Trained upper. We did work ups to 6 close to failure then dropped 50% of the weight and did 20 reps. Gross!

Had a small SCL

Bowl of milk cereal

Had an appointment

Shot some hoops

Came home and ate the last of the leftover pizza from Saturday 😃

Banana protein smoothie

Took the dogs on a walk once the storm passed

Dinner was a satay beef stir fry

Dessert will be a mousse cup

Around 2200 which is perfect 👌🏻 happy happy

And yes my shooting wasn’t too rusty after 5 months lol. Mucked around for a bit then took stats for 20. Got 17/20 continuous and called it a day.

i awake to a nice sunny morning.

stretching out my arms and grinning because for some strange reason i feel happy. then i freeze when i feel my head laying on an arm. i slowly look across, my eyes shoot right open. incoming internal freak~out.

i just had sex with god! or maybe satan! it’s hard to tell..

i quietly slide off the sofa and grab my belongings, well, his belongings as half of mine is stashed away in his car and the other in his swanky bathroom. i told my parents i’d be back by 9 am but taking into account..you know..ahem..what happened last night..we’ve slept through to an hour before midday.

i turn around and examine him, ‘abort mission’ on pause. can a specimen look this delectable without even being aware of it? is it bad that i want a round two?

maxi barges in with his lame as walkie talkies.
