Start of day three. Feeling lighter. My feelings about wanting the cake or candy bars has lessened. I am talking to myself how bad those foods taste and working to get excited about steamed veggies coconut oil and sea salt instead. I am so happy I chose to do this now instead of waiting until next week after all my stress is gone. Because really, stress@is@never@gone completely.
