A good provider ensures that your messages reach recipients within seconds, even during peak hours.

In India, sending bulk SMS requires compliance with TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) regulations. Ensure the provider:
Supports DND & Non-DND messaging

4. Scalability & Reliability
As your business grows, so will your messaging needs. A top bulk SMS provider in India should offer:

more hotch with teacher!reader? maybe she’s trying to take a bunch of things into her classroom one morning and hotch jumps in to help (and flirt with) them :)) i adore you’re writing thank you for sharing sm with us lately!!!
you’re so welcome ily ty for requesting! <3 fem, 1k
Today, you and your class are going to make dioramas with a heavy focus on paper crafting. For the last few days, you’ve helped them make plans on what they want to create, and then you scoured the internet for origami and craft tutorials to suit. The only one you couldn’t find was for poor Jamie’s tractors. You’ll figure it out, you’re sure.
You’ve been saving cardboard boxes, toilet roll inserts, and egg cartons for months. There’s a total mountain of things to bring in, so you’re here early. You figure if you carry huge armfuls, you can get everything inside in three trips.
“Oh,” you say, as a cardboard box tumbles to the ground, and somehow doesn’t give you a clearer view, “whoops. I’ll pick that up. Jeez.”
You step over it and almost slip.
“Careful,” someone says.
You jump and send an egg carton skittering across the floor. “Oh, gosh! You scared me!” You twist your head, the cardboard that had been resting on your face falling down into your collar. “Oh, Mr. Hotchner.”
Of course it’s Mr. Hotchner. Aaron, predictably.
“Aaron,” he says, leaning down to grab the things you’ve dropped, before he opens his arm toward you. You lean away from your tower, embarrassed but relieved when he takes the bulk of your tall tower from you.
“Thank you, Aaron. I wasn’t expecting anyone to be here so early. Is everything okay?”
“Let me help you with this.”
Avoiding the question. You and Aaron carry your cardboard inside to the classroom, where you unlock your door (and you never would’ve been able to do without his rescue). He follows you to the arts and crafts table toward the back of the room, and you deposit your stock.
“Thank you,” you say when he places his armful down.
“It’s no problem. Can I help with the rest?”
“Would you, please?” you ask. “It seemed a lot less before today.”
You bring the rest back in. He’s the picture of a perfect gentleman and carries more than you each time, which isn’t to say you can’t have carried the same as he did, but it’s nice for once to be the one looked after. As a teacher, you get used to giving.
He doesn’t make you ask him twice. “I’m here early because I wanted to talk with you if you’re free, before I head into the office.”
“His Aunt is bringing him today?” you ask about Jack.
“I didn’t manage to get home in time last night to see him, but I’ll be here at pick up time.”
You nod, hyper aware that you’d swayed the conversation again. “Sorry, what were you saying?”
“It’s about Jack. Well, it’s mostly about me. I’d like to ask you for a favour, if you’re willing.”
“Oh, sure. Of course.”
“You haven’t heard it yet.”
You flush under the weight of his knowing smile. “No, I mean, I’m sure it’ll be fine. So…”
“It’s hard sometimes to get Jack to tell me what you’re doing in school. I had no idea he’d be making dioramas today. And I don’t need your lesson plans, I’d never expect that of you, but I was hoping you could summarise the week for me on Fridays? Or whenever you can. I don’t need updates on how Jack is progressing, it could be a couple of words on the topics you’ve chosen, just so I know what he’s doing while I’m away.”
You’ve never been asked to do it. Parents of kids in the second grade aren’t usually clocked in on what their kids are learning. School is still half fun at this age, your most important job is to make sure they can all read with acceptable fluency. And it’s hard because their parents don’t help, but it’s fine. You love teaching them something so important, and you’re ecstatic to meet someone who’s actually interested.
You beam. “Yeah, of course I can. I can do that, I don’t mind. Nobody ever wants to know what we’re doing, which is such a shame! I mean, they’re so excited and of course their parents care, but if they have just a little bit of support it makes a huge difference. I can totally send you my lesson plans, Aaron. I’d like to.” You laugh to yourself smugly. “I never get to show them off. They’re extensive. And they take ages.”
“You want to show them off?” he asks softly.
His voice is velveteen.
“Is that awful?” you ask.
“No, it makes sense. You really don’t have to if it’s too much trouble, but I… feel guilty, when I call him and ask how school was, and he can’t remember what happened.”
“Don’t feel bad about that. The kids can’t remember what I told them ten minutes ago.”
He isn’t like you, in that he’s very still. He doesn’t move or fidget, which makes his looking at you all the more obvious. “Thank you,” he says.
“You’re welcome.”
“Can I pay you back?”
You catch one of your bracelets and twist it around your wrist.
Aaron told you without hesitation that he profiles criminals. He can read their expressions, habits, and idiosyncrasies as thoughts and feelings. He can trace movement to the source. You’re positive he wouldn’t keep asking you such leading questions, or insist you call him by his first name every time you see him, if he didn’t already know that you find him attractive.
“How would you do that?” you ask.
“Is there anything else you… need help with?”
A million things, but you’re no idiot. You can read subtlety too.
“Well, I have a bunch of textbooks on the top shelf in the stockroom you could help me with.” You smile shyly. “It gets hot in there, though.”
He begins taking off his suit jacket. “That,” he says, his gaze on you with all the tenderness and amusement of someone who’s known you longer, “won’t be a problem.”

Yeosang and Wooyoung's Recent Features & Subverting the Idol Persona
I have so many thoughts about Yeosang and Wooyoung's most recent editorial features for fashion magazine and how each of them sends a message about their growth over the years.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
These two former BigHit trainees each dealt with image issues early in their careers: Yeosang's beauty dominated the external perception of him as an idol who was nothing more than a pretty face, while Wooyoung internally struggled with his physical appearance, recently exacerbated by his diagnosis of a skin condition that flares up in the heat.
In response to these pressures, Yeosang and Wooyoung took on different personas when they debuted as Ateez.
In Yeosang's case, he was "a Maltese who insists he's a Doberman." Yeosang's characterization as pure, innocent, and hapless was (and still is) reinforced by the members as part of their fan service. KQ also allegedly overruled Yeosang on his choice of a Doberman as a representative animal for their Aniteez characters and discouraged him from going to the gym, so as to preserve his slim physique.
Yeosang himself has said that he's not too bothered by the Maltese/Doberman bit; yet, at the same time, Yeosang shows his true self in his performance. He is the kind of dancer that takes up space; his movements are filled with unexpected swagger and ferocity. I noticed this during his MMA solo; again during his Sticky dance challenge, and most recently during the concert film. It was his attitude that entranced me, not (only) his visuals. Around this time, he began to bulk up, seemingly in control of his body's appearance for the first time in a while. He has solo music on the horizon and more schedules coming his way.
Whether or not you want to use the Doberman metaphor, the Esquire Korea feature feels like Yeosang reshaping his image.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Yeosang's poses draw attention to his bulging biceps, his large hands, veiny forearms, and exposed forehead. These attributes all signal traditional masculinity and almost aggressively sends the message: this is a man, not a "good boy."
My quote comes from the clip below of Yeosang, San, and Wooyoung on Jaejoong's variety show. It should be noted that Jaejoong is considered the platonic ideal of a center visual. Jaejoong was allegedly blacklisted from entertainment after his lawsuit with SM led to the national elimination of the so-called idol "slave contracts" with entertainment companies, yet SM continues to use him as the visual blueprint with selecting idols. Jaejoong's compliments to Yeosang therefore feelsalmost double-edged: Yeosang fits the Jaejoong type, but there are certain expectations and pressures that come with this role, and consequences for stepping out of line.
Yeosang's Esquire photoshoot therefore feels transgressive and affirming, given how much he's tried to show the fandom how we've continually underestimated him. See his quote in GQ:
Tumblr media
I am intrigued by the sudden (or perhaps not-so-sudden) rebranding of Yeosang and I greatly anticipate his collaboration with Hongjoong for the next Ateez: Present installment. The Sangaissance is upon us!
If Yeosang's idol persona served to reinforce our opinion of him as pure and untainted by earthly desires, than Wooyoung's aimed for the opposite. Welcomed last to KQ on the strength of his dancing skills, and who shared the role of main dancer with Mingi and Yunho, I think Wooyoung found a way to stand out through his "sexy performer" concept.
Tumblr media
While his loudmouth antics and aggressive aegyo were also his signature characteristics, Wooyoung used his sexy concept as a kind of shield and battering ram. For many years, Wooyoung spoke negatively about his own body and faced unkind comments from the fandom. There was so much scrutiny over his appearance that it makes sense that the sexy concept became his way of seizing control of his own narrative - and good for him. "Sexy Pefrormer" became how he identified himself and how his members referred to him (although you can imagine their tone).
youtube
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
These days, the nickname "sexy performer" is mostly used to affectionately tease Wooyoung. Wooyoung has himself admitted that he's matured beyond his adolescent understanding of "sexy"
I also notice the kpop industry trended away from "sexy" around the same time Wooyoung did, about two years ago. He's too savvy to be unaware.
Tumblr media
These days, you'll find him in head-to-toe Chrome Hearts or styled more androgynously, especially with long hair.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And yet, like Yeosang, and perhaps due to watching Seonghwa and San dramatically transform their bodies and gain opportunities in the high fashion world, Wooyoung recently modified his physique and debuted an unprecedented amount of skin at the Couurages show:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Wooyoung's efforts at exercise were downplayed by the man himself, who was a combination of shy, dismissive, and smug in his messages to ATINY.
Tumblr media
With his Courreges appearance going viral, Wooyoung's sexiness was once again part of his packaging as an idol, but with this recent feature + digital cover for ARENA Magazine, it's clear Wooyoung is not sticking to the same old rule book.
Tumblr media
These photos of Wooyoung are sexy, yes, but they are also bold, weird, loud, unsettling, strange, erotic, camp, and even unflattering (meant as a compliment). His face forms exaggerated grimaces and pouts; his body bends and hunches; his clothes are either too small and tight or overly large and baggy on his form.
It's not at all what we were expecting from Wooyoung. Compare this photoshoot to cover model Hyunjin who is there to serve Blue Steel-"i'm a handsome idol" face (and it's a beautiful face, good for him!) and apparently also sell watches and jewelry.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
They are doing very different things, not one better than the other, but I am delighted that Wooyoung took a real risk and embraced the vulnerability and liberation of not trying to look like a picture-perfect idol. According to Wooyoung, the results were due to him doing what felt natural and not studied:
Tumblr media
Wooyoung was so impressive that the Editor-in-Chief made a comment on instagram about how they decided to give Wooyoung a digital cover, something that normally only happens with a brand collaboration (like Seonghwa with John Varvatos perfume).
Tumblr media
instagram
Yeosang and Wooyoung are not the only members who have altered their appearance to meet new visual concepts. Yet these two recent magazine features suggest that they are making a concerted effort to change/affect our perceptions of them as artists. By embracing different yet not necessarily oppositional modes of sexiness (one rooted in traditional masculinity; the other engaging with queer aesthetics) Yeosang and Wooyoung make clear they intend to move beyond the idol structures and strictures and challenge our perception of kpop visuals through the fearless, transformative, and radical embrace of their own. Bravo!!
I can't wait to see what they do next!

ajax’s head turns when he hears the short honk from logan, the other whirling past the speeding sedan to trail beside ajax’s bike. he watches as logan brings his hand up, two fingers jutted out, and makes a pointing motion somewhere in front.
ajax follows logan’s signal, sitting up on his bike to see past the hoods of the cars, before catching sight of the infamous ‘ghost rider’ – a funny name given that the bike doesn’t remotely look like the harley that was used in the film, but one that stuck anyways. it was dubbed by a fan after seeing ghost in his first ever rally and ghost, with his sleek black skull mask and extra flare, took upon the name with pride.
but that’s not what logan was pointing at, ajax’s sure, because perched behind ghost’s bulk is a smaller figure, one whom ajax remembers hearing about – ghost’s darling girl. the man’s other half even when they’re polars of each other; sun and moon, or however else the two are described.
ajax isn’t really sure who started the rumour that the two are opposites because last time they all met, simon and his girl were equally… grossly in love.
finishing each other’s sentences, actions matching up even when they’re not looking at each other, defending each other’s honours type of grossly in love.
simon pulling his girl’s chair towards him because – and ajax thanks the otherman’s tact – it would have been too much if he just plucked her from her seat and plopped her on his lap type of grossly in love.
but ajax understands why – you’re simply such a beautiful person.
ajax’s not a shy guy – he’s sure shyness naturally gets replaced the moment one begins trusting themselves with their lives as they take on a bike – but there he had been, stuttering when talking to you. you had asked him how he knew of ghost and ajax swears it was like he almost forgot anything about himself. even how to ride a bike.
but you were so genuine with your interest in getting to know him that he felt so relaxed being around you; stutters getting replaced by the sureness in his voice, previous embarrassment getting trampled and replaced with comfort. ajax left that night feeling like he’s just been adopted as your older brother, lack of blood relations be damned.
logan’s light honking snaps ajax from his thoughts again and he turns to his friend, sending him a nod, before the two are revving their bikes to catch up to ghost rider.
when the two are close, logan splits from ajax until they’re flanking ghost on either side. it’s ajax who presses his horn button to catch ghost’s attention.
it’s laughably endearing how both you and ghost whirl your heads to turn to ajax, and while ajax can’t see ghost’s expression he’s blessed to see the way your glare melts away the moment you make eye contact with him.
one of your arm untangles from ghost’s waist to offer ajax an excitable wave. ajax raises his hand and points two fingers to the ground – ride safe! – hoping that you understand what it means, let alone know that it means anything.
ajax’s eyes flit towards ghost’s head and even though the other man is all visored up, ajax sees him nod back before returning the gesture.
logan honks on the other side of the pair and ajax watches as the interaction was mimicked. you give logan a happy wave as well and logan, the bastard, replies with a flying kiss.
ajax laughs when ghost flips logan off.
Tumblr media
OH HOW ADORABLE THIS CONCEPT IS IM ACTUALLY SCREAMING AND KICKING MY FEET!! hope u liked this <33

Amelia didn’t know how they had gotten this mad at each other, but she knew it was going to be much, much worse the second they got home and behind closed doors. It had been over a year since she’d been abducted, but Spencer had become protective-overprotective- over his wife and while she’d been out on the field since, the line had been drawn.
She had spent the past year at the gym with Morgan, bulking up and learning how to defend herself. Amelia was never going to be the same victim; if it happened again, and it had, she would be able to put up a better fight. Hotch, Rossi and Morgan had agreed with her idea, but she failed to tell him before he got back from the medical examiner’s office.
“He’s going after women that ask for help in any form, right?” Amelia studied the pictures on the bulletin board, before turning around and studying their faces.
“Yes. He follows them to their car, whether it be he handed her something on the top shelf, a flat tire or even handing the target something they dropped.” Hotch narrowed his eyes at her and she bit her lip, glancing through the see-through windows of the conference room.
“We know he’s going to be hitting this area next to finish the triangle in this state, before he moves on to the next.” Amelia pointed at the red dot on the map. “But the issue is, most women are not going to be asking for help or even going out since we released the profile.”
“Right, which means he’ll probably escalate and hunt someone down.” Morgan raised an eyebrow at her.
“What if he doesn’t have to?We know what he looks like and I think we should send in undercover cops to patrol the area like we’ve planned, but I can approach him and suggest I have a lost pet. We can set a trap for him. I still have a flyer from when Archer got out as a pup.”  Amelia pulled the folded flyer from her purse and showed them.
“It’s not a bad idea and it keeps residents safe.” Rossi shrugged at Hotch.
“I don’t know if this is a good idea. I know you’ve been in the field since your abduction, but we’re usually with you.” Hotch glanced up at the map, his brows furrowed.
“I’ve had more training and experience. Besides, we’ll have you guys and other undercover cops all over.” Amelia gave them a small smile, despite the change in her heart rate. “I’m still the loudest person in the BAU. My scream for help will be heard.”
“Okay. We roll out in five.” Hotch nodded, rushing from the room.
“Does Spencer know about your little idea?” Rossi questioned as they followed their leader.
“It doesn’t matter.”
It did, in fact, matter and the second Spencer heard the news, his mind sped back to the last time she hadn’t communicated. As fast as JJ could drive, Spencer didn’t arrive until everything had gone down and Amelia had a small cut on her forehead.
“What the fuck were you thinking?!” Spencer had snapped, ignoring the looks of the paramedics as they treated her. “You couldn’t at least wait to get my opinion on putting yourself out there?”
“We couldn’t wait, it was a last minute decision probably minutes before he did something worse.” Amelia flinched at the tone of his voice. “Besides, Hotch and Morgan were nearby if anything did happen.”
“You planned this.” He shook his head, his voice rising with emotion, “You suggested JJ and I go to the Medical Examiner’s office so I-”
“This is not the time nor the space for this, you two.” Hotch warned, shaking his head. “If you want to stay here with her, I suggest you find a way to calm yourself and be quiet.”
“Fine.” Spencer crossed his arms, but the fire in his eyes didn’t disappear.
He hadn’t spoken another word to her since and had sat as far away from her as possible on the plane, the train ride home was no different. Amelia’s heart thudded harder on the stairs leading to their apartment than it had dealing with the unsub and when the door closed behind them, she thought it would leap out of her chest.
“Do you understand that if something happened to you today, that I would have lost my goddamn mind?!” Spencer slammed his bag into the chair and bore his eyes into hers.
“I’m sorry I didn’t tell you, but it was the best option in the moment.” Amelia’s feet remained glued to the ground, he had never yelled at her before and she was unsure how to feel, not when his body was inches from hers.
“Did you purposefully plan for this ‘moment’ to happen while I was gone?” He raised his eyebrows, as if to dare her to lie.
“Were you gonna let me go if you’d been there?”
“Answer the question.” Spencer growled, inching closer until her back was against the wall.
“Not completely, but more than I’d care to admit.” Amelia felt her breathing quicken, but steeled herself against his glare. “You wouldn’t have let me do what needed to be done otherwise.”
“Goddammit, Amelia!” Spencer’s fist hit the wall behind her and instead of flinching, her gaze on his face became flushed. “You don’t know that!”
Amelia knew she should be angry at him for scolding her for the decisions she made with the team or that he just put a hole in the wall, but she was just… turned on. Spencer could see it too; she was biting her bottom lip, her chest was moving slowly and heavily, and her pupils were blown. He was only slightly surprised when the sight sent enough blood down to form a tent in his own pants.
Cursing, he buried his fingers in her long hair and kissed her roughly, his tongue demanding entrance. Amelia moaned softly, her scalp screaming at the sudden pain despite the fire it sent to her core, and reached to feel his growing erection as he pressed her further into the wall.
“I’m still very pissed at you, but if I don’t fuck you right now I might explode.” He growled, as he pulled away and his gaze penetrated her face. “Thankfully, you seem to be attracted to my rage and this might get through your stubborn attitude.”
“I-”
Spencer threw her over his shoulder and carried her to the bedroom, tossing her onto the king sized bed. He ripped off his tie and threw it onto the head of the bed, then yanked the handcuffs and straps from under the bed frame. Her heart pounded as she watched him, head cocked in puzzlement.
“Spence…”
“Unless you tell me to come to a complete stop, you know what to do.” Spencer shrugged, his tongue flicking across his lips and she could tell he was not to be pushed.
Amelia sighed, undressed, and readjusted herself on the bed, wrists and ankles locked in padded handcuffs. He stepped back, watching as she tested the slight motion she had and a soft chuckle rumbled through his chest.
“Maybe this way, we can find a solution to the issue.” Spencer’s fingers traced down her chest and slowly, briefly, brushed her core.
“W-What?” Amelia stammered, hips bucking at his touch.
“I don’t want to scream and yell, but I want to make sure you understand what I am saying.” His voice was dangerously soft, and it didn’t match the fire in his eyes.
Spencer unbuttoned his shirt, pants and boxers, tossing them into the laundry basket, and turned to see Amelia’s gaze on his erection. Her core was on fire; between the heat that had radiated between them and the soft, firm way he was speaking to her stoked the theoretical fire.
His erection brushed against her thigh as he hovered over Amelia’s body to entrap her lips in another kiss, before trailing down her neck. She moaned as his tongue left a trail down her chest, until his lips trapped her sensitive nipple and scraped his teeth lightly around it. He circled the bud with his tongue, before swapping to her other nipple and repeating the same tortuous action.
He had spent the past twelve years studying every sensitive spot on Amelia’s body, reminding her of this as his trail found the sensitive bundle of nerves and lightly brushed down with his tongue. Her hips bucked and she whimpered, pupils blown and her fingers in a fist as he studied her swollen clit.
“Please.” Amelia whispered, the heat was unbearable.
“Please?” His head cocked to the side as his fingers brushed her entrance, “You think you get to assume I wouldn’t have faith in your ability to take care of yourself in the field without consequences?”
“Spencer…” Amelia whined as she moved her hips, trying to find any sort of friction.
“I should have been there.” Spencer growled as he slowly pumped two, long fingers into her cunt, dragging low moans from her chest. “We don’t hide things from each other.”
“I’m sorry.” She whimpered, brows furrowed as he kissed the sensitive part of her upper thigh and sucked the skin into his teeth.
“Are you?” He raised an eyebrow, hovering inches from her mound as his fingers continued their tantalizing ministrations.
“Yes. I am.” Amelia moaned, arching her hips in time with his hand. “Please.”
Spencer hummed softly, before Amelia became blinded by ecstasy and she couldn’t stop the wild noises tearing from her throat. His mouth had her swollen, sensitive clit memorized, his tongue experimenting, and his eyes and ears listening to her responses. His fingers picked up speed as he found the spot high on her clit that would ensure a climax, and used his free hand to pin her waist to the bed.
“I’m-I’m so close.” Amelia moaned, her cunt tightening around his digits and frustration engulfing her as he pulled away seconds before she finished.
“You don’t get to finish just yet, little slut.” He smirked as he climbed off the bed, hand slowly stroking his member.
“No, no, no, please!” Amelia shrieked, hips bucking at the painful, sudden end of her pleasure.
“Open.” Spencer softly poked the tip of his erection on her lips, spreading the oozing precum as he waited. “Be a good girl, and I’ll let you cum.”
Amelia didn’t need to be told a second time, her mouth accepting as much of him as it could and she started working as well as she could with her hands unavailable. She had studied the length of his cock almost as much as he’d studied her, and she loved to swallow him just as much.
Her head bobbed up and down, her tongue swirling on his tip every few seconds. She tried to smile as his hips bucked and his head fell back with a groan, then gently scraped the shaft with her teeth. Spencer growled, tangling his fingers in her hair and reached into the drawer in his side table.
Amelia didn’t know what his plan was until the buzzing started and she squealed onto his cock as the wand touched down. Her fingers gripped the sheets as she felt her climax quickly approaching and her eyes widened as they met his, alerting him silently of its approach.
“Hold on. Wanna feel it.” Spencer spent his entire willpower to pull out of her warm mouth and returned his fingers to her cunt. “You’ve been such a good girl, baby.”
Amelia whimpered at his words, almost screaming as he curled his fingers upwards and hit her G-Spot with ease. Her breathing quickened and her legs twitched violently around Spencer, preparing for the dam to burst. His eyes burned into her face, etching another image of her in the gallery he kept just for her in his mind and added another finger.
“I-I-”
“You’re gonna cum?” He almost sang in a taunting, smug voice.
“Y-Yes!” Amelia twisted the sheets in her fingers, needing something, anything to grab onto.
“That’s my good, dirty girl.” He smirked as his words undid her; her eyes rolled back into her head and her chest arched into the air as the scream escaped her lips. “Yes, good girl.”
The orgasm left almost as soon as it came, leaving Amelia weak and trembling as Spencer slowly retracted his fingers and turned off the vibrator. He quickly undid the handcuffs on her wrists and ankles, pulling her into his chest as she gasped for air.
“Just breathe, my love. I got you.” He murmured, kissing her head gently.
“I’m okay.” Amelia’s hand held onto his forearm, his erection poking into her ass and his soft words bringing the fire back into her core. “I need you to make love to me now, Spence.”
He groaned softly, his lips twitching into a smile as he returned her to her back and positioned himself over her entrance. Amelia’s fingers entangled in his short curls and she tugged him back down to her lips, surprised to find him so tender and gentle. Slowly, Spencer pushed his hips forward and a low moan dragged from his lips as he buried himself inside of her, pausing to give her time to adjust and so he didn’t finish prematurely from how warm and tight she was.
“Fuck.” He moaned into her mouth as she wrapped her legs around him and their fingers intertwined..
“I know, baby.” Amelia murmured, her eyes penetrating his as her chest swelled with emotion. “I love you.”
“I love you.” He smiled slightly, slowly moving his hips and their soft moans were almost melodic.
It was almost torture how slow Spencer was moving, but he wanted the tension to build until he just couldn’t take it any longer. Amelia could tell by his moans and the hardening of his cock that he wasn’t going to withstand the slow penetration; their bodies fit together and complement each other perfectly.
The tip of his cock hit her G-Spot with every pump, and her fingers left his to tug at his curls, the pain always seeming to get him off. He groaned and pulled out, flipping her over before she could open her mouth to protest before slamming back into her. Amelia could swear she saw stars as her second climax approached, his movements deep and purposeful proving he knew exactly what he was doing.
“Fuck, you feel so good, baby.” He moaned, lightly sucking the sensitive part of her neck. “I’m not going to last long.”
“I’m so close.” Amelia whimpered, raising her ass higher up into his.
“Go ahead, sweet girl, come all over my cock.” He whispered into her ear, before leaning down and sucking on her neck again, only this time to leave a mark.
Her second climax of the night crashed through her and she screamed into the pillows and dug her nails into his forearms. The sight of her undoing and the way her cunt tightening around his cock sent him over the edge and he buried his face in her neck as he came, resting for only a few seconds.
“Are you okay?” Spencer murmured, studying her face as well as he could in that position.
“Better ‘n okay.” Amelia giggled, her eyelids droopy.
“Don’t sleep yet. I need to pull out and get you to the toilet.” He warned, before slowly pulling out with a groan and lifted her up, bridal style. “You pee, I’m going to get us water.”
“Mmkay.” Amelia nodded tiredly, smiling when he kissed the top of her head.
She quickly emptied her bladder and washed her hands before brushing her teeth quickly. Between her two orgasms and the stress the case had brought, she was ready to collapse in bed. Spencer returned to the bedroom with two glasses of water and crawled into bed, watching her as she gulped down half the glass of water.
“I’m going to sleep for like a week.” Amelia half-joked as she crawled into bed beside him and laid her head on his chest.
“Mm. I highly doubt that.” He chuckled, kissing her head again. “I’m sorry I got so mad. I was just worried about you and I know I have gotten pretty overprotective. I just can’t lose you.”
“I know. I’m sorry too. Next time, I swear I’ll make sure you’re in the loop. I promise it won’t happen again.”
“I love you. More than anything.” “I love you, too, Spence. To the stars and back.”

hii gorgeous !! i love your work smm and even more the way you write tim drake. could you write what he would be like if he became a dad kinda young (like early to mid-twenties) lol ive been thinking about it sm and im just curious as to how you would imagine it too !!
Hello, hello!! Interesting question!
I don’t think Tim would be a great dad, but not for a lack of (eventually) trying.
First off, Tim’s got romantic commitment issues, and getting someone pregnant is going to send him reeling. The relationship is certainly going to be rocky throughout the pregnancy, but he’s coming through for the sake of the baby. He’s defo burying himself in work, trying to ignore his problems until he remembers ‘WWBD’ and faces up. Whether or not the romantic relationship is repaired, wont effect his relationship with his child.
What will effect it is that fact that he’s a workaholic, and when he’s not working, he’s tired as hell from being so busy all the time. I can absolutely see multiple Bats, and probably other heroes having to have cat’s cradle-esque conversations with him, trying to remind him to spend more time with his child.
If he's left alone with them from baby-toddler period he's panicking constantly. Bruce, Alfred, (even Dick; the (not so) "responsible" one) are getting phone calls every time he has a question that the internet or his mountain of parenting books can't answer.
"The store only had 6+ month formula, do you think I can give it to them even though they're 5.9 months? No I can't call their mom, she'll never let me be alone with them again!" [is bulk buying formula online as he speaks so this doesn't happen again] "Why is it green?" "I think i gave them to much sugar and i'm exhausted after chasing firefly all over the city last night, PLEASE HELP"
He definitely goes through phases where he tries more, and almost always pulls through for special occasions, homework, and finance. He’s also a fun dad when he is around. I can see him wanting to teach his kids how to ride bikes and skateboards. He’s playing them Green Day and Daft Punk when they’re in the car seat. Red Robin duties permitting, he always picks up the phone, is always down to go a theme park, or for ice cream, or whatever his kid/s ask for.
But he’s rarely there for bedtime stories, or cashing imaginary monsters out from under the bed. He’s not great at the advise or the emotional stuff either, and when the time comes, he’s gonna hate every second of the puberty and the birds and the bees talks, provided he doesn’t find a way to get out of it.
TLDR; Fun, moderately reliable, but busy/absent a lot, and emotionally distance.

Im so glad im not the only one still stuck on anora x igor😭😭 love them sm
As for a 1 word prompt i think hug could result in something sweet or even unexpected, but i could also leave a word-vomit here and maybe you’ll feel inspired by one of them:)) so let me just
ride, dinner, dance, call, sweatpants, beach, couch, deli
Haha, thank you for all the prompts! I’m going with the first one, but I may come back to some of the others because they’re so good! :)
She wakes a little before two and shuffles into the kitchen. It’s quiet, so Vera must be out somewhere. There’s a quarter of the Honey Nut Cheerios left, which she eats while absently scrolling through TikTok. None of it’s particularly interesting, so she flips over to her texts. There’s one from Vera (“went 2 nico’s. get more tp at the store thx”) and a string of messages from Lulu, detailing some kind of crazy shit that went down last night involving two of their new dancers, a stolen g-string, hair-pulling, and a broken bottle of Cristal.
The last one, sent an hour ago from a contact she put into her phone as Hunchback Weirdo, is in all-caps, as if he didn’t fully trust himself with punctuation.
COME BY AT 3 OK?
She holds down the text and sends a thumbs-up reaction. He’s been coming by her house every Sunday at three for the last month and a half and he doesn’t really need to text each time, but she knows he likes to check with her to make sure it’s alright.
They don’t ever stay at the house that long—normally she just grabs her jacket and meets him on the porch, then they head in the direction of the beach. It’s only a few blocks to the boardwalk, a wide expanse that somehow feels just big enough for the two of them to walk side-by-side. It was awkward at first—neither of them really knew what to say after everything that had happened in his grandmother’s car—but after a while the quiet grew easier, and they learned how to talk in ways that seemed safe. He talks about his grandmother a lot, and about growing up in Russia. Ani’s childhood stories are far less heart-warming, so she avoids them, instead detailing all the things Vera—or Vera’s shitty boyfriend—had done to piss her off that week, along with anything fun or outrageous that had happened at work. She’s got a job at a new club now, secured through a glowing reference from Jimmy, and like any place full of drunk men and insecure women, there’s always drama.
They don’t ever talk about what happened in the car.
She thinks about it sometimes, the memory pulling deep and hard in her chest, a strange mixture of shame and sadness and gratitude that she doesn’t know where to put. Being around him makes it a little easier, which is why when he comes by she always goes with him, despite how fucking strange the whole thing really is.
A minute after three there’s a knock at the door—Ani’s already in her jacket, fingers flipping back the deadbolt.
It’s warmer out today, a tiny promise of spring, but the wind is brisk and tugging against her hair and cheeks, and she sinks deeper into the bulk of her jacket. Igor’s only in a black hoodie; she doesn’t ask him if he’s cold.
Along the boardwalk, there are older men in rumpled suits and women in headscarves sitting together on benches. A kid runs along the beach, trying to get a kite to lift into the air. For a moment, they’re walking close enough that their fingers brush together and Ani quickly stuffs her hands into her pockets, doing her best to ignore the unsteady feeling in her stomach.
By the time they get down to Coney Island the feeling has subsided enough that she lets him buy her a pretzel, which she eats piece by piece against the metal railing overlooking the beach while he smokes.
She’s already told him about Nico, how he had clogged their toilet two days ago and then fucked everything up more by continuing to flush, the whole thing overflowing and ruining their bathmat.
“Fuckin’ idiot,” she mutters. “I can’t believe my sister lets him fuck her.”
She laughs a little, although it’s mostly a sigh, and then lets the silence settle around them as they stare out at the mostly empty beach. He hasn’t finished the cigarette yet, so she reaches out for a quick drag.
“So how’s Garnik doing?” she asks as she hands it back, not realizing until she asked that part of her was actually curious. She wasn’t surprised he hadn’t mentioned Vanya or the Zakharovs at all, but it seemed a little weird he never said anything about the two Armenians, who he probably still saw all the time.
“Garnik?”
“Yeah, Garnik. His face still look like a fuckin’ raccoon?”
Igor shrugs, then drops the cigarette butt to the ground and stomps it out with the toe of his sneaker. “I don’t know.”
“You don’t know how your boss’s face looks?”
There’s a tiny shake of his head, and he turns to lean back against the railing. “I don’t work for him. For any of them.”
The words cut through her more strongly than the wind, leaving only questions in their wake.
“Since when?” she asks.
He turns his face to finally look at her, those blue eyes trained on hers in a way that always felt like she was something worth looking at. She had hated it at first—the intensity behind it—but now she’s wondering what it was really trying to convey.
“Since we come back from Vegas.”
For a moment she’s uncharacteristically speechless. He hadn’t worked for them since Vegas? He had quit his job—for what? For her? No, that made no sense. What was she to him? She had been a problem he had been sent to fix, a rock in someone else’s shoe, and then she had fucked him and cried all over him and run away. And now? She still has no fucking clue what they are. But she had thought she had been left alone to handle all of it, and he’s telling her that she’s not alone, that he walked away to meet her on the other side. And he’s here, with her, knocking on her front door every Sunday, trading stupid stories with her as they follow the path along the beach, looking after her in a way she hadn’t really understood until this moment.
He’s standing here, next to her, the March wind whipping against the fabric of his hoodie.
Ani steps closer until she’s right in front of him, her arms reaching out to tightly curl around his back. She remembers the feel of him, the warmth, and leans in, her cheek pressing up against the top of his shoulder. There’s a moment of hesitation—she hopes it’s only out of surprise—and then his arms wrap solidly around her, drawing her into the hug.
“Hi,” he says, the sound soft, like laughter.
“Hey,” she says, like she’s saying it for the first time.
[send me a one-word Anora x Igor prompt]

okay I have had some sleep (and did some exercising last night and yes I am very annoyed at how once again it turns out exercising is fun and good for you and makes you feel good) and am still thinking about the yeosang situation so here are some thoughts that will probably get me hate lol
I just think many things can be true at once:
-lemon drop is a fun and addictive song and we can and should support the whole group and album (to whatever extent you want/can support them - if you don't like the song that's fine too! it happens!)
-yeosang did not get the amount of lines he deserves. I don't know how many that is, but it should be more than the kq intro at least, like come on now
-wooyoung and yeosang both consistently get overlooked/ignored and don't get the amount of singing in title tracks - or, apparently, overall across albums - as they imo should. this is a problem. they are singers, why aren't they singing, especially in title tracks.
-I do NOT think all members of a group should get a perfectly split amount of lines. it's okay if it varies from song to song and cb to cb, but I do think the average should at least somewhat even out, which it does not for ateez.
-yeosang did look despondent and barely participated in the fan chant video. this COULD mean he hates the song/the album/his life. it could also mean they've been filming there for hours (I've seen, what, 3? 4? videos already in the same outfits and the same space so they clearly bulk filmed) and he's tired. maybe he just had some bad news. maybe there was an argument that went unresolved for a bit because of filming. maybe he just didn't feel very well that day. we don't know what goes on behind the scenes.
-yeosang loves working out and being beefy. he loves it a LOT. kq has banned him from it before, and I wouldn't be surprised if they do it again, even if this latest ban is unverified. here too several things can be true at once: kq might ban him from working out because they don't want him to be too masculine to keep the image of him they want. the muscles can get in the way of dancing properly. I do wonder if there's another side to this that we would never hear from yeosang himself: I wonder if yeosang gets too obsessive with it, and sometimes has to be stopped for his own good. I'm thinking about him being a walking pharmacy, seemingly living off of chicken and rice and supplements, being worried about muscle loss when he has to take medication for being sick and can't work out for one or two days, and how insanely quickly he bulked up over the span of just a few months. is it good to fully ban him IF this is the case? lol no. but this is a potential side of things we would never hear from anyone. also for all we know this could very well be a case of kq saying "hey maybe you should take it easy for a bit? you seem to be taking it a bit far" and yeosang reacting with "I am BANNED for LIFE this fucking SUCKS >:( WORKOUT IS LIFE" (plus this ties into my thoughts about him having autism and working out being a hyperfixation/special interest but that's a whole separate can of worms I'm not opening right now)
-also a quick sidenote but for the people saying it's insane kq controls his body like that: this is not only incredibly common in kpop, banning an idol from working out is like, one of the least worrying things a company can do to an idol's body. people have had plastic surgery practically forced on them (sm entertainment is notorious for this). people get put on the most atrocious diets (see: momo's ice cube diet). ateez are comparatively incredibly free and well treated.
-atinys are an incredibly passionate and protective fandom that regularly crosses over into being hotheaded and impulsive. I don't think we should be sending trucks based on his facial expressions in one (1) video, lines in a song, and a single unverified tweet. is there something going when you look at it all together? yeah I do think so, but I also think we should maybe have a little bit more verified information. like maybe a video recording of the fancall.
-also while I'm talking about atinys, don't forget we're very much part of the problem here: remember how during europe tour yeosang didn't get picked as leader of the day (or whatever that section was called, I forgot) until almost the end of the tour? yeah. we can't keep shouting about mistreatment while also consistently favouring other people over him.
-but most importantly: yeosang is a whole almost-26 years old in international age. he's a grown adult who's been a professional in his career for 7 years and a trainee before that. if there's really something wrong, it's up to him to speak up about it. he is not, in fact, our baby, and it's not our responsibility to speak up for him, especially when we don't know the full situation. yes he's timid and it's hard for him to speak up. doesn't mean he can't and shouldn't. it's part of being an adult to speak up anyway.
-we should also trust ateez as a group to discuss it among themselves if something's wrong with a member. we know they sit down to talk about grievances/annoyances/worries/etc, let's trust that if something's up with yeosang they're doing this now, too.
now I am still a new atiny, I have been here for just over 4 months, this is my first comeback with them (but not my first kpop cb in general) and there's much I don't know or got wrong. but I do also know there's insane amounts of misinformation floating around in this fandom, and while I don't think we should always just stay quiet and do nothing, we should also collectively wait maybe just a few more days to see what other information pops up. and maybe cool it on the protest trucks until then.
(I have no thoughts on eden's role in this because. uh. I just don't lol. also tbh I think this too should be part of yeosang/the group speaking up about it behind the scenes)

Chapter 15: Trust me
Saturday afternoon, I find myself alone on my roof, looking out over a relatively quiet Fairport, with nothing left to do. It’s late enough in the season that the Farmer’s Market is no longer in session, and even Joel is nowhere to be seen. No children playing with him in his park.
I’ve spent the morning hanging out in my favorite coffee shop, listening to my friends banter and run their business. But then the shop got really busy and I left, to let them deal with the lunch rush.
That’s over, though, and the block is quiet again. People just haven’t really been staying downtown for as long as they used to since Säure started terrorizing the city. Even now that everyone’s kind of gotten used to it, and they joke about how he’s not really going to do anything, business hasn’t really recovered. And now I’m basking in what little sunlight the day has to offer.
And tomorrow’s The Day.
So I send an SMS message to Chapman, “Scan him.”
Yes. I lied. About a myriad of stuff. It was strategic. I learned about the tactic from reading gritty fantasy novels about military companies with horrible stinky wizards, because I was a weird girl.
I hope it works.
It is Saturday, October 12, 2:31 pm, and Daniel Aurelian Säure has his nose in a spreadsheet and is losing patience with it.
This is something he’d normally delegate, similar to how he now has a lawyer reading and handling what to do about a certain impudent dragon’s tumblr blog, but he’s chosen to focus on this problem himself as a sort of old therapy. A way to try to keep his mind off of things that have gotten particularly galling. Such as a certain impudent dragon’s tumblr blog.
See, about a month and a half ago, his Point Roberts estate, where he is now in fact, underwent rapid, unexpected and catastrophic renovation.
He’d had to work particularly hard since he woke up under the starlight that early morning to keep it under wraps. To learn how to hide his own bulk, to control himself well enough to communicate to his people, and then to unlock his protective coloration in order to step back into his own shoes and take command again.
Fortunately, his master bedroom was well out of sight of any of his neighbors, and he had easy access to the water from there.
The rest was harrowing, nigh impossible, and a test of his very being. And he’s still not sure if he remembers it all very clearly. But, fortunately, he’d learned well from his grandfather, and had set up his businesses to operate efficiently and effectively even with his sudden and unexpected absence.
They’d all performed admirably. It was just the broader local politics he couldn’t account for without his own frequent personal touch, and he had to do some damage control once he was ready to start making public appearances again. And that had necessitated researching the new players on the stage as thoroughly as possible. And reading certain interviews with a certain impudent dragon who’d managed to capture the publics imagination somehow just before one of his companies had tried to thoughtfully relocate her to environs much more suited to her kind.
In the process, he’d become emotionally entangled with her existence and influence. Especially when she managed to do something so useful as quelling massive civil unrest with only her voice.
And then he’d unexpectedly run into Meghan in person, and everything fell apart so quickly after that.
The fact that he didn’t have anything to blame but his own lack of self control didn’t make it any better.
And one of his favorite cars was destroyed during his own meltdown. Being directly attacked by one of the neighborhood dragon whelps didn’t help, of course. But he shouldn’t have put himself in that situation to begin with. He shouldn’t have tried to negotiate with Meghan on his own. He’d very nearly reverted to his natural form right there in the brewery, and that would have been an utter disaster.
Not that flying fully draconic over all the neighborhoods of Fairport hadn’t been the worst political move of his career.
But he’d also learned something profound about himself in the process.
When he’d done that, his need to eat physical food had plummeted dramatically, and he’d felt energized.
So, he’d commanded Morning Glory Corporation to start publicly distancing itself from him, to effectively fire him, and continue carrying out its mission, while his family still retained ownership of the company. And he started experimenting with this new mode of feeding he’d seemed to have found.
But, unfortunately, his flights weren’t just attempts at learning more about his own power. He also clearly had the attention of one of the local Architects, and he’d started trying to teach it to leave him alone.
Unfortunately, he realized couldn’t do any actual damage to the city, or anyone in it, and continue to feed at full efficiency.
When he tried to push himself that far, something in him pulled back with alarm, and he understood this to be his instinctual need for sustenance. Whatever he drew from the terrified populace would not come from a dead one.
And then, in the meantime, Meghan had started slandering him in her blog.
That had enraged him and sent him out on more feeding frenzies, which was also when he’d tried boiling to bay to instill more terror and fear.
It had worked, briefly. But the energy he had been gaining was starting to wane. He was getting less and less of it each time.
And that’s when he had changed tactics. He needed to start studying how to apply terror more directly. Instead of the subtle politics of fear and control he’d inherited from his family, to keep an iron grip on all his sources of wealth, now he needed to learn how to cultivate raw, physical terror for as long as possible, or supplement his diet with enormous quantities of meat.
Remaining in human guise did help with the need for massive calories, a bit. It was almost like it put his greater self into sort of a hibernation. But it was hard to keep it that way, and when he burst forth he was ravenous.
So, to give himself time to study and plan his new future, he relegated keeping track of local politics, and specifically Meghan and her pet Architects, to his personal team of lawyers and publicists.
And turned his own attention back onto raw numbers. Namely, the slow and careful, constructive renovations now proceeding on with his Point Roberts estate.
Which is what he is working on now.
He’s dealing with the pure numbers part of it. The time, money, materials, weight, space, energy consumption before, during, and after construction. All of it. This is one of the things he is particularly good at, gifted, even. Trying to find the best combination of variables to get the most out of a situation.
Usually, he’d leave this particular job to his contractors and do the numbers of his business dealings. But his home is personal. It’s important. It’s foundational. And with everything else in turmoil, turning to the care of his own lair is the best thing he can do. Everything will fall into place around it.
If he didn’t know any better, with the way things always turned out when he took this sort of control in something, he’d think he was one of the Architects himself.
But, as he’d learned from his family, you couldn’t be one of them. No one could. Not unwittingly. You couldn’t even join them if you wanted to. The Architects all knew who they were and there were never any more than 900,000 of them. And never any less, either.
And it was so funny, the people who could be considered mundane aware, that Meghan had linked him to because of his use of language, had no clue. No clue at all about just what the Architects were and how deep into Earth’s history they stretched. Those who say they’ve noticed so rarely actually have. They might dream and imagine all sorts of wild possibilities, but never truly allow themselves to believe any of it to be true. Only that the stories were convenient and compelling lies used to control the masses and bring them in line.
But he had books, ancient books, with names of Architects and the structures they’ve been building, passed down from father to son in his family for generations.
And some personal experience as well.
Just nine years ago, there had been a convergence of the Order of the Hunter and the Guardians right here in Independence County. And –
There’s that infernal buzzing from the Physicist!
He can’t bring himself to focus on his numbers or to get them to do what he wants, because his mind insists on racing over things he can’t control, and now this.
The Physicist is measuring him.
He’d promised himself to not rise to the occasion this time. To take a deep breath, tell himself there’s nothing he can do, and to refocus on his work.
But then it happens again.
And again and again in quick succession.
Is the Physicist deliberately trying to get a rise out of him?
Is that what that Devil’s Creature is doing?
Then, very specifically, Säure must refuse to engage.
Unfortunately, just as he turns back to his spreadsheet, pressing his fingers to his temples, he notices there’s a pattern.
He has to listen to it, and shortly he recognizes that it’s a sequence of long and short bursts of buzzing. So obviously Morse code, which he doesn’t know.
Fortunately, jotting down the sequence is easy to do. And he keeps doing it until it repeats. Then he marks where it repeats, and then uses his computer to look up Morse code and how to translate it.
There’s a very easy to use translation app that comes up right away, using dashes and commas. So he plugs it in and the app instantly comes up with the most likely result.
“Your numbers won’t add up,” Chapman is repeatedly telling him.
Point Roberts is not exactly visible from my rooftop.
It’s on the other side of a bunch of low lying foothills that create the contours of the Lummi Reservation and the city of Jam, across a stretch of water beyond that. It’s a piece of land that’s only directly connected to Canada, but belongs to Washington State, and tends to be a great place for the wealthier residents of the area to live. To get to it, you either have to drive through Canada, or take a boat, helicopter, or seaplane.
Or swim or fly as a dragon.
I know where to look, though, because we’d long ago looked up where Säure is known to live, and that’s the result we got. Which had really only verified Chapman’s scans.
I can feel Chapman’s shifting, myself, coming from the very southern edge of Fairport, in what I’m led to understand is a vacant lot near Valley Parkway. That’s going to draw Säure right over my home, if he’s angry enough to attack directly. And the lack of any houses in that lot will make it a potential target for actual violence. We’re thinking that if Säure catches sight of that, it’ll draw his focus.
And boom, there he is.
Rising into the distant sky like a small mushroom cloud. Glowing even in broad daylight.
Oh.
He is pissed.
In preparation, I dive off the roof of my building and drop, spreading my wings.
Whenever he relaxes into his full self, Säure is reminded just how big and terrifying the world looked to him all the years leading to his metamorphosis. When he is fully stretched out, whether standing on the shore of his estate or gliding over the land of his territory, everything looks right and as it should be. And the relief is palpable.
And when he is all scrunched down into that little worm-like form and his eyes are only as far apart as any human’s, things tower above him that shouldn’t. And walking anywhere seems to take excruciating ages. It has always seemed that way.
But right now, even though he feels this change, he feels something bigger.
His rage, and the need to see if an Architect can be killed.
Maybe, this time, he’ll get lucky and find the tiny, supposedly immortal goblin residing in a place where he can safely land on it.
Or scour it from the face of the Earth with his breath, without singeing his own hoard of souls.
It takes almost no time for him to cross the distance to Fairport, and the buzzing of his nerves won’t stop.
He almost doesn’t notice the cry of one of the whelps as he passes over the land it thinks belongs to it, he’s so focused.
But this cry is followed by another. Not by the rippling of all neighboring cries as Meghan has taught them to do, but the cry of the next one he passes over.
This doesn’t bother him so much as itch in the back of his mind.
It smells of some kind of coordination. But, of course, that would happen where there are Architects present. It’s to be expected. This merely confirms to him that this is some kind of trap he’s only going to have to destroy.
And this continues as he crosses farmland into suburb and crosses over city toward the buzzing of the Physicist.
He even hears the telltale cry of Meghan as he passes over downtown Fairport. She’s not on her roof. He knows she likes to make her rounds.
He’ll deal with her in time. The Physicist is well outside of her territory.
In fact, he can see the location from where he’s at. His exceptional eyesight can pinpoint the lot where his nerves tell him where the Physicist is.
It’s confusing.
Why would that Architect hide in there?
It’s a piece of greenway, a part of the watershed, a wetland where the local creek runs through the neighborhood, protected for a group of spawning salmon and whatever birds and other fauna want to hide in the foliage there. People aren’t even supposed to wander into that lot.
A well placed ray of concentrated UV energy should obliterate the Physicist there without harming a single human soul, and the Physicist should know that.
And it’s not running from him.
What could it have in store for him? Something like the light traps left on Meghan’s roof?
There’s no substrate on which to craft one of those. And he didn’t feel the Architect at work attempting to create anything, unless this buzzing of communication is achieving something else as well.
Well, the only way to discover what this trap is is to spring it, and he certainly can do that.
At first, he flies in low over the cozy little neighborhood of students and lower class families, rumbling infrasonically as he goes to strike an instinctual fear into the populace below him, their nerves jangled by sound they cannot hear as the sun is blotted out for a moment. And he soaks it in.
The local whelps have announced his arrival as he flew in, and that only added to the anticipation and tension that everyone must be feeling.
Then, when he’s past the lot with the Physicist in it, he pulls up and rises up as high into the air as his godly wings can lift him.
When he can’t pull himself any higher, a point at which he is touching the very Heavens with his nose, he twists and turns and sets his eyes on his mark, pulling his wings in.
Straight down he plummets, opening his jaws.
What I see, as I come in low through campus and the streets of Southside Fairport, rocketing through the territories of gronk_lizard and Brenna, is what I’ve actually always expected an orbital laser weapon to look like.
An instant flash of iridescent flames off on the other end of the neighborhood in front of me, quickly overcome with rising smoke illuminated by intensely glowing indigo light from above.
There’s no visible ray, not even for me. Not until it meets the smoke.
But then this gargantuan white monster of muscles, scales, horns, teeth and claws snaps its wings out and pulls itself up from its dive toward that conflagration and misses the ground there, sliding over rooftops directly toward me.
The downward rush of wind cause by the passage of his wings, and the compression of the air necessary to keep Säure aloft, quashes the fire right out, flattening charred trees and brambles in its wake, and cause the smoke to disperse in rolling swirls that spread out over the surrounding houses.
Not quite the maneuver I was hoping he’d make.
I’m going to have to wing it now.
Fortunately, Chapman’s shifting starts up again from somewhere else in the city, right on cue.
I’ll have the time to catch up and figure this out.
It’s probably worth mentioning I’m using my rear feet to carry the duffel bag that Chapman gave me a while ago to hold clothes in.
It has something else in it now.
This slows me down, but it will be worth it if I can catch up to a bewildered and increasingly frustrated and flustered Säure.
As I rise behind Säure’s passage to turn and follow him, I glance back at the now destroyed lot.
The Poet used to live there, if her old comics were true. But she’s taken to residing in other haunts now.
And the sirens of several fire engines start up.
Rhoda pours some tea into a cup that isn’t hers or Meghan’s and places the pot back down onto the table.
She likes to collect old school magazine clippings of animal photos from all over the world. There are a handful of publications that have always been good for this, and she’s been vulturing the library and garage sales for discarded copies every year, to cut them up with her general use scissors.
She’s sandwiched her favorite images in a big collage between the two panes of glass of her coffee table. It’s a table designed specifically for this kind of decoration.
The pot goes onto the wicker tray, which is obscuring a family of meerkats, a tiger, a handful of butterflies, and an elephant.
But she moves the cup and its saucer across the table from where she’s sitting and places it next to a komodo dragon. Which she likes to imagine is a meaningful gesture on her part, though she can’t quite imagine just what it means besides the thought of their mutual concern.
She looks up at her guest.
“I can’t help but think that Meghan’s plan is too elaborate,” Chapman says. “I’m not even sure that her insistence that we obscure everything we did behind all that thin misdirection was worth the effort. But, I did my best to contribute to it. I don’t think my parts will fail.”
“Mm,” Rhoda nods. “I know I don’t fully believe what you and Ptarmigan told me, and I do resent it. I get that it wasn’t your doing, but I still resent the hell out of it. But, for all of us, I am keeping my faith in it, Chapman. Lord help me, but I am.”
“Thank you,” the Physicist says, taking a sip of hir tea.
“What was it you made again?” Rhoda asks.
“Well,” Chapman says, putting hir tea back down. “I call them Timed Scan Autorepeaters and Reliable Adhesive Bone Conduction Speakers with Long Range Receivers. Nathan ordered the components a couple weeks ago. I just put my mark on them, really. The Autorepeaters are old record players hooked up to remote triggers, with specially decorated LPs on them. Powering them was as simple as powering Meg’s tablet. Easy peasy stuff. Mostly just had to fret about shipping time.” Chapman’s head perks up and sie looks off into the distance. “Oop. Gotta trigger the next one.”
Sie picks up hir phone and presses a widget in the quick menu of the lock screen.
It wasn’t all lies. Mostly, there’s just a bunch of stuff I didn’t tell you (or Säure) about. And more than a few extra conversations. Don’t worry. Now that he’s out and about, I’ll do my best to keep you up to date.
I started all of this right after our lunch date. A number of things he said tipped me off to just how much he’d been keeping tabs on me, and I couldn’t have that.

What are Payout Solutions and How Do They Simplify Business Payments?
Tumblr media
In today’s rapidly evolving financial landscape, businesses are constantly looking for efficient, reliable, and cost-effective ways to manage payments. Whether it’s paying employees, suppliers, or customers, seamless and error-free payment processes are critical for operational success. This is where payout solutions come into play. A payout solution is an advanced payment processing system that automates and simplifies bulk payments, ensuring businesses can send funds securely and quickly.
What are Payout Solutions?
Payout solutions refer to platforms or systems that enable businesses to distribute payments to multiple beneficiaries seamlessly and efficiently. These beneficiaries can include employees, vendors, freelancers, customers, or even stakeholders. By leveraging modern technology, payout solutions allow businesses to process bulk payments through a single interface, eliminating manual processes and reducing the chances of errors.
Payout solutions are particularly essential for businesses that deal with large volumes of transactions daily. Sectors such as e-commerce, fintech, gig economy platforms, and other industries rely heavily on streamlined payout systems to ensure their financial operations run smoothly.
For example, companies can use a payout solution to disburse salaries, refunds, commissions, incentives, or vendor payments at scale with minimal human intervention.
How Do Payout Solutions Work?
A payout solution works as a bridge between a business and its payment recipients. It integrates with the business’s financial system or software and streamlines the process of transferring funds. Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of how payout solutions operate:
Integration: The payout system integrates with the business’s existing financial software or banking platform to access required data, such as payment amounts and recipient details.
Bulk Upload: Businesses upload payment details, including beneficiary names, account information, and amounts, into the platform. This can often be done via a file upload or API integration.
Payment Processing: The payout solution processes the payments using multiple payment modes, such as bank transfers, UPI, NEFT, IMPS, wallets, or card-based systems.
Verification and Approval: Before releasing funds, the system verifies all recipient details to avoid errors or payment failures. Businesses can also set up approval workflows to ensure security and compliance.
Disbursement: Payments are disbursed instantly or as scheduled, depending on the system’s configuration and business requirements.
Notifications: Once payments are completed, recipients are notified via email, SMS, or other communication channels. Additionally, businesses receive confirmation reports to maintain records.
How Payout Solutions Simplify Business Payments
Payout solutions offer a variety of features that help businesses simplify their payment processes. Some of the key benefits include:
Automation of Payments One of the most significant advantages of payout solutions is automation. Businesses no longer need to process payments manually, which can be time-consuming and prone to errors. Automated solutions allow bulk payments to be processed quickly and accurately.
Multiple Payment Modes Modern payout systems provide businesses with flexibility by supporting various payment methods, including bank transfers, UPI, mobile wallets, and more. This ensures payments can be sent according to the preferences of recipients.
Real-Time Processing Traditional payment methods often involve delays, especially when dealing with bulk transactions. Payout solutions offer real-time or near-instant payment processing, ensuring recipients receive funds promptly.
Cost and Time Efficiency Manual payment processes require significant time and resources, leading to operational inefficiencies. By using a payout solution, businesses can reduce administrative costs and save valuable time that can be allocated to core operations.
Improved Accuracy and Security Errors in payment processing can cause delays, mistrust, and additional costs. Payout solutions use robust verification mechanisms to minimize errors and enhance security. Additionally, many systems comply with financial regulations, ensuring safe transactions.
Seamless Reconciliation Payout solutions simplify the reconciliation of payments by providing detailed transaction records and reports. Businesses can easily track completed, pending, or failed transactions, making financial management more transparent and organized.
Enhanced Customer and Vendor Experience Fast and error-free payments improve the overall experience for customers, vendors, and employees. For instance, e-commerce platforms can use payout systems to ensure quick refunds, leading to improved customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Payment Solution Providers and Their Role
Payment solution providers play a crucial role in the success of payout systems. These providers offer the technology and infrastructure needed for businesses to handle complex payment processes efficiently. By offering robust platforms, they enable organizations to send bulk payments with speed, accuracy, and security.
Companies like Xettle Technologies are leading players in the payout solutions ecosystem. They provide advanced payout platforms designed to cater to businesses of all sizes, ensuring streamlined payment operations and financial management. With such providers, businesses can focus on growth while leaving their payment challenges to trusted experts.
Key Industries Benefiting from Payout Solutions
Several industries rely heavily on payout solutions to manage their financial operations, including:
E-commerce: Automating refunds, vendor payments, and cashbacks.
Fintech: Handling instant disbursements for loans and digital wallets.
Gig Economy Platforms: Paying freelancers, contractors, and service providers seamlessly.
Insurance: Disbursing claim settlements quickly to enhance customer trust.
Corporate Sector: Managing salaries, incentives, and reimbursements.
Conclusion
Payout solutions have revolutionized the way businesses manage their financial transactions. By automating and simplifying payment processes, businesses can save time, reduce costs, and improve accuracy while ensuring recipients receive funds promptly. Whether it’s paying employees, vendors, or customers, payout solutions offer a scalable and secure way to handle bulk payments effortlessly.
As payment solution providers like Xettle Technologies continue to innovate, businesses can look forward to more efficient and seamless financial operations. SMPP SMS In UAE & Saudi | Best SMPP Connectivity
The Essential Guide to SMPP Services in the UAE
Tumblr media
Introduction
In today's fast-paced business environment, effective communication is vital for success. One of the most effective tools for achieving this is the Short Message Peer-to-Peer (SMPP) protocol. In the UAE, where mobile connectivity is almost universal, understanding SMPP in UAE can significantly enhance how businesses interact with their customers. This blog will explore SMPP services in UAE, the importance of SMPP SMS in UAE, and how to ensure optimal SMPP connectivity in UAE.
What is SMPP?
SMPP is a protocol used for exchanging SMS messages between a Short Message Service Center (SMSC) and external applications. This protocol enables businesses to send and receive large volumes of SMS efficiently and reliably. In a market like the UAE, where over 99% of the population owns a mobile phone, the relevance of SMPP in UAE cannot be overstated.
Why Businesses Need SMPP Services in the UAE
With the UAE being a hub for technology and innovation, businesses must adopt tools that facilitate effective communication. SMPP services in UAE provide various benefits, making them essential for any organization looking to improve customer engagement.
Key Benefits of SMPP Services in UAE
Reliability: The SMPP service in UAE is known for its reliability. It allows businesses to send messages quickly and ensures that they are delivered without delays. This is crucial in industries where timely communication can impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Cost-Effectiveness: By using SMPP SMS in UAE, businesses can enjoy lower costs compared to traditional messaging services. Providers often offer competitive rates based on the volume of messages sent, allowing companies to maximize their marketing budgets.
Scalability: SMPP services in UAE can easily scale to meet the needs of growing businesses. Whether a company is sending hundreds or millions of messages, SMPP can accommodate varying message volumes without compromising performance.
Integration: SMPP connectivity in UAE allows for seamless integration with existing business applications, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and marketing automation platforms. This capability enables organizations to streamline their communication processes and automate SMS campaigns effectively.
How SMPP SMS Works
To understand the impact of SMPP SMS in UAE, it's essential to know how the system operates:
Connection Establishment: A client application connects to an SMSC using the SMPP protocol, typically via TCP/IP. This connection is the foundation for all message exchanges.
Message Submission: Once connected, businesses can submit SMS messages to the SMSC. The SMPP service in UAE supports bulk submissions, which is ideal for marketing campaigns and urgent notifications.
Delivery Reports: After a message is sent, the SMSC provides delivery reports, confirming whether the messages were successfully delivered. This feature allows businesses to track the effectiveness of their SMPP SMS in UAE campaigns.
Two-Way Communication: SMPP connectivity in UAE supports two-way messaging, enabling businesses to engage in conversations with customers. This interactivity is vital for gathering feedback and improving customer service.
Ensuring Optimal SMPP Connectivity in the UAE
To fully harness the benefits of SMPP services in UAE, businesses must ensure robust connectivity. Here are some key considerations:
1. Choosing the Right SMS Provider
Selecting a reliable SMS service provider is crucial. Organizations should look for providers that offer:
High Delivery Rates: Ensure the provider has a reputation for delivering messages reliably and promptly.
Extensive Network Coverage: The provider should be able to connect with a wide range of mobile operators to ensure comprehensive coverage across the UAE.
Quality Customer Support: Good customer support is essential for troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operations.
2. Infrastructure Requirements
A strong internet connection is fundamental for effective SMPP connectivity in UAE. Businesses should invest in high-speed internet to avoid delays in message transmission. This investment will pay off in terms of improved communication efficiency.
3. Security Considerations
With the increasing reliance on digital communication, security is a paramount concern. Businesses should ensure that their chosen SMPP service in UAE implements robust security measures, such as encryption and secure access protocols, to protect sensitive data.
4. Continuous Monitoring
Regularly monitoring the performance of SMPP services in UAE is crucial for optimization. Businesses should analyze message delivery rates, customer engagement metrics, and feedback to refine their SMS strategies continually. This ongoing analysis helps organizations stay ahead in a competitive market.
Use Cases for SMPP in the UAE
The versatility of SMPP SMS in UAE makes it applicable across various sectors. Here are some common use cases:
1. Marketing Campaigns
Businesses can leverage SMPP services in UAE to send promotional messages, special offers, and updates directly to customers' mobile devices. This direct communication can lead to higher engagement rates and increased sales.
2. Transactional Messaging
SMPP SMS in UAE is perfect for sending transactional messages, such as order confirmations, shipping notifications, and payment reminders. Keeping customers informed enhances their overall experience and builds brand loyalty.
3. Customer Support
With two-way messaging capabilities, businesses can provide excellent customer support. Customers can send inquiries via SMS, and businesses can respond promptly, improving customer satisfaction.
4. Alerts and Notifications
Organizations can utilize SMPP connectivity in UAE to send critical alerts and notifications, such as service outages, emergency alerts, or important updates. This feature is especially beneficial for sectors like healthcare and public safety.
Conclusion
In the rapidly evolving landscape of the UAE, businesses that adopt SMPP services in UAE will be well-positioned to enhance their communication strategies. SMPP in UAE offers a reliable, cost-effective, and scalable solution for reaching customers through SMS.
