They're back!! And they stripped! I'm so happy they became friends.
Although I really would've liked more, especially from their ideological dispute. Their entire fight was off-screen. We don't even know how exactly Hakari fought Uraume, if at all. If we just go by what we saw, they've been standing around for 20 chapters chatting and gradually losing their clothes. Also I was hoping for a bit more from Uraume re Sukuna than "well, that happened, time to self-destruct".
Their last smile at Hakari is nice though. Reminds me of Takaba and Kenjaku's end (if we skipped their entire fight and only saw the end of ch 243).

suguru send that first message after trying to leave the chat five times, following higuruma and ryomen, and being added back by gojo after all of them.
sukuna and hiromi will still have a constant presence (the app won’t allow more than seven profiles sowy)
everyone is smitten by takuma, specially nanami. they all agreed to hakari’s idea to save his contact as “our child”.
gojo’s illiteracy made everyone wonder how did he got into college — toji believes is because of money. he might be right.

PRETTY LITTLE PUSSY | Kashimo Hajime
Tumblr media Tumblr media
↳ Kashimo + Reader
Genre : Smut
W/C : 4.8K
Warnings : 🔞Minors do not interact | Contains fingering, edging, squirting, breast play, slight electrocution (come on it's Kashimo🧍🏻‍♀️), pussy drunk Kashimo, dirty talk, praising, a bit of fluff.
Synopsis : Hakari invites you and Kashimo to hangout but Kashimo had been dying to get home. Little did you know he had other plans instead of just relaxing with you. When you wanted to have fun in the café, he wanted to have fun as well, just not in the way you had expected.
A/N : I was bored. Man I can't seem to find Tumblr's HTML part, I wanna make stuff with different colours 💀 Reader is a fem btw.
Tumblr media
Hakari knew Kashimo was an ancient man who came from the 1600 so he had to drag him out to town. Kashimo had a hard time understanding the modern world after all, so Hakari would be his "saviour" who would teach him everything he should know. Hence, Kashimo had been invited to hangout at a bubble tea café because he said that it was "trendy" and lots of people had been buying from that café recently.
It was funnier how he would honestly lecture everyone in this modern era, repeating "sorcerers these days..." or "back in my day..." Like an old man that he is despite being in his prime. Plus he couldn't understand much of what Hakari and Kirara spoke of;
"What are you slaying?"
"What is a 'Pikachu vibe' and why do they keep calling me that? Is it a bad thing?"
"Period? Y/n are you on your period? Should I get a heating pad for you?"
Which is why you were here now because number one, you knew Kashimo would disappear the moment he even thinks about leaving Hakari's side and number two, you had been invited anyway. You were currently standing in line to buy your drinks while Kashimo and Hakari sat at a nearby booth next to the window to keep a spot for you guys to hangout at, the sunlight shining down on them. The sunbeam hits Kashimo's face as it gave him a glowing look, caressing his skin and giving life to his warm eyes. His cyan orbs were complimented with the pinkish hue of lightning patterns under his eyes. Kashimo's eyebrows were furrowed as usual and his eyelashes looked naturally curled. He had a calm yet fierce expression which honestly turned you on as a slight aching between your legs appeared.
Kashimo had his sleeves rolled up to his elbows the way he knows you like it. You could see how veiny and muscular his arms were when he didn't have his bandages wrapped around his forearm. You tried shaking off any thoughts that were creeping into your head though as a pool began forming in your pants. Meanwhile the two of them had privacy to themselves as they waited for you to return with their drinks.
"Well?" Hakari initiates as Kashimo responds with a hum to let him continue his question. Instead, Hakari stared at him with a cheeky smile as he had his left hand held an 'O' shape while his right hand had his fingers moving in an out of that 'O' in a fucking motion. "Y/n?"
"... Is that a domain expansion?" Kashimo asked, confused on what Hakari was doing with his hands.
"PFFT A DOMAIN EXPANSION?" Hakari laughed out loud, cackling so much that it caught everyone's attention and yours. You turned back to see what the two were talking about although you couldn't hear what they said other than Hakari's laughter. It made you happy to say the least as you saw your boyfriend chatting with someone since he was never the type to be a social butterfly. Although you don't think that he cracked a joke since Kashimo looked even more confused than you did. The poor man couldn't understand the action Hakari did. After all they never had such an openly explicit movement back in the Edo period.
It looked like Hakari was dying from laughter as he held his abdomen, wheezing as he spoke, "what kind of sex domain is that?" After a while though his cackling died down and you finally return with all your bubble tea. Hakari looked like he lost all the oxygen in his body.
"What happened?" You tried to inquire, wanting to know what they were laughing about but Hakari just chuckles as he was reminded of what did happened. Shrugging it off as he replied, "don't worry about it. It looks like I broke him though," Hakari said as he points to Kashimo. As you looked over to him, Kashimo had his forehead planted against the edge of the table, face hidden and his body still. You decided to brush it off since the cyan haired man looked like he didn't want to say anything else.
Unbeknownst to Hakari though you and Kashimo had already have a fair share of lovemaking together. He just never expected that a 400 year old man was still capable of fucking since he always looked too busy wanting to fight Sukuna anyway.
Throughout your time with the two you noticed Kashimo being silent. You knew he wasn't too talkative especially with anyone other than you but this time he was oddly quiet. When you looked over to him he looked a bit bothered. Is he sick?
"Jime? You alright?" You checked up on him wanting to make sure he's fine. His face was a bit flushed and he looked like he was trying to stabilize his breathing but little did you know his head was full of erotic thoughts of fucking you till your legs won't work.
Tumblr media
Soon enough you all decided to part ways and Kashimo was especially persistent on it. You didn't understand why but he looked... Upset?
By the time you entered your welcoming home you both shared, he almost seemed to rush in, passing you as he accidentally bumps into you. Kashimo exhaled, making an exhausted sigh which sounded as if he's been holding his breath in and it made you worried. You were too concerned for him to even notice the growing tent in his pants.
"Hajime? You alri—" Kashimo's lips crashes into yours before you can even finish the sentence. Fingers firmly holding your jaw as his tongue invades your mouth, the kiss forceful and demanding. His other hand grips your waist tightly, pulling you closer to him. He was such a good kisser, always so passionate and he knows exactly how to tease you to keep you on edge. You're completely caught off guard, hands holding his wrists, whining as he cages you on your back against the wall between his strong arms.
You manage to let go, gasping, "Hajime! What are you—"
"Fuck. Been needing you all day long," his hand travels up your back, gripping the fabric of your shirt softly yet urgently.
"Do you know how long my cock's been aching huh? God knows I wanted to just bend you over back at the café and eat you out right then and there," he groans, kisses trailing from your neck to your collarbone as he takes in your sweet scent. He knows how much weaker you are compared to him— soft, delicate, and sensitive to touch. His touch was a perfect mix of gentle and rough, the man knew how to work with your body and have you screaming and begging for him.
"Need you so much," he mumbles against your skin. He swiftly shoves your pants down, revealing your cute panties that you were wearing and he drags his fingers through your folds, tracing against the wet patch that had already formed.
"Hajime," you mutter out to your boyfriend breathless, desperate for any touch at all as you instinctively spread your legs open with the help of Kashimo's knee pushing you further apart and whine, trying to hold his broad shoulders for support.
He traces soft kisses down, following from your neck to your collarbone then to your chest and further below to your waist. Soon enough he's settled between your legs and you feel his hot breath against your panties.
"Trained this pussy so well," he hums, pulling off your panties and revealing the wet mess behind the fabric. "You're already so wet just from my kisses," he smiles knowing you're just as touch starved as he was.
Blushing, your jaw clenched, trying to hold your composure but only to yelp when you felt his face sink in your wet pussy. Kashimo takes in your erotic scent, diving between your legs. Fuck— he's too good. Kashimo drags his tongue from your clit up towards your aching sex. He licks you tenderly, exploring your folds with his tongue, "you taste so good."
He groans against your skin as he speeds up his ministrations, tongue working in you with rhythm as he tastes all your love juice, prodding inside your pussy and feeling the spongy insides. You feel his lips wrap around your clit as he starts sucking almost desperately. In fact you feel as though he was enjoying this more than you were. His nose nudges against your skin, face smothered in your wet pussy as he eats you out.
You were practically shaking now, his hands gripped your thighs to keep you spread apart as you buck your hips and whine, needing to cum yet he doesn't give enough pleasure just to keep edging you. You can feel him smirk, his hungry gaze took in the sight of you squirming with need as you moaned desperately with tears pricking the corner of your eyes. Unfortunately for you the moment you felt the familiar knot form in your abdomen, Kashimo pulls away before you can even release, leaving you whining.
Stiffled moans left Kashimo, his cock pulsing in his pants as it only grew. He groans from seeing how fucked out you are, your face was flushed and you had tears dripping down, saliva wetting the edges of your lips as you pant. The sight made his dick want to explode.
"Hm? You're gonna have to tell me what you want. Whining isn't gonna help," Kashimo smirks, his expression looks smug seeing you writhe as he takes full control of your orgasm.
"You're so close," Hajime teases, knowing full well that he could end this torment at any moment. "Tell me, y/n. Do you like being on the edge like this?"
"Fuck- Hajime please, don't stop," you pleaded desperately, face flushed but you couldn't care about anything else right now. Kashimo's smile tugs at his lips as it grew with smugged pride. He knew only he could get you to beg for him like you are now.
Kashimo doesn't hesitate doing what you wanted, taking a whiff of your soaked pussy and once more the man is being pussy drunk. This time though he isn't as gentle as he was which caught you in surprise and yelp. Kashimo was aggressively sucking on everything he could as if it was going to be his last meal, lapping up anything at all and leaving no drops of your slick pussy juice. It drove you wilder as his hand slides between your legs, finding your entrance. He teases you for a moment before slipping one finger inside, slowly stretching you open for him, moaning at the feel of his large hand
"That's it," he murmurs, his finger moving in and out of you, easily finding your G-spot. His other hand slips underneath him to rub against his own hard length. "Tell me how it feels."
"Ah fuck— Hajime- it feels s'good!" You cry out with a stutter in between moans. With Kashimo's quickening pace, his finger thrusts into you mercilessly, getting greedier than he already was. You could feel his long finger slide in and out of you as his large hand palms at your clit while he eats you out, spreading sweet kisses over your pussy. He was falling harder for you by the second if it's even possible anymore considering how much he showers you with affection. A couple if seconds later you start falling apart, gasping and moaning as you tried to push his head away.
Kashimo only groans at you when you tried to remove him from your overstimulated pussy in vain. "Too much," you gasp. "Can't take it- Hajime!" You stutter in between moans and gasps, crying out as he has your brain turning into mush with just a single digit and his tongue. Watching you pull at your lip with your teeth has his cock drooling more than it was and he knew you were about to cum. Kashimo easily slips another finger in, and you feel his thick finger prod in your spongy walls. Both fingers immediately abusing that one spot in you which has your eyes rolling back to your head and crying out loud moans. The moment your pussy tighten more than it already was, he knew you were about to reach your high with the bubbling feeling once more.
"Don't you fucking dare cum," Kashimo however demands which has you desperately whining for sweet relief. He keeps his eye contact with you, watching how vulnerable you are right now and you feel so exposed as he takes in your form, drooling, moaning, gasping, writhing, anything at all. Kashimo's still palming himself, his red tip just begging to be relieved as well but he's holding back so he could cum with you too. "Please Hajime," you weakly cry out. It's as if you've lost all your energy already but to your luck, Kashimo grunts and finally allows you to release.
"Alright, since you've been such a good girl. My cute little slut deserves to cum doesn't she? Fucking do it then. Cum on my face," he groans, voice laced with lust. Finally he gives one hard thrust which has you sent over the edge, immediately cumming all over his fingers and tongue as he drinks it up. It intensifies when Kashimo sends a spark of electricity adding to the sensation, your sensitive pussy squirting all over his face which has him releasing his own load, making a gutteral moan.
"Fuck- Hajime!" Crying out loud moans, you've never felt this good before after being edged so much. The moment you finally stop squirting, your body falls limp and he pulls away as you pant heavily. His face is covered with your sweet juices and the floor splattered with his own seed.
Kashimo drags his tongue over his teeth, cleaning himself up and showing off those fangs as drops of pussy juice fell on his tongue to lap up. He brings the back of his veiny hand up to wipe his face off, "what a fucking whore. You made a mess."
Kashimo stands up and towers over your frail form, watching the art he made out of you as you held onto him for support, panting still. He delivers a harsh smack to your pussy, causing a wet slap to be heard as he chuckles darkly when you yelp. "You're so damn wet. C'mere," Kashimo easily picks you up, laying you over his broad shoulder with your ass next to his face and he takes a rough slap on your plush skin. "Hajime, you're the reason I'm wet!" Blushing, you try and retort his words to which he only chuckles at. It's as if he was carrying a feather, almost like you were just a pillow to him when he brings you along with him into your shared room. He doesn't struggle at all, entering both your room and gently kicking the door close behind him, flopping you down on the soft bed with a bit of bounce.
With the cyan haired man towering over you, he's eyeing you as if a hungry predator full of lust and it already has you aching once more, wet dripping slowly down your folds. He doesn't break eye contact with you when he reaches over to grab his nyoi staff at the corner of the bed, his seductive smirk revealing the sharp fangs as if he was ready to shove his teeth into you. Kashimo brings his muscular arm under your knees, bringing your legs up to expose your core and you feel like burning up from being flushed and from your own body reacting to him. The spherical tip of his staff presses against your wet folds has you gasping, looking down to see him tempting you as he rubs your own juices around your pussy. Your wet slick spreads onto his staff, lubricating it. "What do ya want? You're not speaking but your body is telling me everything I need to know. What's wrong? Don't tell me you're shy now? A moment ago you were moaning and crying like a slut."
"Fuck— Hajime please.." you pleaded, you can't take this aching anymore. Your walls are throbbing painfully and it's killing you. You needed to have him, to have everything he gives you but Kashimo only teases you with the nyoi staff and presses it harder against your pussy but it doesn't go in. He rubs the tip of it up and down from your pussy to your ass, the lubricated stick playing with your asshole and it made you feel dirty. "Hm? What's that? I can't hear you. Speak up." You knew he heard you. He just wanted to enjoy this moment and his smirk showed how entertained he was. A light spark of lightning flashed between his buns and he led a gentle course of it run through his nyoi staff against your aching pussy which has your hips bucking in surprise, a harsh moan caught in your throat.
"Ah— Fuck, need you. I need you please. Please just fuck me with your big cock. Can't take it anymore!" You begged for him to stop teasing and the more you pleaded the more satisfied he got, his predatory smile only grew. He took the staff away from your pussy which has you whining. He takes the spherical tip of it to his face, keeping eye contact with you as he licked the tip of it, tasting your pussy on it. His cyan orbs kept a sharp gaze on you, lustful as he savours your taste.
Kashimo satisfied himself with your taste on his nyoi staff. His dick couldn't wait either and he places it back down on the bed, crawling over your small form compared to him. His muscular arms caged you within, toned chest and chiseled abs hovering over you. The sight of body already already had you drooling, blushing at his divine looks. His soft hair fell to his sides and down above you and you got to see his features up close. He looked incredible with his fierce expression, sharp jawline and it all shows off how much power the man has, emanating dominance but to Kashimo he was the one who got lucky enough to have you all for himself. His heart fluttered at the sight in front of him, taking in your beauty, soft lips, glowing skin, bright eyes. Sometimes you wonder how a man like him fell in love with you but he genuinely did find you as the most beautiful woman he's ever seen in these 400 years. To him you were perfect. Your body was perfect and he wouldn't want you to change anything about yourself at all. He loves you the way you are now.
The aching pain at Kashimo's dick snapped him out of the trance you had on him. "You're already so warm and ready for me," he murmurs, leaning in to place a tender kiss on your lips. His hand continues to explore your body, tracing gentle patterns on your abdomen, fingers dancing over youe body. He trails his fingertips down to your inner thighs, brushing lightly against your sensitive folds. He lines up his dick against your entrance, tempted to just dive right in but he keeps his impatience at bay.
"You ready?"
"Mhm," you hum, prepared for him for fuck you senseless. "Perfect," he whispers, leaning down to kiss your stomach.
The moment you replied, he immediately entered your heat but he takes his time savouring it. The painfully slow pace causing a gutteral moan from him as he groans, finally feeling your pussy wrap around his length. Your own moan got cut off by him leaning in to kiss you, sharing your passion with one another. Kashimo pulls out of you and dives back in roughly, causing his dick to attack your G-spot with precision and you moan out loudly. He starts thrusting more, increasing the speed of it as Kashimo couldn't withstand being patient anymore.
"You're such a needy little slut," Hajime whispers against your lips between passionate kisses, groaning from time to time as he tries speaking with occasional moans which only turned you on. His dick continued to work inside of you, pounding into your tight pussy with greed.
Kashimo smirks against your lips before continuing to kiss you deeply. He moves his hips gently, grinding against you creating an intensified sensation as the tip of his dick constantly hits your spot. "You're just a dirty little whore for me."
Hajime presses his lips to yours, his tongue dancing against yours as he continues to thrust inside of your spongy walls. Whimpering and moaning, Kashimo already has you getting fucked out that you can't even form proper sentences to say. "You're such a filthy little slut," Hajime groans, his cock finding the perfect rhythm inside of you. "I bet you beg for more every time."
Kashimo doesn't neglect your breasts, noticing the hardening mounds, his large hand wraps around your soft chest and starts to knead. Your moans were muffled into the kiss, nipples being tugged and played with. Kashimo brings the kiss down from your jawline to your collarbone and soon reaching your sensitive breasts, feeling his hot breath fan against you.
At this rate your body couldn't take any more, the man was too good. He fills your head with sultry whispers as he fucks you dumb.
"So damn cock hungry and I've only started," "you like me pounding into your guts don't you?" "That's my good little slut."
You were getting fucked senseless especially with occasional sparks of lightning that seeps out from him being unable to hold back. Kashimo intensifies the pleasure though, even catching you in surprise as you didn't think it was even possible to be fucked any better. His muscular arms easily work with your body, snaking under your fragile legs to swiftly put you in a mating press. He had a look of greed and lust as he almost desperately pound into you.
The position you were in now allowed his dick to hit places even you can't reach. You gasp at the feeling of his tip expertly hitting your womb, eyes widening as your moans only grew. The way you were now has you trapped between him and Kashimo had full control over the situation. You were simply under his mercy and his predatory smile only grew. The only thought in his mind now was to just fuck you.
"Fuck," Kashimo growls against your ear, his length working faster inside of you. His hand grips your hips tightly as he continues to bring you pleasure. "You're fucking incredible."
Sweat drips down from him onto you. "Fuck, you feel so good y/n," he groans, his eyes locked onto yours as his thrusts start to get sloppy. His hips slam into you roughly now. He releases one hand to grip your neck, the other now clenching the sheets beneath him. "You're so damn perfect."
"Shit- Hajime I can't—" you were beginning to reach your climax, unable to hold back any longer. Your whimpers turned into cries and he only made it harder for you to hold back with how he had you in a gentle choke, his grip on your neck sends a light course of electricity running through your body. Your eyes rolled back a bit more as your body turns out limp in pleasure just for him to use.
"Fu- hah shit- you wanna cum? You wanna c-cum huh?" Kashimo breathes, the words more of a moan than anything else. He's close now, feeling you wrap around him, milking his cock as he fucks you faster and harder. You could only nod vigorously, overstimulated by all this and moaning desperately for sweet relief. "Let's- ah fuck. Let's cum together."
Kashimo's just as impatient as you are now, both of you needing to reach your climax. "Y/n—" Kashimo groans, feeling his climax building once more within him. "I love you so much." With one last powerful thrust, he releases his hot seed deep inside you, tip entering your womb as he fills you up and his face is dusted with a reddish blush. Your mixed fluids coating your insides. He gives your ass a rough smack and with his spanking came more electrifying sensation sending you over the edge.
He leans in close to your neck, biting your supple skin and his teeth digging into you, leaving bite marks. You could feel his veiny cock twitching and throbbing inside of you, pussy clenching around him. Kashimo fits perfectly into you as if you were made for him.
"Hajime!--" Crying out his name loudly, you scream in pleasure and the room is filled with both your moans and grunts, whimpers and cries. You're drooling with tears pricking your eyes, blushing and taking in the erotic sight of milking him dry.
Kashimo then moves to kiss you, lips locking and intertwining as his groans are muffled and so are your cries.
Your back arches, practically screaming moans now as you squirt once more, both your release mixing as your walls tighten around to keep him inside. He groans at the feel, riding out his orgasm. Coating his cock with love juice, you're gripping the sheets beneath you and finally Kashimo's thrusts slow down into a halt and he pulls away from the kiss, looking down at the mess below him, taking in the sight of your beauty.
Both of you are panting heavily, unable to say anything yet from how much stimulation you went through.
His abs were splattered with your squirt due to the mating press, balls deep in you and his hard cock painted with both your cum. You both stayed there until he finally speaks up.
"Fuck, y/n," Kashimo murmurs as he pulls out of your pussy, his lips and tongue trailing over your jaw in sync. "You make me so fucking happy."
He chuckles when you can only whimper as a response, "was I too rough? Sorry. Couldn't help myself, after all your fucking perfect." He leans down closer to you, hot breath fanning your ear when he mutters, "love you so much baby..."
"Love you too..." You croak out, tired from earlier.
Kashimo nibbles at your earlobe, his warm lips against your colder skin then he showers you with sweet kisses. Making sure to give attention to your lips, cheeks, forehead, neck, anything at all, he lays soft kisses on them.
Kashimo plops himself down beside you, chest heaving from panting and he wraps his strong arms around your small frame. He hums and nuzzles against the crook of your neck, resting there for a moment and it makes you giggle from seeing this soft sight. Kashimo had always been a brute fighter so it made you feel special whenever he only shows this sweet side of him to you.
"Jime..." You call out to him, your angelic voice like music to his ears. He'd always melt to your touch, your voice, your love.
"Hm?"
"That was amazing."
Kashimo chuckles more, his smile was so captivating to you. He looked so soft and gentle when he smiles, so sweet and it makes you forget that this man was the strongest in the Edo period who goes around causing mass murders to challengers who provoke him.
"Love you so much y/n. You're the best thing that's ever happened to me."
You bring your small hand up to cup his cheek, pulling him closer into a comforting kiss and he reciprocates, returning the love as you felt his smile grow. You stay there for a moment until soon enough both of you ran out I'd breath, panting when you pull away.
Kashimo wanted more kisses but he didn't want to tire you out too much. He hums, "do you wanna drink anything?"
"Water is fine."
"Alright," he sits up and gets off the bed, leaving you alone for a moment but you can still feel his warmth in his side of the bed. He made sure to cover you with the blanket first and you cuddled into it, nuzzling his pillow and taking in his comforting scent.
Kashimo returns with a glass of water, his other hand held warm cloth for you to clean yourself up with.
You attempt to stand, seeing him invite you to join him and clean yourselves up but as you laid your foot on the ground, you wobbled a bit. Kashimo instantly catches you before you could fall though. "Are you alright? Do you need me to carry you?"
You laugh a bit, "yeah. You did this after all."
"Pfft, alright," he sets the glass down on the nightstand and easily carries you up in his muscular arms. He gives you a peck, being held in a bridal style, allowing you to take in the view of his chiseled chest, sharp jawline, soft cyan hair. The golden light shining in through the window also reflected his good looks.
Your hand goes up to gently brush over the lightning patterns at his bottom eyelids and he closes his eyes, leaning into your touch. You stayed there for a few seconds and it was the most comforting silence you've ever felt. Kashimo's eyes open, showing off his bright cyan orbs, smiling down at you.
"Come on. Let's take a shower."

Nineteen Days
Satoru Gojo x fem!reader
word count:1.8k
Warnings:!MANGA SPOILER! for Shibuya incident arc and Culling Game arc, canon typical violence, swearing, teasing, fluff at the end
Summary:With the help of Hana aka “the Angel”, your small group of remaining Sorcerers finally manages to open the prison realm to bring back your Lover…Gojo Satoru…
Masterlist
Tumblr media
With a rapidly beating heart, you watched how Fumihiko placed the prison realm on the small mat, a few meters in front of you. You would be lying if you said you weren't excited. It was finally happening.
Gojo Satoru would return from the prison realm.
Even though it had only been nineteen days since he was sealed away in Shibuya, it had felt like he had been gone for a lifetime. So much had happened since.
You had all gone through much while participating in the Culling Game. You were relieved that no one had died yet, even though you had temporarily lost Megumi to Sukuna. But you all hoped that Gojo would beat the king of Curses and bring the young Fushiguro back.
“I hope this is gonna work.”, you mumbled to yourself, as you took cover next to Inumaki and Yuji. The pink haired boy tried to give you a reassuring smile, but you saw that he was just as on edge as everybody else. This plan just had to work or you would lose. And not just the battle against Kenjaku. No, all of Japan would lose.
And as you watched how Angel flew into the sky in order to activate her cursed technique, all you could do was pray. Pray that she could open the prison realm. Pray that Gojo would return. That it all would work out.
“SALMON!!”
Inumaki´s words rang in your head as Angel activated “Jacob´s Ladder” and a beaming ray of light was released onto the prison realm. You all hid behind the small barrier in case something went wrong, but after a few seconds of utter silence, you quickly rose to your feet.
“What happened?!Sensei!! Is it safe to come closer?!”, Yuji yelled, as he got closer to the Mat where the Prison realm had been laying just a few seconds ago.
You remained silent up until now. As the smoke, caused by “Jacob´s ladder” finally lifted, you couldn't believe your eyes.
It was gone. The prison realm was gone.
“Did he disappear along with the prison realm?”, you asked quietly, trying not to make any hasty assumptions.
“And thus…”, Fumihiko mumbled, staring off into the distance,”...yet another useless piece of trivia is known to the world.”
Ignoring his philosophical statement, you tried not to think of the worst. Which would be that Gojo was wiped from existence, as soon as the back of the prison realm was exposed to Angel´s cursed technique.
“Might Gojo Satoru actually be some kind of evil spirit?, Angel pondered, also trying to push the most obvious answer aside.
“She's playing defense.”, Yuji pouted. You could only sigh:”Well, can't really argue that Satoru´s personality had some evil to it.”
Your little chat was interrupted, as a sudden rumble plowed through the ground. An indicator that something had worked. You just had to find out what.
“An earthquake?!”, you wondered, after a few seconds of silence.
“This can't be a coincidence!!”Yuji claimed. And he was right. It couldn´t be a coincidence.
And you were right. Unbeknownst to you, Gojo Satoru had been released from the Prison realm. And he was about to beat Kenjaku´s ass.
After a few painful hours of not knowing if your plan had worked or not, you finally found out that Gojo had in fact returned from the prison realm. You had been successful.
And after a small face off with Kenjaku and Sukuna, Gojo had proposed to set the date of the final battle on christmas. `How nostalgic`, you thought.
Finally, Gojo had returned to what was left of Jujutsu Tech to talk with Shoko and Ijichi.
As you heard the exciting news, you immediately made your way back to the school grounds. Yuji had to promise you to be extra careful, as he and the rest of the group returned to Hakari´s fighting hall. You hugged your student tightly, before departing and making your way back to the school. The school where it had all started. Your life as a jujutsu sorcerer. Your life alongside the strongest. Along Gojo Satoru. You remembered it as clear as day. How he had confessed his love to you. On the very school grounds, you were about to return to.
Tumblr media
You winced as Kento carefully bumped your shoulder with his, silently asking if you were alright. The younger sorcerer had been assigned on a mission with you. A mission which left you bruised and battered.
“I wanted to thank you again.”, the blond mumbled, looking to the ground,”If you hadn´t interfered, that cursed spirit would've gotten me.”
“No need to thank me.”, you smiled, bumping his shoulder back,”Getting hurt is part of the job, remember?”
“Yeah but you took quite the hit.”, Kento mumbled, referring to the laceration on your temple. Unbeknownst to him, you had suffered much more than the small wound on your head. From your shoulder to your upper thigh, dark purple bruises littered your body, as you had taken the full impact of the curse´s attack. But Kento didn't have to know that.
“I´m fine, don´t worry.”, You reassured him. He only nodded and you fell into a comfortable silence, as you made your way to the dorm rooms.
“I'm gonna go and look for Haibara.”, Kento explained.“Say hello from me.”, you nodded, waving at him, as he slowly walked away.
You waited a couple of seconds, until he was entirely out of sight, before you let yourself fall against a nearby wall, holding onto the side of your body.“Fuck.”, you mumbled, trying not to pass out. You had put on a show in front of Kento, acting all tough for the younger sorcerer. But in reality, you were at your limit. You let your mind wander to the question of what Satoru had done in your situation. But in all honesty, he probably wouldn't even have gotten hurt in the first place.
Speaking of the devil…
Before you could even try to find your composure again, you heard footsteps coming closer and only seconds later, none other than Gojo Satoru was standing in front of you. He had a smile on his face, but as soon as he saw you, his expression dropped.
“Y/N?!”, he asked perplexed, rushing over to you, before you could fall over.“Satoru!”, you exclaimed, as he threw an arm around your shoulder to steady your body.
“What the hell happened to you!? Are you okay?”, Satoru questioned, his eyes searching your body for any injuries. You only chuckled tiredly. while you tried to lead him to the infirmary :”What do you think?”“I think that you can barely walk in that state.”, he pouted, forcing you to come to a halt.“No, Satoru…”, you tried to protest, but he had already pulled you into his arms. With a grown from your side, as he touched your bruises, he carefully lifted you into the air.
“I could've walked myself…”, you mumbled, as he carried you towards the infirmary.“Look at you.”, he gently nudged the side of your head with his nose,”You could barely stand back there. As if I'm letting you walk to Shoko on your own.”
“Thank you.”, you murmured after a few seconds of silence. You slowly leaned your head against his shoulder, finally relaxing into his touch.
“Of course.”, he smiled, as you reached your destination. With a very obvious sigh, Gojo let you to your feet again. But before you could gain your footing again, you slightly stumbled into the white haired boy. Being the gentleman that he was, he immediately wrapped his arms around your smaller body, afraid that you might fall.
“I'm alright.”, you mumbled, your hand resting on his chest,”Thank you.”
“No worries.”, he uttered, his eyes fixated on your face,”I'd do anything for you.”
“What?”, you asked, slightly perplexed. But instead of answering, Gojo simply pressed his lips against yours in a sweet and tender kiss. And as soon as it had started, it ended and Gojo took a step back.“I´ll visit you after Shoko patched you up, alright?”, he smiled and barely gave you enough time to nod, before he had vanished into thin air.
You were left alone with rosy cheeks and a rapidly beating heart. Or so you thought.“I saw that.”, Shoko snickered behind you. You quickly spun around, looking at your peer with wide eyes.“Shoko!”, you scolded her, but it was useless. You already saw the teasing coming.“It was about damn time.”, she chuckled, as she guided you into the infirmary.“Yeah…it was.”, you confessed,”It really was.”
Tumblr media
Your heart was beating at least as fast as back then, if not faster, as you finally reached the school grounds. Shoko had called you on the way, letting you know that Gojo was in the best of health. He was acting like he always did and apparently, he couldn't wait to see you again.
And neither could you.
You would be lying if you said that you didn't sprint the last meters towards the main site of the campus.
And there he was. Gojo Satoru. In all his glory. What you noticed first were his bright blue eyes, that visibly lit up as soon as he saw you. But that he wasn't wearing his headband was what you noticed. He also looked a little bit more muscular than before. Like all he had done the past nineteen days was to train.
“Y/N.”
You were harshly pulled from your thoughts, as you heard him say your name. His voice sounded so incredibly soft. His voice that you had missed so much.
As a few tears rolled down your cheeks, he slowly stepped forward, only a few centimeters between you now.
Your head gradually turned upwards to look at his beautiful face. A face that you hadn't seen for only nineteen days and yet it felt like a lifetime.
“Satoru.”, you finally said. With a smile, he raised his hand to softly caress your cheek. Your eyes slowly closed upon finally feeling his touch again.
“I missed you.”, he said, brushing away your tears with his thumb, “So so much.”
“I missed you too!", you declared. Without waiting any longer, you threw your arms around him. You had waited so long to finally feel his touch again. To finally feel him again. You didn't even know if you would ever experience it again and now the moment finally came.
And as Gojo lifted you up into his arms, his laugh echoing in the air. And as he spun you around, pulling you impossibly closer to his body. As you were finally back in his arms, you knew.
You knew what Love really meant.
Loving someone, the way you loved Gojo Satoru meant, not seeing him for even just one day felt like not seeing him for an entire lifetime.
And you were never going to let that happen again.

Thoughts on JJK chapter 238 (spoilers)
Tumblr media
Sukuna has an overwhelming presence in the continuation of this fight and the only thing I'm thinking about is: are his cursed energy reserves full again? I don't think so, so it's astonishing how powerful he still is in Part 15 of this battle. Do the others have a fighting chance against him? If you didn't pay attention you'd think they don't.
Kashimo analyses Sukuna's form (with x-ray) and we're told how two sets of arms and mouths is one of the most advantageous things a sorcerer can have. Sukuna can make additional handsigns and incantations without momentarily sacrificing his breath or his hands, something that Gojo needed to be extremely careful about.
But take note: Sukuna has to supplement his power with signs and incantations because his CE output dropped. Just like he had to change forms because he couldn't heal himself anymore, now he has to bolster the rest of his attacks as well.
Tumblr media
I see that Gege has a bit of a same-face syndrome with Hakari going on right now. And the guy has four hands and still puts his weapon in his mouth. I do like the design though, after Yujikuna and Megukuna, I wouldn't have accepted original Sukuna to be too ugly.
Tumblr media
What was quite shocking this chapter was Kashimo's fast defeat. Just like with Jogo and Gojo, the actual final attack was omitted which is basically a theme for Sukuna fighting strong opponents but I have trouble believing that Kashimo is already done for.
Why would Gege hype up Kashimo's CT since his fight against Hakari, only to have it be finished in less than two chapters? Also, I thought with how his CT works that dismantle wouldn't be too effective against him. My hope for the rest of this battle is that Kashimo will stand up again by evolving his CT even further and completely breaking the chains that keep him human.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
What could be seen as a definitive sendoff for Kashimo however, is his weird chat with Sukuna. This is the second time that someone killed by Sukuna has a conversation with him in some kind of dream world. You know who else has weird dream sequences happen to him while fighting others? Yuji.
(Gojo's dream sequence is different. It doesn't happen with Sukuna and is heavily implied to be real and happening in limbo.)
The talk about love gets resolved for the moment. We get what Sukuna truly thinks about it and how he groups Gojo, Kashimo and Yorozu into a category that he himself is definitely not part of. The good thing about themes like these though is that they will be back through challenging the villain's outlook on life.
Tumblr media
The next fighters have entered the arena and it's such an interesting match up. Hakari is still with Uraume, so Higuruma and Yuji are going against Sukuna. Yuji looks as furious as the time Sukuna took over Megumi and what is up with his arms and hand? Is he emulating Sukuna now? Not to forget the weird body hopping he had done with Kusakabe.
I also can't wait to see Higuruma put Sukuna on trial. What more about his past and his crimes are we going to uncover? Will there be something that he himself would've wanted to keep a secret or forget. Maybe something like the crime of eating his twin. I'm also reminding everyone that Sukuna hates Yuji and I can't wait to see how that will play out.
And will we get to see Megumi again 😭

‧͙⁺˚*・༓☾ Chapter 11 ☽༓・*˚⁺‧͙
Rin Morishita sat in the passenger seat of a sleek black sports car, her long dark brown hair loose and cascading in waves down her back. The vehicle hummed smoothly as it sped along the highway from Tokyo to Niigata, the city skyline gradually giving way to rolling hills and distant mountains. Beside her, Kento Nanami maintained a firm grip on the wheel, his usual stoic demeanor softened by the casual conversation they shared.
Rin’s caramel brown eyes flicked occasionally to Nanami. She kept her posture dignified, her hands resting gracefully on her lap, fingers occasionally brushing the hem of her elegant, dark-colored dress. Despite her composed exterior, there was a sense of readiness in her, a hint of the wild ferocity she displayed in battle lurking beneath the surface. The stress of recent events had her on edge.
In the backseat, Yuta Okkotsu and Yuji Itadori chatted animatedly, their youthful energy filling the car with a lively buzz. Okkotsu, with his serious yet gentle nature, balanced out Itadori’s exuberance. Their conversation occasionally drew a soft smile from Rin, her eyes crinkling at the corners as she listened to their banter.
Turning her attention back to Nanami, Rin broke the comfortable silence between them, "Nanami-san, if you don’t mind me asking, why did you choose to bring Itadori specifically on this mission?"
Nanami's lips curled into a slight, almost imperceptible smile as he continued to focus on the road. "I think Itadori has been spending too much time with Gojo lately," he replied, his tone polite but firm, "Gojo can be a bad influence, and I believe it’s important for Itadori to learn from different perspectives. Especially in this type of investigation."
Rin nodded thoughtfully, her eyes lingering on Nanami's profile, "That makes sense. It’s good for him to have varied experiences and guidance."
The scenery outside the car window changed from urban to rural, the lush greenery and open fields of the countryside providing a serene backdrop to their journey. The sunlight filtered through the trees, casting dappled shadows on the road ahead, creating a tranquil ambiance within the car.
"We're about an hour out," Rin said, glancing back at the young men in the back seat. Okkotsu and Itadori, sensing the shift in mood, quieted down, their expressions mirroring the seriousness of the task ahead.
As the sleek black sports car approached Niigata, the atmosphere inside grew tense with anticipation. The city's skyline loomed closer, a mix of modern structures and historical buildings reflecting the complexity of their mission. Nanami's focus sharpened, and he began outlining their plan for the investigation.
"We're heading to the drug manufacturing facility first," Nanami said, his voice steady and authoritative, "It's managed by the Kamo clan, so we need to be prepared. They have a reputation for appearing cooperative but hiding crucial information beneath that façade."
Rin nodded, her eyes locked onto Nanami's, "Their courtesy can be deceiving. We'll need to be vigilant."
Nanami glanced briefly at the rearview mirror, catching Yuji Itadori’s eyes. "Itadori, Morishita and I will handle the official side of things, speaking with the leaders of the facility. Your task will be to sneak in and see what you can find beneath the surface. The Kamo clan might be eager to show us certain areas while keeping the real operation hidden."
Itadori nodded, his usual cheerful demeanor replaced by a serious expression, "Understood, Nanami-san."
Rin turned in her seat to face Yuta Okkotsu, "Okkotsu, you'll join Itadori, please. Use your skills to help him uncover whatever they're hiding. Stay alert and watch each other's backs."
Yuta nodded firmly, "Got it. If needed, may I use Rika?"
Rin’s gaze softened slightly, understanding the gravity of releasing Rika, "Yes, you have my permission. Only if the situation demands it."
Yuta gave a determined nod, his resolve evident, "Thank you, ma'am."
As they entered Niigata, the car navigated through the bustling streets, drawing closer to the Kamo clan’s facility. The building stood imposing and guarded, its exterior blending seamlessly with the surrounding architecture but exuding an air of secrecy and danger. The distinct presence of curses was thick in the air surrounding the building.
Nanami parked the car a short distance away, in a spot concealed from direct view of the facility. "Remember, we need to maintain our cover. Morishita and I will present ourselves as we are, inquiring about the drug operations and the incident with Gojo. They'll be expecting us. Itadori, Okkotsu, wait for our signal before making your move," Nanami explained.
Rin adjusted her long dark brown hair, ensuring it was neat and composed, "We’ll handle the leaders. Keep in touch through the comms, and be careful."
Itadori and Okkotsu nodded, their expressions a mix of determination and readiness. The two young sorcerers exited the car and slipped into the shadows, moving with practiced stealth towards the facility.
Nanami paused, waiting for the two of them to disappear from sight before he turned to Rin. "Are you ready?" He asked.
"Yes," she answered with a nod, "Let's go."
Nanami and Rin stepped out, their demeanor poised and professional as they straightened their attire. As they approached the entrance, the guards eyed them warily.
"Good afternoon," Nanami said with a polite bow, "We've come to investigate the operations of this facility under the suggestion of Masamichi Yaga. A recent incident with Satoru Gojo has us interested in what exactly you're manufacturing here."
The guard glanced at his partner then back at Nanami. "Yes, sir. Please give me a moment while I contact the representative in charge today."
The interior of the facility was meticulously clean, with an air of clinical precision that belied its true purpose. They were greeted by a representative of the Kamo clan, who welcomed them with a courteous smile. The man wore a comfortable looking Yukata and his mask was pure white with splotches of red paint. "Welcome, esteemed guests. How can we assist you today?" He said, though the smile never reached his eyes.
Nanami responded with equal politeness, masking his suspicion, "We’re here to discuss your operations and ensure compliance with the regulations regarding cursed energy. The incident with Gojo caused quite the commotion and we are curious as to what exactly you've created here."
The representative nodded eagerly, gesturing for them to follow, "Of course, please, come this way. We’re always happy to share our methods and ensure transparency between the groups."
Meanwhile, Yuji and Yuta had slipped into the facility through a less guarded entrance, moving swiftly and quietly through the corridors. They exchanged quick, silent signals, covering each other as they navigated the maze-like interior. The many doors often lead to rooms that housed restrained cursed spirits or more horrifically held jars of unknown substances and cold storage with harvested curse blood or organs.
Itadori quietly closed a door behind him and waved his hand to get Okkotsu's attention as the latter did the same across the hall. Okkotsu held up his cellphone with photos of the inside of the room and Itadori pointed at him with a grin before he pulled out his own phone to begin taking photos. As they navigated deeper, the guards became more present and the two took to the shadows once again.
In the main part of the facility, Rin and Nanami continued their conversation with the Kamo clan representative, their polite façade masking the underlying tension. They probed gently, seeking to uncover inconsistencies in the information being presented.
"Are you certain the side effects of this substance aren't dangerous?" Rin asked, barely masking the grimace as she held the glass dish with a sample of the congealed black liquid, "Gojo and one of his companions who ingested it immediately lost control of themselves."
"Ah, yes but they were likely already on something else," the representative suggested, "We haven't tested it in combination with other illegal substances yet."
"Don't you think that's irresponsible?" Nanami asked, his eyes carefully watching Rin as she set the dish back down on the table.
"We need to offset the deficit from the manufacturing process," the man offered, "But we have taken those findings into consideration."
"And what of the curses that are expelled from the non-sorcerers who consume it?" Nanami asked, his eyes meeting the representative's gaze.
The man's expression darkened, but his smile never faded. He sat up straighter in his seat and placed his hands on his knees. "So you've seen that, have you?"
Back in the shadows, Itadori and Okkotsu stumbled upon a heavily secured door, its presence indicating something significant lay beyond. Okkotsu signaled to Itadori, who nodded in understanding. The guards posted by the door were armed, both of them wearing sorcerer masks as well. The masks were unfortunately plain black, leaving no hint of what kind of technique they may possess. Okkotsu caught Itadori’s eye and subtly pointed to his phone, then gestured for Itadori to check his own.
Itadori glanced at his phone and saw a message from Okkotsu: "I'll distract them, you go for the door and see what kind of security we need to bypass."
Itadori nodded in agreement, his expression serious. Okkotsu moved off silently, slipping into the shadows to create a distraction. Itadori waited, his muscles tensed and ready to spring into action. A moment later, a loud bang echoed through the facility, the sound of a steel pipe hitting the ground reverberating off the walls.
The two guards stationed by the door immediately reacted, rushing towards the source of the noise. Itadori took advantage of the distraction, darting to the now unguarded door. He inspected it quickly, noting the electronic passcode panel and the faint glow of a cursed technique barrier protecting it.
He pulled out his phone and snapped a few photos of the door, capturing the details of both the passcode system and the cursed barrier. His mind raced with potential ways to bypass the security, but he knew he needed more information and possibly assistance from the others.
Just as he finished taking the photos, he heard the guards returning, their footsteps echoing ominously in the corridor. Itadori quickly retreated to his hiding spot, blending into the shadows as he awaited Okkotsu's return.
Moments later, Okkotsu reappeared, his eyes scanning the area before he joined Itadori in their concealed spot. "What did you find?" he typed into his phone.
Itadori showed Okkotsu the photos on his phone and then typed, "The door has a passcode and a cursed technique barrier. We'll need to figure out how to bypass both."
Okkotsu studied the images, his brow furrowing in concentration. Okkotsu suggested the retreat for now and regroup and Yuji nodded. They moved silently back through the facility, their steps careful and deliberate. The atmosphere was tense, the weight of their mission pressing heavily upon them. Reaching a safe distance from the secured door, they found a discreet spot to contact Rin and Nanami.
Meanwhile, in the main part of the facility, Rin and Nanami continued their conversation with the Kamo clan representative.
"The cursed spirits being born of the substance is... Troubling. But we have taken steps to keep it out of non-sorcerer hands." The representative said, the tension in his voice was unmistakable.
"Yes, but how can you be sure?" Rin asked, "The incident with Gojo, for example, happened when a younger member gave it to him. The dealer didn't know it would be passed along. This kind of thing could easily end up in a non-sorcerer's hands this way."
"Yes, well, we would gladly take responsibility for such occurrences but it's unlikely to happen. After the incident with Gojo-san we have taken more precautions." The representative said dismissively.
Nanami’s phone vibrated softly in his pocket, and he excused himself briefly, stepping away to check the message from Yuta. His eyes flickered with understanding as he read the details, then he returned to Rin, whispering discreetly to her about the situation. Rin’s expression remained composed, though a flicker of concern passed through her caramel eyes. She nodded slightly.
"If you wouldn't mind," Nanami said calmly, "We will discuss this further with Yaga-san before we continue. Expect us to visit once again."
The representative nodded, standing up with Rin. He spouted some meaningless and polite words as he led them both to the exit. All exchanged goodbyes before Nanami and Rin returned to the car where Okkotsu and Itadori were waiting.
"Are we in the clear?" Nanami asked.
"Yes, sir. No one noticed us and we were careful to leave doors locked and closed." Itadori answered.
"Excellent work," Nanami said with a nod, "Now, about this door."
"Yes, sir," Itadori pulled out his phone and let Nanami look through the photos, "The passcode is likely around six digits and the curse on the door wasn't something I couldn't figure out. Sorry. I tried but it wasn't something I've seen before."
"Not a problem," Nanami said with a nod as he returned the phone, "It's not something you are proficient in anyway."
"Us either, unfortunately," Rin interjected, handing Okkotsu his phone back after taking her own look at the photos, "We'll need to come back, it seems."
"Let's get to the hotel for now," Nanami suggested, "We need to dress for the auction tonight."
━─┉┈◈❖◈┈┉─━
After a long day of investigation, the group returned to their hotel to prepare for the evening's event. In her room, Rin stood before a full-length mirror, her long dark brown hair slightly damp still from the shower around her shoulders. With practiced ease, she twisted her hair up into an elegant bun, securing it with a few pins. She then slipped into a stunning phthalo green dress that accentuated her graceful figure, the rich color bringing out the caramel tones of her eyes. Satisfied with her appearance, she allowed herself a moment to take a deep breath and center herself.
In his own room, Nanami was meticulously getting ready. He chose a black turtleneck that highlighted his broad shoulders and paired it with a tan blazer that gave him a sophisticated, yet approachable look. His outfit was completed with dark slacks and polished shoes, embodying his usual sense of understated elegance.
Meanwhile, Itadori and Okkotsu were in their shared room, struggling slightly with their attire. They wore button-up shirts and slacks, trying to achieve a level of formality they were not entirely accustomed to. Okkotsu adjusted his collar for what felt like the hundredth time, while Itadori fumbled with his tie, eventually opting to go without it.
Nanami knocked on their door and entered, taking a moment to assess their appearance. His keen eye for detail noted the minor imperfections in their outfits. "Stand still," he instructed, stepping forward to straighten Okkotsu’s collar and smooth out the wrinkles in Itadori's shirt.
"You both look presentable now," Nanami said with a nod of approval, "Remember, appearances matter tonight. We are representing the Yaga group as well as Tenjiku."
Itadori and Okkotsu nodded in understanding, and they followed him out into the hallway where they met Rin. Nanami’s eyes briefly lingered on her, appreciating the elegance and poise she radiated in her phthalo green dress. Rin’s calm demeanor and poised confidence were palpable, and Nanami felt a surge of quiet admiration for her.
"Shall we?" Rin asked, her voice steady and composed.
The group made their way to the auction venue, a lavish building adorned with opulent decor that masked the illicit activities taking place within its walls. Upon entering, they were greeted by the sight of elegantly dressed patrons mingling amidst "priceless" works of art. The soft murmur of conversation and the clinking of glasses created an atmosphere of refined elegance.
Nanami and Rin moved seamlessly through the crowd, their demeanor polished and unassuming. They exchanged pleasantries with other guests, subtly gathering information and observing the dynamics of the room. Itadori and Okkotsu, slightly less comfortable in such a setting, followed their lead, trying to appear as inconspicuous as possible.
Rin’s presence drew attention, her striking and recognizable appearance catching the eyes of several attendees. Yet, her composed demeanor and polite interactions kept any undue interest at bay.
"Ah, Miss Morishita," a well dressed foreign man in a gray tailored suit said as he approached her, "Long time no see." He was built strong and his dark wavy hair was slicked back. His thick mustache was carefully groomed and sported a few streaks of gray.
"Oh! My goodness, is that you Mr. Castillo?" Rin said with a gentle and pleasant laugh, "It has been quite some time."
"Yes! Not since me and the family came to visit two years ago!" Castillo chuckled, "My sons were quite taken with Tenjiku, as was I." He winked at her before taking a sip of his champagne. His eyes drifted to Nanami, his dark eyes narrowing slightly and lips pulling into a smirk.
"Kento Nanami," Nanami introduced himself, holding out his hand which Castillo took in a firm handshake.
"You're one of Yaga's boys, aren't you?" Castillo asked, "Last time I saw him I'd only met the long haired fellow. Aren't there three of you under him?"
"Geto, yes. He's very dependable," Nanami said politely, "Gojo is more free spirited, but the three of us work well together and keep everyone out of trouble."
"Speaking of trouble, messy business with that King of Curses," Castillo said, "What was that about?"
"Sukuna was a very old and dangerous sorcerer," Rin explained, "He'd discovered a way to reach us but he was quickly restrained and is currently sealed away safely."
"Elegant dodge of my question as usual," Castillo chuckled at Rin's wry smile, "But I understand. We all have our secrets." He paused for a moment before he asked, "I am aware though that one of your business partners was injured quite severely. How is she doing?"
"She's recovering quite well actually," Rin answered, "Though she will be affected for the rest of her life, she still lives and that's enough for now."
Nanami suddenly noticed something as it was going on. A loose strand of Rin's hair had grown and branched across to be held in Castillo's hand. He carefully watched the almost imperceptible tapping of Castillo's fingers and recognized Morse code. He couldn't catch the letters, not wanting to stare more than necessary and catch unwanted attention.
After short time, Castillo stepped back and Rin's hair slipped back and retracted. Nanami watched as Rin smiled at him and the two exchanged a few final pleasantries before she hooked her arm with his and led him to another art piece.
"Castillo is one of our larger donors," Rin explained softly, "I asked him for information about who is leading this auction. Get this: it's a medical group based in Malaysia."
"Really?" Nanami asked, "Then that certainly would explain the experimentation. Did he have any names maybe?"
"No, but he will send me their address. It's a long standing group that practices homeopathic cures only," Rin said, "Which, as awful as this sounds, means they're definitely up to no good. Nothing homeopathic only is able to stand on its own these days."
"Any mention of Q.N.?" Nanami asked, and as if on cue both Itadori and Okkotsu came by sporting a lovely flower on their shirt pocket.
"Oh!" Rin cooed, gently touching the white petals on the flower on Okkotsu's shirt, "How beautiful!"
Okkotsu beamed, "We helped a nice old woman who was going to her car. She gave them to us."
"Did she say what it was called?" Nanami asked, eyeing Rin as she admired the flower.
"Oh, something like... Night blooming something..." Itadori said, rubbing his chin, "Oh! The Queen of the Night she said."
Both Rin and Nanami stopped and immediately turned to each other.
"You don't suppose..." Rin's voice trailed off, waiting for Nanami to continue.
"Huh," Nanami pushed up his glasses, "Interesting. I suppose I've always wanted to visit Malaysia."
━─┉┈◈❖◈┈┉─━
Suguru Geto exhaled slowly, watching as the police officer he had been speaking with finally walked away, satisfied with Geto's assurances. The scene had been chaotic, a scuffle involving younger sorcerers that had spilled into local businesses, causing significant damage. Geto had arrived promptly, smoothing over the situation with practiced ease, offering compensation to the affected business owners and promising the police that he would handle the matter internally.
Hakari, Panda, and Inumaki stood nearby, their expressions a mix of guilt and defiance. As the officer disappeared from view, Geto turned his sharp gaze towards them, his eyes narrowing with barely contained anger.
"Follow me," he commanded, his voice cold and authoritative.
He led them into a nearby alley, the shadows providing a semblance of privacy. The moment they were alone, Geto's demeanor shifted dramatically. He moved with startling speed, grabbing Hakari by the collar and slamming him against the wall. The impact reverberated through the narrow space, and Hakari winced, but did not resist.
"What were you thinking?" Geto hissed, his face inches from Hakari's, "Why did you take it upon yourself to instigate fights with the Zen'in again?"
Hakari swallowed hard, trying to muster a response. "I... I'm sorry, Geto-san. It was a mistake," he managed.
Geto’s grip tightened, his knuckles white. "Sorry isn't good enough. This isn't the first time, Hakari. Why do you keep doing this?" He growled.
Hakari's eyes flickered with a mix of frustration and sadness, "It's because of Fumiya... I can't just let it go."
Geto’s expression darkened, a scowl forming on his face. He released Hakari abruptly, letting him slump against the wall. The mention of Fumiya’s death stirred a deep, unresolved frustration within him, but he couldn't allow that to excuse Hakari's reckless behavior.
"That’s not a reason to jeopardize everything we’re working for," Geto said, his voice low and harsh. "You need to think before you act, Hakari. Your actions have consequences, not just for you, but for everyone."
Hakari nodded, his head bowed in shame, "I understand. It won’t happen again."
Geto stepped back, his anger simmering but controlled. He glanced at Panda and Inumaki, who had remained silent but watchful throughout the confrontation. "The same goes for both of you. We need to stay focused and united. No more unnecessary fights, understood?" He snapped.
Panda and Inumaki nodded in unison, their expressions serious.
"Good," Geto said, his tone softening slightly. "Now let's get out of here before we attract any more attention."
As they left the alley, Geto’s thoughts lingered on Fumiya, the loss still clearly a raw wound for the younger sorcerers. Then of course there was the issue with Gojo still as well. The white haired man hadn't been stepping in to keep the peace with the boys as he promised to do, especially when he'd insisted he'd take up the mantle of mentor for the younger sorcerers in the group.
He walked away from the alley, frustration simmering just beneath the surface. The younger sorcerers had been acting increasingly rashly, and he knew he needed to address it with Gojo. Pulling out his phone, he dialed Gojo’s number, only to be met with the sound of endless ringing. No answer.
Geto sighed, a frown deepening the lines on his face. He had a strong suspicion about where Gojo was and who he was with. He dialed another number, this time calling Shimizu. The phone rang twice before it was answered, the background noise a clear indication of a lively and chaotic atmosphere.
“Hello?” Shimizu’s voice came through, slightly slurred.
“Shimizu, where are you and Gojo?” Geto asked, his tone edged with irritation.
There was a pause, then a breathy giggle from Shimizu, “We’re at Tenjiku. Why? What’s up?”
Geto pinched the bridge of his nose, exhaling heavily, “I need to talk to Gojo. I’ll be there soon.”
“Sure, sure. We’ll be here,” Shimizu replied, clearly drunk and amused by the situation.
Geto ended the call and headed towards Tenjiku, his frustration mounting with each step. Upon arrival, he was greeted by the sight of revelry and indulgence. He pushed through the crowd, searching for Gojo and Shimizu.
Finally, he spotted them. Gojo was sprawled out on a plush couch, his head resting on a woman's lap. She was pouring alcohol from a bottle, letting it trickle through her exposed breasts as Gojo squeezed them together, laughing drunkenly. Shimizu sat nearby, equally intoxicated and watching the scene with a dopey grin.
Geto’s eyes narrowed in disapproval. He approached the group, his presence immediately drawing their attention. The woman looked up, startled, while Gojo’s laughter trailed off as he registered Geto’s stern expression.
“Suguru! Join the party!” Gojo slurred, raising his glass in a mock toast.
“We need to talk, Gojo,” Geto said, his voice firm. “Now.”
Gojo’s playful demeanor faltered slightly under Geto’s serious gaze and pointed use of his last name. He sat up, albeit unsteadily, and waved the woman away. “Alright, alright. What’s so urgent?” he slurred, blinking his eyes and trying to focus.
Geto gestured for Gojo to follow him, and Shimizu stumbled to his feet, joining them. They moved to a quieter corner of the establishment, away from prying eyes and ears.
“The younger sorcerers have still been acting recklessly,” Geto began, his tone calm but edged with frustration. “Hakari, Panda, and Inumaki got into a fight with the Zen'in again, causing a scene and damaging property. I had to smooth things over with the police and pay off business owners.”
Gojo’s expression turned serious, though the alcohol still dulled his features, “Why didn’t you just call me?”
“I did,” Geto replied, his voice tight. “You didn’t answer. I guessed you were with Shimizu, so I called him instead.”
Gojo winced slightly, the reality of the situation cutting through his inebriation, “Alright, alright. I’ll talk to them. It’s just... things have been intense lately. Everyone’s on edge.”
“That’s no excuse,” Geto said sharply, “We need to set an example. If we don’t, this kind of behavior will continue, and the consequences will only get worse.”
Gojo nodded, finally grasping the seriousness of the situation, “Yeah, yeah. You’re right. I’ll handle it.”
Geto’s expression softened slightly, “Just... be there for them, Gojo. They look up to you and things are dangerous right now.”
Gojo sighed, rubbing the back of his neck, “Yeah, I know. I get it. I’ll do better.”
Satisfied, Geto stepped back, “Alright. Let’s get you both out of here.”
He helped Shimizu to his feet and guided the two of them out of the establishment, their footsteps unsteady but moving in the right direction. Geto’s mind was already turning to the next steps when he glanced back and quickly realized Gojo's true intentions.
He noticed Gojo’s gaze drifting. Following his line of sight, Geto saw a group of high-ranking Zen'in members at a table across the room with a group of women, their presence exuding power and arrogance. Gojo’s eyes lingered on them, a hard, calculating look in his usually carefree eyes.
Geto didn't comment immediately, choosing instead to keep that observation in mind. He knew Gojo’s tendencies, his protective nature towards the younger sorcerers, and his disdain for the Zen'in's elitism. If those Zen'in members turned up dead, Geto would have a strong case to make about who was responsible.
The walk back to their safe house was a quiet one, with Shimizu stumbling occasionally and Gojo lost in his thoughts. Geto kept a steady pace, ensuring they didn’t attract unwanted attention. Once they arrived, Geto helped Shimizu to a couch and turned his attention to Gojo, who seemed to have sobered up slightly.
“Satoru,” Geto began, choosing his words carefully, “I noticed you watching those Zen'in men back at Tenjiku. What’s going on?”
Gojo’s expression hardened briefly before he sighed, running a hand through his white hair, “I don’t trust them. I know we're sayin' what happened with Fumiya was an accident, but it's just not sitting right with me.”
Geto nodded, his suspicions confirmed, “I understand. But as I've said we can’t afford to act rashly. The repercussions could be severe. We're on the cusp of a gang war, and no one wants that.”
Gojo looked up, his blue eyes serious, “Yeah, I know. But I just need to know if they did it on purpose. Because there will be consequences if I find out.”
“I understand that,” Geto said, placing a hand on Gojo’s shoulder, “But we need to be strategic. We can’t let emotions dictate our actions. Promise me you’ll be careful.”
Gojo held Geto’s gaze for a long moment before nodding, “I promise. But I won’t let them hurt our own again.”
Geto gave a small, understanding nod, “Neither will I. We’ll handle this together.”
With that, Geto moved to check on Shimizu, who had dozed off on the couch. He covered him with a blanket, then turned back to Gojo, “Go sleep off that alcohol. I'll keep an eye on things.”
Gojo nodded again, his expression weary, “Yeah, you’re right. Thanks, Suguru.”
As Geto retreated to his own room, he couldn’t shake the uneasy feeling that this was just the beginning. The tension with the Zen'in group was slowly escalating, and he knew they would need to tread carefully to protect their own while navigating the dangerous politics.
The idea of another gang war made him nervous. The first time he'd been through one had been so awful and they were all so young. Yaga had done his best to protect the younger sorcerers back then and was only a lieutenant himself, but there was only so much he could do.
Losing Haibara and Koharu had been hard for all of them, so he knew how the young ones felt. But more worrying was how Gojo was reacting. It was almost like he wanted to let it happen. But, as long as Geto remained on his case he was sure that Gojo would behave. At least that's what he'd hoped for.

it's supposed to be fun, turning twenty-one (part 3.5)
please find the other parts via my masterlist or the #sh0ek0 tag, I'm having some trouble with my posts not showing up in the tags and I think the links are messing this up
Tumblr media
genre: little bit of angst, dk if this counts even as a hint of fluff given the overall storyline?? just a small drabble content warning: hints of abuse, hints of toxic relationship, emotional dependency, nothing too explicit I guess, aged up characters, college au pairing: Megumi x reader word count: 2.8k A/N: Part III was quite long and almost a year too late and I realized that I don’t love it as much as I thought I would. This one's shorter as I’m not sure if I should continue with the series, the last part didn’t perform as good as the first two and I'm unsure where the story is going from here. Anyways, I hope you’ll enjoy this summary: after the party two weeks ago, the encounter with your ex has left you distraught. You feel re-traumatised and have barely slept or eaten since. Your friends are doing their best to distract you on your birthday, but even after everything he did to you, all you can think about is him.
"Happy birthday!!!" your friends chant in unison.
"Blow out the candles," Nobara squeals as she places the huge cake she and Yuji carried in in front of you.
Tears start to form in the corners of your eyes and a smile spreads across your face as you look at your friends. 'Don't forget to wish for something,' Toge signs to you, and you shake your head, telling him that you could really use a wish right now, before taking a deep breath and blowing out all the candles at once.
"Guys, I don't even know what to say," you croak, obviously touched by the successful surprise.
"You don't have to say anything," Maki says as she leans over to you, "in fact, don't say anything and don't tell us what you wished for, otherwise it won't come true."
You look around you and feel how warm and fuzzy your heart is starting to feel. You had spent your birthday on the couch with Maki today, watching a whole series of Halloween movies in anticipation of next week and eating so many snacks that you already felt sick by the time it was evening. Still, she had managed to convince you to go out for a few drinks to celebrate, so you ended up in your favourite bar.
And now you were sitting here at your favourite table by the big window in the front, surrounded by your friends who hadn't texted or called you all day to keep up the illusion that they had forgotten your birthday. Maki, Nobara, Yuji, Toge, Yuta and Choso were all gathered around the table, with you in the middle.
Even some of the seniors had shown up, Gojo and Getou and even Hakari and Kirara had stopped by to wish you a happy birthday. Gojo was far too enthusiastic as he hugged you, lifting you off the ground a little as he did.
"You’re officially allowed to drink now, congratulations!" Gojo grins as he sets you back down and Getou just shakes your hand, scratching the back of his head with his other hand as he gives you an apologetic look for his boyfriend. "Happy birthday, y/n, I hope all your wishes come true," he says, squeezing your hand before pulling you into a gentle hug.
"Thank you," you chuckle, but you're quickly distracted by Kirara and Hakari shoving a huge bouquet of flowers into your hands.
"Wow, thank you guys, they’re beautiful." Don’t tear up again, what’s up with you tonight?
"I picked them out, Maki told me which ones were your favourites." You squeal a little as Shoko squeezes in between them. She had just come in and her clothes were still wet, but she hugged you anyway. She was so busy with med school that you hardly ever got to see her. Even though she was two years older than you, you got along really well with her and you loved spending time with her, even though you had far too little of it.
You chat with the others for a moment, listening to Shoko's stories about her day at the university hospital, or Getou's tale of how Gojo drank alcohol for the first time on his twenty-first birthday, and how he was so drunk at the end of the night that Getou had to carry him back to campus, walking for almost half an hour with him slung over his shoulder.
"Hey, I never drank again after that, so you really can't complain," Gojo protested and you saw how Getou squeezed his side, pulling him into his arms.
After a while, the small group decides to move on to the bar, and you thank them again, giving each of them a quick hug before returning to your table to sit with your friends.
As happy as you were at the surprise, and you were so happy, the grin seemed to stay on your face as Nobara handed you the knife to cut the cake, you still noticed how that feeling of emptiness came over you.
Your cheeks were flushed with excitement, and as the knife slid through the cake and you lifted the first piece out, delighted to see a pink colour under the icing, strawberry being your favourite flavour, you couldn't help but think of Taylor's words.
It’s supposed to be fun, turning twenty-one
But it was only for a split second that you allowed yourself to think of him. Megumi, who wasn't here with you to celebrate your birthday. Your first birthday in two years without him. And yet, for the past two weeks, every time you looked in the mirror, you couldn't help but think of him, because you had to get up two hours earlier to cover the bruises he left on your neck with make-up.
Your skin was now only a pale green, it would heal soon. But the many wounds he had left on your soul didn't want to heal so quickly - almost every night you woke up from your sleep, the first week you had spent in Maki's bed again because you couldn't sleep alone. By now, the situations in which he had left you behind, traumatised and alone… they had piled up.
Of your friends, only Maki had seen the extent of his actions the morning after the house party, she had spent an hour trying to talk you into reporting him—to no avail. And if the others had noticed how meticulously you'd been covering your neck for the past two weeks, they didn't seem to let it show. Well, except for Choso and Yuji at least, the two brothers were even more protective than they already were before, taking turns in walking you home from your classes.
A few days after your argument, Yuji even came to you and apologised, especially for what he had said to you in the end.
"What he did to you isn't your fault."
How badly you needed to hear those words, even if you had trouble believing them.
"You always think of the others first, don’t you?", Nobara mumbles as she takes the knife out of your hands, puts a huge piece of cake on your plate and brings you back to the present, "Even on your birthday."
"I was raised to be polite," you say, chuckling as she nudges your side.
"Being polite and considering yourself not important enough are two different things," she hums, and you knew she was right. You were also aware that she was not only referring to the cake here.
It had been raining all day, next week was already Halloween, and soon after that it would start snowing. You weren't ready for the dark season, at least not now, not in your state of mind. You should probably really start talking to someone, maybe even someone whose job it was to talk. You might be able to get some therapy sessions through the college administration and you decide to ask Shoko about it when you have the chance.
You zone out as you overhear your friends gleefully chatting, and you listen in silence as Maki tells the story of how you sulked half the day, between movie marathons and getting ready, because no one had wished you a happy birthday yet. You eat your piece of cake, concentrating so hard on not letting your facade crumble, until...
Ding!
Ding! Ding!
Almost hesitantly, you reach for your phone, but none of your friends had even noticed it. It was far too noisy in here for that, and anyway - it was your birthday. Probably someone who just remembered you and wanted to reach out before the day was over.
If only your eyes hadn't already fallen on the name that popped up on the screen.
Tumblr media
Your heart starts beating faster.
You couldn't just walk out now, could you?
It would be utterly foolish of you, after your last encounter, to go out there alone. It was dark and it was raining, and if you told your friends who just messaged you, they wouldn't let...
"Guys, my mum's been trying to call me, but I've got no signal in here," you announce, already rising from the table, though not without first reaching for your jacket, "I'll try to call her back."
"Say hello to her from me," Yuji says and couldn’t help but grin, "and tell her that, despite her doubts, you loved the surprise."
You look at him, a little confused, but then decide to just smile and nod. Great, it really didn't even take you two seconds to feel guilty about lying to your friends.
As nervous as you already were, you did your best not to trip over your own legs as you made your way through the people scattered all around the bar, laughing and chatting.
Three short messages and you had already forgotten all the nights you woke up next to Maki, drenched in your own sweat. You had forgotten how many meals you had skipped and how many cigarettes you had smoked at your kitchen window. The only thing your brain could focus on at the moment was Megumi waiting for you outside.
You step out into the cool night air, goosebumps creeping up your spine as you pull your jacket tighter. The rain was beating down on the awning attached to the wall above the entrance to the bar, and as you waited, staring at your phone, a few cars drove by, but otherwise the streets were empty. Unlike the many bars and restaurants in the street, from here you could look into their brightly lit interiors and see couples or whole groups of people sitting around the tables, talking and laughing.
After a few minutes of waiting, you rummage in your purse for a cigarette and a lighter, but when you hear a familiar voice behind you, you flinch and drop it, straight into a puddle.
"Hey." You turn to see Megumi coming towards you in the dim light of a street lamp. You feel your heart pounding in your throat and your palms starting to sweat. He was completely drenched, the hood pulled down over his face, but the rain was dripping from the strands of hair that were sticking out and falling in his face.
"Hey," you reply, barely audible. You felt the anxiety creep up to you for a moment, but you tried to pull yourself together. Still, it seemed to show on your face when your eyes met his, and you weren't surprised at how worried he looked. Worried and tired and somehow — guilty.
For a brief moment you just stared at each other without saying anything. It was so strange, but what was the right thing to do in such a situation? You were confused, your body was sending you so many signals to escape the scene, to go back inside and leave him standing, and at the same time you were longing so much to feel his warmth and to forget everything that had happened.
Then, out of nowhere, Megumi takes a step towards you and pulls you into a tight embrace. You inhaled his scent, completely ignoring how soaked he was. He rested his chin on your head and you felt him take a deep breath before he planted a kiss on your hair. "I know this doesn't mean shit," he murmured into your hair, "but I'm so sorry, baby." You freeze. "I’m so sorry for hurting you."
He sounded like a broken record. He was sorry every time he hurt you and then he did it again.
"It’s okay," you promise, sounding so heartbroken "it’s okay 'Gumi."
Was it okay? It wasn't like he broke your favourite CD, or stepped on your foot, or forgot about your date. When you looked in the mirror after showering, you could still see the marks of his fingers on your neck.
One,
two,
three,
four.
And a fifth where his thumb had pressed down, keeping you from taking another breath.
You stand there like that for quite a while, motionless, while he just holds you in his arms. You listen to the rain while tears ran down your cheeks, so overwhelmed by your own feelings. You didn't want this moment to end. You didn't want to deal with reality, and you certainly didn't want to deal with what would happen after this. "I missed you," you mumble into his chest, and it was the truth.
He doesn't answer.
He’s quiet, as usual. You always had a hard time reading him, you never knew for sure what was going on inside of him. But right now you could hear his heart beating faster and you feel his hand trembling as he stroked your back soothingly.
"'Told you I’ve got something for you," he mutters, drawing one arm away and fumbling in the pocket of his hoodie.
You pulled back and dared to look at him for real this time. He didn't just look tired, he looked exhausted. There were dark circles under his eyes, his cheeks were sunken and his lean, muscular frame seemed to have lost a little bit of weight.
"Turn around," he whispers as you just stare up at him through big doe eyes. You think about it for a moment, but then you do as you are told. You weren't sure what was going to happen, and as his arms wrap around your body and you feel his fingers first on your collarbone and then on your neck, for a split second you feel panic rising up again.
Until you realize that he is brushing your long hair aside and you feel cold metal and a delicate necklace against your skin.
With skilful hands he closes the clasp at the nape of your neck and your fingers immediately run to the spot on your collarbone to feel for the silvery heart-shaped pendant.
"Happy birthday," he whispers into your ear, sending goosebumps down your spine for the second time tonight. Without a word, you turn around, searching his face for any sign of rejection, but finding none. Your eyes glisten as they meet his and a smile tugs at your lips, before you finally kiss him.
He seems surprised by your reaction, but after a moment's hesitation he returns the kiss, his hand gently moving upwards to the back of your head, pulling you in even closer.
"Thank you," you mumble against his lips, still smiling, "I love it, it’s so pretty."
You were not ready to let him go. You were afraid he would leave and you didn't know when you would see him again. Not only had you not heard from him for two weeks, you hadn't seen him on campus either.
"You should really go back inside." You heard Megumi say.
"Please don't go yet," you beg, looking up at him, "I want to see you again."
"You've been out here too long, they'll wonder where you are." He was right. You looked down at the ground, upset that he had managed to get you so completely hooked again in such a short time. How were you going to pretend that everything was all right for the rest of the night?
He looks down at you, trying to read the expression on your face, before pulling you back in, gently brushing a strand of hair from your face. "Text me when you're ready to leave, OK? We'll work something out." Your face lit up immediately upon hearing his words.
He lets go of you, leaving you unsure if you should kiss him again or not, and before you can even decide, he moves away from you. You take a step back too, hurt that he would just leave you like that. But instead of frowning, you just smile at him, without it ever reaching your eyes.
"I'll text you," you say, turning around just as he takes your hand and pulls you back, hugging you tightly and planting another kiss on the top of your head. He holds you for a moment and you can almost feel how hard it is for him to let go of you too, you could sense how bad he was feeling at the moment and how he tried to memorize as much of you as possible. Your scent, the way your body moulded just perfectly into his own, how your soft hair felt against the palm of his hand.
"I love you," he breathed against your hair, almost too quiet for you to hear.
But you heard him.
For the first time in months, you heard him say it without you saying it first.
For the first time in months, it felt like he meant it.

I saw someone mention before that Gojo is absolutely delusional in believing that Hakari, Yuta, and Yuji could be on his level or more. They believe that Gojo was wrong because his students are so far behind.
IMO, I find Gojo's faith in his students really sweet. He always have confidence in them and their potential to become great. He never stops believing the best of them.
That deep trust he has in his class showed up again in #236 when he mentioned that he trusted Shoko to tell Megumi about Toji. Gojo has zero doubts that Megumi is going to be alive in the end and chat with Shoko. Even while dying, he believes that his students can succeed and win the war against the curses even without him.
It's also tooth-rotting fluffy how Gojo sees his students as beautiful flowers. He is a gremlin weirdo with his unconventional guardianship of the younger generation but he is really cool and surprisingly sweet about it.

Please confirm my memory of the culling arc in JJK because I don't have time to reread it but I wanna test my knowledge lol
gimme an accuracy score out of 100 after reading my shitty summary lol
Okay so before it starts first Yuji and the others meet Tengen to dicuss a game plan and I believe Yuki + Choso stayed behind with Tengen while Yuji, Yuta, and Megumi would go to the underground fighting place to gather players? And Maki would go to get weapons where she would eventually do that massacre.
Anywho after that Megumi and Yuji and Panda fight Kirara and get her and Hakari on their side to play the culling game. Okay so I think there were two colonies??? Shibuya and Sendai I think. In the Sendai one i think Kenjaku led non-sorcerers out of the colony through their dreams or something.
Okay and then I believe Yuji and Megumi split up. Yuji first dealt with the helicopter-hair people and met up with a middle school classmate or something where he would get led to Higuruma, the "Im gonna expose ur crimes" guy.
While that goes on Megumi fights the girl with a stabby hair and a rich guy i forgot. Im pretty sure i have my chronological events wrong but whatever.
Uhh i think after that one of them racked up their points and made a new rule in the game? Idk.
Yuta dealt with like a huge cockroach and a partially invisible lady and another guy i forgot i think?? After that megumi (or yuji i forgot which) fought the receipt dude and yuji gained a new weird ally while fighting against someone.
I believe after that was the Kashimo (was that his name; the lightnjng dude?) vs Hakari
Hakari won and got Kashimo on his side as part of a deal to let him fight sukuna.
i couldve sworn rules were added but idk
OH and there was a mangaka guy that hakari fought before kashimo
And thats up to volume 21 i think
anyways whats my score^^
I've been re-reading the manga (bc brainrot) so I can gladly try explaining it paragraph by paragraph and giving a final grade.
Paragraph 1: Yeah you pretty much got that all. Choso and Yuki stayed with big toe Tengen, Maki left for weapons and came back with the blood of her entire clan and Yuuji, Megumi and Yuta all went to be game participants but Yuuta left on his own.
Paragraph 2: Yep, Megumi and Yuuji both went to the fight club in order to get help from the third-years, Kirara and Hakari. Megumi's original plan was that Yuuji would start winning fights and grab the attention of Hakari so he can meet with him to discuss what's going on outside (y'know with the whole Gojo in a box thing). But Yuuji has to fight Panda who was already part of the fight club. Panda lets Yuuji win and Yuuji gets sent to Hakari, but Kirara smells something fishy and finds Megumi and Panda. They both have to fight and convince Kirara that they aren't opps from the higher ups at Juju Tech. Meanwhile, Hakari and Yuuji chat but Yuuji is obviously saying the script that Megumi taught him.
Hakari has the whole 'fever' thing so he senses that Yuuji isn't actually passionate and is just 'a cog in the system'. This brings them to the fight outside where Kirara has been convinced by Megumi and Panda but Hakari refuses to work with soulless ppl. This leads Yuuji to ask Hakari to hit him. So he does but chad Itadori takes them. Hakari senses a little fire in Yuuji so he agrees to join the party. Also he thinks Megumi is a good asset as Megumi was technically the heir of the zenin clan so Hakari thinks that it would be good for his fight club. Little does he know that Maki had exterminated her clan the day before. I'd give this paragraph 75%.
Oh yeah, Kenjaku was taking people out of the Sendai colony in their dreams. He also thanks one of Yuuji''s old friends and paranormal club member for looking after him. This was because the big sorcerers were there and Sendai technically has the biggest body count so you'd probably have to evacuate most people since they'd die and be rendered useless to Kenjaku's plan. In summary, there are 10 colonies and we've seen 3: Tokyo colony no.1, Tokyo colony no.2 and Sendai.
The plan the group made was: Yuuji and Megumi go and hunt for Higuruma the lawyer guy since he had over 100 points. Hakari and would go to find Kashimo (the lightning guy) since he was the one who racked up those points and already made a new rule ,to see every players profile with the amount of points they have. And Panda was to find Angel and negotiate with her. What the 4 need to do is to convince these players to help add more rules so they can fight back against Kenjaku. And I guess Kirara stays behind which is sad since I liked her technique.
Paragraph 3 + 4: Although Megumi and Yuuji both left the colony together, they were sent to different areas of Tokyo colony no.1 by Kogane. I assume this is because it'd be pretty useless if everyone went to just one colony and started killing each other, making the cursed energy only useful in one colony rather than equally between the ten so they just randomise where you end up. Yuuji has to deal with the spawn camping helicopter duo and pretty much defeats them. There he meets an old classmate who knew of Yuuji since Yuuji saved him once and agrees to take him to Higuruma. Megumi also lands in Tokyo colony no.1 but saves the spiky hair girl who wants him to be her knight in shining armour. She also agrees to take Megumi to Higuruma. But here's the thing, both of them say different locations which means one of them are lying.
Turns out Yuuji finds Higuruma bathing with his clothes on whilst Megumi met the rich guy (reggie star) and has to fight him. The fight with Yuuji goes first and we see more backstory on Higuruma (personally one of my favourite arcs) and Yuuji manages to convince him to use his points to add a new rule, to be able to transfer points among players. You were semi-right by saying Yuuji tries to get Higuruma to be an ally but he refuses saying that he'd feel even more guilty .Megumi has to fight a boat load of people but gains an ally, Takaba the comedian (you might have seen panels of his sheer dumbasssery). They win and Megumi who is on the brink of exhaustion, collapses in alleyway and is saved by Angel.
Paragraph 6: You're right that it is Yuta's arc and he is in Sendai colony (remember when I said it's the most bloodiest colony). Some background would be that there are 3 old-time sorcerers who have been reincarnated + a cockroach cursed spirit that could have been caught by either Suguru Geto or Kenjaku and are now in a stalemate for power. This has mostly been respected until Yuta comes in and kills one of the members (his name is Druv). This immediately makes them all shift their focus on Yuta as he tries to help evacuate more non-sorcerer people to safety. Unfortunately for him, since there were so many people it attracted the cockroach guy and they have to duke it out. He then kisses the cockroach and sends positive cursed energy at his head, therefore killing him.
He then starts fighting with Uro (the semi-invisible lady) but then Ishigoori (cannon hair guy) drops in to make this a three-way duel. Whilst the player cockroach is dead, the cursed spirit isn't so it kind of breaks the whole domain expansion thing the three were doing. This led Uro to shift her focus to the cockroach which Yuta took advantage of and got her from behind, but Ishigoori was the one to do the final hit on her with his granite blast. Now it is a 1 v 1 with Yuta and Ishigoori. Yuta wins this by recovering his technique, and using Uro's technique to shift Ishigoori's attack to the sky which goes back down to hit him directly. Uro and Ishigoori aren't dead but have to give all their points to Yuta, this is mostly thanks to Yuuji's new rule that transfers points among players. After that event Yuta has 200 points. This is in my top 3 personal favourite arcs which is the only reason I can remember most of it.
Paragraph 7: I'm gonna skim over this because I cannot FOR THE LIFE OF ME explain the Kashimo vs Hakari fight. So in basic Astra terms, Hakari first meets manga guy Charles Bernard where they go on a ferris wheel trip and Charles asks Hakari to make him hate him like a battle shonen, so Charles can have a reason to fight. They fight it out and Hakari wins by the power of his technique that I can't understand. We then shift to Panda where he's trying to find Angel but accidentally gets found by Kashimo. They duke it out but Kashimo wins but Panda is still alive. Cue Hakari dropping in and starting the fight epic fight between the two. Hakari wins the fight and agrees to to let Kashimo fight Sukuna which I am excited to see. The two come back to Charles and is met by Momo who tells them that they don't need to do rule #3 yet since Mei Mei's little brother can talk through colonies and Maki can enter and leave at will due to her 0 cursed energy. This leads to the next colony: Sakurajima.
And that's basically it for vol.19 to vol.21 of jjk. I think the culling game arc is way better reading all at once rather thank weekly because you get caught up in the smaller details and forget to look at the big picture. I'd say you have pretty good knowledge on vol.19 except Megumi's fight with Reggie which does have some importance later on in the story. You have decent knowledge on the Sendai colony arc but I think you'd need to look at vol.21 itself. I know there are videos that explain the colony battles I'd recommend Diavalo's ones on youtube which are about 1h long but are easy to listen to.
Overall score: 70/100 or B+
Good job Ren :)

Chapter 160: How much of Yuji’s life has been orchestrated? + Megumi the stage-five clinger
Happy JJK-Sunday!
If I had to describe chapter 160 with as few words as possible, I would say: Oh f*ck...
My favorite moment was, of course, Megumi acting like a stage-five clinger. His interaction with Yuji in this chapter is especially ominous in light of Yuji being adamant of protecting Megumi from Sukuna.
A second favorite was Sasaki showing up in this chapter because of the implications moving forward.
Let’s jump right in.
How much of Yuji’s life has been orchestrated by Kenjaku?
We start the chapter with Kenjaku talking to none other than Sasaki, one of the members of the Occult Club at the high school in Sendai that Yuji used to attend.
Of course, the bomb that Gege dropped on us in this chapter is when Kenjaku thanks Sasaki “for getting along with my son”.
Tumblr media
Like... excuse you?
Not only does this 100% confirm that Kenjaku used Yuji’s mother’s body to give birth to him, but this specific moment + some foreshadowing from previous chapters also opens an interesting can of worms about Yuji’s life: just how much of Yuji’s life has Kenjaku orchestrated?
For me, the implication is that Sasaki had an assigned role to play in Yuji’s life that would inevitably lead to him eating Sukuna’s finger.
I am assuming this because although we don’t see Kenjaku’s interactions with the other people in Sendai, we get to see that, in addition for thanking her for getting along with Yuji, Kenjaku is incredibly kind to Sasaki. We also learn that she’s the only one who has received a special message from him (thanking her).
Ready to make this whole interaction more ominous? Someone pointed out that the kanji in Sasaki’s name means assistant.
All of this brings us right back to Yuji’s free will--or lack thereof?
We already know that Kenjaku claims he made Yuji “ingest” Sukuna’s finger and that Megumi is rightfully concerned with this idea because he witnessed Yuji eat Sukuna’s finger “of his own free will.”
Tumblr media
It’s also becoming increasingly obvious that Yuji was "created” solely for the purpose of becoming Sukuna’s vessel.
What this new reveal about Sasaki does is that it makes everything feel like certain events have been part of Kenjaku’s master plan all along. While this still feels a little farfetched, it will come down to how Gege works this idea into the story moving forward.
Come to think of it, even Yuji’s grandfather’s dying words to Yuji take on a new meaning since we know Wasuke knew something was definitively up with Yuji’s mother.
Another possible bit of foreshadowing all the way in chapter 1: While the intersection in the second panel below could be ANY intersection in Japan, it sure looks like the Shibuya crossing:
Tumblr media
A quick note on the importance of kanji meanings in JJK before moving onto the next section: knowing the meaning of Sasaki’s name tells us that names are important in JJK. If you haven’t, I recommend you read my break down on the meaning of Megumi’s FULL NAME. His first name is important, but so is his last name.
The plans moving forward
Going off to Tokyo Colony #2 are Panda and Hakari.
As the strongest, Hakari feels like he should take on Hajime. As for Panda, it looks like his focus will be on hunting down Angel.
Tumblr media
Side note: I love that Hakari is still calling Megumi names. Guess Senpai can’t help himself.
I must admit I was disappointed to find that Kirara will stay behind to report, but it is what it is. I am assuming Gege could see no use for Kirara and decided to leave the character out of the action for the time being.
As for Megumi and Yuji, they’ll be heading to Tokyo Colony #1 to target Higuruma, everybody’s new favorite Law & Order boss.
This brings us to Megumi’s current state of mind...
Megumi the stage-five clinger
I had a hard time coming up with the title for this section because what I see happening is that Megumi is starting to feel the pressure of the looming deadline for Tsumiki joining the Culling Game. What his behavior shows, however, is that he needs Yuji with him and is clinging onto him but won’t come out and say it--opting instead for aggression towards Yuji, the very same person he needs most.
His behavior reminded me of how Megumi could be mean to Tsumiki even though he clearly adores her. Apparently that’s the meaning of being tsundere. I’ve read about the term tsundere before but it never “clicked” until this moment and I just love Gege’s interpretation of the trope through Megumi’s character.
Tumblr media
It goes without saying that it was REALLY interesting to me to see Megumi’s dynamic and interaction with Yuji in this chapter because it looks like Gege is letting us know Megumi’s state of mind continues to be one of desperation--remember that dogeza bow from chapter 157?
The thing about Megumi is that he looks stoic on the outside, but he’s actually an incredibly emotional person who doesn’t often show how he’s feeling.
I hadn’t caught on, but in chatting with @justafrenchlondoner about the chapter, they pointed out Megumi’s behavior in his dynamic with Yuji appears nervous and aggressive.
Tumblr media
Upon a second look I have to agree that Megumi is acting out of character and aggressive with Yuji when all that Yuji really wants is to protect Megumi from Sukuna.
And yes, let me go ahead and sound like a broken record as I remind you of Yuji’s rather ominous words from chapter 143 yet again:
Tumblr media
And this is the part of the chapter that knocked the air out of me: Megumi telling Yuji to stfu about Sukuna but Yuji thinking to himself “as long as I’m around you will suffer” back in ch143 is so damn ominous.
Oh f*ck...
But this is what REALLY gets me about this whole interaction and why I’m calling Megumi a stage-five clinger...
Tumblr media
Even though Megumi is calling Yuji selfish, in reality, the one being selfish is Megumi.
This is, of course, my own interpretation of the situation, but to me it feels as though Megumi is clinging onto Yuji’s strength for dear life.
It’s almost like Megumi needs not just Yuji’s physical strength, but also his unwavering conviction or mental strength.
If you think about it, Megumi has only recently started fighting to win. Remember how unsure he was of himself when fighting Sukuna for the first time? It wasn’t until he went up against the Cursed Spirit from the Yasohachi bridge that he let go of his inhibitions.
Megumi’s battles during Shibuya were the pinnacle of his growth as a character in that moment. If I remember correctly, according to the timeline of events, the Shibuya incident happened around two weeks prior to the current chapter. You could say that although he is more comfortable in his strength than before, Megumi is still growing into his strength at this point.
The thing about Megumi is that everybody and their Divine Dog believes in him and sees his potential except for him. As Gojo tells him “you undervalue yourself.”
Looking back, the way Megumi asks begs Yuji for help in chapter 143 is very enlightening of how Megumi needs Yuji’s strength:
Tumblr media
I initially had read this to mean Megumi needed Yuji’s physical strength. Upon second look, however, Megumi has always seemed to have admiration for Yuji’s conviction.
With the looming deadline for Tsumiki’s vow to join the Culling Game, as Megumi starts to feel the pressure to make his plan work, who better to keep around than the person who will always go for the home run and whose strength he admires?
In other words, like hell he’s going to let Yuji leave his side. Which, again, only makes it more heartbreaking to think Sukuna is up to no good regarding Megumi and Yuji wants to protect him from that.
Oh f*ck.......
The panel below feels like a bit of a lighthearted and comical moment, but it’s also interesting to note that this is the second time they “fight”.
Tumblr media
The first “fight” having taken place during the Cursed Womb Arc.
Tumblr media
If you will remember, Gege used the Cursed Womb Arc and the Origin of Obedience Arc to show us how much our favorite trio had grown.
Not sure Gege is going to parallel something here again, but just interesting to note.
Oh f*ck...
Ya, please excuse the French.
Despite the many words I’ve shared here, this chapter left me mostly speechless.
I feel like I’ve been trapped in Gojo’s limitless domain expansion and all I can think is “oh f*ck” or “halloween” (if you catch my drift).
Chapter 160 was incredible because it looks like Gege has finally finished putting all his pieces into place and is ready to go for the kill by:
Starting to unravel the story bit by bit, giving us all of the twists we both saw and did not see coming, and
Ramping up the stakes. Taking into consideration the estimates that JJK is somewhere around 60-70% done at this point, It’s not a matter of whether some of our beloved characters will die, but about who, when and how they will die
Tumblr media
One last detail
I love the last four panels of the chapter showing Panda, Hakari, Yuji and Megumi all wearing their uniforms (barring Panda) and getting ready to become official participants of the Culling Game by entering their respective barriers.
Knowing that Gege is a very talented artist capable of showing and expressing emotions through his art, I feel like these panels tell us a lot about what the characters might be thinking and I thought I’d expand on that.
Bear in mind this is my personal interpretation as an artist:
Panda looks excited and ready to fight, perhaps even confident. Panda is saying “bring it!” with his body language
There’s a hint of something I can’t describe in Hakari’s face. It’s almost like he’s coming face to face against how big of a challenge this is going to be and yet he’s resolved to walk straight into “the depths of hell itself”
Yuji looks focused, determined to go in and give it his best no matter what comes his way--that’s just who he is
And then there’s Megumi. I’ve been drawing Megumi recently, and one thing I noticed is that he has very specific micro-expressions. In his panel, he’s warming up his wrists as though he’s getting ready to fight, he has a focused look on his face, but the shadows around his eyes say he might be feeling like he is carrying the heavy burden of the uncertainty surrounding the situation he’s going through
With all that being said... the Culling Game is officially starting and we’re in for a one-way ride straight to hell.
Thank you for reading and happy JJK-Sunday!
What about you? What did you enjoy most about chapter 160?

felicitate. two.
one < current > three
Jan. 2017
Tumblr media
Two months have passed since Yuta’s first day. You were able to convince Satoru that, because he shared the similar disadvantage of not having an inherent technique, you should control his training. Maki was still his primary partner when it came to afternoon sparring. But he was your partner in the mornings.
Every morning, the two of you would focus on a different part of the body or a different form of exercise. You spotted him in the weight room, you logged his mile times, and, most importantly, you became his friend. Over before-dawn laps and cool-down stretches, you got to know Yuta and Rika.
For the first month, Rika stayed as an intangible ball of energy hovering around Yuta. Then, slowly, she began to manifest a form. Only for a minute at a time initially, but with time, she would appear for the entire session. Rika would hover a few feet above the weight bench or make flower crowns from the wildflowers that grew around your preferred trail. Yuta seemed just as surprised as you when she placed one on your head after a week of her practicing making them. She explained how she wanted to make something just as pretty as you, with all the innocence of a child. You had thanked her with watery eyes.
But with all the peace that came after settling into a new routine with Yuta joining your class, something was bound to ruin it. This time it was a required meeting between the big three clans. The invitation that arrived specifically asked for both you and your brother’s presence. Satoru tried to squirm out of it saying, “They didn’t say which brother had to attend,” but Megumi's unimpressed look and point at the name Gojo sprawled across the top ended that excuse.
Which lead to where you are now, dragging your human classmates through the Ginza streets to collect a custom gown. Maki grumbled all morning, but you were finally able to shut her up with a promise of buying everyone coffee, lunch and take-out dinner. Inumaki was content with any excuse to go into the city (even if it meant he had to carry your bags) and Yuta didn’t have the nerve to reject your offer when you smiled so hopefully. Though, he was curious after the employee of the shop greeted you like an old friend. “Why do you need such a fancy dress?”
“I don’t,” you rolled your eyes. “I have, or had, several custom ones already. I donate almost all my clothes after wearing them to these events. These meetings, when me and Nii-chan are both requested, are used as an excuse to find ways to undermine the political status of Gojo’s. Nii-chan did not force me into years of tutoring on sorcerer history and politics for me to get clowned about wearing the same outfit as last time.”
Maki adds, “The Zen’ins and Kamos are the standard for sleazy shamans. Not every sorcerer is as nice as us.” Yuta nods hesitantly, which makes you snort.
“I know us kicking your ass constantly may not seem ‘nice,’ but trust me when I say I’d rather be getting tossed around by Maki or Panda than attending this dinner.”
“Bonito flakes.” You can tell Inumaki is pouting behind his face mask.
“C’mon, Toge-chan,” you draw out the ‘-chan’ and grab his free hand to swing it back-and-forth. “You know I didn’t mean it like that. It’s a good thing to not be grouped with Maki! She’s such a meanie when it comes to training.” Maki moves too fast for you to dodge her punch. Yuta laughs under his breath at your group’s antics. “Anyways, the most exciting part of this dinner will be seeing what Kamo schmuck they dig up to try to convince Satoru to marry me off.”
“They’re still on that?” Maki laughs and throws her arm over your shoulder. “You would think they’d catch the hint after you stopped wearing furisodes.”
“Salted fish roe,” Inumaki offers.
You sigh, “I would, but you know they wouldn’t treat you well. Escorting me would just mean you get to deal with their passive aggressive comments too.”
“What if I escort you?”
Your group stops walking in the middle of the crowded streets. People continue to push past, but the three of you continue to stare dumbfounded at Yuta. “Is it that bad of an idea?” He flushes bright red and turns his head to stare at the ground.
“No, no,” you reassure as you get the group moving again. “It’s just… well, you remember how we reacted when you came into the class initially, yeah? While they would make fun of Toge-kun, the people at this meeting would try to kill you without hesitation. There’s no guarantee even Rika could stop the full force of everyone in both the Zen’in and Kamo clans.”
Yuta gives a small, “Oh.” He continues to stare at the ground.
“Seriously, I would love to have an escort, especially if it was either of you. There’s only so much of clan politics I can take alone. But I’d never ask you or Toge to go through that for me.” You move from in between Maki and Inumaki to bump against Yuta. “Like, these people are the ultimate bullies. I want you to deal with them only when absolutely necessary.” He finally seems to cheer up some and you take the moment to grab his hand, tugging him forward. “Now c’mon! The bakery Nii-chan got those pastries from last week is only a few blocks away!”
The day of the meeting arrives without much fanfare. Satoru took Megumi out on a mission in the morning to exorcise some low-level curse and you were left at the school to start what would be a long day of preparations. You shuffle into the common area and begin making a cup of coffee. It isn’t until you turn to get creamer from the fridge you realize Yuta, Inumaki and Panda are eating breakfast in the same room. You flush, suddenly aware that you didn’t grab any sweatpants when you left your room and you had slept in a stolen pair of Satoru’s boxers. “Please tell me I’m still asleep,” you mutter, shutting your eyes and whipping back around to finish preparing your coffee.
Panda falls over laughing. Inumaki gives a loud whistle. Yuta is redder than you are and has his face almost flat against his rice. Of course, to add to your humiliation, Hakari and Maki come in from training.
“(y/n), I was never here and I never saw you,” Hakari throws his hand over his eyes and immediately turns to run towards his dorm room.
“You know, I don’t see why you don’t just attend dinner in this outfit,” Panda says.
“Of course you don’t, you literally don’t wear clothes. At least Hakari is smart enough to have some shame and not ogle at her.” Maki moves forward to steal a sip from your cup and gags, “God, how much sugar is in this thing?”
You pout, “The appropriate amount to get me through today. I need to borrow one of your thigh holsters, by the way. Nii-chan doesn’t want me to have to use his technique if something happens.”
“Nori?” The three jerks finally stop laughing, though Panda still seems particularly delighted at your embarrassment.
“Mm, I don’t think so. But some elders got pushy when I was sent to the last meeting and not my brother. Satoru wants me to be able to scare them, not maim them.”
“Salmon,” Inumaki still seems hesitant, but you and Maki move onto a different topic easily as you two walk to her room.
Yuta watches until he’s sure neither of you will hear him ask, “Will she really be okay?”
Inumaki, despite seeming hesitant before, gives a stronger, “Salmon.” He gestures for Yuta to pick up his phone (the boy has gotten better at understanding Inumaki, but wasn’t able to have a conversation yet) and sends a message in a group chat appropriately named Da Bois while Panda grumbles about how unfair it is that he has paws and can’t use a phone.
osamu: (y/n)ie is smiley but she’d kill someone if they tried anything lol
fushiguro: what did the idiot do
fushiguro: who is osamu
osamu: ofc u don’t know hq
fushiguro: what’s that supposed to mean
creepy-kun: when did you change my name >:(
Yuta pouts about the name change for the rest of the day and avoids his phone to keep from Inumaki’s teasing. He almost misses the photo you send in JJH Thots.
It’s you and your brother pressed cheek-to-cheek and making faces at the camera. Satoru has on his circular sunglasses instead of a blindfold, even though it’s clearly night in the photo. His bright, blue eyes peek over their edge, his smile wide, and he has one hand throwing a peace sign and the other on your side. Your mouth is tugged back into a snarl, but Yuta can see how a smile is starting to break through and your eyes are lit up. Both of your hands form claws, like you were a second away from jumping through the phone screen and pinning the viewer.
the good gojo: time to annoy some bastards!!
maki: tell naobito he’s a bitch
fushiguro: ^
osamu: you!! look!!! hot!!!!
the good gojo: the way satoru thought that was for him
the good gojo: it’s delusion luv
Yuta has seen the two of you in almost this exact pose in person. But you weren’t dressed like that, with the slightest hint of the black leather holster you wore peeking out from underneath soft layers of tulle. Even his usual carefree teacher is in Western formal wear, with a tie that matches the floral print on your dress. Yuta knew you had bickered over who got to pick and who had to match. He almost couldn’t imagine the people in the picture wrestling like the two of you had. Together, you two are blindingly beautiful. It wasn’t fair.
Yuta covered his face with his pillow and screamed.

it's supposed to be fun, turning twenty-one (part 3.5)
Tumblr media
A/N: Part III was quite long and almost a year too late and I realized that I don’t love it as much as I thought I would. This one's shorter as I’m not sure if I should continue with the series, the last part didn’t perform as good as the first two and I'm unsure where the story is going from here. Anyways, I hope you’ll enjoy this <3
genre: little bit of angst, dk if this counts even as a hint of fluff given the overall storyline?? just a small drabble content warning: hints of abuse, hints of toxic relationship, emotional dependency, nothing too explicit I guess, aged up characters, college au pairing: Megumi x reader word count: 2.8k
summary: after the party a two weeks ago, the encounter with your ex has left you distraught. You feel re-traumatised and have barely slept or eaten since. Your friends are doing their best to distract you on your birthday, but even after everything he did to you, all you can think about is him.
recommended songs: we fell in love in october - girl in red / First Love/Late Spring - Mitski / JAMIE - Montell Fish
Tumblr media
