I do not know if only the people that live imprisoned by law in Venezuela are the only prisoners in my country. All those people that cannot travel inside or outside the country to see their families today, all those that cannot celebrate a beautiful #Christmas because their salary does not allow them to do so, all the kids that are going to wait for a christmas present that will not come, all the families that are separated. We are going through a sad and hard period of time in our history. I wish that #Venezuelans find a moment today to be happy, to smile, to be with their love ones and relatives even if it is on the phone or whatsapp. For us, Christmas is s special tradition, it is a day to celebrate, when I was growing up, I remember how magical it was, everyone would gather together and have dinner, talk and laugh, then we would all exchange gifts and dance. Since the #crowfunding started a lot of people have reached out to ask me more about the situation in #Venezuela, a lot are not aware of how bad it is, of how a political party can ruin a rich a country, and how it is been getting worse and worse. Today it is also about hoping for a better future, so my hope is that everything gets better. That we all recover a country that belongs to us, to enjoy it the way that we did when we were growing. Hey guys! So I figured I would try posting this in here too. I was enthralled to find out that my health insurance in Massachusetts covers the cost of my surgery, but as it turns out, there is a $1500 cosmetic fee w/ the surgeon's office in order to get it done. I currently work 1 retail job and am trying to get a second, but due to new bills I have monthly, it's difficult to save it on my own. I have a few weeks to put down 375 and then I have to pay the rest 2 weeks before my surgery date. If you can help at all, i would REALLY really appreciate it; if you can't, trying to get this around would be a lifesaver for me.

Hi! I'm Dexter. I am 8 years and 2 months old and I live with my Mammy, Bethany who is only 17; She adopted me. We are the very best of friends and do lots of fun things together, but on Tuesday 27th March 2018 our lives changed … this is my story … Dexter and Bethany were on a walk near Easington Beach when Beth lost sight of Dexter in the long grass. A search quickly got underway and carried on until after midnight. Dexter wasn’t found and it was presumed that he had gone home; sadly this was not he case. In the early hours of Wednesday morning Beth, two family friends and a volunteer from Lost & Hound K9 Capture Team searched the shoreline and spotted Dexter at the foot of a 130 foot cliff, he had fallen from the cliff and had lain there all night cold and injured. The Fire Brigade attended to help us rescue Dexter because of the location where he was found and Dexter 's vet administered pain relief before the Fire Brigade carried Dexter across the rocks and up the coastal steps to safety. He was then transferred to Wear Referrals to assess the extent of his injuries.

My cousin who is a teacher in a public elementary school in Alubijid, Misamis Oriental asked your help to build a toilet inside their classrooms. They have a common toilet but it is quite far and the kids will get drench if it will rain and it always is. Department of Education did remove the budget for all toilets inside the classroom unless someone will donate or the teacher pays itself. My cousin’s concern is for her/their students not to run to the common toilet but to have a comfortable toilet (at least) inside their room. The rooms are under construction as you can see the photos and she hope that we can donate while it is still under construction so that they can finish it all together. January 2017.- Poli-Valencia, #Valencia, #Venezuela. The parents of this girl does not know that she is in prison, the venezuelan journalist @angelicareporter made a video of her reporting her missing and saying where she was located. Some of this women go to prison and there is no record of them, so the family reports them missing. A huge hole in the venezuelan system. By this time last year it was a fact that I needed to to this story, to find out how the #penitenciary system in #Venezuela works for women. It stayed incomplete, but I got the clues and contacts to keep on unveiling the branches of this complexe story. This little duck has had a rough start to life and really needs your help to get to Wellington NZ for Treatment...

He's been through a lot, and is still fighting to live life and after nursing him daily for three months it will break my heart if he has to be euthanised because I can't get him to Wellington..

And This is the Givealittle page for The Wellington Bird Rehabilitation Trust, where Frisco will be heading at the end of this month. Frisco has been offered free medical treatment which is entirely self funded by Craig Shepherd of the trust. Like me, Craig believes that the life of every duck, whether it's rare native species, or a common mallard, has value, and it's been wonderful to talk to someone who clearly loves ducks as much as I do, and appreciates how special they are.

January 2017.-The shirt of the father of a female prisoner, she is being held at “El Valle” prison otherwise named “El barrio Chino” (photo below). This prison helds 58 women in one room, without windows, private space, food, water, toilets. One of these women is waiting for a child in this conditions. The logo of the shirt represent the government’s political party, the PSUV, el Partido Socialista Unido de Venezuela. How can father be aware of this situation and still wear this shirt proudly? How can you be that blind? This is why I need to keep on doing this project, to understand why the Venezuelan society acts this way and allows this things to happen.
