I can't thank @bupia enough for being my source of inspiration in making the strawberry shirt Terzo wore in their work. I immediately fell in love. I had to make it. I ran into some trouble finding the right printed fabric though. So, as a last resort, I painted the strawberries myself.😅 Worth it!!

Handmade Wilson doll pt.1

It's Wilson's Birthday!! And Don't Starve's 11th anniversary! I can’t even believe that after so many years I still keep coming back to it. For me it was more like 10 years, because I first discovered this little game in 2014. Since then I've been returing to it sometimes, diving deep each time. Each time I was discovering something new in the story, each time I found new ways to interact with it. My creative skill grew, and each time drawing Wilson’s hair came more and more easily to me, for example! And this time, I also learned (or remembered?) that I'm pretty good with my hands! And now, several months of work later (of course, not without breaks during which I was loosing hope of finishing it), and now I have my own little scientist at home!! Love the way he turned out. I adore him endlessly. Happy birthday, my dearest!! And happy aniversary to Don't Starve!

HERE HE IS!!!! my lil guillermo doll that i made for @vampfangzzz birthday!!! i've been slowly working on him since september & finally finished a couple of weeks ago. he's made from clay & needle felt on a wire armature and stands at about 13cm tall. my friend also took these gorgeoussss photos 😍😍

Meet Xella!

She's an alien (but I prefer 'cosmic cutie') who's been wandering earth since the late 60's after crash-landing in the middle of a hippy music festival. Assuming all humans dressed that way, she quickly scrounged up some discarded clothes and styled her many head tentacles into a fashionable dreads bun, so she could blend in.

Most of the humans were pretty...🛸spaced...out at the festival and just thought her green skin was some kind of psychedelic costume. It was best for her to just lay low until her fellow galactic companions could come rescue her.

But after all the humans had finished frolicking and partying, and had all left the desert, there still was no sign of a search effort.

Days dragged out in lonely walks across the littered sand. To pass the time Xella decided to rummage through the trash left by the human party goers. Most things were uninteresting, however when she stumbled across a little blue and cream coloured contraption she took a closer look. Rattling it made a noise but it's design seemed too complex for such a basic use. She tried looking through it, but to no avail. Then...she put it to her lips and blew air, causing a high pitch squeal. The purpose of this object (which she later learns is called a 'whistle') was unknown to her but she figured it might come in handy to signal her rescue team when they finally make it to earth.

Xella is the only one of her kind roaming earth...or so she thinks👽💚
