I’m so nervous to share that I’ve opened a new Etsy shop; Mandala Bloom! This shop focuses specifically on my handmade ornaments and delights, showcasing beautifully articulated wire spheres that can transform into dozens of shapes.

As a 6-year Etsy Seller, I've created a new shop because my original shop was focused on bracelets, ornaments, toys, etc, and I found that it was too confusing not only for customers, but for the algorithm as well.

Like, obviously they’re not REALLY here as a peddler when they show up, but if you were to suddenly get a raging headache in the middle of a mononoke rampage, would they whip out a bottle of pills like “Take two of these, it’ll help.”

…and is it just Excedrin Migraine that they got at a Walgreen’s somewhere in the future, and that appears to be strange and wondrous in the Edo Period, or do they really make and distribute herbal cures?

Shop Update, y'all! this round features pyrography earrings, burned by hand by moi. the wooden charms are 2" in diameter and have a hanging length just a bit shy of 3". They were finished and sealed with a Danish wood oil to retain a nice natural look. very cute, very lightweight, and very affordable (only $12/pair!)

ngl, the packaging is pretty cute too, if I do say so myself. perfect for gifting!

Well we’re starting to slow down and get ready for our Christmas break. This year has been so busy with lots of homestead projects complete, but still so much to do next year. We’re already planning next year’s garden, it’s so exciting and can’t wait to complete our solar array. We’re also toying with the idea of building a shepherds hut … we did purchase the trailer (the base for the hut) a few years back, but never actually started it. Life just got in the way … 🤷‍♀️ But, maybe 2025 is the year …

Anyway, for now I’m just enjoying some quiet time …drinking tea, sitting by the fire, crafting and making handmade goodies for our wee shop.

Today it’s some more bag charms, but I found some tiny, tinkling bells … I’m completely obsessed.
