the most fun thing about being under the trans umbrella is the name changes . whenever i make posts about me i would use "stories with asher" but now my names emmett . its actually so much fun bc i can see how long ive been on here . i dont remember the last time ive used the name asher but i still kept using it as my tag . no clue why but i kept it there . my first name was eren, then it was 2020 and i went down the noun for name rabbithole and it was fern, then i went to asher, then i started going by em in school (closest to b.n.) now im emmett because my friend grace started calling me emmett for fun and it sticked ! sometimes ill see friends who havent seen me in years and they'll call me asher and its HILARIOUS because its like a war flashback. i was crazy emo when i went by asher and now im fun and colorfull and silly and a major nerd! also i was obsessed with the lego movie as a kid and LOVED Emmet (first fixation) so . basically my life has made a full circle ! yay

thinking about the fact that i was so socially awkward as a teen that the school wanted to me out of class to attend "social skills classes" once a week (to which i attended one and demanded i be removed from the program cuz it was just me and about a dozen equally uncomfortable probably-autistic kids who also probably did not want to be there, being forced to do icebreaker activities by deeply condescending special education teachers)

how did i not receive an autism diagnosis til i was nearly an adult and specifically advocated for myself to be taken to a professional to get checked out for autism and adhd???

Okay my interest has been piqued once again! I saw through some of your Stratos pictures he did bare knuckle boxing to pay for Betrayus's transition/top surgery. Did Betrayus know? Or his mother? If Betrayus didn't know, what was his reaction?

So what I've had in my head for this for a long time was that: Betrayus never knew why Stratos had suddenly gotten into boxing, but he was aware that he was doing it. Rotunda never found out about Stratos doing boxing until he was sent to the hospital, either due to a concussion or fracturing his left wrist. Or she found out after he came home one night with very visible lacerations on his face. I have not decided, I am figuring this out as I'm typing this lol If Stratos went home with noticeable injuries on his face I feel like he'd be standing at the front door pacing for a good 10-15 minutes thinking 'mom is going to kill me' because he has made sure to NOT tell his mother how he's been getting so much money for however long he's been doing boxing- I might just make it so that he did boxing for 2 maybe 3 years, again idk! So when Stratos (20) decided to give Betrayus (15, 16 in a couple months) the money for his top surgery, Betrayus was excited! But when he put two and two together on how Stratos was getting the money, he became distraught. He didn't want his brother hurting himself/getting injured just for him. So after that, Betrayus begged Stratos to stop boxing. And he did. At least that's what Betrayus thought. A couple of more months of boxing and one very expensive trip to the hospital later he finally decided to quit. (quick note for myself: Stratos started boxing when he was 18, and quit when he was 20, almost 21. So Betrayus was 14 at the start, got his surgery money a few months before he turned 16, and then was still 16 when Stratos quit. coolcoolcoolcool)
