Me and depression.

I remember a day when I was full of life, ready to do anything at any moment. As I got older I noticed I got more and more to myself. Now I have a total of 4 friends when I use to have many! And all though I still have my same boyfriend of 6 years. It still gives me and him issues. Sometimes little spats, Sometimes Its full blown "I'm leaving your ass." Even tho I never do it drags my relationship down. I didn't make This page to try to boss you and say Its all in Ur head or to stop being the way you are. BECAUSE we know its, "all in our heads", That's why its a "mental condition", and nobody should ever be someone their not. You cant just stop depression and anxiety so, I made this blog to help you see that you are not alone . We will fight this and we will all get through this together.

I don’t know why people keep saying that they are ugly, fat, useless, stupid, untalented, unsuccesful, idiot and things like that. I haven’t ever heard of anyone saying “I’m beautiful, kind, sweet, fit…” 

The thing is that nobody says that they are perfect. Fuck what they think. Be just the way you are because being someone else can hurt you so bad. 

Are you single? I think it’s normal to be single at the age of 12 or 13. If you are older, just wait. Wait because it happens when you are not ready. You understand that this was love, when you go home and lay down on your bed. 

Life is unfair. I know. But you can control your life.

Don’t be like others. Make them be like you. Don’t run after people, make them run after you. If you’re looking for someone to change your life, have a look at the mirror. 

Read books to improve yourself. Watch the news to know what’s going on. Study your ass off to be better than others. 

Just live the moment and believe in yourself. Wait and see. everything is gonna be alright. You are perfect.
