is starting to warm up to the rabbit.

Headcanon for Kory’s Tadfools/Companion Crew in particular:

After Astarion asked Kory what he looks like and gotten her awkward response, Kory brings it up at dinner around the campfire the next evening, much to his initial dismay.

It’s during a lull in conversation when Kory awkwardly breaks in with, “Astarion hasn’t been able to see himself in a mirror for a long time and I’m no poet nor an artist. Can you help me describe him?”

Immediately this turns into chaos.

Lae’zel start reciting Astsrion’s exact height, weight, and other statistics. Wyll and Gale begin arguing about the shade of Astarion’s hair (“It’s bone white!” “Nonsense, it’s mother-of-pearl!”). Karlach is trying her level best, but her descriptions are all colored by her time around demons and devils (“So you’ve got like, imp-high cheekbones but that classic incubus jawline…) and Shadowheart just fires off “Well, you certainly haven’t updated your sense of fashion in two hundred years…” like Miss Missing Memory is actually on the up-and-up about current trends. Scratch is barking and leaping around because everyone is excited so he should be excited too, obviously.

Volo helpfully offers to sketch Astarion and everything is quiet for a while. Then he triumphantly shares the sketch and Astarion and Karlach both burst out “That’s Drizzt Do’Urden!” Which causes a whole different bout of verbal sparring over Volo’s exaggerations and lies and ALSO demands to know everything about Drizzt…

….meanwhile it is slowly dawning on Kory that she could have just used the tadpole connection to show Astarion what he looks like currently, but there’s no stopping this anymore.

I already made a post with many of my headcanons on it however I have gained some new ones since then and I want them somewhere written in words so

On planet Azulian it's (a bit?) uncommon for people native to it to have pink hair/pinkish tint to it and even rarer to have pink eyes, adora has both because wow she's so special and unique 😐😐😐😐😐

She at times while she still lived in Azulian was ashamed of her pinker traits and felt like the odd 1 out, sometimes like there was something wrong with her or her body. She when she was much younger would wear contacts and dye her hair before she learned to get over it and embrace herself

She among many more Azulian people has freckles that resemble stars

She LOVES stickers and has an enormous collection of them

She is open to fashion designing though her design options are seen as too colorful and childish to others

Barely got a drivers license

Loves cotton candy (or any food, really)

roles: twin + muffin man(?) - manipulated into being the witch later on - spectator (dead)

She has rsd

Even though she learned with a ton of time that it matters most to simply be herself, she still has a hard time with rejection and disapproval from others and at times people pleases, what can I say she ain't perfect

I kind of hate the fact that I made her fit the Disney's "adorkable" trope too easily but I still love her

She dies by trying to prove herself (to Rosalie)(oh lord does this entail Rosalie angst and character development)

She HATES water and the way it feels on her skin or tongue or inside her (EndermanCore)

Flora and Laurence GOT something in common...

Something a friend shared with me this morning made me think of an interesting possibility with Flora / Moon Presence, and parallel with what Laurence did? Here is what he sent to me:

Good gnostic moment! But it made me wonder if a similar interpretation could apply to Flora?

She is "insidious", and known as that for a good reason! She is rather beastlike herself, especially in the second stage of her battle. The cycle of hunt and pursuit for ascension are both two sides of the same cycle, and, indeed, name 'Paleblood Moon' applies: she 'becomes' red from consuming the blood! It doesn't matter if it is the bloodshed of the hunt, or it is giving away the free will in worship (the Kin associated with stars and moon have grey/yellowish blood, devoid of red cells). She governs the cycle that benefits her no matter which way it is approached, but...

Isn't it possible that she was the one leaving humanity (and maybe Pthumerians too) with enough resources to one day comprehend her evil and overcome it? Did not she leave people enough eldrich augurs and means to obtain enough Insight / Cords to, eventually, defeat her?

So what if whatever befell Flora that made her become more monstrous and beastly, made her attempt last ditch effort to leave the people means to see what happened and undo her if things go too far, before corruption completely engulfed her?

But this just reminds me of how Laurence has been acting. My favourite bit is that initial prayer of the Healing Church did not have the 'seek the old blood' bit that Emelia recites! You can hear it is missing if you compare a prayer read by the woman in the Nightmare cathedral (Research Hall one) and Emilia's!

The prayer certainly got extended later down in Healing Church's history! But also,

Laurence was aware of the risk of failing and becoming corrupted with blood - he knew what dangerous thing he was meddling with, and seems like he left the tools for future generation to undo the Clerics if he ever loses his wits, or if the whole institution grows corrupted for that matter. And, well, of course that happened...

I just find it rather deep that whereas Laurence was familiar with the Moon Presence (maybe that's why Ludwig was too) and could summon her, they also share fate despite large gap in the scale between Great One's and human's fate. I personally have a headcanon that upon first descent (or at least first in a long while) to communicate with mortals, Great Ones will be more prone to choose a person they feel is a kindred spirit, someone who "understands". What if Flora could subconsciously feel as though Laurence is like a little or a younger version of her, meddling with something dark and being doomed to get corrupted, but also being precautions enough to leave resources to comprehend his corruption? Both reckless fool and next level thinker, hahah.

(Sidetracking for a second. We can't know why Kos chose Rom specifically, but in continuation of this thought it could be a similar reason - maybe Rom just shared a similar 'spirit'. Both Sea and Lake are bodies of water guarding people from cosmic horrors they are not ready for, so what if both wished to not dump more than necessary on humans? Rom has many "children" and worshippers of Kos were assimilated into fish/snail people, so what if there was a similar mix of motherly attitude but also the craving of protection and admiration by many? Great Ones being more prone to those who "understand"!)
