What if Dilf!Art was put into the ballet instructor au?? Like After the tennis match that Art and Patrick had, that hugged confirmed a friendship again. Of course Art and Patrick retired, tired of the pressure tennis put on them, the pressure of being with Tashi. So Art and Patrick remained close friends, living close to each other, having their daughters be friends. When Patrick put Eleanor into ballet classes Art thought it would be good for Lily to something different than her dad and mom did. So both of the girls had ballet classes, being in the class, being taught by the same lovely ballet teacher. Now Patrick was the one who absolutely fell in love with her first, if we’re doing timelines. He talked about her to Art, and he really didn’t think anything of it, because he didn’t pay much attention, not when he would go picking up his happy daughter with her arms interlocked with Eleanor’s as they skipped towards him and Patrick. But when the ballet teacher spoke softly to Art about Lily’s improvements in ballet he immediately understood Patrick’s obsession. She was so soft and caring, so youthful, it was something Art definitely needed throughout his life. Art thought the same things Patrick did, that she was the one who could probably take away all of his problems, all of those days he’d eat such bland food for his tennis diet, pushing himself so he could make Tashi proud, doing anything for Tashi but nothing was ever enough, she wanted good tennis and he wanted love. (IM SORRY, I WANT BOTH MEN)

You don't even notice their growing affection towards you, especially Art's. You've known Patrick for quite a while and so you're used to him being, how to say it... friendly. Really fucking friendly. Subtly touching you, complimenting the way you treat his darling daughter and make sure she gets to develop her talent.

And poor Art is feeling completely distressed, as if he wasn't capable of even half of whatever Patrick can do. He tries to joke with you and you respond equally as softly, even giggling at some of his silly jokes. He thinks you're an angel, but he's also afraid you like Patrick more. At least you don't make any decisions considering the kids, because you've been treating his Lily as if she was here since the beginning.

Art brings the topic of you once, when the boys are alone, which is the first time that it happens (as Patrick was usually the one to rant about you).

"She's really pretty."

"Who?" Patrick asks without looking up from his phone, probably thinking he's talking about some random celebrity.

"Lily and El's ballet teacher," Art mumbles.

Patrick teases the living hell out of Art that evening. And he makes sure to pay attention to his blonde friend's behaviour the next time they go to pick their girls up from practice. A pleasant discovery is made when Art stutters as he attempts to respond to something your say and his cheeks heat up like two full strawberries. Yeah, he makes fun of it.

But it also gets poor Patrick worried, considering everything that has happened over the last fifteen years... When Art got chosen by Tashi and favored by the whole tennis industry. The cutest one of the two. And considering your own softness and the ethereal aura of your being, he's thinking you might choose Art over him.

Without knowing or ever discussing it, the two friends become jealous of once another, or rather afraid, both of them finding themselves so deeply attached to you. Two confident men who used to be so smug and full of themselves are reduced to worried babies that can't help but feel neglected.

Luckily, their smart girls pick up on their dads' distress. Unaware of the reason, they play detectives and they dump their suspicionw on you. When you're talking with Art and Patrick the next time while the girls are changing in the locker rooms, you bring that topic up.

"The girls told me that you two have been having some issues. They said that you look worried. Is something going on?"

You speak to them like you're an angel sent from the heavens above, they really both want to drop to their knees and cry until you decide to be merciful enough and take them into your arms. The little frown of worry on your face and the crease between your brows are enough to send both of their hearts beating faster.

"Worried?" Patrick asks with a casual chuckle, rubbing the back of his neck nervously. "Do we look worried Art?"

You asshole, Art thinks, shooting his friend a glance. "I- I don't think so. Perhaps we're just getting older. A mid-life crisis, you know."

A giggle from your mouth gets them both to tremble on their feet.

"Okay, okay, I won't pry," you assure them with a nod and that beautiful smile of yours, "But if you feel like talking to someone, don't be afraid to reach out."

You pat both of their shoulders delicately, Art just ends up glancing at you with an open mouth as you move while Patrick has to physically prevent himself from grabbing you and stopping you from walking away.

Later in the evening, when their girls are asleep, they discuss your existence over the phone. Luckily, still on the best friend wavelength, they both come up with the same ideas. Somehow getting you close to them, closer than a normal ballet teacher should be to her students' parents, especially a father. Especially two fathers.

now onto your question! that's some good food for thought uhhhh i can try to estimate?? its been a while but i shld have some rough ideas abt each that i can share! the time frame each comic/panel takes is highly dependent on WHAT kind of comic it is. i hv two kinds of comics I usually do: 1) full-length, and 2) goofy/4koma.

i have a few full-length comics laying about in my archive, but my most recent one/best example is Ghosts which was around uh.... 7 pages excluding the bonus panels! in terms of the process, i usually divide it into 5 stages:

Drafting: this is either the fastest stage OR the slowest depending entirely whether i know what im doing LMAO,, if i have a set idea for what i want to happen, i might get drafts done in a few hours, but if i flounder, it can take a few days 🤔

Lineart: relatively simple enough once i hv the draft down, so id say anything ranging from an hour to half a day if theres nothing else going on irl

Block colouring (main actors): there are DEFINITELY easier and more professional ways to do this with mass-selection and the lasso fill/bucket tool, but idk how to do that on SAI (my art program) so i colour everything by hand HAHA which makes the process longer.... half a day to a day?

Shading: THE WORST!!! definintely my least favourite bc i find it tedious due to all the details/prettification of elves that i am legally obliged to pour into this stage 😭😭 as a result, it can take days!!!

Background + Lighting + Final Rendering: similar to the previous stage haha it just depends on how much effort i wanna put into the final product looking nice. roughly a few days? it kind of meshes with stage 4 anyways haha

just for fun, i hope this process gif for page 6 can illustrate that 👇

these are just rough estimates, bc all in all, the time it takes so finish a page is really dependent on how free I am hahaha. Also, I usually work on full-length comics like Ghost which have more than one page all at once, which means I drafted all 7 pages at once, then did the lineart for all 7 pages at once, coloured at once, shaded rendered bla bla bla 😚 iirc, i think it took me 11 days in total to finish Ghosts before the end of June last year!

For goofy/4-koma, its usually just one page with less detailed/more cartoonish/chibi character styles so it takes a day or two days at most! again, it all boils down to how free i am hehe

ok…….. thinking about when the summer is like. full of tension. when nothing happens until months after u get to stanford. but like. thinking like patrick’s parents r going on vacation. his siblings aren’t there (idk he gives middle child. maybe his younger sister is at like. horse camp. or vacationing in sweden with her friends. his brother has a fiance and they’ve fucked off to boston or somewhere idk). the staff at his estate don’t gaf what you guys do tbh. so you guys get like a week to yourselves playing house. the boys making you dinner. raiding the wine cellar and getting drunk. dancing around. sigh…………

also like. his mom isn’t there to be suspicious of you three (his dad doesn’t pay attention.) and the staff doesn’t care enough to snitch when the parents aren’t there. so you guys all share a bed like every night they’re gone. wine drunk in bed the boys getting handsy with each other…… with you…. it’s fine you guys won’t remember in the morning!!!! skinny dipping with them…………… patrick throwing parties………………. etc…. sigh….

AURRRRRR im stuck on the wine drunk part.

Popping open bottles older than you are and drinking them like water. Respectable people would put it in a glass, smell them, comment on the notes, swirl the glass, taste and savor. They’re worth more than a semester at school, after all.

But instead you’re just chugging straight from the bottle, letting them spill down your chins and stain your clothes. They leave your skin sticky. One bottle in and you’re already handsy and giggly. You’re in Art’s lap basically, playing with his hair, twisting his curls around your fingertips.

“You’re so pretty, Art,” you say, nuzzling against his jaw. “So, so, so pretty.” He’s flushed so red, from the wine, because of you, everything. Patrick pulls you backwards, so you’re sitting in Art’s lap but laying in his, peering up at him. He puts the wine bottle to your mouth and pours a swallow in and you grin.

“What about me?” He asks. His thumb grazes your bottom lip, wipes away the excess that spilled from your pretty, pretty mouth. He brings it to his lips and sucks the wine from it.

You blink, half-lidded and dizzy with the wine and with them. “Very pretty, Patrick.”

And maybe by the second bottle you’ve all got wandering hands— Fourth of July all over again. Art’s hands up your shirt, Patrick’s hands slipping beneath the waistband of your pants to rub and tease at your clit. You moan into Patrick’s mouth. He’s not kissing you, he’s just. His mouth is just on yours.

Art mouths at your throat, tugs at your nipples and you buck against Patrick’s fingers. They’re good— they’re so good. You feel so dizzy with them, so overwhelmed. Patrick’s finger slips inside of you so easy— you’re soaked and filled with need.

Art pulls up your shirt, mouths at your tits, sucks your nipple into his mouth and moans hot against your chest. Your fingers twist into his curls and you cum so easy for them— like they didn’t even have to try.

You don’t forget in the morning, none of you. But what’s there to say? What’s there to do, with his mom’s words still bouncing around your brain.

“I want to have a party,” patrick says as you eat contraband cereal his parents never would’ve allowed— sugary and gross in the best way. “Tonight.”

5. bitchmode activated

obsessed with this moment. like hes watching his kinda mentally fucked up friend get more mentally fucked up and decides NOW is the time to call him a burden. iconic, the perfect way to hurt rays feelings in this moment too. and the way hes smiling while hes plotting it... so iconic this moment happened in episode 1 part 1 but has stuck with me ever since

4. *bitchy shrug*

again, just iconic. this whole scene actually, but this moment was just incredible. the journey boston takes after ray reveals he knows about bostontop is its own thing, and this being a turning point from defense to offense was great. like boston being willing to try to reason with ray, the only other member of the friendgroup who appears to be into casual sex, only to get slutshamed and dehumanized in return, taking a split second before turning the tables on ray, incredible. no one can hurt ray quite like boston and its fascinating each time. ray shows up mad at boston for being a bad friend and leaves crying and believing hes the bad friend instead, and all set off by that little shrug? perfect.

3. WHAT THE FUCK?!?!?

one thing i love about boston is him being clear he isn't into relationships. like he doesnt pretend to be just to fuck people before dumping them, he is upfront about what he wants out of an interaction and still gets painted as the bad guy. so i LOVE this moment cause honeslty? free my man from people falling in love with him. "i never asked you to love me" such a banger line to say. the frustration over what i assume is years of having his words not believed or disregarded by guys hes slept with, years of slutshaming, you let it out babe.

2. fucking top

controversial i know but who else couldve done this???? like you can argue about how to label this action but one thing you cannot disagree with was that it was iconic. like one thing about boston, he will never be boring and thats why its a top character moment for me. it happens 1/4 of the way through the show and is only starting to be resolved as we get to the finale. absolute boss move. also seeing all the ways he tries to justify it, from it being just bad timing, to "i was just borrowing him" fucking amazing.

again this is a list of moments that made me scream cry shake etc and this moment.... sorry to my neighbors but this had me entering a new dimension of noise. like portraits are his art, his self expression, the way our boy who doesnt like leaving traces of his own life captures a moment in someone elses forever, but this one imo is as much a reflection of nick as it is of boston. like nick is the only subject but boston is all over that image to me and the way it hangs in his darkroom and is then removed only to come back as the lockscreen. the way this is revealed in the scene where boston comes back to nick after making it clear he wants nothing to do with nick, nick means nothing to him, was never going to mean anything AND YET. im not gonna go on cause much better spoken bostonnick enthusiasts already have but fuck man, i love this picture. i love that is was his lockscreen on his broken but salvagable phone. top moment fr.

Angel Polites Collection Pt 1

Red Star Polites does not hesitate to kill those who harm/ severely disrespect Ody

now red star polites often dumps the bodies into the ocean which please Poseidon so when he dies Poseidon brings him back as a spirit representing loyalty (closest thing to an angel in greek myth) and becomes Ody guardian angel.

It was Polites but he had changed since they had last seen him and was obviously a divine being. Polites has 4 brilliant white and gray wings behind him. The wings are somehow both elegant and strong, effortlessly keeping him afloat. Power and light pulses around him like a halo. He grips a golden spear in hand, the point gleaming dangerously. The most terrifying part though were his eyes staring down with an anger matched only by a God. They are a molten gold color, glowing with a red tint. 

“Poseidon.” The name echoes through the air with another pulse of light even without raising his voice. 

“I ask for you to not harm Odysseus.” Poseidon looks on annoyed 

“You have no say in this. Don't forget I am the one that gave you your spirit status and your power.” Polites simply glares 

“You made me into a spirit that represents loyalty and my loyalty has and always will belong to Odysseus. Have I not given you many sacrifices? The only thing I ask is that you leave Odysseus alone.” Polites grips his spear tighter determination in his eyes. 

“I am not delusional enough to believe i would win against you but i don't care.If you want to harm Odysseus you will have to kill me as well!” Posiden thinks a bit before the waves finally calm 

“Very well then I will let the mortal go just this once as a gift for all your sacrifices to me but don't expect any more favors in the future.” Polites nods and Poseiden sinks into the ocean.

Odysseus is finally able to breathe freely and he watches in awe as polites gently lands on the deck the light fades until its a light shimmer on his skin.He looks at Odysseus his eyes now a warm bronze color still faintly glowing and smiles brightly 

“Hey there Ody You miss me?” Odysseus finally stumbles closer before running into Polite's arms. 

“Polites…” Polites hugs him tight as Odysseus starts to sob. Polites gently wraps his wings around his friend giving him comfort and a bit more privacy from the others on deck. 

“It's okay, Ody let it all out. I'm here now.” The wings feel soft and the warmth of his friend brings him so much relief he all but collapses, Polites being the only thing keeping him upright. 

“I'm so sorry…Polites you died because of me..” Polites wraps his wings around his friend more firmly 

“No Ody im the one who chose to shove you out of the way of the club. I would never have forgiven myself if you died and I don't regret my decision. I would do it again in a heartbeat if it meant you could be safe.” Odysseus cries some more before he manages to calm down. 

“What happened to you, Polites?” Polites continues to gently cradle Odysseus with his wings 

“Poseiden had taken a liking to me and decided to bring me back as a spirit, one that represents loyalty. I'm actually  quite happy with my wings. Maybe sometime I can let you fly with me! It's so freeing to be up in the sky!” Odysseus smiles at the obvious excitement and happiness in Polite’s voice 

“I would love that. I do have to admit you wings are beautiful…. You won't leave again right?” Polites sighs sadly 

“Unfortunately I'm not allowed to stay for very long. I will always be watching you though and whenever you need help I will be  there.” Polites eventually pulls back his wings and smiles at Odysseus 

“I'm sorry but I need to go now but if you need me just ask. I promise I will always be there.” Odysseus nods and returns the smile 

“Okay then bye Polites and thank you.” Polites fades away leaving no sign he was there except a single feather that Odysseus picks up.

Odysseus jolts awake with wide eyes, his breathing frantic. All he can think of is blood so much blood and everyone died because of him- Something starts to glow and he reaches out looking over the feather he had made into a necklace. Polite's feather was glowing a soothing golden color and he holds it close. Thats right Polites is okay he is not laying dead and broken in the cyclops cave. He puts on the necklace and as he settles down to try and sleep again he hears faint humming. Odysseus smiles and watches the faint glow and listens to the peaceful humming.He soon finds himself drifting off to sleep again with a smile, this time without any nightmares. Seemingly nothing but air brushes the hair from Odysseus face “Sleep well my friend.”

Eurylochus walks into his room and starts getting ready for the night, he can't wait to lay down and relax. 

“We need to talk Eurylochus.” He jumps at the sudden voice and turns to see Polites standing there and he finds himself scared for his life. Polites never used his full name preferring to stick to nicknames and his eyes are glowing a faint gold. 

“Why did you think it was a good idea to open the bag that Odysseus specifically ordered nobody to touch?” Eurylochus gulps. 

“I don't know…” Polite's gaze feels like it's seeing everything he is hiding. 

“Do you regret doing it?” Eurylochus nods 

“Yes I really do. I should have just trusted him…. If you had not stepped in so many would have died because of me…” Polites nods 

“You are lucky, had anybody else opened that bag I would have killed them. I will give you another chance.” Polites starts to fade away. 

“Don't make the same mistake again or I can't guarantee your safety.”

Odysseus starts to climb up to the crows nest to watch for any possible danger but as he starts to pull himself up into the crows nest a particularly big wave has him slipping and he starts to fall. He closes his eyes and waits for him to hit the deck below only to feel someone's arms hold him up and gently place him onto the deck. Odysseus sighs in relief 

“Thanks Polites, that was a close one.” Polites pulls Odysseus into a headlock and ruffles his hair 

“You're always so clumsy! You really need to be more careful.” Odysseus pulls away from the hold with a huff working on fixing his hair. 

“Yeah yeah I know but that's what you are here for right? You always help me when I need it.” Polites hums and he stares up at the clear sky 

“Hey Ody the sky is so beautiful how would you feel about flying with me?” Odysseus brightens at the prospect of flying 

“Of course I would love to! How would it work exactly?” Polites laughs and simply picks him up from his armpits and flies straight upwards. Odysseus yelps at the sudden change, his eyes closed tight. 

“Come on, open your eyes, the view is amazing!” Odysseus slowly opens his eyes and then gasps at the view. The ocean stretches out endlessly glittering like jewels. Polites flies over and to Odysseus’s surprise lays back on a cloud. 

“You can lay on clouds now?!” Polites laughs and they watch the view for a bit.

”Hey, want to try something cool?” Odysseus nods and suddenly Polites grabs him tight as he grins mischievously. 

“Hold on tight then!” Before he can ask what he was going to do, Polites hops off the cloud and they start to plummet. Odysseus shrieks while polites laughs. Right as they were about to hit the water, Polite's wings unfurl and they stop in the air. Polites chuckles some more at Odysseus wide eyes and his messed up hair from the wind. 

“What..what was that for?” Odysseus asks out of breath. 

“I'm sorry i just couldn't resist” Polites smirks 

“Your shriek was pretty hilarious.” Polites lets his friend catch his breath as he flies back to the ship. They finally arrive and Polites once again places Odysseus gently onto the deck. 

“That was fun, I should take you flying more often!” Odysseus looks terrified 

“NO, no more flying!” Polite's laughter fades away along with him. 

“We will see about that”

Odysseus sits down with a groan. It had been a long day and he is glad to finally be able to eat Dinner. He starts eating but eventually notices his food is disappearing. He looks around to see who it could be but when he looks down even more has vanished. He finally notices the feather was glowing and he sighs 

“Polites I know it's you, your feather is glowing. Hmmm do spirits like you even need food?” He hears a thoughtful hum 

“well I don't think so? I wouldn't know. I haven't been a spirit for very long so I still don't know how some things work.” 

“I guess that makes sense. I was just curious, you know how I am.” A chuckle 

“Yes I know you always want to learn more. I have never really understood how you could enjoy those lessons from the tutors.” Odysseus rolls his eyes 

“Yeah yeah. Can I see your wings by any chance? I want to see how they work.” Polites fades into view and offers his wing with a smirk 

“I know you just enjoy how soft the feathers are.” Odysseus clears his throat, obviously embarrassed at being caught 

“I have no idea what you're talking about.” Odysseus runs his fingers through the feathers with a smile. Polites sits down next to him and wraps 2 of his wings around him and he all but melts into the soft feathers. Polites reaches towards the food 

“Are you going to eat that?” Odysseus smacks the offending hand away with a huff 

“Yes, I'm going to eat it! Stop trying to steal my food!” Polites simply laughs 

“Okay i promise i will stop.” Odysseus finishes eating before he continues to run his fingers through the feathers enjoying how soft they are and cuddling into the warm cocoon. Eventually Odysseus falls asleep and Polites lifts him up and brings him to bed.He places a couple of his loose feathers that had fallen out on the nightstand for him to find when he wakes up.He starts to fade away again 

“Sleep well my friend.”

BONUS

This is how the first scene went originally until someone pointed out that Polites wouldn't be stupid enough to immediately pick a fight with the god that gave him his power. I really love how it had turned out so yeah bonus!

I don't care if you are a God or that you brought me back as a spirit.” Polites drops into position ready to act at a moment's notice before snarling the last words

“If you want to hurt Odysseus you will have to kill me first!” Power pulses and clashes between the two as the waves grow violent and Polites starts to glow. At last the waves calm and Polites eases up on the light.

“Fine then for all the sacrifices you have given me I will let Odysseus go this one time but don't expect my help or favor anymore.” Poseidon melts into the waves and the ocean at last is completely calm.

Arguably one of the strongest character building episodes in the entire series, The Daisho Caper is fantastically unique in its motivations, gorgeous scenery and animation, and subversion of expectations. I’m so ready for this unique and spectacular episode. LET’S GET IT GOING!!!!

I love this infodump section so much. It’s really beautiful and super unique in that it starts the episode and also happens in a flashback (almost everything about this episode is unique?? From singing to a rejected redemption arc there are lots of things in this episode that never happen again

just that emotion on her face. she's sympathetic that his brother didn't accept him back, but happy that he'll still go with them on their journey.

now, this is the only time we get a voiceover from carmen (other than when she's talking to crackle in the pilot) and its such a stark choice. like the only time we ever really get an inner monologue from carmen that lets us know how she feels about it

everything about this episode is just so fantastic and different! cs thrives when it dives into character motivations...but it just doesn't do that very much. there are so many unique choices in the episode- from the untraditional infodump scene to the music to the gorgeous animation/lighting to the voiceover to the rejected redemption scene to the hints at shadowsan's true past with carmen...i could keep going on and on about it forever, but I won't. you've seen the episode. its just. argh. its so good

u asked for it so i am HERE to tell u about the netflix tv show never have i ever......except im not going to explain Everything super concisely bc i already have a hard enough time trying 2 explain the complexities of devi vishwakumar when my brain is Actually working but rn i am running on three hours of sleep, an energy drink that partially sprayed out of my nose, and some sour punch straws but i am going to do my best to like. idk explain it. apologies in advance bc this got so long im SO sorry. ANYWAY. never have i ever. its about a first-generation indian american girl named devi and she is like. well. not cool. her n her friends are called the "UN" which they thought meant united nations bc they're all woc but no it means unfuckable nerds. and the person who coined the term unfuckable nerds? one ben gross, aka devi's longstanding academic rival. do u see where this is going yet? great. wonderful. devi spends most of season 1 chasing after this jock paxton (who. we do love. just not with devi.) and imploding all of her personal relationships in an attempt to Not Feel the grief of her father dying. at one point she even tells her mom that she wishes her mom died instead of her dad (ouch, but also, been there). atp devi's friends, the other members of the UN, are taking a "friend break" bc she was. well kind of a bitch. so she moves in w ben (rival) for like a week and then he drives her, unlicensed, to where her mom is spreading her dads ashes and then she goes back up to the car and they go "you stayed" "yeah i just wanrted to make sure you were okay" and then KISS. KISS!!!!!!! but then paxton (jock) also likes her so she dates BOTH of them and then implodes on her and they both break up with her. and then she accidentally spreads a rumor around the school about ben's new girlfriend having an eating disorder which ends up being true. and then paxton (jock) dates her again. and then they break up after like 3 months and ben's new girlfriend (aneesa) also breaks up w ben same day and then ben and devi are like. besties for a bit. devi dates a new guy des who honestly should probably be in a relationship with his own mom instead and then he dumps her bc of his mom and THEN. after all of this. ben jokingly gives devi a "one free boink" card. (was it really a joke ben was it i dont think so!!!!) and. at paxton's graduation he sort of mentions devi but not by name and the narrator (which, i should mention the narrator for devi's inner monologue is american tennis player john mcenroe) says she doesnt get stomach knots!!! but then she and ben share an like an intimate moment in the hall and mcenroe says "there's the stomach knots" like!!!!! and THEN later that night!!!!! she goes to ben's house!!!!!!1 and redeems the one free boink card CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!!!!!!!! and thats where season 3 ends....

season 4 comes out in THREE DAYS and weve gotten SOOOO many spoilers for the first two episodes which (if anyone who watches never have i ever is still reading this and doesnt want spoilers please sotp reading) we find out that ben and devi DID boink and that they both thought iut was like?? bad foir the other person??? and ben just didnt know what to say so he asked if she needed him to call an uber like ben WHAT. as rae @ice-sculptures put it "can you believe that ben gross not knowing what to say after fucking led to the whole spiral of miscommunication lmfao" like they just DONT TALK devi tries to ask if he wanted to get coffee and he says NO because a basketball player at the gym told ben that devi wasnt serious about him because she put a period in the text or somethjing?? so instead he goes and dates this girl from art class margot and devi sees ben with her on the first day of school and gets. well upset. and then someone spray paints "STUPID BITCH" on devi's car and of course she thinks its margot!!!! (but shhhh it wasnt....it was actually this kid ethan....more on him later) and then like other stff happens im not super clear about that but basically at some point ben tells devi that margot doesnt want ben talking to devi anymore :( i dont rlly know much else past that i think thats where s4e2 ends??? but we do know that devi ends up DATING that ethan kid at some point but. sooo many things point to ben/devi endgame esp bc her other main love interest (paxton, the jock) is now STAFF at their high school so like?? i dont think they're going that route but im just. dsjfkhjsad SO EXCITED except i cannot watch s4 the day it comes out bc i will be seeing waterparks which. im so excitred for but also WHYYY do they have to be on the same day

Question:

1. The lackadaisy sequel au your talking about it had me curious, what's going to happen to Nia after Carmen's death and the great depression came. Also is Nia going to be a detective soon? That's sounds intriguing to be honest!

Furthermore is the au going to mainly focus about Nia or are you going to include the Lackadaisy crew (ex; Rocky, Freckle, Ivy, Mitzi and etc.) and the Marigolds? (Mordecai, the savoys, etc.) To me I think they have some connection with Carmen, and I feel like they would have the biggest major effect to their business, due well, stock market crash.

(I could've add Wick and Edmund here but I think these two are just investors to both bootleg business... Edmund said in the comic about Marigold. Idk.. Ouch my memory.) Although that's only my interpretation, I am not a expert at history.

I wonder what you'll plan to do with the main cast? (If not then its okay, hopefully this doesn't pressure you.)

2. Speaking of the main cast! What does Nia thinks about the Lackadaisy? Did she meet one of them or not yet? What does she thinks of she meets Rocky?

3. Victoria or Vicky, does she know Carmen has a daughter? What kind of relationship Carmen has to her boss? Opinions and such.

4. What happens if Carmen's family meets Lucio's family? This isn't cannon btw since I said in a post Lucio turn tore his connections to his family. Amelita and Avis (I know she's dead, but I wanna hc this.) Could get along well, like Amelita rambles a bunch of things like work, family and household while Avid just listens to her smiling. Avis may like the fierceness energy Amelita has lol. (No wonder why Dakila is down bad for her WhEeZ!-)

I don't know how Alexander will interact to Ezekiel, Mayari (Amanda's new name) and Manuel, aka Lucio's sibblings. Seeing how Carmen doesn't like Alexander I can imagine Mayari despise Alexander, if he belittles her, Maya won't hesitate to bite his hands.

Manuel lowkey be intimidated on how cold Alexander is, Ezekiel doesn't like Alexander but he keeps on good manners and he isn't wanting to plan a physical fight with him. (Amelita will pull Ezekiel and Lucio ears if they did.)

Well, again, we don't really know when Lackadaisy ends in the universe time, but in this sequel Au it started two years after all of Lackadaisy's events. At this time, Nia is eighteen, a considered adult. In this situation, Nia is tempted to just go live back on the streets like she always did, and just keep herself hidden. However due to Carmen's impact, Nia probably would first thing go too Lucio after Carmen died. When the great depression came, Nia didn't really know what to do, but along that time, Nia just got into college

Im not sure when Nia will become a detective, I'd have to talk to her owner about it. But Nia partly became a detective so she could try and stop gangs killing people like how Carmen died

2. Nia has met Lackadaisy! The people she's closest too are Ivy and mainly Rocky. Mostly because they're both mentally unstable. Nia finds freckle boring, then again, she finds it hilarious when he's scared.

When it comes too the others like Mitzi and Zib, she formed that connection right off of Carmen. Considering Carmen knew Zib and Mitzi since she was around Nia's age, Nia had some small connection to Mitzi that she couldn't really explain. Nia just think Zib Is a funny guy with a saxophone. Again, in this sequel Au, it was just a concept at first, I only made one peice of art for it, it isn't a fully fleged out thing. But the sequel Au if fully developed would probably focus more on Nia's life and truama up till now, how she processes it and navigates life when another load of truama has been dumped on her.

3. Victoria does know about Nia. Victoria again, is running a huge business, she finds no reason too form good connections with her workers. Carmen always thought Victoria was cold on the outside, warm on the inside. Just having a hard shell to protect herself.

4.i do think that they would get along! Avis is very calm and compassionate, she knows how to bring people together. She'd probably be the one hosting the party meet and greet. I feel like she'd really get along with Lucio's sisters.

Elias is also very friendly, if anything. Carmen got most of her bright energy from Elias. He'd probably be laughing loudly with Lucio's dad.

Now, if we're gonna include Irene and Alexander, it'll be weird considering they're the step fam. But Irene is a talker, she'll go on and on about random stories and not stop. If anything, Alexander would try to save face, fail and then get kicked out of the party

Hi!!! I know you read/rb'd the info dump i did after sending this but I do have more about the Triplets/Keane family and I'm happy to share!!!

First of all - their story, again, started over a decade ago with two friends who I'm no longer in regular contact with, and a couple years after their creation i merged them with another friend's character to build off of! So their OG backstory got mixed up and muddled together into something incomprehensible due to me a) not fully remembering the original RP story line (we were 12 it wasn't good) and b) not having access to/remember all the og people's characters who were involved ASKJDH

This is a quick breakdown of the Keane Family Tree!! The Keane Fam/Pack is one of 3 packs that live in the area (a fictional town called St. Dennis and a few adjacent counties in the fictional state of Vermont :3)

I made this very quickly in Mila note so I'm sorry if its shitty AKJSDH

Please feel free to ask me to elaborate more on parts that I might miss because I'm very scatter brained!!! Im just gonna TYPE

Their story is very... slice of life, I guess? The curren RP just follows their lives and relationships pretty closely, and how the triplets grow as people and come away from trauma very differently.

Tala is the first to blossom but again I don't think she'll ever lose her spark of anger that she holds very tight and close to her chest. She's a very protective person and takes on a leadership role amidst her family (i hate calling her an alpha it feels wierd ASJDH- shes just... a matriarch?).

Her and Travis were best friends in highschool, tended to ditch class and smoke up, platonic ideal of friendship supported each other in the way most 15 year olds who bottle up their emotions do. Travis had ALWAYS had a huge crush on Aaron and essentially followed him around until he finally accepted he wasn't going anywhere (Travis is also "adopted" by their uncle, James, around the time their relationship solidifies!! He asks to be turned to feel "officially" a part of the family and Aaron isn't able to do it, so Tala does).

Travis' other bestfriend, Beck, meets/gets closer to Tala accidentally after a Halloween party in their senior year and things move very quickly for them (they get pregnant with the twins at 20 if im remembering correctly askjdh).

Having kids both made Tala better and worse? She's fiercly protective but also made her a lot more... grounded? Like she started taking shit and her responsibility in the family far more seriously, especially when Beck is turned? (A decision he made due to not wanting to be The Only Human there (also raising werewolf babies as a human??? sounds like hell))

Aaron blossoms more when he and Travis enter a relationship - he started hormone therapy around the same time (15-16) which ALSO helped a fuck ton. He's very closed off and aggressive and prefers to keep people at a healthy distance on the off chance he gets hurt or hurts someone (despite... hurting people in doing so). He also is the only one in his family who views lycanthropy as a curse? Its one of the reasons he couldn't bring himself to turn Travis himself. ALL he wants is to feel understood and be "normal" but knows that'll... never happen?

It takes a long time for him to feel more comfortable with himself, and Travis' unending support is one of the reasons he's able to do that. Eventually they move out together and meet a bartender named Micah that they learn is a little down on his luck and needs a place to stay so offer him their spare room. Micah and Aaron are very similar in keeping people at a distance, so it takes some TIME before he accepts that they both genuinely like him. Happy little polycule <3

TRACE takes the longest. He's autistic and struggles to feel safe and accepted and his growth comes MUCH later in the story. They live at home for a majority of their teens and early adulthood and take up the quiet task of babysitting when they're needed but don't really like being around Tala (and Beck, by proxy, despite him being SO sweet and king hearted).

Trace focus' a lot on Charlie when he's younger because he's a very anxious kid - and once Charlie starts school and meets another little werewolf named Percy (a part of another pack i'll post eventually akjsdh), Trace is tasked with watching the both of them. That's how they meet Ansel (Percy's "uncle"/pack mate)!!

Still figuring a lot out on their journey but Ansel is the safest person in Trace's life next to Micah (who he formed a crush on upon meeting for the first time, but didn't quite understand thats what they were feeling, and just enjoyed his company greatly (they're both autistic and remain very close)).

Hey, hey! Star! (I dont know youre name name, but you can call me lex or foodie lol) So for my romantic madwheeler x romantic byclair premise where Lucas and Will leave Max and Mike to date each other instead, how'd you feel about this possibility.... So, originally Lumax and Byler, to save on money, rented an apartment together. 2 bedroom. One for each couple. Now, it's college at first so Lucas gets to play basketball overseas, coincidentally when Will has to go overseas for his studying abroad art stuff. This leaves Max and Mike alone together for 8 months, and they bond as close friends missing their beloveds who get to be in Europe together.

Because Madwheeler are all self-worth issue always thinking the worse hot messes, they haven't grown from their teenage attitudes while Byclair has been healing/thriving in new environments so when Lucas and Will come back, they dump the stubborn Max and Mike because they feel like their romantic relationships are holding them back from necessary growth aka get out of their comfort zones. Felt like this was getting too long so I only gave you partial/a snippet but lemme know if you want more of the premise! 😁

P.S. the breakups happen at the worst times bc the 4 of them are still stuck in their lease so now Byclair shares a room and Madwheeler is forced to share a room so quirky roommate shenanigans so drama of living with my ex and his new man 😂

im stuck in a sisyphean nightmare of a weekly cycle: i have a good day -> my mood skyrockets -> i have a bad day -> my mood plummets -> rinse and repeat. at this point i think it might be a mental condition bc something doesnt even really have to Ruin My Day, i just have to face a minor inconvenience and then suddenly im all doom-and-gloom depression for 3-5 business days before springing back up as if nothing ever happened to do it all again. my mom says i might have bpd or bipolar disorder (i always get the two confused) because she has it and we just havent seen anyone about it, mostly because we dont have the money to see any doctors most of the time. i also kinda dont wanna have either of them? not in like an asshole way but in a these-people-face-stigma-that-i-dont-know-if-i-can-emotionally-handle way. in a im already queer and fat and poor and disabled in multipled ways and overall unsavory to neurotypicals/cishets/Default Settings way. yknow

todays inciting incident was a shitty shitty halloween carnival that didnt even have the thing i was excited for, didnt have any food, had lines that were miles long (hyperbole), was too hot, and i only got 8 shitty halloween things from -- half of which were lollipops, with half of those just being the same 2 flavors but Again. we stayed for 2 hours before my mom decided she didnt wanna be out of the house anymore as usual. i cant be too mad at her because shes mentally ill in the direction of "i dont want to go anywhere because my anxiety will spike" but unfortunately im mentally ill in the direction of "if i cannot leave the house to Do Things at my own pace at least once a week i will fall into a deep depression" so we clash pretty bad most of the time. this was also following multiple minor inconveniences mind you. and was also trailed by multiple minor inconveniences. it just has not gone well. this halloween is just shaping up to suck bc i was supposed to have a whole party but we had money issues so it had to be cut down to just 2 people for a sleepover, then one of them went out to see his grandma in another state and the other is apparently in the fucking hospital right now??? at least according to his posts. and i cant blame them for these either! schedules conflict and sometimes you go to the Fuckig Hosital. its out of anyones control but it still feels like shit. so its looking like my only shot at having any fun this halloween is the trunk-or-treat at my school and idk if im even allowed to go bc i had to drop out for mental health reasons and they told me i wasnt allowed on school grounds anymore. idk if that applies here. which btw. way to make a depressed kid feel worse. you can NEVER come to this high school again or we'll ARREST YOU. fuckin bullshit. i thoroughly enjoy a fic where reader is the cause of the miscommunication or the “conflict” in the plot and especially when they’re scared or unable to fully be optimistic about a situation bc sometimes i feel like it’s nice to see them be portrayed as overthinking in their heads. idk it makes for a fun ride and it makes the character more dreamy when they’re good at communication and reassurance 😚

And when they dont have pen or paper on hand and are getting the urge to draw they start to fidget with their hands, drawing figures onto their thigh and such. How would the brothers react to this quirk? Sorry for the long ask ^^

Honestly?

He doesn’t notice at first.

He’s too busy with everything else, at the beginning at least.

Don’t get me wrong, he’s still a busy demon, but once he actually starts paying attention to you…

He find your little quirk cute.

And he loves to sneak glances at your drawings.

Not that you’ll ever notice.

However, he does get annoyed when you don’t have paper to draw on.

Because then you’re tracing figures on everything else.

You lap.

His desk.

His back.

Now he knows why you always have paper and pens/pencils with you.

You can’t seem to keep still.

So he starts carrying a small pad of paper and a pencil with him.

Just in case you forget yours.

And when you do, he’s there to give you the backup set.

Of course he keeps it when you’re done in case this happens again.

So be mindful of what you draw. 😉

Mammon

He gets it.

Mammon gets not being able to sit still.

And he doesn’t mind you drawing shapes on his chest when you two are relaxing together.

But he doesn’t like the sad face you make when you realize you’ve forgotten your notepad and pencil.

Once he took you to an art store to buy you one…

That was a mistake.

He honestly thought he was going to walk out with the entire store.

Thankfully he didn’t, but still.

After that he bought you a drawing app on your phone and a little pen for it,

It’s not the best to draw on but you only use it when you forget your notebook.

Leviathan

Levi never leaves his room, so if you forgot your notebook, you can always just run back and grab it.

Okay, but let’s pretend you actually got him out of the house and you forgot your notebook, now what?

Well, Levi doesn’t exactly have a clue what to do, but the moment you start drawing on him, he knows he has to do something.

Poor boy’s heart can��t take it.

So he steers you to the closest dollar shop and gets you a pocket notebook and pen.

All while trying to keep blood from rushing to his head.

He stumbles so much, when he tries to hand money to the cashier, he ends up dumping it all out.

He doesn’t even wait for change, he just bolts at that point.

Satan

You, my friend, are in luck if Satan is around.

No one can tell me that this man doesn’t have a book with him at all times.

Or a notebook.

Or a pencil.

Or a spare erasure.

Knowledge is power, and he is going to be writing that power down.

Though he won’t let you use his notebook. 🙄

But he will buy a spare to keep on him and let you borrow in case you forget yours.

Though he doesn’t mind you tracing shapes on his arm as you sit in his lap and he reads to you.

Asmodeus

Man will purposefully hide your notebooks so you have no choice but to draw figures on him.

They all come back within a week or so.

Or whenever you truly get upset.

But in the meantime…

He wants you to be drawing on him.

And why wouldn’t he?

He loves you being close, and this just brings you closer!

Beelzebub

He doesn’t understand why you fidget so much until you explain it to him.

And then he’s like: 🤯

It all makes sense now.

So he gives you the ketchup he was about to use.

At first you were confused, but now it’s become a habit.

Even if you have your notebook on you, Beel will give you food to make art out of.

It’s so hard not to eat it while you make it, but he brings extra snacks.

And the happy face you make when you’re done is always worth it.

You two even started a channel of you making art with food and then him eating it.

Surprisingly, Asmo is one of your biggest fans.

And more terrifying, so is Solomon…

Belphegor

He was wondering who was drawing shapes on his back as he slept.

Though he doesn’t understand why you didn’t just run and get your notebook.

No he’s not going to admit the fault is his for falling asleep on your lap.

You should have known better than to be in his arms reach if you didn’t want to be slept on.

He doesn’t mind it though, he actually finds it quite comforting.

So, being the little shit he is, he’ll make sure to trap you more often when you are without your notebook.
