Doing anything special for Christmas?

WG: Nassor’s been helping me decorate the school classroom but he doesn’t it like it so well. On Christmas Eve, there’s going to be a big Christmas tree lighting in the center of town! Of course the mayor will be hosting it but we’ll all be there. After that, they’ll be a mini Christmas festival with hot chocolate, warm cookies, Christmas caroling, snowball fights, and more! Christmas Day will carry on as it traditionally always has, presents, feasts, and family gatherings!

theres literally like 2 active people in the frankenweenie fandom but i need them 2 people to turn their listening ears on and hear me out

ive just finished rewatching it because that movie is currently carrying my child and has my ring on its finger and ive been obsessing over the kids relationships with their animals after they are brought back

like how the animals never hurt the kids that owned them ( intentionally )

like shelley couldve eaten toshiaki right then n there when he was on the side of the ferris wheel, but she DIDNT. instead, she just carried him abit until victor electrocured her again where she dropped him and dipped

or how colossus, the most ANGRIEST looking animal ive ever seen before, couldve bit the shit out of nassor but instead just let him carry him around to the carnival

the only reason i think mr. whiskers was being a knobhead was because he was mixed with a bat, and even if he was feral he never intentionally or hurt weird girl, except for swiping at her

and he literally nicked persephone and was swiping at else n persephone before bodyslamming victor and kicking his ass before sparky got to him

and the rat and sea monkeys were only dickheads because they didnt have any owners

Is anyone doing anything special for Halloween?

N: We’re not allowed to have anything too big in town anymore after the……..incident. The mayor is still skeptical. But we are allowed to go out at night for candy and such. This year, Victor’s mom is having a Halloween party before it’s time to trick or treat. We’ll all be dressing up together and carving pumpkins. Cynthia and I are going together as mummies while the others are going as animals, monsters, etc.

What's this: Frankenweenie content in 2022!?

Yes. Since EA have made The Sims 4 free, I decided to download it and see what I can do with it. I recently made the main cast of Frankenweenie... but with a modern twist. I honestly prefer coming up with modern outfits. It was really an experiment to see if I could emulate the movie’s style.

This was inspired by jacksonow over at DeviantArt, who drew the characters in 60s attire. Feel free to check their stuff out.

I tried to base their clothes on how they dress and what they do in the movie:

Victor: Lightning etched into his clothes.

Elsa: Punk wardrobe, strong jacksonow influences. Hard to see but she has New Holland’s windmill on her top.

Edgar: More stripes, more jacksonow influences.

Weird Girl: Sweater girl, especially in August. Also obsessed with cats.

Rosalinde: My OC so that I could fill a 2x4/4x2 grid. Fascinated by Italian art and literature.

Toshiaki: Is a massive geek. Favourite Pokemon is Squirtle.

Nassor: Turtlenecks. Also some Egyptian influence.

Bob: Would most likely wear Hawaaian print. And sea monkeys.

I would’ve given them different heights but I couldn’t get the custom slider for that to work 😩

I might release the Sims and the personalised clothing at a later date, but for now I hope you enjoy these pics.

29. If your blorbo became a millionaire, what would they do with their money?

Nassor would probably hoard everything and only buy one (1) excessively expensive antique every once in a while, and toss it on a pile of other ridiculously expensive trinkets in his room. He'll insist on paying for literally everything during outings - not in a gentlemanly or generous manner. Just ominously reminding you that he's the one who can whip out an entire wad of cash out of his back pocket, and you can't. Money is just another way to be the weirdest, most unsettling person in town now. New Holland shudders in apprehension.
