frender headcanon:

actually, neirther Fry nor Bender are actually 100% top or bottom in their relationship. every week they're making competition to reveal who will be top in the next week. it's different each time: poker, quiz based on "all my circuits", or even chess sometimes if they're don't know what to compete on.

also, the winner can wear the t-shirt that say "i'm fucking him ->" any time at the week and the other one have to wear the t-shirt that say "<- he fucks me" and staying in the right position so t-shirts would match.

at the very beggining of the competitions — Bender was always the winner (of course because he cheated). Fry always knew that Bender was cheating. so Fry started cheating too and it ended up with messy competitions where they barerly knew who was actually the winner. and now they're quite still have it (when they just wanna embarass each other with the t-shirts, but not to switch the positions lol) but it's very random.

Headcannon #21

Fry was originally going to move to Leela's apartment. But Bender convinced him to let Leela move in their apartment because Fry is his only friend.

After "All The Way Down" I imagine our Bender floating through a space kind of void, nowhere to go, he's just stuck but he has things to remember the others by

He has a feeling no one knows he's gone but he can't find out how, he just hopes whoever is there is taking care of Fry for him and the rest, whatever

He probably cries himself to sleep in there because he can't do anything anymore and it gets boring and lonely, so he waits for Farnsworth to delete the program forever but for now, he's stuck

You know, this last episode of Futurama just goes to prove my theory that Fry and Leela should be polyamorous, except that Fry only wants to be with Bender as well as Leela while Leela has other partners

Sexuality headcanon: I can see him as bi, but also I don't think he's really the type to label his sexuality? Either because he was never knowledgable on sexuality, or because he never cared to divulge into it!

Favorite ship(s): FREELA/FRENDER/FREELENDER!!! IMPORTANT trio, never seperate them, under all costs. They're like rats, if they are alone they will DIE.

Brotp: Him and Amy!! I love their dynamic and friendship, so much!

Notp: Him and Amy again, especially after the episode where they dated for like a week. Easily one ship that is better off as just friends with a certain History to them.

A random headcanon: His AUDHD is sooo intriguing... Look at him, no thoughts in his brain when he's being spoken too other than car alarm noises and mentally playing Space Invaders (he looses half the time.)

General opinion: LOVE HIM, we do have a special attachment to him and most other Futurama characters, we used to watch the show religiously when we were little.

(Part 1?)

Fry likes it when Bender wears clothes, he even actively tries to encourage it. Fry particularly loves when Bender wears suits. 

In “Free Will Hunting” Bender calls Leela and Fry "sweetbags.” Bender starts referring to Fry as "sweetbag” after they get together. 

Bender complains about Fry leaving smudges/fingerprints on his metal plate but secretly likes it, because it feels like Fry is marking Bender as his.

Bender still messes with Fry but the pranks are more playful/flirty. 

In “Game of Tones”, Fry is shown to have a pet turtle. Bender has a soft spot for turtles. See where I’m going with this? They have turtles all over their apartment named after All My Circuits characters. 

Bender loves it when Fry sits on his lap and smothers his face with kisses.

You can’t tell me Bender wouldn’t have some kind of feeding kink when it comes to Fry. He likes his soft, squishy meatbag, the more squish the better - plus Bender would just use it as an excuse to cook. 

Bender can’t speak Spanish for shit but Fry finds it hot whenever he does say random Spanish words. He could be saying “I shaved your blue horse” and Fry would melt.

They go to Mexico for their honeymoon. 

Fry got tired of having his stomach pumped every time Bender attempted to cook romantic meals, so the two end up taking some couples cooking classes. 

Fry still practices the Holophoner but the crude holograph projected is one of Bender and Fry slow dancing.

Fry sometimes becomes overwhelmed with the fact that his family is gone. Bender will just hold him and send out small pulses of electricity as a way to ground him.

Bender likes to role-play cops & robbers and gets Fry to wear his old police uniform during sexy time. 

They both draw silly comic strips of each other. 

Fry gets a ‘Bender is great’ tattoo, while Bender gets ‘Fry is great’ engraved on himself. 

Bender got Fry a robot kidney from the black market and had it surgically installed as an apology for stealing his original.

Fry bought a shock collar from Office Depot to use on Bender during foreplay (yes the same kind Leela wore).

Fry learns basic mechanics and robot engineering from the professor to help Bender with regular maintenance work.

Bender has a multitude of functions/features that he purposely had installed for Fry’s benefit, such as: massager, custom cooler (for slurm of course), AC/heater, etc.

Bender keeps some of his favourite photos of Fry in an album, which he stores in his chest cavity. 

When they’re not at Elzar’s, the two go to kid-friendly restaurants where they give out those colouring placemats & crayons and just sit there for hours eating/colouring away.

Bender made a diorama of Fry and himself doing some domestic love shit.

New Year, New Request Event!

It's that time of year again. I'm doing another drabble/doodle request event. This has become an annual thing for me because it's a fun way to start the year. This year, a new rule is only one request per person. However, I'm still open to doing anon requests so I'm going to ask y'all to go with the honor system and not make more than one request. Also, same as previous years I chose if I fill the prompt via art or writing, though if you specify one or the other I'm most likely going to follow it, there's just no guarantee I will. Where applicable please send the request to my appropriate fandom blog (the blogs linked next to the listed fandom) it's easier for me that way. Otherwise, sending the ask to this blog is good.

The only overarching rule is NO NSFW, kink stuff or content that promotes hate. I can also decide not do a request for any reason and I don't have to say why if I don't want to. Also, while I'm gonna try to do requests in the order I got them, I'm not going to totally hold myself to that.

I'm fairly flexible; hard fluff or angst is totally fine. Ship or Gen fics. If necessary I'll bend stuff to fit my headcanons/preferred way to viewing a character.

Headcannon #22

Fry has a hard time to decide if he should date Leela or Bender. But he still dates Leela and is friends with Bender, He just has a hard time to choose to accept fully in his life.

Another small Headcanon of mine!

Bender actually shakes a lot unintentionally in large crowds and developed noise sensitivity, mostly because of the episodes "Raging Bender", "Mothers Day" & "31st Century Fox" as well as a few more

He doesn't know he is trembling but usually Fry will hug him close to his chest and whisper to him telling him, "it's okay, you're okay" over and over while giving him small pecks on the forehead

Honestly, not many! But there are a few things I like to think about.

The big one: Fry, Leela and Bender live together and remain a trio. In my house, Meanwhile didn't happen.

Though I think Fry and Leela's decision not to have any children was a really interesting direction that not a lot of writers take with their couples (I have many thoughts about it), sometimes I think it would be nice if Freeler went ahead and adopted Sally (the orphan girl with the third ear on her forehead) after all. Bender already has papers on her from that child benefit scam he tried, and she's still technically registered as "Sally Rodriguez" so why not? Lmao

Fry and Leela learn a little bit about robot maintenance so they can fix Bender up and fine tune him whenever he needs it (since Mom keeps trying to recall or kill him).

Bender insists on cooking for Fry and Leela every night and since they value their lives, they are world champions at pretending to eat his food and conjuring secret meals to eat from various hiding places when he leaves the room.

ok thank you for giving me an excuse to share. i was even gonna make a post about fanficts i like but i didn’t think anyone would actually read them but now i can. so here they are in order of my love ......under read more because it’s very long

“keep your palms flat” - i think this is the definition of frender. like this is it. i like fanfics that have their own little spin on the ship, like changing canon to your own interpretation is cool and i like to read stuff like that (i also do it incurably) but this is just what it’s like in all truth. nobody in the history of the entire futurama fandom that ive met so far gets it more than this person and i wish they wrote more futurama crap and i wish this one were longer. actually it’s not even a frender fic it’s more like a cute little character study of fry with very slight undertones about his relationship with bender but if you love the ship ur gonna suck up those undertones like  a vacuum. also every line is like it came straight from the show, like they do a better job at writing futurama than the writers themselves. it’s masterfully written. cool fic

“you're the only friend i need“ - i used to be very sad about certain stuff in my life that this story contains so i would read this over and over. i used to keep it open all the time to go look at it because the writing is very well done in my opinion and has these few certain lines that kick you in the head. at least they kicked me in the head. interesting headcanons are featured too

“Come Into My Closet“ - this one is pretty in character but it’s more funny than anything. for frender lovers

“Three Player Game” - the author probably ditched this and it’s only two chapters in (and not very well written...) but the plot is cool and it’s a good read anyway. basically bender teaches fry how to be with leela by rehearsing dates with him but wishes it was real. worth reading. i wish they would finish this

“The Miseducation of Philip J. Fry“ - this shit is insane it’s like it came from the show. a cool fic about fry involving X-mas and pills and alien abduction. honestly i didn’t gain anything emotionally from it but it’s a really good read so who cares

“Swell“ - this is both a human bender and high school au and i dont take it too seriously but it’s a cute read and worth your time. actually i just went to the author’s profile and it turns out they wrote one of my favourite invader zim fics ever HOLY CRAP #howthestarsalign

“The Fragility of Meatbags“ - this is about bender fathering fry and leela’s child in their absence because they DIED but it’s cool, a fic for the whole bender loving family

“The Human Design Flaw” - this is a cool bit, another “fry is sad and talks to bender” fic but everyone cares about things like that and it’s well done

thats all. i skipped out on emailing people at school to compile this list but it was my choice because i hate writing emails. hope theyre to your taste

rly gay headcanon time

okay so Imagine.... obviously fry loved the movie breakfast club when he was younger and probably watched it a lot with yancy, i mean he'd have to like it considering he owns the soundtrack! i like to think he always had a childhood crush on john bender, he loved his 'bad boy' personality and good looks, obviously he kept this crush to himself though. on days he felt really betrayed by the world and isolated, he would wish on his 7 leaf clover that one day he would fly to outer space in a ship far away from the people who dont respect him, have a robot best friend and bender would be his boyfriend, and he would slip his clover in his breakfast club record for extra good luck. he knew this was extremely unrealistic to wish for....... but it was his 7 leaf clover after all ;-)
