Selena and you are a great team though independent. While you would be distracting your victim, Selena would walk by and pickpocket the money that would feed you both. She isn't that into PDA, although she didn't let your relationship be a secret. She'd give you kisses every now and then but never when the spotlight is on you both. You also wouldn't have to worry about money when you really want something. If you oggle or express any sort of interest in something from a store, Selena will have it personally delivered to you by midnight. You wonder how she gets the pricey items but a thief never tells.

Jeremiah Valeska

Pre-gas: Jeremiah would be insanely overprotective. He would try to keep you in the bunker as close as possible so that you wouldn't get hurt by either the cruel standard Gotham criminals or worse, his own brother. However if you ever needed to go out for whatever reason, he would have Ecco guard you to keep you safe. He knows you are a strong person but he also knows that he loves you too much to let you go alone. He is always working on his projects, day and night so you would have to drag him to bed. Even though he can be stubborn, you just have to put on your pouty face for Jeremiah to follow you into the bed. The best part is his cuddles. He can be so cuddly and so gentle at the same time.

Post-gas: The whole city knew the second you two got together. Jeremiah just couldn't keep his mouth shut about you. He practically worshipped you himself, making his followers do the same. He would assign the most loyal and trustworthy follower to guard you at all times. If anything had changed from the gas he was sprayed with, it was certainly not how overprotective he is. If someone were to look you in the wrong way, a snicker, a rude side comment, a small judgemental look, Jeremiah would pull out the gun. He isn't afraid to show his devotion to you.

Everyday is a new adventure between the two of you. However if you felt any fear or worry doing a specific thing, Jerome wouldn't allow that. In fact, he would try to push you beyond your limits, expanding you so that you can get over your fears. Of course, once it is sexual, he leaves your limits alone and respects your boundaries. But until then, he would try to drag you along with him everyday. It was no secret that he loved you. It was also no secret that he can get possessive. Unlike his brother, he rather keep you to himself than assign some other psycho to take care of you. He wouldn't let a stranger as so much as brush his hand against yours. In fact, he would try to get payback on others if they flirted with you or let on any sign of interest. You would often try to hold him back but not really succeeding half the time.

Oswald Cobblepot

He tries to be the biggest gentleman you know. Always spoiling you with goods, he also tries to keep your relationship on the down low. He cherishes you a lot but is distant when it comes to the press. He still hadn't forgotten about Martin and he didn't want to be threatened with the same situation where they kidnap you. Instead, he checks up on you often and when he leaves, he calls up his most trustworthy employees to come and stay on guard. Oswald likes to treat you to fine things while you like to drag him to fun things. He would take you a date in an elegant and expensive restaurant as you would later on drag him to a fun game of Laser Tag. You balance each other out, making sure to protect each other and also love eachother.

Ed Nygma

Ed and you become deeply infatuated with each other. Eventually it starts into real, deep love. However, Ed can be nervous sometimes. Not because he loves you but he loves you. And every person he loved, he hurt. He didn't want to do that you so he would try to distance himself at times and avoid close intimacy. After you confront him, you two have a conversation and it ends with tears but also cuddling. Sometimes you help each other come up with plans and riddles. He would come up with these elaborate plans for your special events (anniversary, birthdays, Valentines, etc). The Riddler side of him loves but sometimes tries to take control. He never succeeds as you learn how to trigger him and how to trigger Ed to come out. Ed never fails to make you feel loved, you always end up feeling so special with the amount of work he puts into you.

The next day, you went to the concert, looking for Jerome in the crowd

Jerome came on stage and you felt butterflies in your stomach as he gave you a wink

When Bruce came around, you felt twisted and conflicted with your feelings

Bruce was great but so was Jerome

When the bullets started going in different directions, Bruce tried to grab you but Jerome got to you first, leading you to the rooftop

He confessed his feelings, how smitten he was over you

A part of you, a small part, kept saying to run and go to safety while the other wanted to stay

When Jim came, you tried to get between the two

Getting shot on your side when the bullet went to hit Jerome and knocked him back

Bruce Wayne

      Wanting to make you feel comfortable and at home, Bruce would start setting up the guest bedroom to accommodate you. Even though you secretly wanted to be with him instead, you wouldn’t put a fight. Mainly because you were sure if he was even comfortable with you sleeping right next to him. In the middle of the night, Bruce would be checking in on you to check if everything was okay. As he was beginning to come accustom to getting his manor broken into, he was lowkey worried for your safety. He’d find you safe, wrapped under your blankets with your back facing the door. What he didn’t know, was that you were wide awake the whole time. Eventually, you would grow tired of it all and sneak into his room, crawling into the space that was by him. Despite being a light sleeper, you managed to cuddle yourself against him, hearing his light snores fill the room. You would start to drift off to sleep, but not before you felt him turn towards you and snug himself closer to you. When morning came, he would already be well awake. You’d walk into the diner and see breakfast already served for you, obviously prepared by Alfred. You would take a seat right next to a smiling Bruce and started digging in. 

Selena Kyle

       Hating how she would have to find different places to squat at, you would try your very best to convince her to sleep over at your house with you. Selena kept rejecting your offer until she just couldn’t handle hearing the same words be repeated to her again. As you try to set everything up for the both of you in your room, Selena just couldn’t help herself to not try to start a pillow fight. Which eventually worked. You two would be distracted and tired out by around 3 AM. As you would lay down on the bed, exhausted from moving your arms so quickly, you and Selena would speak for a smile before actually drifting off the sleep. As the night progresses, she would try to hog the blankets. You would have to try to trick by either rubbing her hand or booping her nose so she would be pulled lightly out of her deep sleep. Her grip loosening on the sheets as she shifted around, you’d snatch the blanket back so it would be shared evenly. As you would wake up, she would still try to sleep in. You would then try to drag Selena off the bed as it was already noon. 

Jerome Valeska

         There was never one area that you had settled in. Always being on the run, you would have to adjust yourself to sleeping on different kinds of beds. However, you were well settled into a routine. You two would be occupied with some form of media. You were either watching shows or playing some games while Jerome would be looking the news to see his name pop up continuously. When you find out the time and then drag him to bed, you’d be laying down right next to him. He would play with your fingers as Jerome would talk about his goals and plans for the next day that would come. You never went to bed without each other, you had to have each other to fall asleep. Because without his voice, you wouldn’t be able to fall asleep to it. It wouldn’t be until he realized how long he has been rambling that he would look over to you and see your eye closed and your attention taken away from him. He would then sneak away and turn off the lights. During the whole night, you two wouldn’t be able to continue on without some form of physical contact with each other. You would wake up first but soon, Jerome would naturally follow. 

Jeremiah Valeska

       Jeremiah would often be spending the day away, either working on plans or working some notes he already had. When you were ready to go to bed, you would try to distract him and take his focus to you. As you would bring out your pouty lips, your plan would start to work. Jeremiah would try to get back to his project but your persistence would only make it harder to do. Eventually, he would give in. After turning off the lights and settling into bed, he would try to place a kiss onto your forehead. He would place his arm over you, hoping it would be enough to keep you safe from whatever could possibly happen. After a while, Jeremiah would try to sneakily go back to his lab. Of course, it rarely ever works. You would be awake before he even realized it. And for the rare times he would get away with getting past you, Ecco would be putting him back to bed the second he got out of the room. Then, you would wake up again just so you two would be spooning each other. Sometimes, you would be the bigger spoon too. He always woke up first though. Jeremiah would cook you some breakfast while giving the smallest amount to himself so he wouldn’t waste too much time. 

Post-spray:

       His obsession with work had barely changed. However, he wouldn’t get too deep to the point where he wouldn’t realize that it was almost morning again. He would try to stick by a schedule, though he’d end up passing it by 20 minutes. When you wanted him in bed on time, you would try to distract him like you used to. It wouldn’t take much effort though Jeremiah would end up turning the tables on you instead. He would try to sing, dance, and even go to playing the same piano that he had stolen weeks after you finally settled in. Around an hour or 2 later, you would realize what he was doing. As you would punch him on the shoulder, he would try to get back to whatever tactic he could find, only to fail miserably. Before you and Jeremiah would be asleep, he would go back to his ritualistic routine of giving you a kiss on your forehead. You two would be spooning until you end up sleeping on his chest. He would still wake up before you, only to have a full breakfast made. Instead of taking the small amount he used to, he would start taking the same amount as you would. 

Oswald Cobblepot

        Oswald would be occupied in papers and too sucked in to even remember the time. You would have to go in and tell him that it was well past 12. Sometimes, he would go willingly. Other times, he would be too bothered to even try. When he doesn’t, you’d tease him about how he’ll begin to get heavy eyebags and soon be called The Panda. Oswald would attempt to continue his work but eventually your statement would eat away at him until he followed you to bed. After getting into bed, he would give you a kiss on the lips and a soft smile. He would face your direction, if you were sleeping right next to him. Occasionally, he would snore but not always. Oswald would try his best to be close to you and even hold your arm in his. Despite being a heavy sleeper, he would wake up before you and have breakfast ready with an optimistic attitude with him.

Ed Nygma

       Ed would often be the one to drag you away from your work. However, how he does it would greatly depend on which persona was active at the moment. In fact, it was mainly what tipped you off on who you were talking to in the first place. If it was the regular Ed that you originally fell in love with, he would gently hold you from behind and lightly pull you back to him. It never took much to notice his intention was to basically go to bed and cuddle. When it was the Riddler, he would attempt to seduce you so you would lead him to your room. To loosen you up, he would place kisses on your neck. Once you are in bed, you’d start a small conversation about your day in soft, gentle voices. Your legs would become entangled as you began to fall asleep. Ed was a very light snorer and who woke up first would sometimes alter between you and him. If he woke up first and the Riddler was out, he would be working on having his plans ready for the day, including blueprints. If Ed came out instead, he would coddle you with affection and have breakfast prepared for the both of you.

At first, he couldn't wrap his head around why someone like you could want someone like his brother

Eventually he came to the conclusion that he would just have to meet and talk to you himself

Jeremiah would already be prepared

He always saw how greedy his brother can be and how reckless and dangerous he was

So when criminals came into his bunker, he had Ecco stick with you

You had also learned how to fight in self defense so you had another advantage to the situation

You were convinced that you were already prepared for what would happen next

Until you got hypnotized and they kidnapped you

Jeremiah was restless as he searched all night for you as well as continuously calling the GCPD

Gordon and Bullock trying to track down your phone but to no avail

Jerome would be a little touchy as he was interrogating you on what your intentions were with Jeremiah

Though you felt flattered that he liked you, you also felt creeped out and very misunderstood.

Eventually you managed to trick him and his group as you escaped to the GCPD

He thought you needed something to tone down the edge, making you more "fun" to say the least

He was convinced that you two were the same

The night before the concert, you found a tiny, poorly painted box on top of the bed you shared with Jeremiah

It had your initials on a yellow sticky note that was stuck on the lid as you saw heart stickers randomly placed on the sides

Curiosity got the best of you as you opened the box before you got sprayed

You felt your sanity lose its grip on you as you fought to get it back

Your face had gotten pale as your hair gradually turned into a different colour (your choice)

Bruce Wayne

If you hadn't saved him from a massive, aggressive man, he'd probably be dead and wouldn't have met you. He always felt that he owed you his life so he tried to protect yours. At times it was annoying, you were an independent person, you didn't like to accept other people's help. When he saw your living conditions, a busted apartment and a low amount of food, he instantly bought extra appliances and left at least $500 for some actual food instead of the usual canned rations. Even though you were grateful and happy, you felt as if he was treating you as a charity case. You would fight about how you felt that he was too overbearing and you wanted to survive without help. He'd argue that you can't be on your own and alive at the same time in this city. To cope with your relationship and your differences, you keep a good distance with your activities and others parts of your lives.

Selena Kyle

Always seeing her fight against older and bigger people than her, you would end up fearing for her safety. You'd try to find help, terrified of what that man could do to her or even you. Sometimes she would already have it handled and done with in times, other times you would see Bruce Wayne or Jim Gordon before they help stabilize the fight. Sometimes you would send food her way, hoping that she'll use it to get through the week. After that, she would push you away, saying that she can fend for herself. You would be hurt, argue that she could die or get killed if you didn't help her. She'd argue that she doesn't need help and how she feels so limited in her abilities with you here. To cope with your relationship and the differences, you'd have some distance in each other's lives but not with emotional or in physical health matters.

Jerome Valeska

You pick your company carefully and wisely, letting Jerome be extremely jealous when he sees that company being another man. Because of your soft and innocent nature, he'd try to make you more rough and violent. He would trick you to include you in every activity he does, from just stealing a car to an entire massacre. You hate it, always wanting to go home and make him stop what he does. Usually it starts an argument where you just want a normal life and future with him but he hates the idea of settling down into a life that others deem as "ordinary." You cope by having distance in what you do outside the house but have a closeness when you are both together.

However, you always try your best to sneak out and go to a club with your friends, sometimes getting caught by Ecco and immediately brought back just to see him waiting for you. Jeremiah would argue that it is too dangerous out there but you'd say that you felt like a prisoner in your own home. Whenever the attempts are successful though, he still finds out as he has alarms and security set up at the front and inside the maze. You both keep a good distance into what you do in your afternoon to cope with your differences.

At times, Jeremiah can seem very apathetic and it feels like he doesn't care at all while you love to give your relationship the best you can. If anyone likes to confront another, it is you. You want the relationship to work, meaning that you need to confront big issues and give it your full attention to fix it. He hates it. He likes to keep quiet and ignore it until it leads to him exploding. This time, the argument gets personal. You confront how he shows a lack of caring and how you just want to feel loved. He tries to argue that he is too busy to do any relationship counseling. Eventually, you both agree to give some distance in general as he tries to show more affection by random kisses and surprise dates.

Oswald Cobblepot

Because of his past experience with his friends and coworkers, he can be nosy and extremely paranoid. You once caught him looking into your suitcase when you first move in, looking for a clue as to what your "true intentions" were. After that, you had a talk about how much you value your trust and privacy. You want to settle down and live in a normal life, with no violence or anything. However, his business affairs keep coming with him from home. Death threats at the door, being kidnapped on a monthly basis, you become fed up and confront him about how you want a different future and not to fear for your life. Oswald completely understands and genuinely tries his best to fix his mistakes whenever he slips. You always them slide, knowing how hard he tries to keep his work and personal life seperated.

Ed Nygma

Ed can be quite clingy and insecure, always calling you when you leave and go into a self hating episode after The Riddler tries to come out and hurt you. He'd hold on to you for dear life one minute and push away the next. You, wanting to be able to live your life and be happy, confront him on how much he keeps hurting you when he goes through these episodes, claiming that Ed hurts you more than The Riddler could dream of. He feels ready to go until you tell him that you absolutely need him in your life. He reluctantly agrees and tries his best to stop falling into the same pit. You cope by putting some distance between you two during his unstable moments, knowing that he'd pull you down as he fell into a spiral with his fight against The Riddler but close the distance when he is on his feet again.

Bruce Wayne

Wanting to help better his city and fix his family's wrongs, he strongly admired how you would try your best to do the same. He loved how you gave your position good use and would often go to you if he ever needed help at all, in decoding a computer to finding his friends. You two would confide in each other, you about how sometimes you feel insecure and him about how he still feels scared despite trying his best not to be. Sometimes he would worry about you if he found you being threatened by an enemy during your job. Sometimes he would try to help you out but the other officers would try to keep him away. If anyone trusts you the most though, he does. In fact, you are usually the first to know what he is doing. Bruce eventually asks you out as he sees you are the only who could possibly understand him.

Selena Kyle

Being on the other side of the tracks, she loves to tease you about being a goodie two shoes. You'd get tired and try to take her up on a challenge, to measure how bad you can possibly be. Usually, you don't get too far but she applauds you nonetheless. Because of your background, she tries to keep her activities hidden or at least distant from you. Eventually, she would see your soft spot for her and she'd give in. She would purposely get caught when stealing so she can bring you out as she loves when you lecture her. She finds it cute and fun at the same time. Sometimes when things in Gotham get intense and the crimes start to skyrocket, she would follow you on your job, ready to defend you if need be.

Jerome Valeska

Jerome always found your uniform to be so flattering on you. He loved it on you more than off. Whenever he set out to put his plan to action, he would try to get you involved by either calling 911 or just calling you from the station himself. Sometimes, he would put in the spotlight as well. He was convinced that you have a dark side to you, and he wanted nothing more than to bring that out of you. At times, he would feel jealousy over Jim Gordon as you two were close in terms of work partners. When he would get out of Arkham, he'd break into your apartment and give you a show himself. Most times when he actually gets apprehended, he would do anything to have you be the one putting him in handcuffs.

Jeremiah Valeska

Prespray:

When he first saw you, he instantly felt a range of emotions. He didn't mean to but his feelings just snuck onto him. You being a cop just made him feel safer and as if nothing could harm him, a feeling that he lacked nowadays. Everytime he saw you in your uniform and how it fit so well to your curves, he'd be breathless and a bit starstruck. At times during a panic attack, he would ask you about his brother but you would always calm him down and reassure that nothing would happen. If Jeremiah asked, you would sneak some documents and files from your workplace when he wanted to help strengthen his false identity, Xander Wilde, or if he ever wanted to keep tabs on his brother so he can hide easier. If you don't come to the cabin by your usual times, he'd worry that you might have gotten hurt and would send Ecco out to find you, relieved when the two of you came back together.

He was fond of you before the spray came in but didn't actually make a real move. Once he went insane and became more "out there", he didn't hesitate to make his feelings more known. You felt betrayed and didn't feel so easy with him after he killed Bruce. He ended up sneaking notes in your office and asked you to meet up with him. He tried to make you see his side but whether you would forgive and trust him again or not didn't matter to how he would treat you later on. He still highly respected how well you did your job, even giving you clues and hints if he ever had any entail on how to handle your criminal. If he was able to, he would wait at the scene and guide you to what you could do. If he couldn't, he would either leave a sticky note or even leave the writing onto one of the victims if he didn't have any paper nearby. Jeremiah would also sometimes stalk you, you being unaware, so that he'd be able to watch out for you easier.

Oswald Cobblepot

Similarly to Jeremiah, Oswald would also try to scrap entail for you. However, he usually did it whenever either you asked for help or when he needed to get this particular person off his tail. At times, he would pay you visits at the station, eventually leading to him asking you out. Whether you accepted or declined, he still treated you with high respect. He admired how well you did your job and how easy it wad for you to figure things out, even without his help. Though he has been the culprit of your scenes many times, he would fail as he tried to take advantage of the soft spot you grew for him. He hated it but he accepted it. If he was able to, he would try to use his power to promote you and give you a higher raise in your paycheck, trying his best to spoil you in small ways so you wouldn't notice it was ever him.

Ed Nygma

You two were friends before he became The Riddler. You were one of the very few who treated him with respect and kindness, which he took personally. Before he ever actually presented what he found to the detectives and commissioner, he would show you first so that he can impress you. Sometimes he would be violent on accident and he once almost tried to actually murder you but he snapped out of it before serious physical harm was done. When it happened, you wanted nothing more than to get him real help. He would try but The Riddler would always come out and sabotage it. After he turned into one of the bad guys, he would try to avoid you as best he can. He did not want to potentially hurt you as well as The Riddler didn't want to risk bring Ed back around, knowing that you would most likely be able to bring him back. If you ever got a moment with the actual Ed, you would try to help and he would pull you back in. The Riddler would eventually warm up to you and sometimes even try to find ways to take advantage of your connection to the GCPD. Even though he changed drastically, you never doubted Ed, because despite The Riddler, you still trusted him.

Meeting Jerome while he was still in highschool

You two were always getting picked on by the other kids

No one could have thought you two would end up as bestfriends

Before he turned around to exit the door, left a quick kiss on your lips, leaving before you could say anything

After Jerome died, you took those words even more personal
