1 er voyage chamanique

Dans toutes ces péripéties, j'avais commencé a expérimenté seule les méditations guidés. J'ai eu de beaux enseignements sur ma naissance, ma mort et la connexion de couleur entre tous les êtres. Lors de cette méditation, on m'a montré que je fessais partie de 4 prophètes, mais je ne sais toujours pas comment.

La chamane m'invite alors l'été 2023 à ce qui était pour moi une initiation à la visualisation. J'adore le tambour, et je pars en méditation pour un apprentissage sur la dualité, le père et la mère, le bien et le mal : que tout doit exister pour faire un monde.

Puis je suis allée rencontrer mes grands-pères décédés, ils m'ont dit qu'ils étaient mes guides et toujours présent au près de moi. Que les signes était la coccinelle et le chêne, il était prêt à accueillir mon oncle ( qui était en fin de vie et est décédé 15 jours après) et sa femme (toujours en vie mais j'ai vu sa mort quelques mois après).

C'était une très belle expérience et en plus débarrasser de mon petit être qui s'était accroché à moi. Depuis je gère mieux les energies de la maison et j'ai fait la paie avec le gardien de ma maison que je représente par un petit papi qui était grincheux.(sinon il va pas être content)

A chaque fois que j'ai médité seule, j'ai reçu des enseignements très important sur les lois de la vie et pas vraiment sur ma petite personne. Mon égo a beaucoup de mal avec cet aspect, mais je me rends compte que les gardiens (la haut) utilise toujours des signes faciles et connues pour communiquer et nous rassurer.

In the midst of all this, I began to experiment with guided meditations on my own. I had some beautiful teachings about my birth, my death and the colour connection between all beings. During this meditation, I was shown that I was one of 4 prophets, but I still don't know how.

In the summer of 2023, the shaman invited me to what was for me an initiation into visualisation. I love the drum, and I went into meditation to learn about duality, father and mother, good and evil: that everything has to exist to make a world.

Then I went to meet my deceased grandfathers, and they told me that they were my guides and that they were always there for me. They told me that the signs were the ladybird and the oak tree, and that they were ready to welcome my uncle (who was at the end of his life and died 15 days later) and his wife (who was still alive but I saw her die a few months later).

It was a wonderful experience, and what's more, I got rid of the little person who had clung to me. Since then I've been able to manage the energy in the house better and I've made payroll with the caretaker of my house, whom I represent by a little grandpa who used to be grumpy (otherwise he's not going to be happy).

Each time I've meditated alone, I've received very important teachings about the laws of life and not really about my little self. My ego has a lot of trouble with this aspect, but I realise that the guardians (up there) always use easy and well-known signs to communicate and reassure us.
