Also I’m still super obsessed with FFXIV and all my blorbs- rn the spotlight is flickering a lil tho cos I gotta clench my jaw and just take the time to do some work in blender instead of playing the game and spinning the camera real fast around my beans cos my beans are still BROKEN lol. I gotta find a way to update Lev’s skin and Mochiie needs to be rebuilt from the ground floor still basically.

Okay, y'all, I have some Things:

One! I don't think I've actually made an announcement about it, just randomly mentioned that I have an art/general OC sideblog. You can find that at @fireflies-and-dewdrops, if you have any interest. It's a little empty at the moment, but it has some of my art (and once I actually sit down and make more of my own art rather than quietly doodling over poses off the internet because of a lack of energy to pose my own blorbs), it will have more. I'm working up the courage to share more of my arts and things, so if y'all are interested in seeing those, I'll do my best to post some more things over there.

Two! I have a secondary sideblog called @the-diary-of-maris-flynn (which Tumblr won't let me tag, thank you hellsite, very cool), where I'm thinking of posting some writing I've done in a diary about my Sea of Thieves character Maris' life. It's pretty much empty rn, not gonna lie, but if you are interested in that, I might start queuing stuff up over the summer. And continuing the harmony headcanon stuff, I saw someone else say that headcanoning her as autistic was offensive because she neglects her fish. I am sverely autistic and I often neglect my needs. I see harmony as positive representation of severe autistics like me. It was probably unintentional though - mentally disabled anon

I do definitely wish though that the musical had retained the original story of the Test of High Sorcery.

Par-Salian is a piece of shit enough in it. It’s actually more dramatic than “we literally actively tried to kill him”. (And *fuck* the entire fucking thing of the Test. Jesus)

I kind of want to figure out a way to adapt the lyrics to go like in the books.

I also really dislike the implications that like everything bad to ever have happened in Raistlin’s life post his parents’ death was Takhisis’s doing to engineer him into her servant. I promise you, disabled children get mass bullied without any evil god intervention.

I have to admit I really fucking love how the lyrics sound. But really fucking hate their point. Really, though, I think I can hc that it was just Raistlin’s belief that it was Takhisis’s doing, and the fact that that was the major start of bullying was coincidental/from other factors.
