In case you were wondering about my mudroom bathroom (as one does) i never ended up doing the paint accent wall: my thought was, with how the pedestal sink itself was off-center (and even the stem of it or whatever its called is at a slightly off 45 degree angle. why???) that a bunch of lines would, well, bring out the off-centeredness. I’m going to hold off putting my gallery wall back up and enjoy the color for a bit. (I found Beethoven on the side of the road. He is my angry, heavy son and if he even falls off that wobbly cabinet he will kill anyone via blunt force trauma taking a dump below.) Anyway, very happy with my punchy yellow bathroom and GIANT new mirror. I mean. Look at this old horseshit frameless oval:

That’s garbage. that’s a garbage mirror. (Can you see how the real estate pic very carefully cropped this so you couldn’t see how wonky it all was? How the base is facing the photographer despite the sink itself going the other way? How they were clearly like ‘what if we hung this mirror stupid so nobody knows joshua was higher than giraffe dick when installing the sink?’) Home Depot builder grade beveled ass... anyway… I’m not going to waste a perfectly good mirror, but faking a frame is much harder on oval shapes. I also have minimal tools and an uncovered concrete slab that barely fits an SUV as my outdoor work space, and i am also very stupid. My solution? BALLS.

After a brief, scary stint where i realized i had to use calculus to find the circumference of the mirror, and probably shouldn’t have spent most of my energy in high school and college finagling and scamming my way to not take it, i realized i was right all along and just used the internet to calculate and buy the perfect amount of balls. I painted one (1) ball white before going “this is dumb as hell” and used spray paint instead. The zz plant posed next to it is not for an instagram aesthetic, but because i had to hit it with a hammer cause i potted it in there raw. always use a liner kids.

Anyway. I glued it on with my one true love, liquid nails. I’ll probably rearrange my mirror wall over my dresser to accommodate it, or use it elsewhere in the house. tune in next time for rama’s diy adventures.

Nate watched as Ethan sauntered to the knives. Since when did this bitch saunter? Level up - he must have been paying attention in class. Not that he really needed to, the guy was a giant. Just standing next to someone made him a threat. Still, he wore the added pomp well.

Nate let his fingers unwind from Elias’ hair enough to ruffle it playfully. “For the record, I don’t blame you for wanting to skip to the blood. I think everyone here appreciates it. No hard feelings.”

He stood, relishing the shiver Elias couldn’t quite cover as Nate trailed his fingertips across his shoulders, heading toward Ethan.

Nate folded his arms, looking over the rack, trying to guess which Ethan would pick. “Aww, are you going for the knives because you know I like them? You’re a sweetheart, thank you.”

Ethan didn’t respond, but his jaw tensed - Nate just knew he was glaring at the wall.

He smirked at that, head tipping to the side to try to crane his neck around. See that grumpy little face of his. “Choose carefully, a knife says a lot about a man.”

Ethan groaned, picking one out - a small one. Sharp. Controlled. Standard switchblade. Metal handle. “They say more to a man.”

Nate’s grin faltered for a moment. “Like what?”

Ethan turned, slowly and deliberately pressing the tip of the blade to the hollow of Nate’s throat. “Like ‘shut the fuck up’.”

And Nate was smirking again. “Funny. Very clever, very nice - but don’t you think you want to use up the good lines on him?” Nate jutted a thumb over his shoulder toward Elias.

Aaaand now the blade pressed in a little closer, not quite enough to break the skin, but enough that Nate could feel each heartbeat press against it. Ethan looked annoyed at best. “You say that like you practice yours in front of the mirror or something.”

“Well only because I’m too damn handsome to stay away from mirrors.”

Those dark eyes bored into him. Trying to tear him apart. Make him flinch. He was hungry, Nate could see it.

But so long as Ethan had bigger fish to fry, Nate was safe.

So he didn’t waver. Didn’t even consider letting the grin drop.

Eventually, the knife slid up his throat and away as Ethan stepped past him toward Elias. Time to fry the Bigger Fish, he guessed. Nate allowed him the slightest touch of control, tipping his head back to avoid the blade’s bite as it flicked past his chin. Keep Ethan happy. Very fun, but becoming a full time job. The balance was hard to strike - even harder to maintain. 

But still.

Fun.

He turned, eyes following Ethan to see what he’d do. Nate started pacing - feet refusing to hold still as he was left on the sidelines to watch as Elias started to tremble. He shoved his hands in his pockets, refusing to fidget.

Why did Ethan get to have all the fun? Nate’s workshop. Nate’s knife. Nate’s plan. Grrrr.

He forced his steps slower, prowling around the kneeling man as Ethan crouched in front of him. Nate’s eyebrows furrowed as Ethan plunged the knife into Elias’ leg. Elias didn’t quite scream. More a grunting wail, really. But. Close enough. They’d loosen up those vocal chords in no time. Seeing him convulse around and away from the knife was good enough for now.

The blood started seeping into his jeans. Slow. Dark. Intoxicating.

Then Ethan just…..stood up??? Stepped away??

Nate raised a brow. “Well at least twist it or something.”

Ethan barely threw a scowl over his shoulder as he approached a shelf of tools nearby.

He selected a car battery, dragging it up and off the shelf.

Ah.

A man with a plan, after all.

Nate chuckled as Elias’ breath caught. Then came a little faster.

His hands started twisting against bruised and bloodied wrists, tugging against the cuffs that locked him to the ground. 

Nate stepped closer behind him, ruffling the man’s hair - scratching away tufts of matted blood. “Aww, don’t like the zappy zappy?”

Elias wrenched his head from Nate’s grip, snarling, “Don’t fucking touch me!”

“Ooooo, scary.” Nate leaned down next to him, lips at his ear. “Do you think you’ll still have that mouth on you after we get you screaming, or will you be too shy?” He feins a pout.

Pain exploded across his cheekbone and nose, blasting back through his sinuses - pressing and burning hard up under his eyes. 

Nate snapped back, stumbling away as thick, hot blood wound down his nose and dripped over his lips. A few oily drops seeped between his fingers as he stared at it - almost disbelieving. 

Elias just…..headbutted him??

Nate huffed out a half-amused snort. “Well that was stupid.”

Ethan apparently finally caught on. He was grinning at Nate - laughing softly. “No no - you look good like that - I personally think you should be bleeding all the time.”

Nate narrowed his eyes at Ethan, flicking the blood in his direction - a few flecks landing on Ethan’s jeans. “Bitch.”

Ethan’s smile didn’t drop as he turned his attention back to the battery, familiarizing himself with the external dimmer’s controls. 

Nate gave up trying to stop the flow in favor of I-don’t-even-fucking-care-anymore and just letting it stream down over his chin. There was blood on his shirt already, anyway. Whatever.

He barely caught a glimpse of Elias’ ducked smirk before sinking a foot in the man’s side.

Elias sputtered, doubling over and coughing, writhing against the handcuffs to try to protect himself better.

He couldn’t.

Nate hit him again - higher this time. He felt the ribs give way under the force of the kick, cracking in place. Elias was wheezing before the third kick ensured they were fully broken.

Elias was on his side again, gasping. Legs curled and tucked up against his chest as unsteady and shallow breaths shuddered in and out of him. Nate ground a foot against his impaled thigh, leaning down over the shivering man - letting the blood drip slowly across his neck. 

“Was that worth it? Did you have fun?”

“I did,” Ethan chirped from behind him. “That’s the most fun I’ve had in years, actually.”

Nate twisted just enough to send a dead-eyed glare in Ethan’s direction. “Do not make me kill you early - I like you.”

Ethan grins up at him - suddenly somehow looking so much younger than before. “You won’t - you’re having fun, too.”

Nate rolled his eyes, twisting his heel a little deeper into the marred flesh, drawing a wheezing whimper from Elias’ throat before he finally pulled back.

He reached over Ethan, grabbing the jumper cables and ramming his own pocketknife further down Elias’ leg - only a little pleased that he missed any major veins and arteries. He would have been just as pleased if they hadn’t missed the important bits.

He barely even stopped to appreciate the strained, panting grunts that followed as he snapped the clamps into place - one on each blade. The weight of the cables pulled and tugged the knives against muscle, twisting free more space for the blood to flow out and drawing little mewling pants from Elias.

Nate figured he was done being tough now, then.

He cranked the dial on the dimmer up to seven.

Ethan raises an eyebrow at him.

Nate shrugged. “Scale of ten. Made it myself, so there’s no numbers. Set that, then switch turns it on.”

Ethan hums, standing with the dimmer and stepping back. “Alright. Ready, Elias?”

Elias twisted - horrified eyes snapping between the two of them. He stammered, drawing up the words. “B-uh - bu-but what if i-t kills m-e?”

Ethan looked to Nate.

Nate looked to Ethan.

Both shrugged.

Ethan flicked the dimmer up to 10 and slapped the switch on - hungry eyes not leaving Elias.

But Nate…..found himself unable to look away from Ethan. 

Ethan didn’t blink as he watched. Nate could have hit him over the head with a baseball bat, and he wasn’t sure Ethan would have flinched. He was fixated. Wholly transfixed and enthralled as Elias’ screams and gagging, panting breaths filled the room. 

Nothing bothered Ethan anymore.

He was so much bigger than before. Stronger. Harder. Hungry as Elias’ arms wrenched from socket. As his blood spilled onto the floor. As he choked on the blood his teeth drew from his tongue. 

Ethan didn’t waver. He just twisted and danced the dimmer dial back and forth, blindly drawing out the best responses without looking away for a moment.

When it finally ended, Elias was limp on the ground. Either dead or unconscious. Muscles still spasming, but that didn’t mean anything. 

Ethan stepped forward, nudging Elias with the toe of his shoe, drawing out no response.

Nate followed, pressing two fingers to his throat. The pulse was sluggish and thick, but still there.

He gave Ethan a single nod.

Ethan shrugged, pulling the hose from its place on the wall.

“Let’s wake him back up, then. I’m not done.”

I wasn't sure I was going to do the #regionalwitchcraftchallenge as my region is about a mile radius of my home in North Portland (Clackamas and Cowlitz land).

My practice is a secular DIY punk hearth witch practice built on philosophy, animism, folkloric bits, and some chaos magic thrown in for fun. I work a lot with what grows in my garden and literal trash I find on the street.

What you see is is rose cane, rosemary, Mugwort, sage, and hawthorn tines from my yard. They are often the most willing participants in my work. There's also a feather from a neighborhood crow and shed whiskers and claws for my cat Jackie. Acorns from the tree at the park down the street, broken mirror and washers picked up off the street, as well as some googly eyes I also found which you have no idea how useful they can be.

I see all your red string and raise you a box of red cinnamon dental floss with a needle tucked inside. It's been my go-to for travel and sewing things since I was a 90s punk kid sewing patches on my clothes. There's also my loop scissors that always come in handy.

The top row of jars is: salt I made from boiling down sea water on my 40th birthday, black salt made with the sea salt and charcoal of the last fire of the year in my house, a reusable spell jar with a specific purpose (I have several different purposes and activation methods) and war war made with rusty nails pulled from previous poorly constructed garden boxes at my house and a giant melted icicle from a storm that shut down the city for a week.

There's also a Sharpie marker for writing on things and on the floor below is one of my long arm staplers. I didn't know I was doing magic while crafting zines, which I've done since the 90s, until I started doing witchcraft over 15 year ago. I realized the same energy I feel when putting a zine together is the same energy I feel in spellwork. A stapler is a crucial tool in binding the zine together in its finished state.

So, I guess that's more of a peek at my practice than my region, but my region of Oregon has definitely been nestled in my soul since I was a child visiting my grandparents and I knew I belonged here.

The Op Art walls in the entrance hall to Mitzi & Zack’s Atlanta, Georgia loft was done with Washi Tape. The whole apt. was a proud DIY but the entryway took so many days that most people mistake it for paint or wallpaper. Would you believe that they’ve already moved out of this fabulous place already, and the next tenant had the landlord at to the lease that he wouldn’t change some of the decor.

There are tons of ideas here. To make this custom rug, Mitzi used carpet squares.

The pedestal is a plaster DIY made of cardboard post cement pour tubing and Styrofoam Christmas wreaths.

Bold, whimsical, postmodernism of the ’70s – ’90s style. Mitzi also collects tropical plants.

The low art shelf was made with stairs painted white. The shelves are held up by "old Beanie Baby Acrylic Cases filled with gold leaf or blue cement dye. All found on eBay."

The sofa is from 1986.

Her favorite things? Washi Tape! You’d be amazed what you can do. Killz primer for any furniture remodeling. And Flor carpet tiles; the limit is your imagination and they’re so pet friendly.

In its previous life as a school, the auditorium balcony, which makes up the ½ story and the upper story, was part of the old stage lighting and projector area. It now houses the bedroom.

The sideboard is from IKEA and was hacked with doors and circular hobby wood. 

Gallery wall called “The Wall of Whimsy.”

The first thing a guest will say to the others when they first see it, is “Come into the bathroom!”

Mitzi’s towel storage is an old entryway console she found for $50 on Facebook Marketplace.

In the guest bathroom are all pieces of Washi tape in various sizes (you can buy giant washi tape).

Since they only lived her for 2 yrs. and moved out, I would imagine that since they couldn’t take the walls, they’re busy Washi Taping the new place.

The pink mirror was DIYed with Great Stuff spray foam and Krylon “Ballet Slipper" spray paint.

She DIY-ed the trash can to match the bathroom, too.

The headboard is a painted piece of plywood cut by a friend.

The Monstera is held up by a stool.

A planter was made from half a disco ball.

The main bathroom is an homage to Mitzi’s love of the Colony Hotel in Miami and the Stylenada Pool Café in Korea.

Mitzi was able to buy a small amount of wallpaper for this project on Etsy.

“What?” You catch Frankie’s eye in the mirror above the fireplace as you set the laundry basket down on the sofa. 

“Nothing.”

He’s been staring at you like that all morning. It’s rare that you both have a day off together, but it’s nice to pause in your chores and hear him clattering about somewhere else in the house. Even if it’s because he’s tripped over Tyler or one of his endless DIY projects hasn’t gone to plan. It’s soft, domestic, something you’re certain he wasn’t ever sure he’d get to have. 

The house with the yellow door and the dog and the exposed brick fireplace. A whole world away from the life he was facing before he met you, and the one you were. If you’re being honest. But things are better, you’re both better, and you couldn’t be more grateful. 

The unmistakable sound of skittering nails on the laminate floor catches your attention and you turn just in time to watch your rescue pup launch himself into the laundry basket.

“Tyler!” You’re not angry, you can’t be. Not when his little face pops up with those big brown eyes and a stray sock on the top of his head. Frankie sets down the picture frame he was about to measure for with a heavy sigh, and strides over to the basket. He heaves the dog out to cradle him in his arms, leaning towards you so you can retrieve the sock on his head.

“There’s better ways to get our attention, buddy.” Frankie coos as though he’s scolding a toddler, and not a 70 pound dog he insists on holding like a baby. It’s why he works out, he claims, just in case there’s a giant dog in need of cuddles. The radio switches to some top 40 hit at the same time that Tyler starts wriggling to be let down and continue his tirade on the laundry. You don’t protest when Frankie gives in and the dog shoves his nose back into the basket. The washing machine isn’t going anywhere, there’ll always be time for laundry. Right now, all that really matters is the little family you’ve built in spite of everything.

“You’re gonna be such a pushover when we have kids.” You grin as you fish a pair of your underwear out of Tyler’s reach. You miss the way Frankie looks at you, too preoccupied with saving what you can from your dog’s wrath.

“We’re having kids?” He says it like you’ve not talked about it before, like it wasn’t a big part of your decision to buy the house with the bright yellow front door and the big garden and two more bedrooms than necessary. His cheeks are pink when you look back up at him, the idiot. Your idiot. 

You catch him staring again when he’s supposed to be changing the bedsheets. 

“Okay, seriously, what is it?” You demand, turning your back on him so you can put away the bits and pieces that had managed to make it out of the laundry basket unscathed. His gaze is heavy on you, and you’re pretty sure you know where exactly he’s looking.

Frankie can be silent when he wants to be, something you often forget until he wraps his arms around you from behind and tucks his face into your neck. You jump a little at the unexpected contact, the same way you always do, but you’ve never felt more safe than you do when he’s holding you.

“I’m sorry, I keep getting distracted,” He rests his chin on your shoulder and you can feel his cheeks pull up into a smile, “You’re just really hot and I think maybe I shouldn’t make the bed at all.”

Hopeless. He’s hopeless. Because you’re not even remotely dressed up. Your old sweatpants, odd socks, and a faded sweatshirt aren’t exactly flattering. But then again, you’re both homebodies. You’ve always preferred him in the paint stained t-shirts and old jeans he favours when he doesn’t have to go anywhere.

You turn in his arms to find yourself almost blinded by the smile on his face. He scrunches his nose when you tap him on the forehead with a pair of rolled up socks. 

“I have things to do, still. As do you, Mr Morales.”

Although you go a little off message when you kiss him softly, sliding your arms around his neck and pulling him further into you. He sighs happily and walks backwards to flop on the bed and take you down with him. 

Maybe you could take a break, chores will always be there. Making out with the man of your dreams is much more appealing anyway.

Going to a faery festival? Costume tips and ideas

One of the best parts of attending any festival is putting together a killer outfit. Faeries especially love fashion, frivolity, and the art of disguise. But budget, weather, and travel concerns can have any faery feeling less than magickal. Costuming for outdoor festivals is challenging, but it’s worth it when you get to run around with other faeries in a beautiful natural setting.

Are you going to Faerieworlds? Glastonbury? Or another faery festival or Renaissance faire? Here’s some ideas to help plan the faery costume of your dreams.

Inspiration

Maybe you already know what kind of Fae you want to portray. A fairytale godmother with a giant updo and a poufy skirt? A lusty satyr with body paint and a loincloth? If you’ve already got the character idea in your head, start by drawing out a few quick sketches. (Don’t worry—you don’t have to show them to anyone.) Drafting out a plan will help you figure out what costume pieces you need to obtain. There’s no need to be too practical at this stage—let out your wildest ideas out on the page.

If you’re stumped, try looking at books, movies, and past festival photos for inspiration. Keep a folder of your favorite accessories and ideas. Borrowing like crazy is totally encouraged: Victorian, Gothic, Steampunk, Disney, Renaissance, Medieval, Lolita, D&D/LARP, Hippie, Psychedelic, Rave, Circus, Gypsy, Ballet, Carnivale, Tolkien and Tribal fashions have all had a notable influence on the garb that appears at Faery festivals. Look up any of these styles to uncover a wealth of inspiration--then combine at will!

Budget

In a perfect world, we faeries could just close our eyes, wiggle our nose, and (poof!) be transformed into a fantasy fashion plate. But we live in the (sigh) real world where money exists (and costumes cost a pile of it. A ready-made getup from a costume shop or clothier runs several hundred dollars or more, plus accessories. You gotta stay within your budget if you want to have any money left over for your ticket to the ball.

Fortunately, it is possible to put together a worthy costume without spending all the gold in Middle Earth. Faeries can be a scrappy lot, and nothing in the faery wardrobe need be shiny and new. What you do need is time. If you’re going to be scrounging, adapting, and making most of your costume, start early (like, several weeks before). Plus-size and teeny-tiny faeries may need even more time than that to find clothing in their size.

Thift stores and even your own closet can yield great base garments for your faery costume. Gypsy skirts, vests, sundresses, tunics and tights can all be easily modified or embellished. (Big tacky prom dresses are a great source for yards and yards of tulle!) Craft stores have fake flowers, ribbons, and feathers galore. Fabric scraps can be become appliques, junk jewelry can be taken apart and turned into faery bling.

It helps a lot if you can sew. If you can’t, take a class or have someone show you the basics. Faery sewing doesn’t have to be perfect—the messier, the better, really! But it sucks to have something fall apart the first time you wear it.

If you go the DIY route, be realistic. Some costume pieces take a lot of skill and are worth every penny. A circle skirt is relatively easy for a beginner to sew—a corset, not so much. It might be worth it to splurge on a purchase that will save you a giant headache. Plan ahead and build it into your figures—shopping at the last minute is a sure way to blow your budget.

Big multi-day festivals like Faerieworlds give you the opportunity to create multiple costumes and wear a different one each day. There are also various themed events (like Good Faeries/Bad Faeries). Obviously, this can get really expensive and cumbersome for travelers. A new hairpiece, overskirt, or bodice can freshen up yesterday’s costume (or last year’s) if a whole new outfit isn’t in the cards.

Transportation and Packing

While admiring your new 36” wings in the closet mirror, you realize that you have to get them to the festival. Oh crap. Make sure there’s enough room in your vehicle or luggage to bring the costume(s) you’re planning to wear.

Fabrics like rayon, silk, and cotton voile are wonderful for traveling faeries because they’re lightweight, compact, and wrinkle-resistant. With any luck, you can just shake them out upon arrival and be ready to go. But other accessories aren’t so forgiving. Pack flower wreaths and headdresses in boxes (if you can) to prevent crushing. Small wings can be folded and packed between two layers of stiff cardboard. A mesh cover is great for keeping wigs in line. One more tried-and-true faery travel rule: Anything with glitter gets its own bag.

Lost luggage is pretty rare on commercial flights, but of course that knowledge won’t help you when the airline loses the suitcase with your Swarovski-encrusted bodice. Valuable or irreplaceable costumes should be carried with you at all times.

Being Prepared

Outdoor festivals come with a special challenge for costumers: The weather. Over the years, Oregon’s Faerieworlds has been held in weekend-long rain, scorching sun, and plenty of fair-weather days.

You can’t exactly have a different costume for each weather possibility. But you can plan to dress in layers and still look the part. Toasty leggings and an elf cape are good things to have if the weather turns chill. A stylish parasol is handy if you’re not a dancing-in-the-rain type faery.

In addition to rain and wind, your costume will probably come into contact with the following: Sweat, perfume, sunscreen body paint, copious glitter, mud, sticky children, intoxicated adults, UV light, animals. Oh well. Your costume will definitely be tested for durability by the festival. So will your feet!

Live music and dance performances are a big part of many faery festivals, so don’t let your costume be a buzzkill. Accessories like stilts, oversized wings and headresses may block the view of the stage and keep you from dancing. Have a plan for ditching them so you can join the crowd, if you wish.

In case of an emergency, you should have a set of human clothes, too. (I know! Boo!) You can leave ‘em in your duffel bag until it’s time to go home.

Last-Minute Faeries

Okay, so not everyone is able to spend months planning a festival costume. If you’re down to the wire, but you still want to look faery-fabulous, there are options. Lots of stores have off-the-rack clothing that fits the general vibe: Sundresses, bohemian-style skirts, blouses, tunics and leggings. Top it off with a festive wreath or garland and you’ll be fit for the faire.

If you’re still feeling drab and human, try another accessory. A bright hair color, horns, mask or face paint can help transform you into a Fae creature. These things can almost always be found within the festival gates. In fact, if you’re truly strapped for time, you could do all your costume shopping at the festival—the vendors will thank you for it!

Contrast the mood with the Vale. Festivities, a whole lot of wastefull expending, a tourney, a giant cake made of expensive food. The Vale embodies now what Catelyn called the knights of summer. Sitting outside the wars has created a false sense of security in The Vale. But as the Starks words promises, Winter is Coming.

And when general winter comes, he makes no distinctions. All that finery, waste, pompousness and carelness is gonna be broken.

Dorne is preparing for war. The Reach is being raided by Euron and the Stormlands are being assaulted by Aegon.

No kingdom is gonna be untouched. And I am waiting for The Vale wake up call.

You seem almost happy to see them suffer when they haven't actually done anything wrong. They stayed out of the wars, they are bringing in a last harvest, their food stores are high and they even have a decent history of volunteering at the Wall. What about them makes you call them pompous?

Is the cake a wasteful use of lemons? Sure. But is it their fault the Wall has run out? Is the tourney going to make them starve? It's an extravagant way to choose a new guard for their young lord but hardly the ruination of their people.

If anyone is to blame it is Littlefinger and Sansa. They planned the thing. The biggest threat they face immediately is political infighting (for valid reasons), the mountain clans (because of Tyrion) and potential future attacks to rob them of their food stores. Hardly karmic justice for some alleged irresponsibility.

Bitterbridge was much more pretentious. Renly was grabbing for the throne with no actual claim, doing his part in waging actual war. The Vale is doing no such thing.

You need to distinguish between actual winter and the wars and the Long Night.

Right now, everyone is on the brink of devastation because of the wars and how they obliterated everything that was supposed to serve as protection in winter. The Vale is fine.

And literally no one but the Watch is trying to prepare for the fight against the ice threat.

I mean, I agree that we'll see them face a real threat. The parallel is there. But I don't get the hostility. What are you accusing them of?

So The Isle of Light was Originally the Black Forest A Place of Freedom and Expression for all who lead lives who Needed to hide Such and Some Such was The Coven of the Black Forest made up of 3 sisters (not biologically also there was a 4th) they all found comfort and love with each other one being the Princess of the Kingdom nearby (The 4th and Littlest one) She had a fiancé who was Mad with a Lust for power and Control over things he Didn’t need power and control over He Treated the Littlest one Cruelly when the other 3 Decided enough was enough when he did...SOMETHING to Part of the Forest so Horrible it turned Dead and Cruel (Subtle Subtle Hint Hint Wink) When all 3 Of them saw the Ruin They went so mad they turned to Darkness and fought him and all his Manmade monstrosities there when the Princess Arrived there was so much Dark energy everywhere it was Bad like Real Bad So with her friends now monsters she Fought them with a heavy heart her heart broke so much she fell afterwards immediately Unintentionally Sending her Kingdom to somewhere nobody knows where she is though...That’s an even bigger question BUT the story would live on as a Weilder of the key blade who slayed 3 evil witches...(Oh yeah did I mention Crowley knows And that’s Why He Let the Girls Attend because he thought they might be the Black Forest Coven Reincarnated And the Prophecy that when they Awakened the “Keys to their Hearts once more” They’d Free The Princess From her Mirror Prison Oh Yeah also the princess DID Die But her Reincarnation Goes inside a Mirror and is trapped there when she turns 17 and Doesn’t leave until she dIES ALSO ITS HIS OLDEST DAUGHTER THIS TIME ALSO YES HE HAS 2 DAUGHTERS...Okay lemme just calm down..Also yeah she thought of the Princess System) but After a Wish got safe haven for all Keyblade Weilders (I have KH Oc’s other then these don’t ask Longer story they live and basically founded Fortana Haven) I guess the Isle of Light Rose from the Shadow Realm to be just that oh yeah also the Isle of light is literally that kingdom if ya didn’t know

Okay this Place Basically a Modern Fairytale Everything is so Rustic~ but they Have Cafe’s and Stuff~ They’re still very much in Development as a City..or town..or whatever Boss of everything Locket Clover (An OG KH OC) Runs Everything Wonderfully she welcomes everything with open arms and If you wanna run a shop or want a Building for a particular Thing or Activity she’s Pretty open to the idea unless it’s Incredibly Dumb But she will make you get The Wood and Supplies and The Bricks and the Brick Stick Sauce or whatever it’s called she might get give you help constructing but dang is she a firm believer in “DIY” but I like how she’s Determined to Have a Good Balance between Industrial and Rural In fact there is a Mall (God knows how it got there) And that’s pretty much all there is for your Juicy Capitalism Fix She Runs “Hope Stir” Workshop according to Her boyfriend Ephmer It was always Called a workshop but for the longest time she did EVERYTHING Subtle Farmwork And Animal Husbandry ACTUAL Workshop things all cause she wanted to help every Weilder she knew out and made sure they had a place for food and such She is a bit of a Moneyholic but when you’ve been doing what she’s been doing I bet you’d be too overall While it doesn’t have much History yet Fortana Haven (4-Tana is how you say it btw) Is truly well a Haven

The...Crown of the Isle of Light Before We came to the Isle for the first time Apparently Everyone In Fortana thought it was Haunted! Which..Fair enough Before we Placed the Princess Medals (Okay QUICK SUMMARY OF THIS BIT Okay so in the KH Mobile game there’s Medals and I wanted them to be in my story basically They’re Memories formed into powers when all my Oc’s Met the Princess’s Of Heart They Each got a Medal Representing them and then the Medals Restored the Castle I left out some details but basically that’s it) This Castle is the BOMB There’s Cool Pretty Princess Room’s And a Bedroom JUST FOR SLUMBER PARTIES!! And it’s just a good Place to Vibe and Hang out with your friends (I’m sorry I’m about to Lore Dumb all over this place) The Princess’s Fiancé Made a Crown for her before she could put it on he put some of his Subconscious in it poor Eden When she wanted to get stronger for Malleus (Malleus is her adoptive big brother and she was upset cause she felt she wasn’t good enough ran away to get power and found the crown) It really did almost completely overtake her I shudder thinking about it “Kachow”...Ew (The fiancé said that a lot ok) a lotta bad stuff happened here but as selfish as this may sound I feel like I earned my spot here and I wanna keep sharing it with my friends

So Much Happened here as well probably Tragedy I can’t comprehend there is a few good places about this place though Diane likes to Scavange around Here for Interesting Debris Eden doesn’t like the Air around here but she says she finds Interesting Jewels here and Latte says the same thing so there is good to be found here We all come here every so often to try to help..Anything grow but they don’t call this deadland for nothing but still ya can’t give up hope! I wanna grow some beautiful Lillies here one day! Also hey! Also pretty cool name (Matter-RI-a is how you say it btw) All the sadness that happened here it actually did make the land rich in Metal if nothing else there’s even a whole Cavern we found in the mountains...it almost killed us but we found it

She does NOT let a lotta people at once though Heck she doesn’t like Skye that much from what I can tell but she makes an Exception for ~friends~ So...BE NICE TO OUR CUTE MITELLA I’m glad we have a Convient Place for Blitzball practice and also Swimming around with pretty Mermaid Tails (New Nix Mermaid Action Fashion Doll only 25.99! Get it for your Child or they’ll cry!! Also a 5 dollar Boy doll take his Shirt off! That’s it!) Hyde Mi And Skye are kinda an Iconic Trio Mi Also Teaches how to swim with a mermaid tail better for the Weilders who wanna go to Atlantica Hey Mermaids gotta eat so get a Swim Lesson! Bianco Nero Forest

Well tbh I have the least to say because it’s Appeal is simple ADVENTURE AND MYSTERY! Lots can happen in Bianco Nero it’s Basically the Base foundation of the whole Isle! Presumably cause it’s the Black Forest or was at least though it can be dangerous it’s the only place heartless are know to appear in the whole isle (So where you’ll grind In the Video Game that’ll definitely happen :Says the girl who can’t commit to a single comic) They drop all sortsa cool stuff! Heck you can FIND Cool stuff just...Around so..Yeah!!
