Everyone has their own puzzle, there will be ones where you do not fit, don't you ever dare make your piece smaller, just so you can live there for a bit, If you keep cutting off all your edges, one day you won't recognize what you see, and you'll forget the person you once were. Before the world told you who you should be, make the most of each piece in your puzzle, It'll be a grand masterpiece when it's done. So you won't have to look back when it's over, that you did not rob yourself of experience, happiness or inspiraation to live while we make our mark and pathed a road map of our unique footprint we leave in the trail we leave behind. We all have a purpose to forfill, so this is a reminder, You matter, you are enough, You are the only you there will ever be, so be the best part of you, that only you can be - Be the hero in your own story.

#This post I had someone I know who i crossed paths with who was just someone i knew, who has become someone Im glad i know, shes tough and stronger than the cape town wind. Caught up with her earlier only to hear how unfair the cards she was dealt have presented themselves. And if she says shes struggling, that says alot. So I feel like I could possibly help her through this obsticles she has to over come, not avoid. I can motivate, listen, give advice, be honest, or simply just be there for her. Although this is only words, Im a person who keeps by my word, Im here for you, You are not alone. - Lastly regardless of everything GROW through what you GO through, you still hold one powerful card and thats the choice to continue going through this bad phase of your life, you have to choose to find your way out of this, and all your worries will in time be solved, when the direction you are meant to go & follow, things will fall into place as you progress to where you are meant to be, where what is meant for you can find you. Vector Experiment

An illustration of a strong and muscular guy helping a skinny and tall guy to move a big rock. This was done with Adobe illustrator, using only the Pen tool and live paint bucket. I consider this piece as a flat vector illustration, since it has no many layers nor gradient colours dominating. I use different shades of colour to differentiate the vectors; for example with the purple rock, there are three different shades of purple to show the contrast and depth on each angles of the rock.

People have a hard time knowing when to feel ok having bad days, bad times, bad outlook at the time of feeling that way. Because society says put on a brave face (Poker Face) be happy even when you are sad. Be appreciative even when you are hurting. People only support you when you are up and leave you when you are down. People need the most Support when they are struggling inside. This is why many cannot seem to get out of the cycle of negative thinking, negative surroundings, negative life. You have to sit and heal what hurts before you move forward. You need support to help you heal. This doesn’t mean some people don’t want to heal. And those people you have to pray for from afar. But people who do need the support and want it needs to be supported. They say You can only Heal You! That’s true to a certain extent. I think being open to healing is a sign that You want to Heal. But We were made to comfort and support one another trying times. The past weeks were a bit stressful and messy. My used to well-planned and organized daily routine was crushed and transformed into confusing and unorganized one. During the first days, I woke up with seriously 0% will to get out of my bed and start my day. The only thing that pushes me to do otherwise is our 9:30AM conference call. As a responsible employee that I am, I cannot not attend that, well unless I file for a leave, which unfortunately I'm not yet allowed to do so. So that leaves me no choice.

Anyway, during every conference call that we do, I noticed that I always feel hyped up. I feel like I'm all ready to start my day and finish whatever's on my plate. Then it me. Human interactions truly play a big role in our lives. As they say, no man is an island. No one is destined to live alone. Because in the first place, having no one to talk to, no one to share your thoughts with, and no one to share your life with, someone might better choose not to live at all. It's a sad truth, I know.

So this season is truly a perfect time for us to reach out. We should start making people feel our presence. We should start moving and make people feel less lonely. After all, we're all in the same situation, quarantined, isolated, and distant from one another.

So who are we going to seek some help from and who are we going to lend our hands to, if not one another?

For all of us homesteading, garden growing, livestock keeping, pantry stocking, keeping it real folks who plan for the worst then hope for the best. If you've ever been told you were paranoid or downright crazy because you keep a little extra whatever on hand because you know life happens. If you've ever been called a crazy chicken lady or hopelessly old fashioned because you can your own good food. If you've had to fight for your right to have a garden or argue with a spouse over having an emergency fund. This is our time. I'm not saying gloat but it's perfectly acceptable to feel just a little bit vindicated. I bet no one is giving you the side eye now are they? No they're not because they're not even there. They're down at the Walmart trying to find some toilet paper. You don't need to tell them they messed up, they either already know or they wouldn't get it anyway. Some of those same people may be coming to you for help learning new skills and lifestyles once they no longer need to be social distancing. They may need help with any number of things from starting their first garden to learning to cook at home. Please be kind, please be patient, remember what prompted you to learn these things and then use your knowledge to help others.
