STRENGTHEN THE CORE MUSCLE & HIP MUSCLES . If you haven't invested in " Bird dog" and the "Hip thrusts" then you don't know what you are missing on your Core strength and movements. The two are important because they strengthen Erector spinae muscles responsible for :- Extension Flexing Rotating the spine. Gluteus maximus Traps Deltoids. I’m away on holiday skiing, but after my #stridelab with @sauconyuk I’ve made it my mission to do some hip and glute strengthening work.
