the new semester starts next monday. this has been a long year, a long couple of years to be honest. finally walking away from the technically toxic, probably emotionally abusive relationship i was in but that also means a pivot into actual single mom life. it’s not too different from how life was before with the un-stable living situations.

i decided to double major in kinesiology at the end of the semester so i’m a physics and kinesiology major! school is completely paid for. i didn’t get to tell my grandfather that i applied to school or that i got in but i hope he sees me and is with me.

i’ve been stressed about finances even though somehow everything that i need is covered… but my family has been very helpful. i feel terrible. i have so many ideas and i’ve gone down so many different paths but maybe i have more blocks and not enough intention. however, i have ended up healing and alchemizing enough to be in the best emotional space i have been in probably since i was a super young kid. i grew a lot from all that has happened. i learned a lot.

i’m nervous about what’s next but i have leaning on faith and prayer. i saw a post about trusting the unfolding which prompted me to post this, thank you @heartwombmind. I saw other posts from @kelseytheballerina that made me feel seen on this journey although our journeys are different, it was enough to help me. thank you too and good luck on yours if you see this!

Damian totally has business cards. I cannot explain to you the context or backstory at all, but that kid carries embossed business cards in his Robin-themed wallet and hands them out to classmates who need his number or Instagram (listed on the card) for group projects or merely leaves them at establishments. He also gives them to his brothers when they want to add him on their phones.
