After a month….I can finally post this~! Here’s another Rain Code Fic Fanart! This one was inspired by @pixelatedraindrops aka Space_Nurse on ao3 Home is Where The Heart Is (HIWTHI)

Home is Where The Heart Is is one of the earliest fics I read when I first got into the RC fandom. My personal favorite parts of HIWTHI is that it expands more on Halara, Desuhiko, Fubuki, and Vivia’s character, Yuma feeling super under the weather, and the ending ;W;. I also absolutely love sic fics as well, so that's a huge plusl~! It’s so sweet, you have no idea how much this fic warms my heart :3. 

So… I drew the fic from start to finish! (Fun fact: Pixel drew a 4 page blueprint for me to reference and it became 14 pages) . This one is special cause its a slient comic ;3. I wonder what everyone says~(?)

The comic version of HIWTHI is fully colored and has 14 pages. This is the biggest project I’ve ever done to date yet! And I absolutely love it~ I don’t say this a lot but I’m really proud of this one! Especially the backgrounds, which I could for the life of me could not draw before XD. Drawing the background over and over really does help you improve.

The comic version of HIWTHI is also a birthday gift for Pixel. I’m grateful towards Pixel for being such a wonderful friend/ mentor. And always listens and helps me get through tough times. Thank you so much! ;W; truly~!

Cuddles and Chaos

Pairing: Fuma/Yuma/K/Nicholas x gn!reader (mostly platonic)

Note: I wrote this for a Lune friend that I made whose birthday is today! I wanted to say thank you for accepting me so quickly and sharing your crazy thoughts with me! This isn't my best work, but I wanted to write you a little something special! I hope you can see my vision here! I hope even more that you had a wonderful birthday and that you know that there are people out there who get really excited to interact with you, even when they're small interactions! <3

Living with a group of boys would sound stressful to anyone, but in reality, it was a joy you couldn’t imagine living without. You had four roommates who were all boys, and unlike the lies about cleanliness, the stereotype that boy roommates are chaos incarnate was completely true – at least it was about your roommates.

K was probably the calmest of the four about 80% of the time, but it was all a ploy. He acted like a sweet, calm, gentle giant, who listens to jazz music and lights candles, but in reality, he was the quiet mastermind. He would secretly encourage all the other boys to be their most problematic selves. You were convinced it was mostly for the plot – he would often be found laughing while you fumbled to fix whatever new situation was arising from the fallout. He was lucky you loved the sound of his laugh or you would’ve throttled him by now.

Yuma was the biggest instigator – he loved getting a rise out of you and would often push buttons, cause little inconveniences, and all around created chaos in the hopes that he would be able to get your attention for just a little while longer. He was exactly like a cat in that regard; if it wouldn’t make a terrible mess, you’re convinced he would have started knocking things off the counter and shelves if it meant you’d look at him a little longer. Not that you needed much encouragement to do that, seeing how his smile was enough to blind the sun itself. You were lucky to have such gorgeous roommates.

Nicholas was a similar breed to Yuma, although on the calmer side for sure. If Yuma was an orange cat, Nicholas was the black cat of the house, no doubt. You could often find Nicholas lounging just on the fringes of whatever activity was going on, watching and waiting for his moment to strike. Don’t get him wrong, he loved to laugh and spend time with all of you, but nothing was more hilarious to him than getting a rise out of one of the boys or you. He often picked fun, making jokes about someones mistakes or bickering over useless things, as though he loved watching others get worked up further and further. He would always make it up to you though; he was a cuddler and a gift giver, meaning you would often find little trinkets and gifts left in your room seemingly at random, and fighting off his random attacks of love was a nearly impossible feat.

Fuma was the only genuinely quiet one. He didn’t tend to fall for Nicho’s attempts at verbal back-and-forth and he was basically the dad of the group – always making sure everyone is fed, happy, unharmed, and entertained. He could disappear for hours at a time playing his games, face glued to his switch screen. When you weren’t sure where he was, he was either there or hidden away in his room, watching the newest anime on the TV in his room. Sometimes, if you were real lucky, he would invite you in to watch along with him, curled underneath the piles of Pokemon plushies that the man seems to hoard. The only downside to Fuma was that if you managed to get him talking? He would not. Stop. Talking. You swore, he almost didn’t need breath! He could talk your ear off for hours, and getting him to stop or trying to run away will only result in pouting, childish sulking, and a lot more talking.

Nevertheless, the boys were all sweet at heart and wanted nothing more than your attention. Everyone in the house had their own room, so you were able to get some alone time away from the chaos whenever you needed, and the boys were good about listening to you when you shared what you did or didn’t need at any given point. They were all relatively clean, helped contribute to food and rent, and were truly hilarious to watch go at each other.

One of your favorite parts of living with the boys was the monthly game and movie night that you all had. You would all congregate in the living room with blankets, pillows, games, movies, and your energy. You would play games until you got too tired or (more often) you had to break up the biggest argument about cheating or slander.

Tonight was one such night, so you had spread out blankets and pillows to create a giant bed on the floor for the chaos to happen upon. You had snuggled down amongst the comfort with your favorite drink, sitting back to watch your favorite boys. Usually, you would jump right in the action as well. However, a tough day full of annoyances at work and unnecessary drama left you horribly drained of energy to keep up with the energetic balls of chaos you called your roommates.

Instead, you rested back against Fuma’s wide chest; your head slotted perfectly against one shoulder as his hands ran shapes across your legs and waist. Every so often, he leans down to press a kiss against the crown of your head or whisper some sweet-nothing into your ear. You wonder how you haven’t fallen asleep yet – that is, until a new piercing shriek fills the air.

Ah yes, your other lovely boys.

You watch as Yuma launches himself across the game board at Nicho. K howls with laughter, falling onto his back with the force of it. Yuma is sprawled across Nicho’s body, pretending to wrap his hands around Nicho’s neck while Nicho thrashed and shrieked.

You can feel the rumble of laughter from Fuma behind you as he pulls you tighter back against him. You take a sup of your drink to hide your smile.

Finally you speak up, getting the boys attention, Yuma doesn’t move from on top of Nicho, both simply turning their heads to face you. K sits up, brushing away tears and swallowing small giggles.

“Let’s call it a tie and move on to movies, okay?” You suggest, reaching over to pluck a random discarded movie off the floor.

“Only if I get head pats this time.” Yuma pouts, blinking tears into his eyes for prime puppy dog eyes.

“You always get head pats.” K lightly pushes Yuma’s head. Yuma’s head whips around to scowl at K, who sticks his tongue out at him.

“Yes, you can get head pats. Now calm down.” You laugh at the antics, especially as Yuma turns to cheese at you, flashing his snaggletooth at you.

Yuma bounds over, slamming down beside you to press his face against your thigh. The moment your hand that isn’t holding your drink touches Yuma’s hair, you can feel the vibrating hum that Yuma releases. K stands, takes the movie that you have since dropped back beside you, and goes back to the tv to put the movie in. Nicho crawls over after Yuma, laying on your other side to lay his head against your other thigh. He uses his head to push Yuma over slightly who glares at him, before laying back down on your lap. When K finally sets up the movie and turning off the lights, he settles behind Nicho, back by Fuma. He lays his head on Fuma’s other shoulder. He reaches out his hand, unapologetically grabbing your drink from your hand, moving it out of the way so he can hold your hand instead.

You settled in for the movie, warming up under the weight of your roommates cuddled against you from all sides. You couldn’t imagine living your life without every single one of the boys surrounding you – they made you laugh, helped you forget any of your problems, and were possibly more obsessed with you than you were with them. Tired and comfortable, all 5 of your ended up falling asleep before the movie ended. That was how most of these nights ended, but you wouldn’t have had it any other way. You couldn’t wait for the next game/movie night were hopefully you would have more energy to engage in their hellish chaos.

Hello Raincode Community! I have come to post about Yuma’s birthday<3

First of all, I apologize for being inactive, exams got in the way of me participating in Yuma Month. I’m still a little upset I wasn’t able to get through all the prompts. But hey, I’m at a 3.7 GPA at least 🫶🏼

Im currently working on Yuma’s birthday drawing. I decided to give up on Yakou to focus on my favorite purple wizard. (my bf always calls Yuma that 😭)

When I’m done drawing it, I’ll be going onto the rest of the prompts for Yuma Month, stay tuned!

Motivation really hit me hard, I’m just glad I have more Freetime now<3

Happy Birthday to my favorite Amnesiac Detective Yuma Kokohead! He’s trying his best, I love him sm.

Cakepop info:

- Cakepop is made by Halara and Fubuki.

- Cloud is hardened chocolate with caramel on the inside.

- The hardened chocolate varies with flavors depending on the detective’s preferences. The chocolate’s painted gray.

- The actual flavor of the cakepop also varies depending on the detective’s favorite cake flavors. Each of the 6 cakepops are made specifically to each detective!

Cake Info:

- The main flavor of the cake is Ube cake

- Coconut shavings decorated half of the cake (Desuhiko put the coconut there to make a pun out of Yuma’s name)

- The icing is Ube buttercream, the light purple icing and white icing is normal buttercream. The vibrant purple is fondant

- The umbrella is edible and is made out of white chocolate.

- The roses are made by Kurumi, and they are also made out of white chocolate (Small coconut shavings to give out a glitter effect).

- The frosting and cake was made by Fubuki, Desuhiko got the ingredients with Kurumi (Yakou supervised them)

- Shinigami somehow made herself to be a cake topper / Candle holder

💜🎉Happy Birthday, Makoto Kagutsuchi🎉💜

To celebrate his Birthday, I’m gonna write out why Makoto is one of my favorite characters in Rain Code.

Spoilers for the entire game by the way.

To start, Makoto Kagutsuchi is what is known as an anti-villain character, falling under the morally grey spectrum, which I love. I love characters that are morally grey, because they are super interesting with their complex backstories and motivations, and a chance for them to have a redemption arc. And for Makoto, his backstory and motivation is one of tragedy and circumstances. He was made as an immortal clone copy of his Detective original to be used as a super-soldier, and went out of his way to save a city of Homunculi from their creators’ mistakes, making sure they live in blissful peace and never suffer the same way he did. But it comes at many prices such as keeping them wrapped in mysteries, committing crimes to sustain the Homunculi’s lives like feeding them human meat buns, and keeping them isolated in the rain so they don’t go berserk and die. Only for the pressure to keep it all a secret to get to him and finally crumble under the weight, only being saved by his double that he had a hand in making as well when you think about it. Part of the reason his double makes the pact and erase his memories is in response to the Great Global Mystery Makoto created, and realizing he needs others’ help (something he is very much against in his own beliefs) and allowing him to see the benefits of social relationships. So in a way, both of the twins helped to heal and improve themselves respectively (I am so exploring this concept in one of my fics).

Another reason why I love Makoto is after a few rewatches of the game, you really start to appreciate Makoto’s actions and dialogues more with the full context of the story. Like when he’s asked by Yuma if he knows about any Homunculus, but Yuma refers to Homunculus as immortal monsters, which Makoto denies there are any. Because in his mind, the Homunculus are not monsters (well maybe one or two) and shows how clever his dialogues were and show his character more like Makoto’s empathy towards Kanai Ward’s citizens.

Plus, he’s a silly bean, even when he has no reasons to be :3

In the fanon side of Makoto, I love the interpretation of seeing him and Yuma together as twins/brothers because I love sibling dynamics. But I also love the two’s relationship because out of everyone, they can understand each other the most because of their shared memories and experiences. Even when they are different people now from the last three years. Another is I love exploring his character and relationships in writing, depending on the various situations I put him in or AUs especially (he might be suffering more in my AUs, but then again what writer doesn’t make their favorite characters suffer😅).

I hope we get more Makoto contents like in hopefully a sequel or a spin-off of sorts. I just want to see more Makoto contents from the game-universe. So for now Happy Birthday Makoto Kagutsuchi, and for more Happy Birthdays to come now.

Yui: How can you say that? Birthday is an important day in everyone's life. I'm sure it's important for the Ruki.

Kou: Maybe it's important for humans, but it's not important for vampires.

Yui: Yuma-kun, you shouldn't push too hard. This is how they crack.

Yuma: Huh? Well, you should have told me this earlier. All of the balloons are destroyed.

Yui: How many balloons are left?

Yuma: Two.

Yui: Oh my God. This is very bad. There are very few balloons and Ruki-kun will return home at any moment. We don't have that much time to buy new balloons.

Yuma: *Sniff*.....*Sniff*....what is this smell? Is there a smell of burnt food?

Yui: *Sniff*... Oh no..... Kou-kun...... Food....

_Yui rushes out of the living room and goes to the kitchen.

*TIMESKIP*

_Yui enters the kitchen.

Yui: Kou-kun..... what's up... what is this smell?

Kou: Tada and Vongole Bianco is ready.

_Yui looks at Kou's food and is disappointed.

Yui: Kou-kun is this food burnt?

Kou: Huh? how is it possible . I did what you said.

Yui: I told you not to increase the temperature of the oven.

Kou: Oh oh..... , I didn't understand what you said when the balloon burst.

Yui: What should we do now? The decorations are destroyed and the food is burnt. This birthday is a disaster.

Azusa: It's okay, Eve. I made..... the cake. We have at ..... least one cake.

Yui: Oh... well, it's good that we have at least one small thing left.

Yui: Fufu... that's right.... Would you like.... to taste it?

Yui: Of course.

_Azusa shows the cake to Yui.

Azusa: Come Eve. try it .

Yui: Okay... just why... is this cake red?

Azusa: You said yourself...... that I can..... add anything..... to make it tasty. I added.... something to...... make it taste better. Come.... try it.

_Yui eats a piece of cake.

Yui: .......! ...... this ..... this .....

Azusa: Is it..... delicious? Eve, tears..... are coming from....... your eyes. Does it..... mean happiness?

Yui: Ha...ha...ha... Azusa, did you add pepper to it?

Azusa: Yes, the spicy taste...... makes your tongue burn. Very....... exciting. it's true ?

Yui: Oh God...

*Phut*

Kou: It's like another balloon burst.

_Yui walks into the living room.

Yui: Yuma-kun.....

Yuma: Fuck. It's like we only have one more balloon.

_Azusa and Kou enter the living room with burnt food and chili cake and place the food on the table.

Kou: Well, now we just have to wait for Ruki to come.

Yui: No, it's not good at all if Ruki sees this situation...

_Ruki enters the room.

*Creak*

Ruki: ......!

_The balloon is released from Yuma's hand and flies around the house.

Ruki: What's going on here?

Kou, Yuma and Azusa at the same time: Happy birthday Ruki.

Ruki: Birthday?

_Ruki looks at Yui angrily.

Yui: Ahahahahaha... Happy birthday... Rukie-kun.....

*TIMESKIP*

_Yui and the Mukami brothers are cleaning the mansion.

Kou: Ahhhh.... I said that he doesn't like his birthday.

Azusa: But I think he was happy.

Yuma: Azusa he forced us to clean up this disaster. It is clear that he is angry.

Kou: This is nothing compared to what is going to happen to M-Neko-chan.

Yui: What do you mean?

Kou: Did you remember that he said to go to his room after you are done? Fufu, I can't imagine how he wants to punish you for this disaster.

Yui: Oh God... please help me.

Shu: I’m sorry but not sorry, he would be such a deadbeat father fr. Wouldn’t remember his kids birthdays, “ask your mom..” type of energy, do not leave him with his own kids he will either lose them or they’ll end up hurting themselves really badly and will most likely be hungry cause he ain’t feeding them. He solely relies on the mother of his children to take care of them.(2boys 1 girl) (shu is my favorite DL boy but he literally hates doing things)

Reiji: a very strict father, not emotional at all but will cut up fruits for his kids and give it to them while they study, he would be active in their studies and would enjoy teaching them chemistry and other science related things, plus he’d always make sure they’re fed, he’d teach his kids manners and how to cook clean iron clothes by the age 3. (2 girls, 2 boys)

Ayato: a super cool and proud soccer/basket ball father, he’d want his kids to actively be in sports and make sure they are always playing and having fun as well, he’d teach his kids to play pranks of their mother, however he might struggle with his narcissistic traits, if his kids don’t do something he wants it might feel like a personal attack for him. (1 girl, 3 boys)

Kanato: he’s the type to only hair daughters and really be a girl dad. He would absolutely spoil the hell out of his daughters, he does have a habit of screaming and overreacting however so he’s definitely traumatizing his kids. (2 girls)

Laito: he’s the type to have children from multiple baby mamas, talking like 7 kids and 7 different moms, he’d have a strained relationship with the moms and honestly wouldn’t be super active in the kids lives but he would spoil them for their birthdays and holidays, also he pays child support and takes care of all his baby mamas so money is never an issue he’s just never emotional mentally and sometimes even physically there. Subaru: super overprotective father. Will fly to save his kid before the kid falls and scraps it’s knee or something like that. He’s super caring and pays attention to everything his kids say, he loves listening to the silly things they say and is very happy with them, they’re his rocks. (2 boys)

Ruki: would honestly be a rather controlling father, he’d block certain apps and media from his kids phones, wouldn’t want to get them phones to begin with, his kids love his cooking and he makes sure that they always sit and eat together at least once a week. (1 boy 1 girl)

Kou: he’d be such a “they’re just jealous of you” type of parent, he’d definitely make his kid feel like a superstar because in his eyes his kid is a superstar and his whole world. He’d take off from work just to attend his kids ceremonies or talent shows. (1 girl)

Yuma: he’d honestly have a few of his own kids and adopt a few as well, so he’d have a lot of kids and he would put them to WORK! Yuma loves gardening and that does not stop, matter fact having kids just makes the garden grow into a whole farm, yk that meme from the movie Holes? “I’m tired grandpa” “WELL THATS TOO DAMN BAD” yea that the energy Yuma has with all his kids. (6 boys, 3 are his, 3 are adopted, 5 girls, 1 is his the rest are adopted)

Azusa: surprisingly he’d be a very calm and nice father, he would definitely hide the fact he’s into pain from his kids, he doesn’t want his children ever getting hurt, he’s also kind of a clingy parent, like his kids will spend all day with him but he’ll still wanna spend more time with them. (2 girls, 1 boy)

Carla: Appears to be a super stern and asshole of a father and can be but for the most part his kids and family mean everything to him, he’ll sacrifice a lot to make sure his kids are well, he also is a super health freak and makes sure they eat only organic foods and take care of their health. (4 girls)

Shin: he’s the type of father to not understand his children at all, and he thinks that the solution for everything is giving them gifts or money, he doesn’t know how to take care of them at all, the mother of his children scolds him often and tries to tell him how to improve his parenting but he doesn’t really comprehend it. (2 boys)

Kino: he’d be such a good father, especially since he lacked that, but he would want to be an accepting and compassionate father for his children and their friends since he was able to get that from the ghouls. He also loves playing games with his kids and teaches them how to play better. (1 girl, 1 boy)

The Extended Mukami Family Headcanons Part 3: The New Year’s Eve

This ask was answered together with @ruki-mukami-dl, @seaoflove07, @eri-talks, @mermaid--bride and @nalia-tsukino. We decided to make this New Year's Eve themed since it's that time of the year.

Before the New Year’s Eve

Christine will tell all the girls: “We are going shopping to buy our New Year’s Outfits.” 

Other girls aren’t that eager to go shopping but agree anyway. However, Kazemi isn’t very excited about the new year since she never really cared about holidays apart from Christmas.

Kou joins the girls. Ruki allows Yuriko to go with the others but even though Kou’s with them, he will tell a familiar to keep an eye on Yuriko’s wellbeing.

On New Year’s Eve Christine will wake up early to bake different kinds of cookies for everyone. Azusa will join like she always does. Christine will make sure he won't add any spice or chili powder to the cookie batter. 

Christine will ask Brother Ruki if he needs help with anything. Ruki will assign her some tasks but wants to take care of most of the cooking himself.

Yuriko would want to help out arranging the party, but this year she isn’t allowed to do that. Ruki tells her to take it easy after the shopping trip and gather some energy.

The Family Party

Maria and Laito come to visit the family party since Maria is close to the other girls. She is very excited about the New Year. Especially about the fireworks. It's her favorite time of the year. The end of a cycle and the start of a new one. So she's going to put more effort into celebrating it than any other holiday apart from her birthday.

Nalia and Yuuto were invited, too, but since they had their twins just before this year’s party, they are staying at home and having their own family time.

Christine will be wearing an Elegant Sparkly dress with a nice pair of high heels.

Eri does not care about dressing fancy, socializing, and partying. The smaller the group and the more familiar she is with them the better. 

Kazemi chooses to wear white and the same goes for Maria. But Maria considered wearing black too.

Yuriko wears her blue winter dress for the evening. She didn’t want to waste money on a new dress this time since there are so many other things Ruki and she will need to buy soon.

Christine and Kou will pull everyone to the dance floor. Saying no is not an option. 

Yuriko and Ruki dance happily together, but only the slow songs. Ruki makes sure Yuriko’s feet don’t get too tired. 

Eri and Yuma sneak out of the dancefloor as soon as possible.

Kazemi will be happy to be there with everyone and might even be a little more affectionate to Kou than she usually is. But just a little bit though since he likes to test her patience.

Midnight & Fireworks

Christine loves watching the Fireworks but will take Azusa elsewhere to watch them together. She loves the family but will want to have a special moment alone with Azusa when the fireworks are going on.

Ruki will take Yuriko to the balcony of the manor when it’s time for the fireworks. He will make sure she stays warm and comfortable. After the fireworks, the couple slip onto the third floor and cuddle in the bed until Yuriko falls asleep.

For Eri, fireworks are pretty, and she enjoys seeing different colors and patterns. However, since fireworks are loud, she would rather watch them from afar. So, she also sneaks out with Yuma in a secluded part of the yard. She wouldn’t mind getting a midnight kiss from Yuma. After that, the couple sneak into Yuma’s room, where Eri will either do her own things (draw, games, etc.) or go to sleep if the socializing exhausted her. Or snuggle with Yuma if possible.

Laito is also eager to have some special time with Maria. And he will make sure they find a place for that.

Kou is disappointed that everyone else disappears when the fireworks start, but Kazemi doesn’t mind that much. And after all, they both have sweet moments at midnight, too.

Yuma has never liked his birthday. Sure, the cake and the gifts were nice, but he never liked the huge ball thrown for him every time it happened. It was too loud, too suffocating. Even when surrounded by people, he always felt so alone.

But, this year, Yuma had something to look forward to.

His knight, his protector.

His Trey.

It would be inappropriate to not invite her, after all she's done for him. He snuck out of the castle as he usually did, narrowly avoiding the guards and running off to her humble little cottage.

"Yuma, I like you, but be serious. They wouldn't let me in, no matter how much you fought for it.." She sighs, "What would they think if they saw the prince with a peasant girl? They wouldn't be happy, I'm sure."

"But you aren't a peasant, you're my knight."

"Yes, Yuma, but-"

"Look. Just come to the castle tomorrow night. I'll help you sneak in! And if we get caught, I'd rather spend the night with you than in that place."

She can't argue with Yuma. He's too persistent to even try to change his mind. And so she doesn't try, only left to pick out the nicest dress and a pair of shoes she has (which is, admittedly, just one). She's embarrassed, to be seen in such a thing. She'd much rather wear a suit, but she does it for Yuma. But, honestly, Yuma doesn't mind what she wears.

Trey has always been masculine, in every sense of the word. It was evident, considering she was a knight and only wore the bulky armor she was given. When he first met her, Yuma couldn't quite wrap his head around it. He'd only seen pretty girls wearing flowy dresses and heels, and shiny hairpins paired with earrings.

He couldn't help his curiosity, once asking, "I don't get it, shouldn't you be, like, wearing dresses or something like that?" Questioned Yuma, "You're a lady, after all. No offense, or anything!"

"It's a little complicated. And don't worry, no offense taken." Treys smile is soft, just as she always is. "I was once told that what is most beautiful in a woman, is what is masculine. And what is most beautiful in a man is what is feminine." Yuma's never heard such a thing, anyone else he knew would think it was simply preposterous, "You may be a prince, Yuma, but to me, you're my princess." And just those words alone make his face heat up.

But Yuma's sneaking Trey in, desperately trying to pull her up onto the balcony which is thankfully only occupied by them. There's soft music coming from the inside, which is filled with chatter and laughter and the sweet smell of cake.

"See? I told you I could sneak you in!" Yuma beams, hugging her tight, "Ahah, I guess you were right then!"

"You look gorgeous.." Yuma finally takes a moment to look at her outfit in its full glory. Treys nervous, she only had one dress after all. No one's ever seen her in a dress besides her brothers. "Really? Its kind of awkward.. I barely look like a lady in a dress, and I'm so muscular now..” Trey nervously squeezes her arms that were once frail and soft, but now bear the scars of being a protector.

"Why would you ever say that? You're beautiful." Treys chest is blooming with warmness, no one’s ever told her that she’s beautiful before. “Really, you are!”

Her mouth remains somewhat open with awe, but she doesn’t get to answer right away. Yumas stepped inside to fix himself a peice of cake, which hes come back with, “We could.. share..” Yuma looks away, partly flushed. “.. to take your mind off of it..”

“Sure.” Softly smiles Trey, she was ogling at the heaps of confectionery inside just a moment ago, anyway.

“I would’ve settled for something smaller, but at least the cake is nice,” Yuma sighs, stuffing his mouth full of the unreasonably frosted cake that was specially baked for him. “Are you sure? It’s too sweet for me, honestly,” She giggles. He’d just fed her a spoonful a moment ago, and just that was too much. Trey did have a delicate stomach, after all.

Yuma sets down his plate, already finished and sighing again. “I don’t wanna go back in. I would sooner die than dance with a girl in there..”

“Oh, really?”

“Yeah, really! I dunno if I really like girls, or if I just haven’t found the right one..”

“You can worry about it later,” Trey stands up, “I’m sure I’ve gotten something to cheer you up, though.” And Yuma perks up, seeing Trey hold out her gloved hand towards him, “My prince, may I have this dance?” She asks, the moonlight almost makes her look more beautiful than she was a just a moment ago.

“Of course, my lady.” And so they dance. Yuma gets up from the railing, holding his hand in hers. It’s slow and their smiling the entire time. None of the two could be happier, softly smiling.

Yuma thinks to himself that maybe his birthday won’t be so bad.

This time I drew Makoto having hypothermia and Yuma as his caretaker. This takes place right after CH5 and Makoto kinda overworks himself and neglects his health. He often goes to cold environments cause of his work and since it’s always raining he gets hypothermia.

I wanted to try something different this time and give hypothermia a try. Enjoy ur ice cream :3 (cause I guess this time it’s a cold theme XD)
