I gave Dylan a slight makeover since he won't be seen for a few more text posts, but I tried to keep it quite subtle, especially for the changes on his face. He didn't get surgery lol, let's assume he had a massive glowup after leaving Strangerville and being overall less stressed out. He cut his hair, and he has some new clothes as well. He's not too rushed to find a new girl, to be honest just having his daughter is heaven to him.

But one thing hasn't changed: he still LOVES coffee.

cannot believe I have to come on Tumblr and see people who do not have hEDS telling people with hEDS how their disease is barely a problem really, and they should just shut up about their experiences within the disabled community.

For the record: I absolutely also think some folks with hEDS need to learn that not everything is about them and not comment on the posts of people with entirely different disabilities - but I'm seeing a lot of mockery and minimising of what people with hEDS go through, because of the small group of hEDSers who need to work on their cpunk etiquette. Which feels like it's entirely against what cpunk should be about.

Anyway, my personal experience with hEDS includes:

CCI (craniocervical instability) + associated spinal cord damage + YEARS of damage from regular whiplash degenerative joint disease in multiple joints and my spine in my twenties, which is only gonna get exponentially worse as I age! Yay! cerebrospinal fluid leaks permanant nerve damage and muscle contractures due to scar tissue build up from repeated dislocations + impeded blood flow as a kid that restricts my ability to move arms/legs extreme fatigue frequent bladder and (thankfully less frequent) bowel incontinence :) yayyyy gastrointestinal immotility + dysphagia that means I quite often need a liquid diet regular fainting that's led me to bonk my head more times than I can count frequent subluxations AND full dislocations that cause my joints to swell and be unusable and obviously, constant joint pain

but tell me again about how we 'don't really know what pain is' lmaooooo. Mine's officially 'worse than usual' for an hEDS case, but still. Like. Some of you guys need to sit the fuck down. Not everyone's experiences of hEDS are the same. Some people are barely affected. Some are SEVERELY affected. You can't make a blanket statement about how it affects every single person with the disease. If you don't have it, shut your mouth? :)

My mom is Kenjaku, I call them mama Ken! they are very smart and does a lot of research about humans.

My dad is Itadori Jin, he's a very sweet, kind dad and he's always smiling. Everyone says I take after my daddy a lot!

My uncle is Sukuna, he's my dad's older twin brother. My uncle is very strong that people call him the King of Curses! But he likes to tease me and calls me BRAT all the time so sometimes I get mad and punch him with black flash. Daddy says that's because Uncle Sukuna thinks I'm very cute so he can never leave me alone.

My grampa is Itadori Wasuke! He's a big tsundere but also a big softie inside. Because my parents are busy, grampa is the one raising me. My grampa is the best grampa in the world and I love him so much!

Choso-nii is my onii-chan! He's my half-big brother from Mama Ken's previous marriage. I only met him recently after mama Ken brought him home but Choso-nii already loves me so much that he's always with me wherever I go. I love Choso-nii too cuz he's very kind and patient and spoils me a lot!

Yeah, he's with me today too. He's that tall guy in the back with twintails, yes! the one who is now crying loudly like a kid. Choso-nii! Why are you crying?? Please stop crying, you're making me embarrassed in front of my new friends!

Pssst mama Ken is actually Choso-nii's papa! But i dunno how that happened. Daddy said I will understand once I become an adult. Everyone says that Choso-nii takes after Mama Ken but if he hears you say that, he will beat you, so be careful!

My family is very fucked-up strong and powerful! And eventho sometimes we fight, we love each other so much that we still chase look after each other even after being separated for 1000 years and 150 years!

A younger girl lets you in, maybe 16, with mousy blonde hair and wearing a baggy sweater with a band logo you don't recognise on the front.

"Ez, looks like Puzu got out again" The girl calls out, silently inviting you in as she opens the door wider and you step through the threshold in to your neighbours apartment for the first time. The friendly black cat slinks out of your grasp and in to the next room.

You follow, curious to finally see Puzu's mysterious owner for the first time.

"She is a sneaky thing" Chuckles the man laid out on the couch, extending a hand towards the cat. She nuzzles his hand before jumping up on to his chest, squeaking out a few meows to her owner.

"Brought back another little birdie too, did you?" He mutters, tickling the cats chin, before his eyes meet yours.
