Okay I finally finished making G'raha's scarf too 🎉

#monthly reading lists #books #i'm hoping to read the first two before my ebook ban starts on wednesday #i've got a physical copy of the third book in warnemunde's trilogy on my shelf #it'll be a perfect lent read but i have to make sure i finish book 2 first #i've gone from 30% to 60% in the past day so i should be able to finish #(it got better once i pushed through the overly-detailed explanations of the political situation)#i've got to read benedict's second encyclical now that i've read the first #i should be able to fit it in before wednesday #i heard 'the secret garden' mentioned and it seems like an excellent time for a reread #(especially since rebekah's going to be posting about it)#the heir and the spare is a lenten must-read #i've been making myself wait for weeks now #(and after reading one of her books i always need a second so i've got the novellas on hand)#i *really* would like to be able to read the mount doom chapter on the feast of the annunciation #i doubt i'll be able to squeeze in a full-series reread before then #so i may just reread that chapter on the day #i heard 'the light princess' mentioned and felt it was the perfect time of year for a reread #and i'll finally read my illustrated copy!#considering rereading thg trilogy before the prequel arrives #i doubt it will happen #i'm not sure i'll finish the new book before the end of the month #depends how much of a chonker it is #there are other things on my shelf that *aren't* rereads that i may get to #but the rereads are what are sticking out to me right now #i'll wait and see what else appeals to me as the month goes on

i had such a good saturday. took boyfriend to the exotic wood store & did fanime people watching downtown with fwiends & went to my dad's girlfriend's art show (she is one piece out of 119. lots of variety) & got a duvet off buy nothing to be the negative space in my daydream procrastination quilt & made caramelized pork bowl again & worked on a jigsaw puzzle. maybe not the amount of things to do when i have to do just as much tomorrow and monday but i had a ball

this is my layout for the daydream procrastination quilt. stars will all be different but the white background will all be the same—i asked buy nothing if perhaps anyone had cotton or linen off white sheets and got a taupe cotton/linen blend. love wins

I'm gonna need falin to come back and do some wild yuri shit with marcille as soon as possible because laios and marcille's dynamic is written specifically to make me insane

#not in the sense that i ship them but that their dynamic is BANANAS good #and has consistently been the most compelling and engaging aspect of this entire series so far #and it's been built on constantly chapter by chapter in a very solid way because of how central they are to the story #and for all falin acts as motivation and as a plot device #i was hoping that would be the case for her as well after she was brought back but she just disappeared immediately after. again.#like aside from a few flashbacks and the baths scene we haven't had a lot of chances to see her and marcille in action together #and the lack of screentime is really stunting them on the ''making me go insane'' front #and i just really would like a pairing to himejosh out. you know. for the soul #especially with how similar falin and laios are as siblings. it would be top shelf yuri if i could actually yknow. see it.....

-1 can drained black beans

-1 cup brewed earl grey

-1 box brownie mix

👀 someone else used chai and i think earl grey would be bomb with brownies. Supposedly the beans can replace all the butter and eggs, so it’s worth a shot 🫡
