So, someone may have pointed this out before and I missed it, but:

Anyone else find it interesting that the flaming portal was orange when it was gigantic and at full power while it was blue when it was small and weaker? Who are two fire-based Sins that happen to represent those colors? Hmmm...

Given that we've been given symbolism before in the show such as the moon representing Blitz in "Just Looks My Way," having the portal be those colors to represent the power levels (at least comparatively) between Satan and Ozzie wouldn't be surprising. To me, it could have very well been foreshadowing what was to come of the trial with Viv possibly doing this because she predicted the discourse/hate that'd be directed at Ozzie for not fighting Satan, so she went with this visual to indicate that stark difference/how unmatched a fight that would have been; she has after all predicted such discourse at other times too such as with "Apology Tour" where it was specifically put in the description of the episode that Stolas doesn't realize some things yet because she knew some people would expect instant results despite "The Full Moon" literally taking place the night before as well as this episode primarily was for Blitz to have his clarity on how he's hurt people more than how Stolas has hurt people. :/

Also, just to nip it in the bud, since Blitz doesn't seem to know how to use the grimoire, meaning he would have had to take the elevator down to Lust combined with the fact that Wrath and Lust are not next to each other, the color of the portal doesn't seem to represent the ring Blitz is currently in or else it would have transitioned to yellow if he was going down a level from Wrath or would have started out green to represent Greed before making it down to Lust. :/

Also:

I find it funny that the portal turned to the blue one after "Kinks" got mentioned because even though I know it's a common term when referring to there being a problem with something, if the color was done on purpose to refer to Ozzie, it makes the term even more apt. ;) XD

I’m not sure if I’m looking too much into it, but my stint in the Good Omens fandom has got me conditioned to expect a Humanity Vs. Heaven Vs. Hell scenario.

As unlikely as that sounds, I can’t help but find it an interesting idea, and I’m interested to see if DHORKS actually manages to become a decent threat in season 3. After all, they still have that portal to Hell they’re working on, and we still haven’t seen who’s actually running the whole operation. Agent 1 and Agent 2 HAD to of made their report to someone to get the funding needed for their new base and weapons.

D.H.O.R.K.S Redone.

I have too many issues with the dhorks plot to get into here, so general game plan is to not blow up the world building and any chance of the mortal realm being a meaningful setting.

While Agent Two remains a dhork, a probably nepotism-born government sponsored, mostly private run company made to look into the supernatural that no one respects or takes seriously. Agent one is a cynical, well experienced professional transferred to a newly established taskforce to investigate the ongoing occurrences of inexplicable mass murders.

They were teamed up with the Dhorks, as babysitters. She doesn't entirely know what to do with him but they'll make it work.

These two are having a buddy Comedy about friendship and opening up in the background.

Turns out Two was right.

After their first run in with the imps, One decides they have to hide it because holy shit, the panic it'd start, despite Two's insistence and determination. Choosing to continue learn as much as they can about these by themselves.

These guys will the other reoccurring threat I.M.P will meet on missions, along with Heaven's escalating attempts to stop them; which I'll probably go into with the Cherubim Redone post. The agents and heaven plot will eventually merge like in the show in a far more dramatic fashion.

One really expected to be the one bringing baggage into this, only for Two to be so driven to expose Hell because he's an ex-member of the Lucifer cults; groups that will be expanded on in the Vassago's, Stella's and the Goetia's Redone.

I made a theory back on twitter and it’s about the Cherubs fates

Keenie lives, but she stays in earth and/or hell

Cletus Dies… in a VERY gruesome manner

And Collin gets redeemed (as he should)

And the Dhorks, they’ll lose their jobs

Context (long)

I think at one point in the story, the cherubs are going to slaughter baby calves to sell overpriced food to the homeless(very unethical I know) And Collin doing what he thinks is the right thing, betrays Cletus and Keenie and frees the calves last minute. Which leads Cletus to try and attack Collin but accidentally falls into the meat shredder. And Collin gets redeemed back to heaven, With Keenie all alone having a breakdown in front of Cletus’s shredded corpse and might get to hell to attack the IMP crew as a result. (As for that battle, she loses, but is spared)

As far as the dhorks are concerned, they lose their jobs for failing to enter hell in time
