over a year ago when i finished yakuza 0, my friend, the one who literally got me into yakuza in the first place, told me that nishiki was ok but in the grand scheme of the series he’s not a great character compared to the ones i had yet to meet

my favourite headcanon for glass sorenson is that she came down with farm station and watched them murder luke right in front of her eyes (or kidnap him or something cause i love tragic lovers but she deserves to be happy) and so she’s one of the first people to join pike’s militia and turn vengeful, and her best friend wells (he lives too cause this is my canon now) is trying to get through to her but she won’t hear it cause all she wants is justice and to get her oldest friend clarke griffin out of polis and away from harm (they’re friends too fight me on this i dare you)

He was still being nonobservant and lying abt his skills but he wasn’t trying to preform for an audience or being overly cocky (in comparison). He was just hanging out w his friend, trying to bake some cookies, and accidentally set the oven too high. Yeah he should have caught it sooner or listened to Gingey, but really it was an honest mistake
