People make mistakes
FATHERS
MOTHERS
Holding to their own
Thinking they're alone
You decide what's right
You decide what's good
Maybe we forgot
They are not alone
No one is alone
Someone is on your side
No one is alone
Hard to see the light now
Just don’t let it go
Things will come out right now
We can make it so
SOMEONE IS ON YOUR SIDE
From “No One Is Alone” by Stephen Sondheim

Three establishing shots from the pilot episode of the TV series Starsky and Hutch which aired in April of 1975 on ABC - called “The Threat”. Starsky does an inventory of detective work related items stored in the enormous glovebox of Hutch’s car which includes walkie-talkies, a shotgun and a reference book of perps. Starsky’s highly recognizable Ford Grand Torino is left in the parking lot as the viewer at home was taken on a ride along.

Power Of Persuasion
Paul Fitzpatrick: London, March 2023
Growing up in the 60s and early 70s we had it pretty good I reckon. On our piece of the rock there were no wars, pandemics or civil unrest. True, there was the odd power cut in the early 70s due to the miners strikes, but I remember that being more an adventure-under-candle-light than any real form of hardship.Apart from the normal growing pains and…

Grandpa Torino AU x All for Support AU x Grand Debut AU: Gran Torino was highly amused at seeing his grandson's rampage against the Sports Festival Invaders. Especially since he knew how much Izuku was looking forward to making an impression.

La tragedia di Superga | The Superga Tragedy
Today marks the anniversary of a tragedy happened on May 4th 1949: an airplane carrying the Grande Torino football team and 3 journalists (31 people in total) crashed over the Superga hill outside Turin. Nobody survived.
They were coming back home after a friendly match against Benfica in Portugal. Our whole country got very hurt after this tragedy, not just football's enthusiasts but everyone: those people were a symbol of Italy's strength and rebirth after WWII.
10 out of 12 players were part of our NT back then. The team had to end the Italian Championship with the youngers team, and so also the opponent teams did the same when playing against them as a sign of respect. The Federcalcio proclaimed the Grande Torino winner of the Scudetto that year.
