What's your favourite chenford scene?

Oh, dear lord. Do you have any idea the chaos you have caused in my head with this question, dear anon? There is no easy answer to this. And I've been thinking about it since last night..

Short answer: I don't know. Can I say all of them?

Long answer: that would be an essay. See below.

There's of course the infamous first scene when they first look at each other in the Pilot. That's just serious soulmate stuff right there from the start. How they expected us not to ship them is beyond me.

Don't even get me started on 1x20 and the way Tim shut the door to keep Lucy safe, and how she never even thought about leaving. And then of course how they sit at the door, back to back, and talk. Soulmate stuff right there, again.

So many more moments in between the two mentioned above.

Take the needle incident in 1x11 and how Tim kept Lucy from spiraling. Or the way Tim made sure she wouldn't wash out in 1x14. 1x19 and how he was so determined to get her over the finish line so she could take the 6-month exam.

And so many in seasons 2 and 3 that make their story unique.

Lucy giving Tim the audiobook she recorded in 2x02. Lucy having Tim's back in 2x08 and the way he thanks her for it at the end. All of DOD?! Then Tim wanting to make sure Lucy is okay all the time in 2x12, and then the whole scene in the gym. Lucy supporting him and being excited about him having a good score on the sergeant's exam, but then Tim not taking it because of her.

Tim taking Kojo?! Dude, your love is showing. Lucy reassuring Tim that her kidnapping was not his fault, and that his opinion matters to her in 2x17. The look on his face, omg.

So many more moments in season 3, I won't be listing them all but one of my favorites will always be most of 3x08, the last scene in 3x09, and the once over he gives her and then asks her to save him a dance in 3x14. I die a little every time.

Moving on to season 4...

We got the infamous hug in 4x01. The scene in the van in 4x07? Good lord. Then of course the hug in 4x09. Ugh. He so needed to hear those words and that hug, and it needed to come from Lucy. I will never be okay watching how he just completely falls into her and deflates.

Honestly, most of the double date episode? And the dance! Oh, my heart. I cannot and will never be able to move on from the way they looked at each other. There's so much adoration written over both of their faces... how they didn't realize they were in love with each other until much later is still beyond me.

And then of course 4x22. I know the whole doppelgänger thing is a little over the top, but I love it? Probably because it's so absurd. The infamous first kiss scene will always have a special place in my heart. It's what made me start watching the show a year ago. All it took was seeing that 3-minute clip and I was hooked. Happy (late) anniversary to me!

As for season 5...

I'm gonna say all of 5x01, because I cannot choose just one scene from that episode. If I had to, it would be between Tim taking Lucy's hand to comfort her and finding a way to give her a moment in private, and the kiss. Lucy's worrying in 5x05 and how she immediately raced to his bedside and stayed with him. And Tim worrying about her? Married vibes, for real.

The pining and the looks in the parking lot in 5x06? Still not over it. Basically all of 5x08, I don't care what others think. The two scenes in Grey's office in 5x09... swoon. And before I rattle off almost every scene since then, I will limit myself to a few.

Them getting ready in 5x10. Their second first date at the end. And the perfect first real kiss. I wanna cry every time I see it. All of 5x12, for obvious reasons, but especially that last scene. Tim giving Lucy the necklace in 5x16 - and her never taking it off since then! That perfect little domestic scene at the beginning of 5x20. All their hugs this season, especially the one in 5x22.

I could go on. It's bad. So lemme try and wrap this up by choosing one for pre-canon, and one for canon.

For pre-canon, I think DOD will always be special to me. Tim's desperation, the way Lucy just completely breaks down after she realizes she's still alive, the way he immediately tries to shield her from the pain and she just curls into him and sobs. Everything. And the dance in 4x18.

For canon, I wanna go with the ending scene of 5x08. But oh. Is that even canon? Probably not. Okay, so that's another for pre-canon, I guess.

I will never apologize for loving the crap out of that scene. I know opinions are split here, and I absolutely get that! But to me, it was perfect. From Tim calling her out, Lucy blurting out what she's afraid of, Tim's reaction to it, telling her it's worth it, the look on his face before he asks her, to Lucy saying yes and them looking at each other at the end.

I am so fucking in love with that scene, and I will defend it until my dying breath. @escapismqueen can confirm. She's heard me talk about it enough.

For canon, I'd have to say the second first date at the end of 5x10. There's just something special about the whole scene and the way we can feel how comfortable they are now as opposed to the date at the fancy restaurant.

And then maybe add the ending scene of 5x12. And- nope. Cutting myself off here. Otherwise I will actually add every scene since they became canon.

Phew. Well, this took a little more time than expected. Well, no. That's a lie. I expected this to take long, and for the post to be essay-length. I just got interrupted halfway through and it took longer to finish.

Lemme know if you want a less elaborate and more detailed explanation of just a few scenes - this feels a little all over the place. But I just have a very hard time deciding on just a couple. If that wasn't obvious already.

Anyway. Thanks for the question! I definitely did not spent the last almost 24 hours wrecking my brain about this... nope, not at all. Hope this is fun to read. Little trip down memory lane.

It's a shame you guys don't seem to have done a Discord live commentary for Merlin 5x10 onwards. I've greatly enjoyed those posts during my rewatch! I hope you're well and having a very merry Arthur death day.

We actually have watched it together ages ago! :D The reason the last 4 commentary episodes haven’t been published yet is: me 😔✌🏻. Unfortunately, it’s because I haven’t been at my best. I’ve had a chronic illness flare-up that’s taken most of my attention and time (also my awareness of time). I got super behind, haven't yet put the screenshots together, and I really can’t deny it: it is a shame! I realised yesterday that, had I planned for it, I could have released the last 4 episodes of our commentary in time for the finale’s anniversary, I can’t believe I missed that opportunity! That would've been awesome. sigh... Oh well... But, good news, I’ve finished 5x10 and plan to post it tonight (and hopefully get the last 3 out before new years)! I’m so glad to hear you enjoyed it so much, it genuinely makes me so happy to hear it! Thank you <3 I also hope you're having (or had) a very merry Arthur Death Day! Note: Hi guys! This is probably not my best one shot. It made me cry while writing it. I don’t want to make Jason the villain of this story but yesterday I was watching 5x10 and thinking “he is going to get someone killed”. Enjoy xxx.

(Y / N) hoped that day would never come, but she never expected it to happen like that. She had always expected a Taliban or a sniper, that she would have seen it coming, but she had never seen that one coming. One terrible call from Jason cost Brock’s life.  

Worst of all, Clay had warned Jason, Jason had had symptoms and yet he had ignored them. The years of leadership hadn’t been enough for Jason to put his ego aside and step aside. She closed her eyes as she thought about how she ended up there. She and Brock had met at Clay and Stella’s wedding. The strangely quiet Brock had approached her and that had been it. A couple of sentences from him and she fall like a teenager.

---------flashback---------

“Cousin?” she heard someone asking her. (Y / N) turned around to look at the owner of the voice and found one of her brother’s teammates. In the bar, they were all celebrating the happy couple’s sudden marriage, and she had finished her shift earlier to be there.

“Sister, one of the three that he has,” (Y/N) shrugged, giving him a little smile. “Nice to meet you, Clay’s unnamed sister” Well, he was funny and had a sense of humor. Point in favor.

“(Y / N), that’s my name” At least she wanted him to know her by her name and not as Clay’s sister.

“I’m Brock, nice to meet you, (Y / N)”

Then he smiled. And that’s how it all started. They changed numbers, but had to wait until he returned from an assignment to have their first date. By the time they both had their third, they knew that was going to stay. She hadn’t seen him coming and then she finally understood what people meant when they said that you never see love coming. Brock came into her life without a warned. Love appeared when you least wanted it, at least that’s how it happened to them. (Y / N) crossed his arms as he paced up and down the hall. She knew there was nothing else to do. The doctors were going to come out at any moment to tell her to talk to her about the extraordinary measures. Brock and she had discussed the matter on over one occasion without expecting that one of them would ever have to take it. (Y / N) played with her wedding ring on her ring finger, thinking that he would never hear him say that he loved her again. She smiled softly as she remembered when she had asked him to marry him first.

“We should get married” (Y / N) blurted out as they were both lying on the bed. It was a summer night. Brock had returned the day before and she had had time to mull over the idea while he was deployed.

“What?” Well, at least he had listened to her.

“I love you, you love me, let’s get married then” She no longer cared, they had only had their first anniversary a couple of months before. When you knew it, you knew it. “Isn’t that reason enough?”

“Why this sudden desire to marry me?” he asked, turning to look at her with her brows raised.

“Is it so hard to believe that I want to spend the rest of my life with you?” (Y / N) asked, turning around to face him and resting his head on her hand.

“I want to make sure we are doing it for the right reasons” Brock was incredibly soft to talk to her. Although he was the quietest of his team, he always asked the right questions at the right time.

“We are,” she assured him. “We are two people who love each other sealing their love,”

“In that case…” And leaving her gaping because she didn’t see that coming, Brock leaned over his nightstand and opened the drawer to pull out a small box.

“Wait, what? You were keeping this from me?” She said, stunned at what she assumed to be a wedding ring. A ring that Brock had been keeping right under her nose.

“Well yeah, that’s how it’s supposed to be done,” he told her with a funny look.

“You know that I already asked you to marry me, right?” She replied with a wink.

“Well, I’m old school and I wanted to get your father’s approval first,” Brock explained, taking her breath away.

“You went to see my father?” (Y/N) raised her brows.

“And I talked to your brother on the plane back yesterday” That bastard. He knew. She was going to have a serious talk with Clay later.

“You know that even if they have said no, I wouldn’t still marry you anyway, right?” She needed him to know that nothing could stop her from being his wife.

“I don’t know cause you’re not letting me ask,” she giggled as he leaned into her “(Y / N), will you marry me?”

“Yes, I will,” she replied, smiling at him. That was the first day of the rest of their lives.

---------flashback---------

“Mrs. Reynolds, can I have a moment with you?” She knew what the doctor was going to tell her. And the answer hurt her a lot. Cause it meant that she would have to tell Brock goodbye.

“You want to talk about extraordinary measures?” (Y / N) asked. Being a surgeon herself, she knew what state her husband was in. There was nothing else to do for him and they had spoken about that possibly thousands of times. Neither of them wanted to be kept alive by a machine, and (Y / N) had every intention of respecting his wishes.

“We did everything we could, Mrs. Reynolds” The doctor stared at her for a few seconds. It was one technique they learned in medical school. Keep your gaze, make eye contact, and connect “But there’s no brain activity.”

“And eventually he will have organ failure,” she finished by “Give me the form, I’ll sign it”

“Are you sure, Mrs. Reynolds? I can give you a few minutes to think about it”

(Y / N) she gave the doctor a sad smile. “I know how it works doctor, I tell my patients the same”

“I thought I couldn’t love someone more than I love you, but here I am,” Brock commented, looking at the twins who had just arrived at the house and who were sleeping in their crib.

“You think you know what love is until you have children” she agreed, looking like one of her twins had her thumb in her mouth.

“How can it be that we already love them when they first arrived?” Brock hugged her from behind.

“This is how parenthood works. You love your child no matter what,” she said before turning to look at him and raising her brows. “However, I will not go through that again”

“twelve hours of labor wasn’t fun, baby?” he asked, faking innocence.

“I’m being serious Brock, two are more than enough”

“We’ll see,” he replied cryptically.

However, they could not “see” it. It had been five years since the twins and they hadn’t talked about it either. They were both fine, and they loved them but now (Y / N) not being so adamant about not having children again after the twins because now she would give everything to have another piece of Brock with her.

“It’s not a good time, Jason,” she told him as he approached her. “I need to fill up this form” (Y/N) didn’t want to tell him something she might regret later.

“Just wanted you to know that whatever you need…”

“Are you serious right now?” (Y / N) did not want to say something hurtful to him, but she was furious with him and angry about what he had done. “Please save it and go away”

“(Y/N), I’m trying to tell you we are there for you,” Jason replied.

The words ‘this is your fault’ stayed on the tip of her tongue because then (Y/N) took a deep breath and spat out as much hatred as possible “You knew that something was wrong with you and still went to that mission” She looked at him “And then your decisions led to my husband’s death”

“Ok, I don’t know what your brother has told you but…” Was he being serious now? Clay had said nothing to her. Stella accidentally let it slip away when she talked to her.

“My two daughters are orphans and I’ve lost my husband,” She didn’t have the energy or the mood to deal with him “I can barely look at you,” (Y/N) said “Please, get out”

“I’m sorry,” Jason whispered before walking away.

“Yeah,me too“

Oh, God. The girls. How was she supposed to tell them that Brock was dead? Clay and Stella were going to pick them from school and take them to the hospital. They definitely shouldn’t see him, but she knew she had to be very clear with the girls if she wanted them to understand. She couldn’t start with those “daddy went to heaven” things, but (Y / N) she wasn’t sure how the right words were going to come out of her mouth. She couldn’t even assimilate into her head that Brock was dead. (Y/N) didn’t know how he was going to say it out loud.

“Daddy, don’t go” Emery complained as he grabbed Brock’s leg and crawled across the floor.

“I’ll be back before you notice, little angel,” her husband replied, hanging on to match their daughter.

“But I don’t want you to go,” she cried. “Maya’s dad left and never came back” Maya was Emery and Nicole’s best friend. His father was in the army and died three months ago.

“I promise you I will always try my best to get back to you, your sister, and your mother” Brock muttered drawing their daughter into a hug “I love you, peanut” After that, Emery hugged his father back and went up the stairs to look for her sister.

“You better not break that promise” (Y/N) told him “She is going to be sad if you do”

“I won’t,” Brock promised to kiss her. It was his first long deployment after the girls were born. “I have three good reasons to come back home now”

“Take your time, Mrs. Reynolds,” (Y/N) took the form and sit down in the waiting room. (Y / N) ‘s hand was shaking as she tried to finish filling out the form. That felt bad, terrible. She wasn’t supposed to be doing that. She finished signing and handed the form to the nurse. “Can we do this now? My daughters will be here soon and I want to be there for them” The doctor nodded before walking her to Brock’s room. He was going to stay there to call Brock’s time of death after the nurse removed his tube.

He was so peaceful, as quiet as he had always been. He was a man of few words but who loved his family. ‘How am I supposed to go on without you?’ she wondered in her head. Just as the day he proposed to her had been the first day of the rest of their lives, that day would be the end of the life they shared together “Brock,” she called out to him once last time as the nurse unplugged the monitors. (Y / N) wasn’t sure what was she waiting for. She was a surgeon, and she knew very well that her husband was at a point of no return and yet there she was, waiting for a miracle to happen.

“Now I’m going to...” the nurse started her, but she cut her down.

“I know, you don’t need to explain it to me” (Y / N) muttered without taking her eyes off Brock. She didn’t want to hear those words. It made everything more real.

“You can go, it’s ok, we’ll be ok,” she whispered, leaning over him to talk to his ear. “I love you, I promise you I will take care of them”

And just like that, the beep echoed the room and Brock was gone. She closed her eyes, feeling everything around him. The doctor called his death and (Y/N) let out a wailing sound. She always thought that motherhood was the hardest thing she had ever been through. But no, the hardest thing she had ever done was let Brock go. She wasn’t ready to do that. As the tears fell, (Y / N) kept thinking about what they could have been. They lacked time, their time together had not been enough. They deserved more.

She closed her eyes, and it was almost like he was there with her, like a breeze. She could hear a brief whisper: “No matter where or how far I’m, I will always love you”.

Kindred Spirits- On Henry’s birthday, Roland unknowingly comforts Regina.

Friends with Benefits- Once a sexual relationship begins, can Robin and Regina remain ‘just friends?’ Set during the Missing Year.

Morning After- Follow up to Friends with Benefits. The morning Regina is supposed to cast the second curse, she wakes up with Robin by her side. Set during the Missing Year.

Deja Vu-  When Robin and Regina meet for the first time in Storybrooke, Regina’s jolted by a sense of deja vu. Set in Storybrooke with flashbacks to the Missing Year.

What Friends Do-  Robin can't stop staring at Regina's ass when she wears one of her tight dresses--which she wears, just to get a reaction out of him.

Dancing in the Rain- When Regina has a hard day, Robin shows her the pleasures and joys of the rain.

Season 4A-Inspired One Shots:

Friday Night, Movie Night- Hood Mills Family fluff. Robin and Regina spend a night in with their boys watching a movie.

Filling in the Missing Pieces- Dimples Queen fluff. Robin watches Regina cuddling with Roland after reading him a bedtime story and reflects on the first time he saw them together like this during the missing year.

Lost then Found- An evening spent searching for Roland’s lost stuffed monkey leads to an unexpected marriage proposal.

You Found Me- A follow up to Lost and Found. On their 10th anniversary, Robin and Regina tell the story of how they got engaged.

I Choose You- The moment when Robin realized that he would choose Regina over Marian; set after the library scene with Page 23, but before they knew about Ingrid’s Shattered Sight Curse.

Operation Parent Trap- S4 AU. Noticing their parents are miserable, Henry and Roland plot to reunite Robin and Regina.

As It Should Be- A continuation of Operation Parent Trap; Robin and Regina take the boys home, enjoying some family time and then some alone time.

The Vault- The first time sees Regina’s vault; the first time he realizes that he’s falling in love with her.

Embracing Love- Written for OQ Smut Week- Robin and Regina have trouble staying away from  each other after Marian returns; Robin and Regina spend the night together at Robin’s camp, just before the Curse of Shattered Sight hits Storybrooke.

Claiming a Happy Ending- Both Robin and Regina find themselves missing each other and Regina decides to do something about it. This was written between 4A and 4B, when I had the delusion that I wanted to be “spoiler free.” I was also ill when I wrote this and haven’t looked at it since, so…it might be a little rough, LOL. (Really, I should delete this.)

Shattered Expectations- Dark OQ smut during the Curse of Shattered Sight; and after the curse breaks, Robin and Regina share a sweet moment together when he helps her change back.

Where Our Story Began- Set directly after Smash the Mirror, Robin asks Regina if he can walk her home and when they get there, she gives him The Legend of Robin Hood–a book that both exasperates and surprises him.

You’ll Always Win-  Set in an AU version of S4 where Marian was Marian, was never frozen, and Robin and Regina had to work through that. And Regina confesses she’s allergic to trees.

Reasons (Not) to Camp- Based on the AU above, Regina and Robin spend a night together at the Merry Men’s camp.

The Wrong Choice- After choosing to try again with Marian, Robin can’t shake the feeling he’s made the wrong choice.

Season 4B-Inspired One Shots:

Letters to My Love- Regina discovers a series of love letters that Robin wrote to her while he was in New York.

Rain, Rain, Don’t Go Away- Written for OQ Smut Week- Sex in the Rain. Set during a light rainstorm in NY, Robin can’t stop thinking of Regina.

The Comfort of You- After Robin returns from New York, Robin and Regina take a nap together, alternately reflecting on how glad they are to be together again.

Sweet Dreams- Worried about impending fatherhood, Robin finds himself unable to sleep, and Regina comforts him.

The Light behind the Dark- Robin and Regina attend Zelena’s first ultrasound after returning to Storybrooke, and Robin shares his uncertainty about raising Zelena’s child.

On the Road to Happiness- On the way back to Storybrooke, Robin and Regina discuss what happened in New York with Zelena/Marian, and decide the best way to get their revenge against Zelena is to be happy together.

To See You Smile- While he’s in New York, Robin and Regina have a Skype date.

Season 5A-Inspired One Shots:

Wonderful Tonight- The night of a ball at Camelot, Robin finds himself in awe of Regina. AU

Moments like These- AU. Instead of attending the Camelot ball, Robin and Regina stay in for the night with Roland and baby Neal; Roland inadvertently gets Robin and Regina to open up about their feelings regarding the child Zelena is carrying.

Just the Two of Us- Amid the chaos trying to save Storybrooke from the darkness, Robin and Regina spend a night at home alone together.

Late Night Tea- Robin and Regina have a much needed talk about her being a mother to his child, her infertility and their happily ever after.

One Day At a Time- Robin opens up to Regina about what happened with Zelena and doubts whether or not he’ll be a good father to the child she’s now carrying.

Together- Post 5x10; Robin and Regina cuddle up together in with Baby Hood and finally give that precious little girl a name; all the while, they discuss their memories of Camelot and the off-screen discussion about Zelena’s role in the little girl’s life.

What Remains- Swan Queen BroTp. Regina and Emma talking about what it’s like to have to kill the man they love; afterward, Regina seeks comfort in Robin.

In the Camelot Rain- The first time Robin feels ready for sex again after what happened in New York.

Lean on Me Verse (5A-Inspired)

***This was initially meant to be longer, based on time Robin and Regina being supportive of one another during 5A. However, as the season progressed, inspiration dwindled.

A Vow I Intend to Honor- A short drabble inspired by the deleted scene from the 5A finale; Robin’s motivation for following Regina and the others into the Underworld.

A Father’s Love- In the Underworld, Robin reflects on meeting Henry Sr. and gets Henry to open up about his feelings about losing Neal when he was just getting to know him.

Facing the Past- Robin and Regina visit Cora, who can’t help but try to manipulate the situation; after the encounter, Robin reassures Regina that he loves her just as she is.

Returning the Favor- Robin is missing his children, and Regina comfort him; together, they choose a name for Baby Hood.

Finding Peace- Robin and Regina encounter Daniel in the Underworld, and he helps her to embrace her role as savior.

Unresolved- Post 5x15- Robin confides in Regina about missing and mourning Marian.

The Power of Love- Post 5x16- Robin retreats into the woods to protect his daughter from Hades; but another threat looms, and Regina has to protect the baby from Cora.

Safe and Loved- Set during 5x16- Robin and Regina return to the loft with Peanut and the three of them enjoy a little family time–Regina holds her for the first time and heals her cheek.

I’d Rather Not Remember- Snow, Henry and Robin comfort Regina after she encounters Leopold in the Underworld.

Subtle Comfort- Post 5x19, Regina opens up to Robin about her complicated feelings regarding Cora and Zelena.

With a Stoke of the Quill- A “Fix-it Fic” for 5x21. After watching Regina grieve, Henry rewrites a part of her story.

Light in the Dark- A canon divergent end for 5x21 where Robin doesn’t die and Regina tells him about her struggles with the EQ and how she fears she’s meant to suffer. Robin comforts her and reveals a bit of his own dark past.

With You Always- Robin’s soul stays with Regina after his death because of their connection as soulmates. Slowly his presence becomes stronger (sort of like what happened with Voldemort–as described by the person who requested this).

Season 6-Inspired One Shots:

Unraveled- When the Evil Queen attacks Regina, Robin lashes out at the Charmings.

Acceptance- Follow up to Unraveled. Robin helps Regina to accept the Evil Queen as a part of herself.

Forgiveness- Follow up to Acceptance.  Regina processes and comes to terms with her split and being whole again.

Coming Home, Piece by Piece-  Slowly but surely, the Hood Mills family comes back together–a S6 AU

Back Where I Belong- A companion to Coming Home, Piece by Piece.  Feeling somewhat overwhelmed, Robin reflects on his reunion with Regina and the kids.

Soul Mates- Robin makes a deal to return to Regina and the kids; and is able to come back because they share a soul.

With a Full Heart- And AU in which Robin is alive and was sent away to protect his children from the Evil Queen; and once she’s gone, Regina goes to find him.

Until Tomorrow- Regina keeps in touch with Roland via an enchanted mirror, and during one of their chats, he calls her his mom.

Even Though-  Henry notices that Regina is sad at Emma and Hook’s wedding, and asks her to dance.

Soft Spot- The Evil Queen kidnaps Peanut, and Robin finds them together in her vault.

Soft Spot, Part 2- After finding the Evil Queen with Peanut, Robin sits with her for awhile and the two of them share a tentative kiss.

Soft Spot, Part 3-  Regina is upset after Robin spends a night comforting the Evil Queen.

Soft Spot, Part 4-  Robin can’t let Regina walk away and he does his best to comfort her.

Leaping Into Darkness, Chapter 1-  Robin feels a little insecure about entering into a relationship with someone who already knows so much about him, and fears he’ll disappoint her, just as as he disappointed another version of her.

Leaping Into Darkness, Chapter 2- On a walk in the woods, Robin suggests Regina’s outfits aren’t conducive to heisting.

A Light in the Darkness - Written post-finale.  An OQ AU inspired by Lydia and Berto from One Day at a Time in which Robin’s soul stays with Regina after his death. She can see him and talk to him, and it’s almost like she has him.

Arashi’s 20th Anniversary Challenge

I found this thread a long time ago and had been meaning to do it. So, without further ado, let’s go!

1. Which year did you became an Arashian?

2. Which member baited you and how?

Nino. I never a big fan of japanese human entertainer. I’m an anime lover since little. Since I love anime, I watch Animax (for people who don’t know Animax, is a channel in the cable program that only has anime in it). And one day they aired Music Station, which I know nothing about. And it that episode they show Arashi, singing Love so Sweet.

Is that it? Nope. I don’t like Arashi there. But I’m curious of one particular member that I promised myself I have seen before. Which was Nino, but I can’t remember. Until a few days, I finally realized, he was the private in my dear Clint Eastwood’s movie, Letters from Iwo Jima. And since I’m also a movie freak, worse than an anime lover, I searched thru the internet about him and without realizing I became a fan.

3. Who is your ichiban when you started? And if you changed, who is your ichiban?

Nino, never change.

4. What was your first concert when you became a fan?

Time, but I didn’t watch it until finish. The first one I actually finished is AAA in Kokuritsu

Wow hard. I’m pretty sure nothing can top the AAA 2008, it was a magnificent concert with all the technical capacities. But, I fell in love hard with The Digitalian. It’s great, crazy, beautiful in many ways. And maybe because, for the first time, I can believe myself, it’s worth so much to be their fan. Not to mention the beatiful wardrobe, crazy effects, lighting, song choices, and all of them look so handsome and matured.

Me as a Fangirl

Months ago I went  to a sushi place with a friend she is a fangirl of a Korean boyband group, she trying to make me like what she likes, she starts with introducing me to their top song and make me a playlist on Spotify, but I back then I was a “blink” I liked Blackpink cause “whistle” song, for Korean I prefer a girlband than boyband Idk why I can't like what she like and just enjoy some of their songs, I used to try to like Super Junior when I was in high school (around 2011) and my friends mostly like them, after school, they watch videos about that boyband, but nope I can't like what they like.

Throwback when 2009 I remember I went to an event in Jakarta (and I was living in Bekasi before) with my 2 friends to attend Arashi 5x10 anniversary, I spent 50k from my saving for this event. That was fun but unfortunately I forgot my glasses (minus 0,5 and 1,0) I got headache after that, from that event I got a mini notebook with pen (Arashi picture) and a glass but all gone now.

I know Arashi from J-Drama "Hana Yori Dango" and Matsumoto Jun (my Ichiban!) as a main cast in that Drama, "Wish, Love so Sweet, and One Love" are their songs, also my favorite back then, after that I did research about them and found another song such as "Happiness" and their fist song named "A R A S H I" released on 1999 (MatsuJun was 16 when his first debut)

September 15th is Arashi's birthday and I joined an event celebrating their 20 years anniversary 🎉 from InoArashi Forum.

They play 5x20' MV and playing some videos of Arashi concert recap, it was so nostalgic to me, also they had games but I can answer any question of it 😝 cause I miss a lot of their updates.

They also had an exhibition for album, magazine, and official merchandise of Arashi I'm really glad to attend this event even I dont know my idol really well but I met a lot of people there and it felt good.

But yeah this is the only boyband group I like beside Westlife (I like them since Im in kindergarden) not as famous as korean boyband group but I love their songs 💕
